이 연구는 산림치유마을을 계획하는데 있어서 치유공간의 위계를 구성하는데 요구되는 개념을 모색하고 이를 적용하는 과정을 다룬 것이다. 여기에 필요한 개념은 사례연구 대상지인 향도원 마을의 원형을 엿볼 수 있는『桃花源記』로부터 추출하였으며, 이 개념을 회화로서 구현하고 있는『夢遊桃源圖』의 구도를 치유공간의 위계로서 적용하였다. 도연명이『도화원기』를 통해서 노래한 동양적 이상향인 도화원(또는 도원경)의 의미는 장생불사, 무병장수의 선경으로 해석한다. 이것을 공간적으로 구현한 것이『몽유도원도』이다. 현실세계-전이지대-이상세계에 이르도록 표현한『몽유도원도』의 구도는 산림치유마을이 지향해야 할 구도와 매우 흡사하고 대상지의 현실적 상황에도 매우 근사하다. 이에 도원도의 구도를 향도원 마을에 중첩시킴으로써 산림치유마을의 공간분화에 적용하였다. 분화된 산림치유마을의 공간구도는『몽유도원도』와 같은 현실세계-전이지대-이상세계 등 3개 구역으로 자연스럽게 구분되었다. 현실세계는 치유서비스지구와 물놀이지구, 전이지대는 물치유지구와 솔밭치유지구, 그리고 이상세계는 도원경지구 등 5개 지구로 세분하여 치유활동을 배분하였다. 도원경지구는 원터가 있는 제1도원경과 굴바위가 있는 제2도원경으로 구분하고 두 지역을 닥터발트(Dr. Wald) 숲길로 이어지도록 구상하였다. 각각의 지구는 오감체험을 중심으로 활동이 일어나도록 구상하였다. 도원경지구의 굴바위지역은 심원경이고 도화원으로서 가장 고요한 곳이어서 굴바위 이야기를 듣고 영적 치유의 세계로 몰입이 가능한 곳이다. 치유의 마지막 단계가 진행되는 곳이다. 따라서 제1도원경지구를 지나서 닥터발트 숲길을 통과할 때는 명상과 사색으로 소요유(逍遙遊)함으로써 마지막 치유단계로 가기 위한 준비를 하도록 유도하여야 한다. 이 연구가 아직 준비 단계인 산림치유마을 조성계획에 있어서 치유공간구도와 공간별 치유활동 수립에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.
In this paper, we presents overview of performance qualification and testing method for new OCL (overhead contact line) up to 400 km/h. The track-side and on-board monitoring system are proposed to measure current collection performance. The proposed systems will be capable of measuring abnormal behavior quality of current collection between pantograph and contact wire.
Modular Housing has benefits to reduce the production time on-site and cost down. It is possible to expand the space by connecting the unit. For this reason, recently, modular remodeling market is growing. this study is suggests plans for modular housing remodeling process.
The aim of our research was to apply experimental design methodology in the optimization of N, N-Dimethyl- 4-nitrosoaniline (RNO, which is indictor of OH radical formation) degradation using gas mixing-circulation plasma process. The reaction was mathematically described as a function of four independent variables [voltage (X1), gas flow rate (X2), liquid flow rate (X3) and time (X4)] being modeled by the use of the central composite design (CCD). RNO removal efficiency was evaluated using a second-order polynomial multiple regression model. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed a high coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.9111, thus ensuring a satisfactory adjustment of the second-order polynomial multiple regression model with the experimental data. The application of response surface methodology (RSM) yielded the following regression equation, which is an empirical relationship between the RNO removal efficiency and independent variables in a coded unit: RNO removal efficiency (%) = 77.71 + 10.04X1 + 10.72X2 + 1.78X3 + 17.66X4 + 5.91X1X2 + 3.64X2X3 - 8.72X2X4 - 7.80X1 2 - 6.49X2 2 – 5.67X4 2. Maximum RNO removal efficiency was predicted and experimentally validated. The optimum voltage, air flow rate, liquid flow rate and time were obtained for the highest desirability at 117.99 V, 4.88 L/min, 6.27 L/min and 24.65 min, respectively. Under optimal value of process parameters, high removal(> 97 %) was obtained for RNO.
This study is to achieve the slow-city planning based on resources in Cheongsong-gun. To this end, the natural landscape and old houses of the village set up potential of the core, and three complementary elements were traditional food and traditional crafts, nature trails. The vision and objectives were established, characterization plan by spacial areas was considered. The actionable items of the project by divisions such as; conservation and utilization of natural resources, old house villages, traditional crafts, traditional foods, landscape composition, social awareness training, to attract visitors, slow-city environmental policy, were proposed. And step-by-step implementation plan was proposed, Division of roles between public authorities and residents of the implementation process was considered.
This study aimed to adaptive reuse plan a take advantage of Suncheon Bay Garden Expo 2013. Detailed objectives included: to identify and foster cultural and ecological resources in Suncheon Bay and Garden Expo Site; and to search and propose characterized program in the site for efficient utilization; and to revitalize a site for the vitalizations of the region where garden culture and garden industries for strengthening local competitiveness. The study was multi-phased. The first stage included basic surveys such as site status and environmental context analysis, and questionnaires and similar case studies, and the second stage was to review the direction of preliminary planning, develop associated industries and strategies for regional revitalization and review and incorporate project details. And the third stage aimed to develop a comprehensive plan from spatial plans and program plans and suggest plans to vitalize the operation of the site. The results of the study are as follows: First, the characterization strategy is 'healing experience tourism', 'healing garden', 'healing herbal care' are suitable for the site and regional revitalization. Second, the dimension of 2013 Suncheon Bay Garden Expo which was distinguished into four areas, in consideration of the characteristics and contents of the garden expo site for efficient operation and maintenance. Four area are as follows: the park oriented area, the experiential tourism oriented area, the existing conservation oriented area, and the area for associated industries. Third, the practice of private and public partnerships is needed in order to efficiently manage and operations. The significance of this study is that it is seeking to take advantage of the Garden Expo site and set the plan by existing resources and in consideration of local characteristics, in conjunction with area to envision and proposed management plan. Some problems are remained which have not been able to deal with details program and organization and financial planning programs for the operation of the site. This is for further study.
This study aims to draw up a basic plan to construct an agricultural theme park in a farming city as a way of establishing its regional identity represented by “Three Whites.” Sangju, Kyongsangbuk-do which is the subject area of the study has been well-known for "Three Whites (rice, silkworm cocoon and dried persimmon)." The purpose of the study is to take a closer look at the folk life and culture of Sangju and develop tourism resources to promote regional development and competitiveness of the city. This study was conducted in several phases in consideration of the characteristics of plan and design, on the basis of the theoretical review of agricultural tourism. In the first phase, planning conditions were analyzed as per development objectives. In the second phase, strategies and concepts were established for the theme park, based on which development methods were decided by phase and facility. Then, a preliminary review was conducted on functions and facilities to introduce to the theme park. In the third phase, a comprehensive plan was drawn up, which includes basic plans for respective parts. In consideration of the characteristics of the study, construction was not looked at in detail. The total size of land subject to the study is approx. 97,960㎡, which was divided into four separate zones--Sambaek Cultural Experience Zone, Natural Observation & Experience Zone, Agricultural Life Experience Zone and other facilities zone--in order to connect facilities, functions and experience with the physical characteristics of the city, and separate space planning was conducted for each zone. The outcome of the study carries significance as an example of alternative tourism which considers regional characteristics, develops local resources and makes use of obsolete rural facilities, in what is called the eco-friendly development where nature and eco-system, landscape and culture, and recreation and leisure come together as one.
본 연구에서는 특성화를 전제로 식물원마다 지역경관자원이 잘 반영되기 위한 방향제공과 식물원 조성 시 비교적 적은 예산과 인력으로 최대한의 효과를 기대하기 위해서 지역경관자원을 활용한 식물원 계획지표를 개발하고 중요도를 분석하고자 하였다. 그 결과 상위계층(1계층)에서는 ‘자연자원(0.624)’이 가장 높게 나타났으며, ‘역사문화자원(0.203)’, ‘사회자원(0.172)’의 순으로 나타났다. 중간계층(2계층)에서는 ‘문화자원(0.592)’, ‘생태자원(0.454)’, ‘역사자원(0.408)’, ‘공동체자원(0.408)’, ‘산림자원(0.400)’의 순으로 비슷하게 나타났다. 하위계층(3계층)에 있어서는 ‘식생(0.688)’, ‘마을전통(0.641)’, ‘축제(0.581)’, ‘숲(0.557)’의 순으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 볼 때 중요도가 높은 것은 ‘식생(0.195)’, ‘숲(0.139)’이 높게 나타났으며, ‘초지(0.058)’, ‘습지(0.056)’가 다음 순이었다. ‘마을전통(0.053)’, ‘산(0.052)’, ‘지형지세(0.050)’도 계획 시에 중요한 지표가 될 수 있다. 그 외 ‘마을 상징물(0.050)’, ‘전설(0.044)’, ‘축제(0.041)’ 등의 항목도 중요한 지표로 판단되었다. 따라서 지역 경관자원을 활용한 식물원 조성방향을 설정하기 위해서는 ‘자연자원’의 ‘생태자원’, ‘산림자원’과 ‘역사자원’의 ‘마을전통’과 ‘문화자원’의 ‘전설’, ‘마을 상징물’과 ‘사회자원’으로서의 ‘축제’ 등이 중요한 계획지표라 할 수 있다. 따라서 지역경관자원을 활용한 식물원의 계획 시 기존의 자연자원 뿐만 아니라 지역의 정체성을 담을 수 있는 역사문화자원과 함께 사회자원을 수용할 수 있는 노력이 수반되어 할 것으로 사료된다.
기후변화는 평균온도의 상승과 해수면 증가와 같은 서서히 일어나는 현상 뿐 아니라 홍수와 태풍과 같은 극한 기후현상의 형태로 사회, 경제 전 부문에 걸쳐 피해를 초래한다. 전 세계적으로 기후변화로 인한 피해가 커짐에 따라 선진국을 비롯한 세계의 많은 국가들은 국가차원에서 기후변화 적응계획을 수립하여 기후변화로 인한 피해를 줄이고 이를 기회로 활용하려는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 각국의 국가 적응계획은 자국의 상황을 고려하여 주로 재난재해, 농업, 수자원, 보건, 생태계 등 기후변화 적응이 시급한 주요 부문을 중심으로 관련 부처가 함께 협력하여 구축하고 있다. 우리나라도 관련 부처가 합동으로 2010년 국가적응대책(2011-2015)을 수립하여 이를 이행하고 있다. 자연재해 피해를 저감하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 재난재해 분야의 재해 대응 체계를 강화해야 한다. 그러나, 자연재해는 농업과 수자원, 보건, 산림, 생태 등 모든 부문에서 다양한 형태로 발생하며, 기후변화는 이러한 자연재해의 피해를 확대시키는 경향이 있으므로, 각 부문에서 적응계획을 수립하는 과정에서 자연재해의 부문별 영향을 고려하여 이를 반영한다면, 그 피해를 효과적으로 줄일 수 있다. 즉, 적응 준비단계에서부터 자연재해로 인한 피해를 고려하며, 적응 옵션을 찾고 적응 방안을 선택함에 있어서도 재해로 인한 피해가 최소화될 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다. 또한 적응계획 이행 이후 모니터링과 평가의 과정에 있어서도 이러한 측면을 고려하여 다음 단계의 기후변화 적응계획 과정에 환류 될 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 위해 기후변화 적응계획 수립과 이행과정에 있어 부문 간 협력과 정보공유가 강화되어야 하며, 의사결정자 및 이해당사자들의 인식이 제고되어야 할 필요가 있다
Reckless development policy, which has continued during the past several decades, caused landscape damage. In order to solve this problem, it is very urgent to conserve the habitat and to establish systematic database. Recently, various researches related to landscape damage have been conducted actively and the necessity of landscape ecological planning based on the biotop mapping has been issued as one of the solutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to select the study area, which is located in Guji-meon, Dalseong-gun, Daegu and will be formed into Daegu Science Park, and then to develop and apply the landscape ecological planning model based on biotop mapping in district unit. The results are as follows. Fist of all, according to the results of biotop classification with field survey and literature review, total 13 biotop and total 63 biotop types were classified. According to the first evaluation with B-VAT, total 19 biotop types were classified I grade including natural river with abundant plants(BA) and so on. While V grade, which has lowest value, was classified 16 biotop types including vegetable garden adjacent to river(BC). Also the second evaluation, we analyzed total 30 areas such as 1a, 1b grades, which had special meaning for the conservation of species and biotop. Next, 2a, 2b, 2c grades were analyzed total 82 areas. Secondly, in the compliance with Ecological landscape planning, we divided landscape planning model into two parts such as setting of improvement goal and detailed implement plan. For instance, setting of improvement goal, we classified 9 parts such as conservation region and parts of detailed implement plan, we classified total 28 planning indicators with 4 view such as the region which should be special protected from nature and landscape. Lastly, with the developed landscape model we applied to research areas, made maps, and differentiate proposals in each region. Specially, the final master plan was made to help understand the contents of detailed landscape planning. This study will be a useful data, which can solve the landscape damage problem systematically and control it landscape-friendly with biotop classification, evaluation, landscape ecological planning model, and application method which we developed.
The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the corresponding residents' benefit to get in the future from the district unit plan of the settlement zone by Cheongju local government. The target districts were selected as Gumdeong-gol district, Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district which had recently set their district unit plans. Specific targets to be analyzed were some infrastructure including roads, parking lots, parks and others. Using the analysis methods of the Logit model and non-parametric test approach, this study estimated to the average amounts to be willingly paid(WTP) by the residents in targeting settlement zones and tested the reliability of the average amounts of WTP. The results of analysis were as follows. First, it was found that the WTPs for infrastructure under 1st influence area in target districts were estimated as 5,233won for road, 2,826won for parking lot, and 3,705won for park respectively. For the WTPs for infrastructure under 1nd area were estimated as 4,910 won for road, 2,242won for parking lot, and 3,620won for park respectively. Second, as the result of calculating the non-parametric WTP which built the 95% confidence interval, it was found that the all WTPs except the WTP for parking lot were fell into the 95% confidence interval. Third, as the result of calculating yearly total sum of benefits that the residents would get from the 1st influence area and the 2nd influence area, it was found that Gumdeong-gol district were expected to get 62,376,472won-amounted benefits, and Juseong district, and Shinmok-gol district, and Hyeonam district would get 35,0778,016won, 26,886,560won, and 22,252,032won respectively.
본 연구는 실험계획법을 통하여 과산화수소로 발포된 석고 혼입 경량기포콘크리트로 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 본 실험에서는 경량기 포콘크리트를 구성하는 각 재료의 혼합비율을 실험인자로 설정하고, 실험을 통해 얻어진 반응변수에 대한 통계적 분석으로 역학적 특성을 평가 하였다. 실험인자는 석고혼입율, 물결합재비 및 발포제첨가비 이며, 반응변수는 겉보기밀도, 압축강도, 휨강도이다. 경량기포콘크리트의 배합은 반응표면설계의 Box-Behnken (B-B)계획법에 의해 총 15회의 실험점을 설정하였다. 본 연구결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 반응변수에 대한 각 설명인자 (석고혼입율, 물결합재비, 발포제첨가비)의 유의확률값은 유의수준 α=0.05에서 유의한 것으로 추정되었다. 경량기포콘크리트의 겉보기밀도에 대한 반응표면 분석 결과, 물결합재비 와 발포제첨가비만 유의 (α=0.05)한 것으로 추정되었으며, 겉보기밀도와 기포량 및 함수율과의 관계는 반비례함을 확인 알 수 있었다. 경량기포콘크리트의 압축강도에 대한 반응표면 분석 결과, 물결합재비, 발포제첨가비 및 발포제첨가비의 제곱항이 유의 (α=0.05)한 것으로 추정되었다. 경량기포콘크리트의 휨강도에 대한 반응표면 분석 결과, 물결합재비 와 발포제첨가비만 유의 (α=0.05)한 것으로 추정되었다. 다중 반응 최적법을 통해 반응변수들의 목표값을 만족하는 최적조건 영역을 확인할 수 있었다.
This study aimed to plan a distinctive apple theme park, thereby specializing the nationwide brand of Cheongsong apple. Detailed objectives included: to establish the best possible environments in Korea to taste and appreciate apple and enjoy the Cheongsong Apple Festival; to identify and foster natural, cultural and social resources in the clean environment of Cheongsong; to clusterize research and production infrastructures for strengthening local competitiveness; and to develop a hub for the vitalization of the region where visitors and locals can mutually prosper. The study was multi-phased. The first stage included basic surveys such as local status and environment analysis and similar case studies, and the second stage was to review the appropriateness of theme selection, develop basic principles and strategies for development goals and review and incorporate project details. And the third stage aimed to develop a comprehensive plan from spatial plans and program plans and suggest plans to vitalize the operation of the park. The dimension of the subject site was 180,150m2, which was divided into four areas, in consideration of the land use and the environmental characteristics of the resources, for developing a land use scheme. The four areas were named: the apple-theme cultual area; the agricultural culture experience area; the plaza for exchange and harmony; and the plaza for natural observation. This study has significance in that it can serve as a case to develop farm theme parks, and as a case of appropriate development of programs to identify amenity resources with a focus on the existing resources and in consideration of local characteristics.
이 연구의 목적은 지자체의 계획수립 정책과 마을주민의 요구를 분석하여 농촌마을 재개발을 위한 지역계획 방향을 제시하는 데 있다. 마을재개발 주요 내용으로는 생활편의성 향상 뿐만 아니라 자연환경, 역사문화와 같은 어메니티 자원과 경관자원 등의 보전과 활용이 포함되어야 한다는 관점을 취하였다. 마을주민에 대한 설문조사와 마을재개발 계획수립 과정 및 결과에 분석을 토대로, 농촌마을재개발 계획의 특징을 파악한 후, 향후 발전을 위한 과제를 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 마을재개발시 국토이용계획과 농촌특성을 반영할 수 있도록 토지이용 및 농촌개발 관련법을 보완해야 한다. 둘째, 농촌지역에 주거 및 취락지구를 도입하여 체계적인 마을정비가 이루어질 수 있도록 유도해 나갈 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지역계 획수립 체계를 토지이용계획과 마을재개발 추진에 적합한 형태로 확립, 운영토록 한다. 넷째, 마을개발 부지 확보를 원활하게 할 수 있는 방향으로 농지교환분합 제도를 활성화해 나가도록 한다. 다섯째, 지역계획과 마을재개발이 유기적으로 연계되어 추진될 수 있도록 우선 개발 마을을 선정하고, 마을주민의 요구를 반영한 마을발전계획을 수립하며, 농촌취락지구와 같은 농촌토지 용도지구를 도입, 운영할 필요가 있다. 여섯째, 마을재개발 시범사업의 추진 및 평가를 토대로 체계적인 본 사업을 확대, 시행해 나가는 방안 마련이 필요하다. 일곱째, 농촌지역의 낙후도를 고려한 사업지원 및 추진에 차등화 방안을 마련할 필요가 있다.
In this study, the effectiveness of the method for the promotion council to make rehabilitation community development plan with rural villages to continue community development is investigated in Ota-district, which is affected by chuetu earthquake. Initially, Ota-district made the acting contents of the plan based on the village's request, which is considered resident life and problems in village. Next, Ota-district made the vision of plan based on the acting contents. This plan procedure has been effective to compliment the village community facilities and running on village event, in addition to setting the village's community to continue to manage community facilities and event. As a result, this way has helped good management of village event using the facilities and interchanging among residents. Also, the use of acting contents by request of the promotion council and village's community, while respecting both, has been effective in that the promotion council assists the village event after the rehabilitation community development plan is finished.
This study aims at suggesting some measures to establish rural community development information system through ISP. A future model for rural community development information system was established by applying such 3-step ISP methodology as environment analysis, current status(AS-IS) analysis, future(To-Be) directions. As a result, with the vision of realizing comprehensive information service for rural development projects, rural development information system has established such goals as the assistance of project decision making through preparing rural development project data management system and acquiring evaluation efficiency, the preparation of spatial information utilization system, the utilization of objective GIS-based information through the increase of data management efficiency, the community activation and participatory rural development through rural spatial information portal service. In order to attain the goals, four strategical subject matters were derived. They are: 1) one-stop service subject matter for data management including pilot DB building for rural development projects, 2) rural information GIS service strengthening subject matter including DB building for rural development, O&M measures, 3) step-by-step DB building subject matter including the sharing of integrated information system for rural development, and 4) core value increase subject matter of spatial information data including the building of active service delivery system.
현대의 도시들은 도시를 구성하는 여러 요소들이 복잡하게 얽혀있어 주변 환경 색과의 조화는 염두에 두지 않는 색채의 남용, 오용이 심각한 문제로 대두된다. 그러므로 도시 경관 색채계획이 체계적으로 이루어져 도시 전체가 어우러져 통일된 조화를 보이도록 그 주변의 자연환경과 어울리는 일정한 범위의 색채 내에서 개성 있고 짜임새 있는 색채 연출이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 도시환경 전체의 통일된 느낌을 표현하기 위해서는 커다란 부분을 차지하는 색채를 같은 계열의 색상 또는 같은 계열의 톤으로 통일시킴으로써 전체적으로 편안하고 정리된 느낌을 만들어 낼 수 있으며, 환경시설물이나 건축물 등의 색채를 적절히 조절함으로써 그 지역의 문화적 특성을 살린 의도적인 이미지를 만들어 낼 수 있다. 이러한 도시환경 색채계획을 통해 보다 쾌적한 환경을 조성하고 다른 지역과의 차별성을 강조하여 경쟁력 있는 도시로 발전하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
