본 연구는 해운기업의 핵심역량이 해당 기업에서 승선실습을 마친 실습생들의 만족도와 이것이 졸업 후 승선 기업선택 및 장기승선에 미치는 영향을 연구하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구 등을 바탕으로 설문 문항을 설정하여 위탁실습을 마친 실습생 211명을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하고 가설을 설정하여 검증한 결과, 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 기업의 핵심역량에 해당하는 가치성과 지속성은 승선 실습의 만족도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치며, 이들에 대한 영향력은 각각 32.4 %와 32.7 %로 나타났다. 둘째, 승선실습 만족도는 졸업 이후 승선기업 선택에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 이들에 대한 영향력은 49.7 %로 나타났다. 셋째, 승선 실습의 만족도와 장기 승선간에는 4.5 % 수준의 낮은 영향력이 형성되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 넷째, 승선기업 선택과 장기 승선 간에는 74 %의 높은 영향력이 형성중인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 해운기업은 선박관리 능력 향상을 위해 핵심 역량을 증대시키고, 우수한 해기인력을 수급받기 위한 실습생 만족도 향상 노력이 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

최근 조선 해운 산업 분야에서 큰 관심을 보이고 있는 자율운항선박의 현실화를 위해서는 선박의 운항 상태를 육상에서 효과적으로 확인하고 진단할 수 있는 기술이 필수적으로 뒷받침되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 선박 운항데이터를 수집하는 데이터 수집 플랫폼과 선내 및 육상 서비스를 제공하는 플랫폼이 하나의 시스템으로 동작하는 스마트선박 솔루션을 제시하고, 이를 실제 운항 선박에 적용하여 기존의 선박 데이터 수집 체계 대비 고품질의 다양한 데이터가 수집 가능함을 평가하였다. 또한 이렇게 수집된 데이터에서 주기관 관련 파라미터들의 데이터 분석을 수행하여 유효한 결과를 도출하고 패턴을 시각화하여 종합적인 상태를 판단하는데 활용 가능함을 보였다. 마지막으로 이러한 연구 결과를 선박의 다양한 장비로 확장 적용하고 운항 환경 데이터까지 함께 분석한다면 육상에서 선박의 운항 상황을 보다 효과적으로 확인하고 평가 가능함을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to optimize the mandarin dry chip manufacturing using a response surface methodology. The experiment was designed based on a CCD (Central Composite Design), and the independent variables were the drying temperature (X1, 50-90oC), drying time (X2, 12-36 hours), and microwave pretreat time (X3, 0-4 minutes). The results of appearance (Y5), color (Y6), taste (Y8) and overall acceptance (Y10) were fitted to the response surface methodology model (R2=0.86, 0.88, 0.89, and 0.84, respectively). Increasing the drying temperature and microwave treatment time were negatively evaluated for consumer acceptance. On the other hand, a high value of consumer acceptance was evaluated when the drying time was more than 24 hr. Therefore, the optimal conditions of X1, X2, and X3 were 52.989oC, 24 hr, and 1 min, respectively. Under these optimal conditions, the predicted values of Y5, Y6, Y8, and Y10 were 5.066, 5.338, 5.063, and 5.339, respectively.

본 연구는 합천호에서 2002~2017년까지 16년간의 장기간 동안 수질변수를 이용하여 부영양화 특성, 경험적 모델분석 및 몬순강도에 따른 수질변이 특성을 분석하였다. 장기간의 연별 수질 분석에서 합천호는 중영양 ~부영양 상태로 분석되었고, 계절별 수질분석에서 부영양화 현상은 하절기 이후 심화되는 것으로 나타났다. 장기간의 수질변이 특성은 유역의 점오염원 및 비점 오염원이 크게 변하지 않는 상황 하에서 매년 강우 사상 (집중 강우 vs. 약한 강우) 및 계절적인 강우강도에 의해 조절되는 것으로 분석되었다. 총인(TP), 총질소(TN), 생물학적 산소요구량(BOD) 및 이온 농도변화는 건기해(Dry year)와 홍수해 (Wet year)의 비교분석에서 뚜렷한 차이를 보여 영양염류, 유기물 농도 및 이온농도 변동에 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히, 수질 변수 중 매년 영양염 지표(TP, TN), 유기물 지표(BOD, COD), 총 부유물질 농도 및 1차생산력의 지표 (Chl-a)는 강수량과 정상관관계를 보였다. 녹조의 지표인 Chl-a 농도는 총인, 총질소, 및 BOD와 높은 상관관계를 보여, 타 호수처럼 영양염의 과도한 증가시기에 Chl-a농도가 낮아지는 특성과는 차이를 보였다. Log-전환된 총질소, 총인 및 Chl-a에 대한 경험적 모델(Empirical model) 분석에 따르면, Chl-a 농도는 인(phosphorus) 농도에 의해 1차적으로 조절되며, 질소(N)농도는 유의한 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 Log10TN, Log10TP, Log10CHL의 상류, 중류, 하류구간에 대한 공간적 회귀분석에서 총인과 Chl-a는 p <0.005의 유의적인 상관관계를 나타내었으나 총질소와 Chl-a는 p > 0.005의 결과를 보여, 녹조번성에 대해 인(P)이 핵심역할을 하는 것으로 분석 되었다. 또한, 총질소와 총인 모두 Chl-a와 댐에 가까운 하류구간(Lacustrine zone)에 비해 상류구간(Riverine zone)에서 더 유의적인 결과를 보여, 상류역에서 무기성 부유물의 농도의 영향에 의한 광제한 효과(Light limitation)가 거의 나타나지 않는 것으로 분석되었다.

This paper provides data for product development and improvement of grape varieties by analyzing the satisfactionimportance of the grape selection attributes from a consumer's perspective. A survey was conducted on consumers aged 19- 59 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon on their fruit consumption level, preferences according to the grape quality characteristics, importance, and satisfaction with the grape selection attributes. Three hundred and eighty two valid samples were collected and analyzed statistically using SPSS 23. In the preference according to the grape quality characteristics, consumers tended to prefer a sweet taste, black color, and seedless grapes. Regarding the importance of the grape selection attributes according to the level of grape consumption, the high consumption group considers texture, size, shape, color, ease of removing seeds, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand to be more important. In satisfaction, the high consumption group rated satisfaction highly in texture, odor, size, shape, color, ease of removing peelings, ease of removing seeds, price, country of origin, area of production, certification, and brand. An analysis of the IPA of the grape selection attributes showed that improvement of price and shape attributes will be prioritized, and the development and management of properties, such as seeds, peelings, certification, and brand will be required. These results can be used to help improve the grape varieties and develop products that meet the consumer needs, secure the competitiveness of grape farmers, and revitalize the local economy.

Indonesia has the largest economy in Southeast Asia and is one of the fastest growing economies of the world. This study was conducted to understand Indonesian food consumers, and to provide the marketing implications for food exporting companies in Korea. An online survey was conducted on 795 local consumers in Indonesia and the study analyzed their preference for Korean food and Korean culture. Then this study identified the relationship of these variables and consumers’ intention to purchase Korean food. The results of this study were as follows. First, Indonesian consumers had a strong preference for Ramyeon, noodles, snacks and kimchi among Korean foods. Second, the preference for Korean culture was high in a descending order of Korean dramas, cosmetics, songs and news. Third, both Korean food and Korean culture preferences showed significant differences depending on gender, age and the frequency of eating out. Lastly, analysis of the relationships among the variables showed that there is a positive relationship between Korean food preferences and Korean food purchase intentions. Further, the consumers’ Korean culture preference had a mediating effect within this relationship. The results of this study imply that marketers in Korea food companies need to consider the consumers’ preference for Korean food and Korean culture when they build proper strategies for exporting Korean foods to Indonesia.

본 연구는 현직 및 예비 지구과학교사의 H-R도와 별의 진화에 대한 개념 이해 상태를 알아보기 위해 개념 지위 분석틀을 활용하여 수행하였다. 이해 가능성 영역에서 현직교사의 비과학적 용어 사용이 다수 발견되었고, 그래프 작성에서 낮은 과학적 탐구 능력과 개념에 대한 비과학적 비유가 발견되어 교수 과정에서 잘못된 개념 전달의 가능성이 확인되었다. 예비교사는 중등교육과정 연계 문항에서 다수의 오류를 보였으며, 이와 관련하여 학교 현장에 적용이 더 잘될 수 있도록 예비교사 교육 과정의 개선이 필요하겠다. 개연성 영역에서, 두 집단 모두 별의 진화가 갖는 우주론적 의미를 이해하고 있었으나, 예비교사의 별의 실제기작에 대한 설명이 구체적이지 않았다. 유용성 영역에서, 현직교 사는 지구과학의 학문적 특성을 반영한 교육적 고민을 하고 있었고, 지식을 현실 문제해결에 활용, 적용하려는 경향이 높았다. 반면, 예비교사는 높은 무응답률을 보여 H-R도와 별의 진화를 실용적 개념으로 파악하지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 결과적으로, 두 집단 모두에서 H-R도와 별의 진화에 대한 비과학적 개념이 다수 발견되어 교사 교육 및 교수 학습 계획 수립 시 주의가 필요함을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized job description for dietitians using the DACUM technique. To examine the validity of job description through DACUM, dietitians were surveyed relative to importance, performance, and difficulty. The survey was conducted April 1-30, 2014. A total of 217 questionnaires were used in the analysis. The final developed job description for dietitians included six duties, 38 tasks, and 210 task elements. DACUM’s findings include six duties: nutrition management, food service operation management, hygiene safety management, community food and nutrition program management, organization management, and professionalism strengthening. There were 5.1 points regarding importance, 4.1 points regarding performance, 4.9 points regarding difficulty, and statistically significant differences (p<0.001). Dietitians responded that ‘nutrition management’ and ‘hygiene safety management’ were the most important. ‘Hygiene and safety management’ showed the highest performance, and ‘community food and nutrition program management’ and ‘professionalism strengthening'' showed the highest difficulty. Thus, it is considered that the job analysis results can be used to evaluate and improve the subjects’ training program. Dietitians’ jobs are subject to various environmental changes, such as demographic changes, health care system changes, and the development of the food industry, and thus, should be reviewed and analyzed periodically.

도시생태계는 기존 자연생태계와 달리 야생생물 및 인간이 함께 공존하는 상호복합적 환경을 제공한다. 그러나 도시 녹지 및 공원에 출현하는 말벌속(genus Vespa)은 도시생태계에 긍정적인 기능을 수행함과 동시에 도시민에게 물리적·심리적 피해를 초래하는 불균형을 야기하기도 한다. 특히 어린이공원은 접근성이 높아 도시민 및 어린이가 쉽게 이용하는 도시 녹지이며 말벌속이 거점 및 서식지로 활용하는 공간임에도 아직까지 어린이공원에 출현하는 말벌속에 대한 서식환경 및 출현 특성을 공간적으로 분석한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구는 말벌속의 생활사 기간을 고려해 2018년 4월부터 11월까지 32주간 천안시 어린이공원 27개소 내 말벌트랩을 설치해 말벌(Vespa crabro flavofasciata), 좀말벌(Vespa analis parallela), 장수말벌(Vespa mandarinina), 꼬마장수말벌(Vespa ducalis), 등검은말벌(Vespa velutina nigrithorax)을 포획하고 출현 종 구성 및 어린이공원의 입지 특성 및 환경공간정보를 고려한 말벌속의 출현 경향을 분석하였다. 연구 기간 말벌속은 총 818개체가 포획되었으며, 종별로는 좀말벌 290개체(35.4%), 말벌 260개체(31.8%), 꼬마장수말벌 100개체 (12.1%), 장수말벌 87개체(10.6%), 등검은말벌 81개체(9.9%) 순으로 포획되었다. 대부분의 말벌속은 계칩(啓蟄) 이후 5~6 월에 여왕벌 위주로 포획이 이루어지다가 분업기인 6월 중순부터 포획 개체 수가 급감한 공통적인 특징이 있으나, 등검은말벌 은 타 말벌속의 쇠퇴기가 이미 시작된 10월 3주차부터 80% 이상 포획되어 계절적 차이를 보여주었다. 어린이공원 입지별 말벌속 포획 개체 수를 분석한 결과 포획량 상위 6개소에서 363개체(44.3%), 하위 6개소에서 35개체(4%)가 포획되어 확연한 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 상위 6개소의 평균 NDVI(Normalized difference vegetation index)는 0.79로 하위 6개소의 평균 NDVI인 0.38과 유의한 평균간 차이를 보였으며(t=2.67*, *=p<0.05), 주변 토지이용이 초지 혹은 나지일 경우 말벌속 포획 빈도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 도시 내 녹지 및 공원에 출현하는 말벌속의 생태적 기본 특성을 확인한 기초 연구로서 의의가 있으며, 향후 효율적인 도시 녹지 관리를 위한 토대가 될 것으로 기대된다.
