        Since delivery food has become a new dietary culture, this study examines consumer awareness through big data analysis. We present the direction of delivery food for healthy eating culture and identify the current state of consumer awareness. Resources for big data analysis were mainly articles written by consumers on various websites; the collection period was divided into before and after COVID-19. Results of the big data analysis revealed that before COVID-19, delivery food was recognized as a limited product as a meal concept, but after COVID-19, it was recognized as a new shopping list and a new product for home parties. This study concludes by suggesting a new direction for healthy eating culture.

        This article focuses on the Namdaemum repair and the Seokguram restoration, which had begun in 1961, as an important repair conducted during the time of seeking the conservation principle of architectural heritage after liberation in Korea. Through the analysis of the principles described in the repair report issued after the two repairs, meeting records, and related expert announcements, it is shown that the principle of 'preservation of the historic state' had been established at Namdaemun repair and later have changed to the principle of 'restoration of the historic form' which means reconstruction in Seokguram restoration. By analyzing the minutes of the Cultural Heritage Committee's meeting on the repair of other cultural properties during this period, it is revealed that the key terms related to the preservation principle, 'historic form' and 'restoration', were given meaning as 'object' and 'method' of preservation, and then 'restoration of the historic form' has been gradually used as a conservation principle.

        세계 5대 갯벌해역으로 유명한 한국 서해 경기만의 기후변화 영향을 파악하고, 기후변화 영향을 최소화하기 위한 적응방안 연 구하였다. 경기만의 기후변화 영향으로 2100년에 수온은 1.2 ℃ 증가하고, 염분이 1.1 PSU 감소하며, 해수면은 35.2 cm 상승하는 것으로 예 측되었다. 또한 해수면 상승의 효과로 150.5 km2의 해안지역이 침수될 것으로 예상되었다. 기후변화로 인한 경기만 생태환경 영향을 최소 화하기 위한 적응대책으로는 1) 경기만 자체 자연환경의 적응능력 유지를 위한 지원, 2) 생물 서식지 확보를 위한 인간 활동 조정 등 두가 지 방안이 제시되었다.

        PURPOSES : For most local governments, including that of Gangwon-do, the establishment of an organized pavement management system is insufficient, resulting in problems such as inefficient distribution and use of maintenance budgets for deteriorated road pavements. In this study, we aimed to contribute to the establishment of a more reasonable road maintenance strategy by developing a model for predicting the annual international roughness index (IRI) change for national highway asphalt pavements in Gangwon-do based on big data analysis. METHODS : Data on independent and dependent variables used for model development were collected. The collected data were subjected to exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data preprocessing. Independent variable candidates were selected to reduce multicollinearity through correlation analysis and specific conditions. A final model was selected, and sensitivity analysis was performed. RESULTS : The final model that predicts annual IRI change uses independent variables such as annual temperature range, minimum temperature, freeze-thaw days, IRI, surface distress (SD), and freezing days. The sensitivity analysis confirmed that the annual IRI change was affected in the order of annual temperature range, minimum temperature, freeze-thaw days, IRI, SD, and freezing days. CONCLUSIONS : Road maintenance can be performed rationally by predicting future pavement conditions using the model developed in this study. The accuracy of the prediction model can be improved if additional data, such as material properties and pavement thickness, are obtained in future studies.

        This study aims to measure sedimentation status change with the changes in internal pressure for dry chemical extinguishers of various use periods and analyze the suitability of the fire extinguishers' performance criteria. When the internal pressure of the fire extinguisher is 0%, 2 out of 10 new dry chemical powders for the 5 elapsed years were noted to be suitable, including 3 recycled dry chemical powders with 5 elapsed years that were found eligible. One out of 10 new dry chemical powders for 10 elapsed years was shown as suitable. Also, one new dry chemical powder for 13 elapsed years was suitable. When the internal pressure of the fire extinguisher was 50%, all 10 out of 10 new dry chemical powders for 5 years, recycled one with 5 elapsed years, and a new one with 10 elapsed years were found to be suitable, while 9 new dry chemical powders for 13 years were shown as suitable. When the internal pressure of the fire extinguisher was normal, new ones with 5 elapsed years, recycled ones with 5 elapsed years, new ones with 10 elapsed years, and new ones with 13 elapsed years were all 10 out of 10 samples noted as suitable. In summarizing the experiment results, it was found that the sedimentation status, one of the fire extinguisher's physical properties experiments, affects the fire extinguisher's performance criteria rather than the change with use periods.

        The misuse of resources is getting serious every year, and the annual cost of domestic wates disposal announced by the Ministry of Environment is appraching 15 to 23 trillion won, Concerns are mounting that if the situation persists, the saturation of domestic waste landfill in 2025 will not be prevented. As the movement to prevent and solve global environmental problems increases, institutions, companies and individuals are increasingly interested in ‘Upcycle environmenal design’ that considers nature and composes spaces. This study explores solutions to environmental problems caused by waste, focusing on upcycle products and describes the uniform characteristics and effects of upcycle products shown through the analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, upcycle products are not only treating waste but also protecting the environment at another level. Second, manufacturing upcycle products that take advantage of the original characteristics of packaging material. And third, drawing economic profits from upcycle products as well as the environment. The development of upcycle products according to social consciousness is creating a new environmental design for the surrounding environment(architecture, landscaping, interior, etc) and the movement to think and protect the environment leads to many changes in individual lives beyond institutions and companies. As the movement for environmental protection is expected to become more activement the outlook for upcycle products is also expected to rise further.

        본 연구는 1949-2015년 가운데 중국의 표어 출현율이 최고점을 나타내는 시기를 중심으로 표어에 나타난 키워드(단어)를 주요 대상으로 하여 통시적인 관점으로 분 석하였다. 이에 따라 각 시기에 나타난 표어에서 키워드(단어)를 추출하고, 이를 시 대적 배경 및 사건과 연관 지어 그 변천사를 살펴보았다. 표어 문구에 나타난 키워 드(단어)의 추이는 시대의 흐름에 따라 초기에는 정치적 표어가 주류를 이루다가 점 차 사회 및 경제발전을 제창하는 표어로 변화되는 경향을 보였으며, 각 시기에 주요 정책과 사건, 인물 등이 반복하여 언급되었다. 또 시대별로 중국과 그 주변국의 관계 변화도 표어를 통해 살펴볼 수 있었다

        본 연구는 코로나19 팬데믹이 한국 소비자의 패션소비지출에 미친 영향을 파악하고자, 코로나19 전후 기간에 한국 가계의 패션소비지출의 변화를 살펴보고 세대와 소득수준에 따라 그 변화를 비교하였다. 연구문제의 검증을 위해 통 계청의 가계동향자료를 토대로 2018년부터 2021년까지 가구의 소득, 소비지출액, 소비지출 중 패션소비지출액을 추출 하였고, 추출된 자료로 소득대비 패션소비지출 비율, 지출대비 패션소비지출 비율이 계산되었다. 세대는 Z세대, M세 대, X세대, 베이비부머 세대, 사일런트 세대로 구분되었고, 소득수준은 가계소득 5분위를 기준으로 해당하는 소득분위 로 구분되었다. 연구 결과, 코로나19 이후 소득대비 패션소비지출 비율은 감소하였으며 소득분위에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 가구의 지출대비 패션소비지출 비율은 코로나19 발생 이전과 이후 기간을 비교한 결과 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 세대에 따른 차이도 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 소득분위에 따른 차이는 없었다. 가구 총지출액 중 패션소비지출이 차지하는 비율은 패션소비가 차지하는 중요도를 의미하는 것으로, 코로나19 이후 소비영 역의 중요도가 변화하였음을 나타내며, 세대에 따른 중요도의 차이가 존재하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 팬데믹 상황과 같은 소비에 영향을 미치는 거시적 환경의 변화에 따라 향후 소비의 변화를 예측하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

        Targeting Microcystin (MC), which is most abundantly detected in the North-Han River water area, we analyzed the relationship between the MC biosynthesis gene (mcyA gene), cyanobacteria cell density, and MC concentration, derived an RNA-MC conversion formula, and derived the cyanobacteria. The concentration of MC present in cells was predicted. In the North-Han River waters, the mcyA gene was found mainly at downstream sites of the North-Han River after Muk-Hyeon Stream junction, and higher copy numbers were found on average than other sites. In the Uiam Lake waters upstream of the North-Han River, the mcyA gene copy number increased at the Kong-Ji Stream point, and after September, the mcyA gene copy number decreased throughout the North-Han River waters. The expression of the mcyA gene was concentrated in the short period of summer due to the spatio-temporal difference between upstream and downstream water bodies. The mcyA gene expression level was not only highly correlated with MC concentration, but also correlated with the cell density of Microcystis aeruginosa and Dolichospermum circinale, which are known to biosynthesize MC. Six conversion formulas derived based on the RNA-MC relationship showed statistical significance (p<0.05) and exhibited high correlation coefficients (r) of 0.9 or higher. The expression level of MC biosynthesis gene present in eRNA determines the synthesis of cyanotoxin substances in water, quickly quantifies gene activity, and can be fully utilized for early warning of MC development.

        목적 : 본 연구는 굴절이상도에 따른 고위수차와의 상관관계, 근시, 정시, 원시 그룹 간의 고위수차를 비교 분 석하여 시력의 질을 높이기 위한 연구에 도움이 될 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 방법 : 굴절검사와 고위수차 검사는 i-Profilerplus 를 사용하였으며, 고위수차는 제르니케 다항식에서 코마, 트 레포일, 구면, 비점, 콰트레포일수차의 4차 항까지의 제르니케 계수를 비교 분석하였다. 결과 : 코마수차, 구면수차, 콰트레포일수차, 비점수차는 남자보다 여자가 높게 나타났고, 트레포일수차는 여 자보다 남자가 높게 나타났다. 근시, 정시 원시 그룹의 고위수차 중 코마수차는 원시안이 0.069±0.049 μm로 가 장 높게 나타났으며 트레포일수차는 원시안이 0.084±0.072 μm로 가장 높게 나타났다. 구면수차는 정시안이 0.025±0.043 μm로 가장 높게 나타났고 비점수차는 정시안이 0.028±0.024 μm로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 콰트 레포일수차는 원시안이 0.031±0.031 μm로 가장 높게 나타났다. 등가구면굴절력과 고위수차와의 상관성은 근시 도가 낮고 원시도가 높을수록 양의 상관성을 나타냈다. 결론 : 고위 수차는 근시 그룹에서는 코마수차, 정시와 원시 그룹에서는 트레포일수차가 가장 높게 나타났다.
