From January 2001 to July 2003, I conducted a study examining and categorizing advertisement language into seven different types: those representing rejection of prejudices and discriminations, family culture (emphasizing the importance of the family), aristocratic culture, 'upstart' culture, trends of sexually merchandising women, new life styles of the young generation, and Westernized culture. Both changes in and preservation of traditional culture were observed in the analysis of the seven types of advertizement language; both positive and negative points were found in the analysis. Advertisement language reflects not only the culture of the time and age but also leads, in advance, the attitude of people in that society. Therefore advertisement media and agencies should assume responsibility and play the leading role so that they could help build a more sound and healthy society.

본 연구는 돼지의 난포란을 체외에서 성숙, 수정시킨 체외수정란의 체외배양 체계를 확립하고 그 기작을 규명하기 위하여 체외배양액에 항산화제인 melatonin의 첨가 및 melatonin과 sodium nitroprusside(SNP)의 첨가배양이 체외수정란의 체외발육에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 실시하였다. NCSU 23 배양액에 melatonin을 0, 1, 5 및 10nM을 첨가하여 체외배양을 실시한 결과, 배반포기까지 발육율은 17.8%, 26.1%, 20.0% 및 16.3%로서 melatonin 1nM 첨가구가 여타구에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 성적을 나타냈으며(P<0.05), 상실배기 이상 발육 성적에서도 melatonin 1 nM 첨가구가 39.1%로서 대조구 33.3%, 5 nM 첨가구의 33.3% 및 10 nM 첨가구의 27.9%보다 높은 발육율을 나타냈다(P<0.05). NCSU 23 배양액에 SNP를 0, 50 및 100 μM을 첨가하여 체외 배양한 결과, 상실배 이상 발육성적은 각각 41.9%, 25.6% 및 28.4%로서 SNP 첨가구가 대조구보다 유의적으로 낮은 성적을 나타내었다(P<0.05). NCSU 23 배양액에 대조구, SNP 50 μM, SNP 50 μM에 melatonin 1, 5 및 10nM을 혼합첨가하여 체외 발육율을 조사한 결과, 배반포기 발육율은 각각 2.5%, 1.2%, 9.9％, 5.1% 및 3.7%로서 SNP 50μM + Mel. 1nM 첨가구가 여타구 보다 높은 성적을 나타냈으며, 상실배기 이상 체외 발육율은 31.3%, 34.1%, 39.5%, 29.4% 및 39.5%로서 SNP 50μM + Mel. 1 nM 첨가구와 SNP 50 μM + Mel. 10 nM 첨가구가 여타구보다 높은 발육율을 나타냈다. 모든 처리구에서 배반포까지 발육된 체외수정란의 세포수는 커다란 차이가 인정되지 않았다.

5% CO₂와 5% O₂ 농도 조건 하에서 NCSU23 배양액에 aesculetin을 0, 1, 5 및 10 ㎍/㎖를 첨가한 구에서 상실배기 이상 발육된 체외배양 성적은 10 ㎍ 첨가구(35.7%)가 여타구(0 ㎍, 30.2% ; 1㎍, 29.5% ; 5㎍, 29.2%)보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 성적을 얻었다(P<0.05). NCSU 23 배양액에 taurine을 0, 2.5 및 5.0 mM을 첨가, 체외배양을 실시한 결과 배반포기 이상 발육된 체외발육 성적은 각각 2.8%, 2.2% 및 7.0%였으며, 상실배이상의 체외 발육성적은 26.1%, 26.9% 및 31.7%로서 taurine 5.0 mM 첨가가 체외수정란의 체외발육 성적이 유의적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다(P<0.05). NCSU 23 배앙액에 melatonin을 0, 1, 5 및 10nM을 첨가하여 체외배양을 실시한 결과, 배반포기까지 발육된 체외 발육성적은 17.8%, 26.1%, 20.0% 및 16.3%로서 melatonin 1nM 첨가구가 여타구에 비해 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 성적을 나타냈으며(P<0.05), 상실배기 이상 발육된 체외발육 성적에서는 melatonin 1nM 첨가구가 39.1%로서 대조구 33.3%, 5 nM 첨가구의 33.3% 및 10 nM 첨가구의 27.9%보다 높은 발육율을 나타냈다(P<0.05). 한편 배반포기 수정란의 세포수 조사에서는 melatonin 10 mM 첨가구가 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we implement a portable bioelectric signal measurement system for the safety of industrial workers. The developed system consists of two parts: the one is boielectric signal measurement unit and the other is signal analyzer system with PDA. The former includes signal processing part, A/D convertor, and 8051 based microprocessor, the latter includes software for signal analysis and display. The developed system detects industrial worker's ECG and displays and stores it to PDA. The ECG data in PDA can be transmitted to PC located in a distance, allowing a doctor to review the ECG and make a treatment decision. A doctor analyzes the ECG data and gives medical treatment to industrial worker.

현재 국내 인체 이식용 전자 의료기의 이식건수는 매년 약 1800 여건으로 해마다 증가하고 있으며 그 연령대도 다양한 작업환경에 노출되는 청장년층으로 급속히 확대되어 가고 있다. 이러한 이식용 의료기는 인공 심장 박동기, 이식형 제세동기, 진통억제를 위한 이식형 전기 펄스 발생기, 이식형 약물주입기 등을 포함한다. 그러한 기기들은 미세한 생체 신호에 따라 반응하기 때문에 생체 신호이외의 잡음에 의한 오동작은 절대적으로 피해져야 하며 경우에 따라 생명위협과도 직결된다. 본 논문에서는 현재사용 중인 이식형 전자의료기들의 구조와 동작원리, 다양한 작업 환경 하에서 잡음의 영향을 고찰하고, 잡음에 의한 오동작의 방지 방안을 고찰함으로써 전자의료기 인체 삽입자의 작업환경에 따른 안전문제를 제고하고자 한다.

본 연구는 공동주택단지 용적률변화에 따른 녹지면적 및 녹지구조의 변화파악을 목적으로 수행하였다. 대상지는 용적률 100%이하, 용적률 250%이하, 용적률 250%이상의 세 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별로 2개소씩 선정하였다. 1970～1980년에 조성한 용적률 99%인 화곡제2주공아파트와 용적률 73%인 개포주공아파트는 녹지면적 비율 40.23～44.23%, 녹지 폭 3～ 15m 녹지 량 1.06～1.71㎥／m2, 교목층 식재밀도 0.04～0.06주／m2 관목층 식재밀도 0.06 ～0.20주／m2이었다. 1990년대에 조성한 용적률 226%인 등촌주공아파트와 용적률 240%인 개화 아파트는 녹지면적비율 24 16～26.16%, 녹지폭3～7m, 녹지량 0.84～l.54㎥／m2, 교목층 식재밀도 0.18～0.31주／m2, 관목층 식재밀도0.15～0.35주／m2이었다. 1990년대말에 조성한 용적률 269%인 한보구암아파트와 용적률 376%인 동아3차아파트는 녹지면적비율 23.47～25.53%, 녹지폭 2～6m, 녹지량1.06～2.12㎥／m2, 교목층 식재밀도 0.25주／m2, 관목층 식재밀도 0.22～0.37주／m2이었다. 용적률변화에 따른 녹지구조 분석결과 녹지면적은 용적률이 높을수록 넓었으나, 녹지량과 식재밀도는 용적률의 변화와 상관없이 전체적으로 낮은 상태이었고 식재구조는 외래종위주의 단층구조이었다.

본 연구는 1997년 IMF 이후 급격히 감소된 한우의 두수를 증가시키고, 최근 젖소 송아지 가격이 현저히 낮게 형성되고 있어 양축가의 사기가 떨어지고 있는데 가임 젖소 암소에 한우 수정란을 이식시켜 한우 송아지를 생산케 함으로서 농가 소득을 증대시키고 실시하였다. 1. 체외수정 후 6, 7, 8 및 9일째의 수정란을 이식하여 59.4%, 68.2%, 66.0% 및 100%의 수태율을 나타냈으며, 상실배기(20.0%) 수정란이 배반포기(61.1%∼69.

The object of this study is upper class house in Yang-dong village with the purpose of spatial-sociological study of traditional Korean architecture. Space is the basic element of architecture and is fundamental for understanding architecture. Space, however, can be better understood through its social context rather than through its physical or psychological attributes. Space exists in a society, providing the physical environment which frames it Social environment affects the thoght of people who are members of that society. Space is built by the people in a society and is affected by their thought. Spatial-sociological study can explain a mutual relation between people and space through context. It defines characteristics of space based on mutual relations which exist among the people, the culture of society and the environment of society but also having a sociological component, study of architectural space should consider the social context. Since architectural space is built on social and cultural bases, to understand it requires various methods of study Spatial-sociological analysis is one alternative. Using space syntax, this study analyzes houses in Yang-dong village by not only defining attributes of individual houses, but also common attributes of houses in the village. Based on common attributes of houses in the village, the attributes of Yang-dong village houses can be re-defined within the social context. the results from a spatial-sociological analysis of upper class housing of the Yang-dong village are as follows; (1) Related to confucian ideas in Chosun Dynasty : A house has a dualistic center organized with 'an-chae' and 'sarang-chae'. 'an-chae' space is organized unsociably from outside. (2) Related to various space pattern of Yang-dong village House in the Chosun Dynasty period :As variations in the types of space pattern, the village house exhibit different attributes.
