This paper aims to examine the main factors of the organizational climate and analyze their effects on job involvement. To accomplish these purposes, the main factors of the organizational climate such as diversity, autonomy, redundancy, connectivity and flexibility were found from the previous studies. The questionaries of 350 were distributed to the employees working at the Gumi Industrial Complex. The questionaries of 298 were obtained and 267 were analyzed through frequencies, correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study are as followings; First, we conducted exploratory factor analysis for five constructs (diversity, autonomy, redundancy, connectivity and flexibility) using oblique rotation method that did not assume independence among the factors and main factors of knowledge management were grouped together by five factors. Second, it is shown that fore main factors of organizational climate have a positive influence on the job involvement (p<0.05). This study, however, have limitations of number of sample and survey area. The future study should consider these limitations in improving model applicability in practice.

본 논문은 폐차제도가 도입시행된 초기부터 현업에 종사하면서 현재 우리나라에서 행해지고 있는 폐자동차의 회수처리 및 재활용 실태조사를 통하여 파악작성된 자료통계를 기본토대로 하여 준비되었다. 이외에도 지난 수년간 국내 자동차제작사를 위시한 환경관련학회 등의 폐차관련 연구보고서를 참고하였으며 또 외국의 폐차제도와 재활용 실태에 대한 자료와 현지방문을 통하여 수집된 자료와 본인이 기 발표한 폐차실태보고서를 적극 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 얻기 위하여 현 폐차실태를 먼저 파악분석하고 그 문제점을 도출한 후 우리 실정에 맞는 개선방안을 모색해나가는 귀납법적 연구방법을 채택하였다.

자동차산업은 여타 산업에 비해 에너지 사용량이 적고, 주요 작업공정이 기계가공 및 조립 등으로 이루져 있기 때문에 제조공정에서 발생되는 오염물질의 배출이 적어서 저공해형 산업으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 자동차 그 자체와 관련 산업으로부터 배출되는 환경오염으로 인해 단순히 저공해형 산업으로 분류하는 데는 한계가 있으며, 자동차산업의 환경문제는 크게 자동차 생산 공장의 환경오염, 자동차 운행에 따른 환경 문제 및 리사이클링과 관련한 환경문제로 구분된다.

세계의 버섯 생산량은 매년 10-20% 증가해 왔으며 다품목화 되어가고 있다. 최근에는 큰느타리, 백령느타리 등이 새로운 품목으로 재배 면적이 증가하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 고려시대 저술한 김부식의 삼국사기(1145년)에 처음으로 금지(영지)와 서지가 기록되었고, 조선시대에는 16종류 이상의 농서 또는 의학서에서 버섯의 이용이 기록되었다. 상업적으로 이용되는 버섯으로는 지금까지 25종의 160품종이 보급되었다. 하지만 품종보호등록은 8품종만이 이루어져 아주 적은 편이다. 버섯산업이 1960년대 수출산업으로 육성되면서 자실체 생산량은 계속 증가해왔다. 2003년에는 181,828톤으로 생산가액 약 8,000억원을 능가할 것으로 추정된다. 버섯의 유효성분이 많이 알려지고 있는데 항균, 항염증, 항종양, 항바이러스, 항세균과 항기생물, 혈압조절, 심장혈관 장애 방지, 콜레스테롤 과소혈증과 지방과다 혈증 방지, 항당뇨, 면역조절, 강신장, 간장독성 보호, 신경섬유 활성화, 생식력 증진의 효과가 있다. 따라서 버섯 의약품, 건강음료, 가공식품, Biotransformation에 의한 신기능성 제품 개발 등이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 버섯은 환경정화 기능이 뛰어나 환경오염 물질의 정화가 가능하며, 버섯재배후 배지를 이용하여 퇴비생산, 가축사료 생산에 이용된다. 한국의 버섯산업은 이미 가장 빨리 성장하는 농업 투자분야로 되었다. 그러나 버섯산업의 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 국내고유의 품종개발에 의한 품종보호등록이 시급하다. 또한 저렴한 생산기술 개발과 유통구조 개선에 의한 생산량 조절이 이루어져야 버섯산업이 더욱 발전할 수 있을 것이다.

The German Werkbund, which was founded in 1907, played an important role in the history of modern architecture. Its exhibition 1914 in Cologne is estimated as a meaningful event in the development of modern architecture. Especially two examples, among which were built at that time, are worthy of notice. The one is the 'Modelfactory' by Walter Gropius and the other 'Glashaus' by Bruno Taut. Generally in the Textbook on the history of modern architecture, the Taut's Glashaus is rarely mentioned or described as a early example of some expressionistic architecture, while the Modelfactory by Gropius is regarded as an essential workpiece in the early stage of modern movement. the time of searching alternative not only from rationalistic modernism but also postmodernism and today in the time of plurality, Taut's Glashaus could bring us more interesting and meaningful aspects in architectural design. Through investigating the background in the planning stage and analysing the composition of space, construction, circulation etc. it is to try to understand the building as really as what it was. Furthermore, historical meanings of the building in the modern architecture is reinterpreted in the following aspects; what should be reflected in architecture and how could 'Zeitgeist' be architecturally adopted?

Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety climates and safety compliance. Based on the responses from 385 manufacturing workers, this paper reviewed the relationships among safety climates, safety motivation, and safety compliance. The results of statistical analysis showed that all safety climate factors(management involvement, leadership, safety training, precaution activities, safety system) have affirmative effects on safety motivation and safety compliance. Also, safety motivation appeared to have mediating effects on the relationship between 5 safety climate factors and safety compliance. Especially it appeared to have full mediating effects on the relationship between safety training/ safety system and safety compliance.

이 논문은 과거의 산업 포트폴리오 수익률이 어떻게 확률추세(stochastic trend)로부터 전체 주식시장과 두 가지 거시경제 변수(경기동행지수와 산업생산)들을 예측할 수 있는 지를 알아보는 데에 초점을 두고 있다. 먼저, 산업들의 포트폴리오 수익률과 전체 주식시장 수익률이 VAR모형을 토대로 볼 경우 Granger 인과관계를 갖고 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이 분석의 결과에서 건설, 금속, 무역, 반도체, 보험, 비금속광물, 서비스, 섬유, 식료, 운수/창고, 유통, 의류, 자동차부풀, 전기전자, 정유, 조선, 종이/목재, 증권, 컴퓨터, 통신, 화학 등 21개 업종은 각 산업별 포트폴리오 수익률이 전체 주식시장 수익률을 수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이들 21개의 산업별 포트폴리오 수익률은 경제적으로도 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 즉, 당월(t)의 비금속광물과 정유, 금속 포트폴리오 수익률 등은 다음 월(t+1)의 전체 주식시장 수익률과 음(-)의 상관관계를 갖고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 역사적인 데이터를 살펴볼 때, 이들 산업 제품의 가격의 상승은 향후 경제에 악영향을 주기 때문인 것이다. 반면에, 의류 및 무역 등의 경우에는 반대로 이들 산업들의 포트폴리오 수익률이 전체 주식시장 수익률과 양의 상관관계를 나타내 이들 산업들에 있어서 높은 수익률은 향후 경제가 상승국면이 예상됨을 나타내어 주고 있다. 이와 같은 산업별 포트폴리오 수익률과 거시경제변수 간의 높은 상관관계를 토대로 하여 전체 주식시장 수익률 예측을 가능하게 하는 업종 정보(sector information)의 점진적 확산(slow diffusion) 현상이 발생하게 되는 것이다.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)를 이용하면 제품에 대한 실시간 파악이 가능하다. RFID는 IT 산업의 대안으로 평가되고 있고, 생산물류 뿐만 아니라 SCM의 재고를 관리하는 데에 있어서도 재고통재 및 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있다. 또한 품질보증의 기능을 하고 제품에 대한 로트 추적이나 생산과정을 파악할 수 있어 문제점에 대한 재발방지 및 개선에 대한 역할이 가능해 진다. 실시간으로 재고를 통제 및 관리함으로써 보다 효율적인 생산지시 시스템을 구축할 수 있다. 이외에도 IE분야인 공정관리, 작업관리, 설비관리, 유통관리, 유통관리 등에도 적용이 가능하며, 재해의 위험요소를 원천적으로 방지하는 RFID 안전시스템에도 적용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 RFID의 적용 및 활동방안 대해 연구를 통해 새로운 기술환경에서 IE 및 산업안전 분야 등에 활용하고 역할과 책임을 다하고자 하기 위함이다.
