본 연구는 중학교 교육과정에서 수학과 연계된 지구과학 실험 중 지구의 크기 측정을 중심으로 총 30시간 동안 지구과학 교육봉사 활동에 참여한 예비 지구과학교사와 중학생들에게 본 프로그램이 주는 의미를 살펴보고 혁신적 수업으로의 가능성을 탐색해 보았다. 중학교 과학 교과서에 소개된 고대 그리스 시대 에라토스테네스의 그림자 길이를 이용한 지구 크기 측정 실험에서 나타나는 오차를 최소화하기 위하여, 멀리 떨어진 수도권과 지방의 두 개의 중학교에서 삼각비를 이용한 탐구 활동을 수행 한 후, 실측한 자료를 두 학교 학생들이 공유하여 지구의 크기를 최종적으로 계산하였다. 이 과정을 통해 실측 자료를 효과적으로 표현하는 수학적 방법을 배우며, 반복적이고 정확한 자료 획득 과정의 중요성과 어려움을 체험하고, 도출된 결과에 포함된 오차의 원인들에 대해 토론하였다. 본 연구 결과는 학생들이 지구과학 탐구의 특성을 이해하고, 2015 개정 교육과정에서 과학과 수학교과에서 공통적으로 강조하고 있는 교과 역량인 문제 해결력, 사고력, 의사소통 능력을 함양할 수 있는 수학·과학 통합 프로그램 개발에 기초 자료를 제공할 것이다.

Recently, the advancement of information and communication technology(ICT) is expanding the connectivity through Internet of Things(IoT), and the media of connection is also expanding from wire/cable transmission to broadband wireless communication, which has significantly improved mobility. This hyperconnectivity has become a key element of the fourth industrial revolution, whereas the supervisory control network of purification plants in korea is operated as a communication network separated from the outside, thereby lagging in terms of connectivity. This is considered the best way to ensure security, and thus there is hardly any consideration of establishing alternatives to operate an efficient and stable communication network. Moreover, security for management of a commercialized communication network and network management solution may be accompanied by immense costs, making it more difficult to make new attempts. Therefore, to improve the conditions for the current supervisory control network of purification plants, this study developed a industrial security L2 switch that supports modbus TCP(Transmission Control Protocol) communication and encryption function of the transmission section. As a result, the communication security performance improved significantly, and the cost for implementing the network management system using Historical Trend and information of HMI(Human Machine Interface) could be reduced by approximately KRW 200 million. The results of this study may be applied to systems for gas, electricity and social safety nets that are infrastructure communication networks that are similar to purification plants.

Today, the fashion business environment of the 4.0 generation is changing based on fashion technology combined with advanced digital technologies such as AI (Artificial Intelligence), big data and IoT (Internet of Things). “Digital Transformation” means a fundamental change and innovation in a digital paradigm including corporate strategy, organization, communication, and business model, based on the utilization of digital technology. Thus, this study examines digital transformation strategies through the fashion brand Burberry. The study contents are as follows. First, it examines the theoretical concept of digital transformation and its utilization status. Second, it analyzes the characteristics of Burberry’s digital transformation based on its strategies. For the research methodology, a literature review was performed on books and papers, aligning with case studies through websites, social media, and news articles. The result showed that first, Burberry has reset their main target to Millennials who actively use mobile and social media, and continues to communicate with them by utilizing digital strategy in the entire management. Second, Burberry is quickly delivering consistent brand identity to consumers by internally creating and providing social media-friendly content. Third, they have started real-time product sales and services by using IT to enhance access to brands and to lead consumers towards more active participation. In this study, Burberry’s case shows that digital transformation can contribute to increased brand value and sales, keeping up with the changes in the digital paradigm. Therefore, the study suggests that digital transformation will serve as an important business strategy for fashion brands in the future.

혁신 채찍(Innovation stick)은 혁신을 위한 특정 의무를 부과하고 그 의무를 달성하지 못하였을 경우 벌금 등의 불이익을 부과하는 방식이다. 특허와 같은 당근뿐만 아니라 불이익을 부과하는 채찍으로도 혁신을 달성할 수 있다. 필요한 혁신이지만 이에 대한 시장의 수요가 적은 경우, 시장 경쟁에만 두면 외부효과가 만연한 경우, 또는 채찍 적용 대상이 시장에서 탈출할 위험이 적은 경우에는 혁신 채찍이 유용하다. 혁신 채찍은 사회 전체 이익을 위한 효과적인 수단을 추구하도록 하고 당근과 달리 추가적인 비용을 발생시키지 않는다. 단, 이러한 이점을 누리기 위해서는 정부가 혁신 채찍을 설정하는 주체로서 정보 부담을 지어야 한다. 대표적인 혁신 채찍으로는 기업평균연비제도와 포괄수가제를 들 수 있는데, 모두 미국, 유럽, 우리나라 등 여러 국가에서 활용되고 있다. 앞으로 다가올 인공지능⋅빅데이터 시대에도 혁신 채찍은 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 인공지능 ⋅빅데이터가 발전할 수 있는 환경을 구축하거나 우려되는 외부효과를 방지하는 데 혁신 채찍이 좋은 도구가 될 수 있다. 공공 영역에서는 고품질 공공데이터 확보를 위한 혁신 채찍이, 시장 영역에서는 인공지능⋅빅데이터 시스템의 블랙박스화와 차별을 방지하기 위한 혁신 채찍이 필요하다. 이를 위해서 정부는 많은 정보 부담을 감수하고 준비하여야 한다. 준비 없이 만들어진 채찍은 사람들을 시장에서 탈출하게 하여 오히려 혁신을 저해할 수 있다. 미국, 유럽 등 주요국은 이미 인공지능⋅빅데이터 시대의 혁신 채찍을 수립하기 위한 연구를 시작하였다. 우리도 국제사회와 함께 필요한 혁신 채찍이 무엇인지, 적용 기준은 무엇인지, 어떻게 평가할지 논의를 진행하여야 한다.

오늘날, 세계적으로 미세먼지(Particulate Matters:PM)의 심각성에 대한 인식과 해결을 위한 다양한 방법이 소개되고 있다. 영국과 같은 선진국에서는 정책을 바탕으로 커뮤니티가 주도하는 활성화된 PM저감형 가든 조성 및 관리를 통해 PM저감에 기여하고 있다. 이에 대한 연구는 국내 PM문제 해결을 위한 대안이 될 수 있다. 그러므로, 본 연구의 목적은 커뮤니티 주도 PM저감형 가든에 대한 영국 런던의 사례 분석과 경영 구조에 대한 특징을 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 적극적인 커뮤니티 참여를 통한 PM저감형 가든 조성 및 운영 활성화를 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 체계적인 분석, 고찰 및 시사점 도출을 위해, Place-keeping 분석 틀을 이용하였다. 그 결과, 적극적인 거버넌스를 강조하는 지방정부의 정책적 가이드라인이 PM저감을 위한 구심점으로 작용하였다. 또한, 이해관계자들의 참여를 통한 파트너십, 커뮤니티에 의한 추가적인 재원 마련, 정기적인 모니터링, 장기적 관점에서의 관리가 동시에 적용되고 있음을 발견하였다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 PM저감형 커뮤니티 가든은 적극적 거버넌스 개념 도입을 통한 지속 가능한 자립형 경영 구조를 강조하는 바이다. 이러한 주장을 뒷받침하기 위해 Place-keeping의 여섯 가지 개념을 적용하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 정책은 커뮤니티 참여 활성화를 강조하는 실현 가능한 대안을 제시해야 한다. 둘째, 적극적 거버넌스 개념을 촉진하기 위해 커뮤니티의 의사결정 참여를 위한 기회 제공을 의무화해야 한다. 셋째, 추가적인 재원 마련을 위해 민간 및 비지니스 분야와 같은 외부 자금 지원이 확대돼야 한다. 넷째, PM저감 쟁점에 대해 일반 국민이 책임을 공유해야 한다. 다섯째, 커뮤니티 주도 PM모니터링 확대와 대학과 같은 잠재적인 이해관계자들의 PM모니터링 참여를 확대해야 한다. 여섯째, 저관리형 PM저감 식재를 통해 재원 및 인력 부족에 대한 한계점을 최소화하여 장기적인 유지관리 구조를 조성해야 한다. 이와 같은 시사점의 반영은 추후, 공동체 의식의 증가뿐만 아니라, 결과적으로 PM저감형 커뮤니티 가든의 활성화로 이어질 것이다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 PM저감형 커뮤니티 가든의 긍정성이 국내 PM문제 해결을 위한 매개체가 되기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 청주읍성과 주변 문화재의 역사적 가치 재조명을 위해 대표적인 역사문화자원을 추출하고, 관련학과 대학생을 대상으로 역사문화경관에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 분석을 통해 얻은 결과는 첫째, 청주의 대표적인 역사경관자원을 선정하여 역사문화자원으로서의 인지성을 추출하였다. 둘째, 역사문화경관의 중점경관 관리지표인 장소성, 조망성, 일체성, 왜소성에 대해 중요도와 만족도의 우선순위를 도출하였다. 연구 결과로 대표적인 역사문화자원의 인지와 가치 기준에 대한 우선순위를 도출하고, 요인별로 계획 및 보존관리에 대한 해결방안을 제안하였다.

The present study identified several antecedents that create perceived resistance to supply chain management (SCM) change. This work particularly emphasizes SCM change, which is notable given its central role in reacting market orientation and varied environmental and managerial conditions. A careful case study on a small and medium sized food production company in South Korea leads to the formulation of our framework including one second-order construct of ‘resistance’ as well as eight first-order constructs of ‘implementing the payment terms’, ‘balancing of business process’, ‘fear of responsibility’, ‘business sustainability transparency’, ‘past experience of failure’, ‘competence of work personnel’, ‘cooperation with third parties’ and ‘sharing personnel information with partner’. The hypothesized relation of first- and second-order construct was validated using survey sample data collected from 350 respondents who completed their questionnaire instrument. Results from confirmatory factor analysis revealed that nomological validity was established at statistical significance level by identifying six first order constructs of ‘implementing the payment terms’, ‘fear of responsibility’, ‘business sustainability transparency’, ‘past experience of failure’, a conbined construct of 'competence of work personnel/ cooperation with third parties’ and ‘sharing personnel information with partner’. The findings from our work are expected to provide important insights to the strategy for SCM risk management for small and medium sized company.
