CNC cutting process has been mainly used for processing metal materials, and wood processing is also changing to machining by CNC machine. But the researches on the CNC machining of wood and its characteristics were rarely carried out.
In this study, we analyzed the machined surface according to the cutting conditions such as the cutting direction, spindle speed, feed rate, cutting depth, chip removal in the CNC machining of wood. The consideration of cutting conditions and their effects on the surface finish will provide possibilities for improving the wood machining processes.
In this study, the temperature, the absolute humidity, and the turbulent flow characteristics of exhaust air and supply air in the mixer were studied while changing the shape of the mixer of the white smoke reducing heat exchange system. Using Solidworks, the mixer of the white smoke reduction heat exchange system was created by 3-D model. Also, the mixed flow of supply air and exhaust air inside the mixer under the uniform inlet conditions was computed, using the solidworks flow simulation. Two types of improvement models were selected by using a perforated plate and a guide vane as a turbulent mixing flow control method of the mixer. The mean temperature and mean absolute humidity of the mixture were greatly decreased according to the internal shapes of Case 1, 2, and 3. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the mixer Case 3 was 26℃. The exit temperature and absolute humidity reduction rates of Case 3 were 26.2% and 48.1%, respectively, compared with Case 1.
태백산국립공원의 고도별 관속식물의 종다양성 패턴 및 분포변화를 파악하기 위해 백단사매표소(874m)에서 천제단 (1,560m)까지 해발 100m 단위로 등분하여 8개 구간에 대한 식물목록을 작성하였다. 총 4회에 걸쳐 현지조사를 실시한 결과 89과 240속 345종 5아종 34변종 1품종의 총 385분류군이 출현하였다. 고도별 종다양성의 변화를 분석한 결과, 고도가 높아짐에 따라 점차 감소하다가 특정 구간에서부터 다시 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 구간별 출현종의 생육지 유형을 분석한 결과, 고도가 높아짐에 따라 산림에 생육하는 종의 비율은 증가하였고, 교란지에 생육하는 종의 비율은 인위적 간섭이 높은 곳에서 높은 비율로 출현하였다. 구간별 목본식물과 초본식물이 각각 차지하는 비율을 비교한 결과, 목본식물의 경우 고도가 높아짐에 따라 점차 증가하다가 인위적 간섭이 높은 구간에서 큰 폭으로 감소하는 경향을 보였고, 초본식물의 경우 그 반대의 경향성을 나타냈다. DCA기법을 이용하여 출현종의 고도별 분포변화를 분석한 결과, Ⅰ축상의 해발 900m와 1,300m를 경계로 3개의 그룹으로 구분되었다. 구간별 식분의 배치는 Ⅰ축상의 오른쪽으로부터 왼쪽을 향해 고도에 따라 배열되었고, Ⅰ축은 온량지수(WI)와 유의한 상관관계를 나타냄에 따라 고도에 따른 온도변화가 식물분포의 양상에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 기후변화로 인한 기온상승은 식물종의 수직 분포 한계선과 식물군락의 종조성 변화 및 다양성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예측된다. 본 연구결과는 생물다양성의 보전과 기후변화에 따른 관리방안 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.
This study was conducted to select cultivars and determine the harvest period suited for the availability of biological activities in unripen apple. To analyze effective the components in the apple (Malus domestica), three cultivars, 'Summerking', 'Hongro', 'Fuji' were harvested from 40~50 days after full bloom to harvest time. Soluble solid content increased gradually by ripening but titratable acidity decreased with ripening regardless of the cultivars. The total phenol content significantly reduced with ripening from May 30 to July 30 (p<0.05). Substantially, the total phenol content of ‘Hongro’ in May 30 was four times higher than that of ‘Summerking’ in the same period and ten times higher than that of ‘Hongro’ in August 30. The total flavonoid content reduced with ripening regardless of cultivars (p<0.05) and that of ‘Hongro’ in May 30 was significantly highest (p<0.05). The ascorbic acid content was the highest in ‘Hongro’ in May 30 (p<0.05). The contents of tannin and ursolic acid significantly reduced with ripening from May 30 to July 30 (p<0.05), while no significant difference was observed between Hogro and Fuji after July 30. Therefore, 'Hongro' harvested in May 30 was considered to be best in the utilization of the effective components of immature apple.
The objective of this study was to investigate the changes in flavor components of cheonggugjang prepared with hazelnut. Amino nitrogen content in cheonggukjang was significantly lower in the 30~40% hazelnut group compared to the control group. The volatile basic nitrogen of hazelnut added cheongkukjang showed a similar pattern to that of amino nitrogen. The number of B. subtilis was slightly increased in relation to the amount of hazelnut added, but there was no significant difference. The content of glucose increased proportionally with increasing hazelnut. Total amino acid content decreased with increasing hazelnut. The ratio of glutamic acid to total free amino acids increased with increasing hazelnut. Oleic acid content increased proportionally with increasing hazelnut, while linoleic acid content decreased. In conclusion, the addition of hazelnut may contribute to the quality diversification of cheonggukjang by changing the taste and flavor while maintaining the amino nitrogen content of cheonggukjang.
To extend the shelf-life of chicken breast meat, samples were treated with gel-packs containing slow-released ClO2 gas at 7-15 ppm for 8 days at 4℃. And the changes in lipid oxidation and taste compounds of the samples were investigated. TBARS value of the chicken breast was slightly increased during storage. TBARS value of gas treatments was similar to the control during storage. There were 14 fatty acids in the chicken breast. And there was no change in the fatty acid composition during storage, and there was no significant difference between the control and gas treatments. The content of free amino acids was gradually increased during storage. The content of free amino acids were not significantly different between the control and gas treatments during storage. The content of GMP in the control and gas treatments were decreased during storage. However, gas treatments showed slightly higher content than that of control. AMP was not significantly different between the control and gas treatments. IMP gradually decreased during storage and the content of inosine and hypoxanthine was increased. IMP, inosine and hypoxanthine contents of gas treatment were similar to control, but the control tended to change more rapidly than those of gas treatments.
Desalination plants are generally studied with higher operating costs compared to water supply facilities. This study was conducted to reduce the cost of water production and to preserve existing water resources. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to utilize the control valves to increase maximum efficiency, thereby reducing the power of the pumps and operating costs. Specific energy consumption was shown to reduce the process operating power by up to 1.7 times from 6.17 to 3.55 kWh/m3 based on seawater reverse osmosis 60 bar. In addition, the water intake process was divided into pre, inter, and post-according to the use method of blasting, and the water treatment process was divided into pre, inter, and post blending. In order to reduce power consumption, the blending process was combined to operate the facility, which resulted in the reduction of power consumption in the order post > pre-inter> inter blending.
콩 가공 부산물인 콩 배아 이소플라본의 생체내 활성을 증가시키기 위하여 LA, LB, LP 등 3가지 유산균을 단독 또는 혼합하여 비배당체화 전환 효율을 증가시키고자 균주의 종류와 접종량, 발효시간에 따른 이소플라본 함량을 분석하였다. 그 결과 균주를 이용한 모든 발효에서 균주를 사용하지 않은 대조군에 비하여 높은 이소플라본 비배당체 전환을 보였고, 발효시간에 따른 비배당체 전환율은 24시간에서 급격히 증가하였고 이후에는 큰 변화는 보이지 않았다. 비배당체화 발효의 최적 균주는 LP균, 접종량은 5%, 발효시간은 24시간 이었다. 대조군의 이소플라본 배당체의 구성은 글리시틴>다이드진>제니스틴 순으로 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었고, 유산균을 접종하여 발효시켰을 때 배당체들은 감소하였고, 비배당체 함량이 증가하였으며, 다이드제인>글리시테인>제니스테인 순으로 45% 이상의 비배당체 전환율을 나타내었다. 특히, 대조군과 비교하여 유산균으로 발효시켰을 때 다이드진의 함량이 가장 크게 감소하였고, 다이드제인 함량이 가장 크게 증가하였다. 소야사포닌의 경우 발효에 의하여 Ab가 급격하게 감소하였고 Ba와 Bb가 증가하였다. 발효액은 pH 3에서 pH 6으로 증가함에 따라 이소플라본 비배당체 함량이 증가하였으며 특히, 다이드제인 함량이 많이 증가하였고, 소야사포닌 함량은 Ab 함량이 급격하게 감소하였고, Ba와 Bb 함량도 소량감소하는 등 발효액의 pH가 발효에 의한 이소플라본과 소야사포닌 함량 변화에 많은 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인중의 하나임을 알 수 있었고, LP균을 이용한 발효로 가공부산물인 콩 배아의 생리활성 증가 및 기능성소재화를 꾀할 수 있을 것 으로 생각된다.
Busanjin Fortress was originally made of stone fortress for the Joseon Navy, which was located in Dongnae area in the late Joseon Dynasty. However, the Japanesque Castle of Busanjin in 1592 was built by the Japanese military during the Japanese Invasion of Korea. Since the Japanese military retreated, the Joseon Navy had renovated the fortress and had used it as a base for stationing, and it had been maintained in Busanjin Fortress until the Joseon Navy was disbanded in 1895. After the abolition of the Naval Force System, the space in Busanjin Fortress was dismantled, and the government facilities and their sites were not properly managed and repaired, eventually was sold to Japanese. As Busanjin Fortress failed to function properly, the coastal space in Busanjin became a burial ground after being reclaimed by Japanese with real estate investment in mind. Today, the traces of Busanjin Fortress have been removed by the reclamation work, and only the remains of some stone pillars remain under the name of Jaseongdae(子城臺). Thus, the old custom as the Naval base disappeared, leaving only the image of Japanesque Castle.
This study empirically analyzed the influence of fashion brands’ marketing issues on actual sales and consumer preference—focusing on evaluation trends of brands over time by using the theoretical background and big data provided through literature. This study examined the influence of three fashion brands (Balenciaga, Vetements, and Off-White) that have recently seen a drastic increase in the number of searched volumes through social networks. To identify the consumer-brand evaluations and trends and the marketing issues, the time period was divided into Groups A and B, which are from 2014 to 2015 and from 2016 to 2017, respectively. This study analyzed the frequency of overlapping keywords by using the R program to graphically visualize the changes over the timeline. Specifically, this analysis extracted data mainly related to bags, wallets and accessories for 2014-2015, but in 2016-2017, all four brands saw a vast increase in the frequency of searching product keywords related to clothing and footwear, and newly extracted ones were the top keywords. When analyzing the big data with these keywords as indicators, I confirmed that the products related to bags, wallets, and accessories were shifted to those related to apparel and footwear. Consumers previously recognized luxury brands such as Balenciaga as accessoriesoriented brands that were focused on handbags and sunglasses, but now they are gaining popularity and recognition among consumers as a fashion brand.
Citation frequency is an important factor in evaluating journal quality and is used as a measure of journal impact. The citation index of a paper plays an important role in linking papers with groups of other academic papers, forming a huge and complex network. This study examines the intellectual structure of apparel research through the bibliometric citation analysis of The Research Journal of the Costume Culture (RJCC). In order to analyze the changes in the intellectual structure of the RJCC, we used the Korea Citation Index’s (KCI) data (highly citing journals and highly cited journals). The NodeXL, a social network analysis tool, was used to examine the connection structure between journals. In order to identify the academic influence of the RJCC, we used the KCI journal citation index. Our findings indicate that the RJCC has a high centrality index among the clothing-oriented journals in the same life sciences field. A look at the journals citing the RJCC and the journals cited within the RJCC also showed that more journals of diverse fields have been recently linked through their citations. This suggests that a convergence of interdisciplinary research is underway in the field of clothing. As a result of examining international journals cited in the RJCC, it was confirmed that they were cited in prominent international journals in various fields.
‘선교적 공동체’는 세상에 널려있는 공동체의 일반적인 표지는 아니다. 이 공동체는 기독교라는 독특한 본질을 포함하면서 세상에 하나님 나라를 드러내는 고유의 존재감을 가진다. 이곳에 있는 성도들은 자신들이 속한 교회 안 밖의 다양한 조직에서 나름대로 선교적 그리스도인으로 변화하려는 노력을 한다. 그들은 교회가 구원의 공동체임을 알리는 역할, 진정한 이웃이 되는 실천, 그리고 관찰자의 위치에서 선교적 조언자 역할을 한다. 본고에서 필자는 위에서 주장한 선교적 공동체 구성원의 세 가지 역할에 요더의 선교 이론 중 부합하는 일부분을 반영했다. 첫 번째로 산상수훈을 실천하는 공동체의 제자도 실천을 중요시했다. 두 번째로 완전한 제자 공동체의 지속적인 확산을 강조했 다. 세 번째 주장은 공동체의 현실적 대응은 알곡 공동체의 성장점이라는 것이다. 즉, 선교적 그리스도인으로 인해 변화와 성장을 체험한 알곡 공동체는 새로운 증인 공동체를 위한 씨앗으로 세상에 존재한다.
We analyzed the anthocyanin accumulation, abscisic acid (ABA), gibberellic acid (GA) contents and metabolic genes expression in berry skins under high temperature (High T) at veraison, in order to investigate the cause of bad coloration of 'Kyoho' grape due to High T in summer season. The coloration of ‘Kyoho’ grapes was stopped by High T for 10 days from veraison, and the fruit quality was not affected except skin color. Total anthocyanin of skins was decreased by High T treatment and malvidin and peonidin were decreased compared to control. In berry skins, ABA content did not decrease by High T treatment, but it was rather higher than that of control. GA content was increased about two times compared to the control after 10 days of High T treatment, which caused decreased ratio of ABA/GA. Analysis of expression of anthocyanin biosynthetic genes showed that the early biosynthetic genes were not affected by High T and the expression of UFGT was decreased by temperature treatment. ABA biosynthetic gene expressions were not affected by High T and the expression of GA20ox1 and GA2ox1/2, which are known to regulate the biosynthesis and inactivation of GA, were increased and decreased by High T, respectively. Therefore, the bad coloration of ‘Kyoho’ grapes under the High T at veraison was due to inhibition of anthocyanin biosynthesis of skin, and it was suggested that the anthocyanin biosynthesis was controlled by the ratio of ABA and GA rather than ABA content.
