        본 연구는 국내 수상스포츠 시설의 서비스스케이프가 고객만족 및 참여행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 규명하여 운영방안의 기초자료를 제공하고자 했다. 따라서 수상스포츠 시설을 경험한 사람들 중 20대 이상 참여자를 표본으로 선정했다. 조사는 2022년 4월 25일부터 7월 15일까지 비대면으로 실시했 으며, 총 243부의 데이터를 최종 분석에 이용했다. 자료처리는 SPSS(ver. 21.0) 프로그램을 활용해 빈도분 석, 탐색적 요인분석, 문항내적일관성, 상관분석, 단순 및 다중회귀 분석을 실시했다. 본 연구의 주요 결과, 첫째, 수상스포츠 시설 서비스스케이프가 편리성, 공감성, 시설환경 순으로 가치에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘쨰, 수상스포츠 시설 고객만족이 참여행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 수상스포 츠 시설 서비스스케이프가 시설환경, 서비스, 편의성, 공감성 순으로 참여행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나 타났다.

        목적 : 오늘날 우리나라 안경원은 대기업 및 중소기업의 수익성 악화로 인한 경제적 위기와 의료산업의 발달로 인해 저성장 사업으로 전락하고 있다. 안경원 생존을 위한 방안을 확인하기 위해 소비자들의 직접 경험의 중요한 요인 중 하나인 물리적 환경, 즉 안경원 서비스스케이프의 요인 중 안경원의 경영에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 한다. 방법 : 이를 위해 선행연구들을 검토한 후 구조화된 연구모형과 가설들을 수립하고 광주지역의 안경원 방문고객들에게 설문조사를 실시하여 208부의 유효설문지를 획득하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석은 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0 통계패키지를 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 내적 일관성을 확인하기 위해 Cronbach’s α와 타당성 검토를 위해 확인적 요인분석(CFA: Confirmatory Factor Analysis) 을 실시하였다. 또한 상관관계분석를 통해 변수들의 관계와 방향성을 확인한 후 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석 및 위계적 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과 : 분석 결과 안경원 서비스스케이프의 하위요인들은 각각 소비자들의 만족도를 높이는 중요한 요인일 뿐 아니라 소비자들의 충성도를 높이는 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 본 연구의 시사점은 첫째, 그동안 호텔, 레스토랑 등 외식분야와 다양한 서비스업종에서 검토되어오던 서비스스케이프에 대해 안경원 차원에서 분석을 실시한 것을 들 수 있다. 둘째, 서비스스케이프의 각 하위요인들이 만족도와 충성도를 높이는 중요한 요인임을 확인한 것은 결국 안경원을 방문하는 고객들이 심미성, 편리성, 청결성, 적절한 공간배치 및 적합한 주변환경의 제공을 통해 긍정적인 경험을 얻게 하여야 하며 이를 통해 만족도와 충성도를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다.

        Virtual reality is the extension of every major technology we already use today (Manjoo, 2014). Barnes, Mattsson, and Hartley (2015) argue that VR is a significant new environment for experiential customer service interactions as well as a recreational activity. It is capable of blurring the boundaries between the consumer’s virtual and physical environment (Schlosser, Mick, & Deighton, 2003). In other words, in our fitness context where people enter a VR while performing a core body workout, VR is capable of blurring the boundaries between physical servicescape and virtual service environment created. In our study we answer the question which reality is predominantly perceived by the customers and which implications that has for service providers. Previous scholars focused on the evaluation of customer’s presence and perception of the physical servicescape (Baker, Levy, & Grewal, 1992; Bitner, 1992; Wakefield & Blodgett, 1999) and demonstrated the impact of cues on post-consumption constructs like emotion, customer satisfaction or service quality (Hooper, Coughlan, & R. Mullen, 2013; Reimer & Kuehn, 2005; Wall & Berry, 2007). We extend that knowledge by analysing the potential of simultaneous presence in both the physical and virtual environments. Psychological immersion into the virtual world, or in other words, escape from the servicescape into the virtual environment will both be dominant over the physical servicescape and generate additional value to the users (Holbrook, 1994; Innocenti, 2017; Yee, 2006). To address the research question, we used sports equipment which allows the survey participant to virtually fly through the Rocky Mountains while performing a workout (ICAROS). The data was generated using a questionnaire which was answered after the workout. The data shows a direct positive relationship between telepresence and escapism, supporting (a) the theory that people predominantly perceive the VR as their actual reality during the service consumption (i.e. workout) and (b) that escaping the servicescape supports participants overall desire to escape from reality, which in turn has a positive impact on participants’ functional and emotional evaluation of the service. These results contribute to a rising research interest in the use of VR in a service environment and offers great potential to practitioners on how an application of VR technology may enhance service experience and subsequently increase customer satisfaction by changing the servicescape at low cost.

        In service experiences, customers often look to create their own magic in the service environment, through interaction with other customers, not the producer of the experience (the provider) at all. The current study examines the bar environment, where hedonically-driven service encounter experiences are constructed, not by the provider, but by the social interactions of the consumers of the environment. The study surveys 130 consumers, measuring experiential, situational and social involvement levels in relation to consumption motivation and overall experience evaluation. The research finds that, while bar consumers are likely to be highly socially involved, they still need the company of close friends to become fully involved in the bar service experience. In addition, where atmospheric theory discusses the value of extraordinary or surprising service environments, consumers in the already hedonic bar environment may indeed prefer environments which are simply comfortable and consistent with their expectations (in regard to motivations to consume and overall positive evaluations).

        This study aims to explore the effect of three factors of Servicescape on customers’ emotion, perceived quality and image. The proposed model was tested in medical tourism context in Portugal, using a sample of 332 fully completed questionnaires. Findings reveal that ambient and design are the most important factors in formation Servicescape itself. Servicescape is an effective antecedent of customer image, perceived quality and pleasure-feeling. Finally, the article also provides managerial implications and suggests avenues for further research.

        본 연구는 결혼 예식장 종류에 따른 서비스스케이프 배색 이미지를 호텔 예식 연회, 일반 예식장, 종교 결혼식장 간에 비교하여 분석하고자 하였다. 서울 및 경기 지역 20~39세 400명을 대상으로 직접 방문 및 우편조사를 실시하였고 315부를 분석에 사용하였다. 통계 분석은 SPSS/WIN 17.0을 사용하였고, 신뢰도 분석, 요인분석, t-test, 분산 분석 등을 실시하였다. 요인 분석 결과 결혼식장 배색 이미지는 경쾌함, 고상함, 은은함의 3개 요인으로 분석되었다. 크론바하 알파값이 조사 도구의 신뢰도 분석을 위해 사용되었으며, 0.7 이상을 나타내어 적합하게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지 분석 결과, '깨끗한'이 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났으며, '온화한' 3.50, '은은한' 3.38 순으로 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 결혼식장 유형별 차이를 분석한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 배색 이미지 중 '경쾌함' 요인은 일반 예식장이 3.00, '고상함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장 3.64, '은은함' 요인은 호텔 결혼식장에서 3.60으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 결혼식장 배색 이미지에 대한 인구통계학적 차이 분석 결과, 성별, 결혼 유무, 한달 총수입에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타난 반면, 연령, 학력, 직업에 따른 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구 결과는 결혼식장 색채 마케팅 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of perceived price and servicescape on employee service quality, food and beverage quality, and customer value in Daegu Korean restaurants and to suggest methods for them to become the food mecca of Korea and the world. The samples for this study were customers of nine Korean restaurants in Daegu. A total of 368 questionnaires were analyzed with factor analysis, a reliability test, and a covariance structural analysis. The results showed that perceived price was positively related to employee service quality and food and beverage quality and that servicescape was positively related to employee service quality and food and beverage quality. However perceived price, servicescape, employee service quality, and food and beverage quality were not related to customer value. The reasons were that these factors did not influence perceived customer value in Daegu Korean restaurants. The Daegu municipal office should require these restaurants to develop distinguished employee service and food and beverage quality and conduct consistent marketing to Koreans and westerners, so that these restaurants can become the food mecca of Korea and the world.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' experiential value, pleasure feeling and customer satisfaction. Based on a total of 550 samples obtained from empirical research, this study reviewed the reliability and fitness of research model using the Amos program. The relationships hypothesized in the model were tested simultaneously by using a structural equation model (SEM). The proposed model provided an adequate fit to the data, χ2=406.097 (df 130), p〈.001, GFI .915, AGFI .889, RMR .042, NFI .955, CFI .969, RMSEA .062. SEM results showed that the servicescape showed a positive significant effect on customers' experiential value (β=.808, t=15.171, p〈.001), and customers' experiential value had a positive significant effect on pleasure feeling (β=.756, t=10.616, p〈.001). Also, customer's experiential value (β=.391, t=8.579, p〈.001) and pleasure feeling (β=.573, t=13.091, p〈.001) had a positive significant effects on customer satisfaction. Analysis of mediating roles showed that, the effect of servicescapes in Korean restaurants on customers' pleasure feeling was perfectly mediated by the customers' experiential value. Limitations of this study and future research directions are also discussed.

        본 연구에서는 한옥식음공간의 인테리어 디자인 기획 시 활용 될 수 있는 서비스스케이프 요인에 기반 한 디자인적 요소 제안을 목적으로, SNS상에 업로드 된 익선동 한옥 식음공간의 이미지들을 활용하여 공간적 특성을 분석하였다. 연구방법으로는 문헌조사를 통해 식음공간과 서비스스케이프에 대한 고찰을 실시하고, 식음공간의 서비스스케이프와 관련된 선행 연구를 조사하였다. 다음으로 이론고찰을 통해 도출된 서비스스케이프 요인을 기준으로 사례를 수집하였다. 사례 수집은 사용량이 많고 성장률이 높다고 조사된 두개의 매체에서 해시태그를 적용해 수집하였다. 173장의 이미지 중 이론고찰에서 도출된 서비스스케이프 요인에 해당하는 69장을 조사 및 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 매력성 요인에 서 외관은 한옥의 모습을 많이 변형하지 않고 내부공간을 현대적으로 스타일링 한 사례가 많아 현대의 라이프스타일 속에 조화롭게 구성 된 한옥 식음공간을 소비자들이 선호함을 알 수 있었다. 입구는 나무소재 그리고 간판은 전등을 사용하는 디자인이 다수였으며, 한옥식음공간 방문 후 가장 많이 업로드하는 이미지의 공간이 입구와 간판이라는 것을 보았을 때, 입구공간에 대한 중요성을 밝힐 수 있었다. 공간성요인으로는 기와지붕이 보이는 테라스 공간, 정보성요인에서는 개별 메뉴판과 장식이 없는 카운터 디자인에 대한 선호도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과가 한옥식음공간을 기획 할 시 중요한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

        Purpose - The study aims to provide the relationships between the social servicescape and customer’s emotion and voluntary behaviors were investigated in this study. The social servicescape was largely divided into service employee’s image and other customers (in customer’s similarity, physical appearance and suitable behavior). Firstly, the relationship between service employee’s image and customer’s positive emotion was investigated as a specific purpose of study. Secondly, this study attempted to understand the relationship between other customers (in customer’s similarity, physical appearance and suitable behavior) and customer’s positive emotion. Lastly, the relationship between customer’s positive emotion and customer’s voluntary behavior dimension (intention to cooperate, intention to participate in and loyalty) was examined. Research design, data, & methodology – In order to prove the hypotheses in this study, the customers who have experienced family restaurants during the last two months were targeted for a survey. A total number of 300 survey papers were distributed and as a result, 248 papers could be used for analysis, except the papers with insincere answers. After the analysis of the reliability and validity of each major variable, the hypothesis was verified through the structure method by using Amos 20.0. Results - First, the results of hypothesis testing on the relationship between social servicescape and customer’s positive emotion showed service employee image gives a positively meaningful impact on customer’s positive emotion. Secondly, the results on the relationship between other customers and customer’s positive emotion indicated that the customer’s similarity and physical appearance has a positively significant impact on customer’s emotion while customer’s suitable behavior has not a significantly positive impact on customer’s positive emotion Lastly, customer’s positive emotion was shown to have a significantly positive influence on customer’s voluntary behavior dimension, that is, intention to cooperate, intention to participate in and loyalty. Conclusions - This study aims to focus on and emphasize the social servicescape and its importance, which is different from the previous studies that have been focused largely on physical servicescape. Such results in this study indicated the social servicescape (service employee’s image and other customers) as an important factor that affects customer’s positive emotion and voluntary behavior.

        Purpose - Despite the global economic crisis, the numbers of coffee shops used for providing a place for social and cultural interactions show an upward trend and have become an indispensable part in people’s daily life in recent years. Under the circumstance of tremendous efforts of searching new management strategies and projects, the concept of servicescape(which has physical environment characteristics) may provide a better alternative. Therefore, the purpose of this study can be broadly divided into 3 key points. First is to investigate the effects of servicescape on customer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty about Coffee Shops in Jeonju area. Second is to examine the mediating effect of customer satisfaction and service value between servicescape and customer loyalty. Third, there is evidence that indicates the moderating effect among the interaction of customer and staff, brand image and the composition of servicescape, customer satisfaction, service value and customer loyalty. Research design, data, and methodology - This study begins empirical research about users of coffee shops’ services. The data of the study is collected from 285 samples of a questionnaire which has been made from Korea and analysed by IBM SPSS 24.0 and IBM AMOS 24.0. Results - The results are reported below: First of all, the composition of condition, functionality, cleanliness and aesthetic characteristics of the servicescape has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and s ervice value. Furthermore, customer satisfaction is identified as a factor to influence service value. Moreover, customer satisfaction and service value are identified as the causal relationship with customer loyalty. Besides, customer satisfaction and service value illustrated the mediation effect between the composition of servicescape and customer loyalty. Finally, the interaction between customer and staff, brand image illustrates the moderated effect. Conclusions - The composition of servicescape contributes to the formation of customer satisfaction and enhancing the customer's perceived service value in coffee shops. By meeting diverse and complex needs of consumers in coffee shop, the service value will not only attract loyal customers, but also increase customer loyalty and profitability. In a word, managers should rely on servicescape to enhance service experience by making differences with other competitors.

        This study was performed with 239 dwellers who live in the city, visited rural tourism village. This study investigated the relationship of servicescape perception of rural tourism village and tourist satisfaction and behavior intention. The servicescape factors of rural tourism village consist of artificial factors and social factors. Social factors affect more total satisfaction, service satisfaction and environmental satisfaction more than artificial factors, but facilities satisfaction is more affected by artificial factors than Social factors. Total satisfaction and service satisfaction and environmental satisfaction influence behavior intention but facilities satisfaction does not. Total satisfaction has the biggest influence on behavior intention. This means that for successful rural tourism village development, social factors should be considered than artificial factors.
