        한국원자력연구소에서는 현재 사용후핵연료의 효율적인 관리를 위한 차세대관리 종합공정의 실증용 핫셀을 건설중에 있다. 이 핫셀에서 모든 물품의 반출입은 후면 차폐문을 통해 이루어지므로 차폐문의 사용빈도가 매우 크며, 따라서 후면 차폐문의 구조적 안전성 유지가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 핫셀의 후면 차폐문에 대한 구조적 안전성을 유한요소 해석을 통해 평가하였다. 후면 차폐문을 닫을 때 벽면의 차폐문틀과 충돌하면서 발생하는 구조적 변형 에 대한 안전성 평가를 위해 이 상황을 충돌-접촉 문제로 가정하고 동적 해석을 수행하였다. 또한 충돌시 반력에의한 후면 차폐문의 전도 가능성 및 이동중 갑작스럽게 정지할 경우 관성에 의한 전도 가능성에 대해서도 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 결과를 통해 차폐문과 차폐문틀 모두 충돌에 의한 구조적 변형에 대해 충분히 안전함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 여러 사고 조건에 대해서도 후면 차폐문의 전도가 일어나지 않고 안정성을 유지함을 보였다.

        According to Korea was re-elected as ICAO council member state at the 35th session of the assembly, there are more contributions and roles of international aviation society. Being developed technology and grown international transportation, world is focusing to aviation safety, Safety Management System(SMS) is systematic approach to manage risks caused by human and organizational factors. ICAO is specified that 'As of 24 November 2005, certified aerodrome shell have in operation a safety management system.' at Annex 14 to implement it airports as a first step. This study introduced SMS principle, analysed SMS's of advanced states and developed appropriate Korean Aerodrome SMS Model in our cultural and industrial circumstances.

        In order for the analysis of effect in the respective preventive measures which is being carried out by a small & medium sized company against any potential accident, this research relates to the followings: We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company in which his obligation of selecting a safety manager is exempted, in accordance with the industrial safety & healthcare & enforcement ordinance, enforcement rule. We investigated the situation of an accident occurred in the company which entrusted the specialized organization with his own safety control notwithstanding it is free from an obligation to have any safety manager for aiming at the comparison and analysis of the outcome. The economic and preventive effect of industrial accident has been compared and analyzed in order to strengthen the obligation of selecting a safety manager.

Employees are more than 30 to less than 50 persons and which is liable for securing a safety manager on site, is gradually seen on the surface. Even a small company is nothing less than a dead zone from a safety since it's free from his obligation of employing a safety manager. Let us now think about the effective measures against a industrial accident by collecting, reviewing a variety of preventive measures, which is being carried out for preventing an industrial accident happening in a small company, and comparing, analyzing the effect according to the respective measures. Through this research, it's expected to contribute to both the development of small & medium sized company and our national economy with the improvement of a company's competitiveness and the accumulation a technical background by way of prevention from occurring industrial accident in a small & medium sized company, in accordance with an friendly environment of work room to protect the employee from leaving his job.

        Both supply chain management and safety management contribute to strengthening a company's competitiveness. However, there is no previous research that considers supply chain management and safety management simultaneously The objective of this research is to study on application of safety management to supply chain. In this paper, the concept of supply chain safety management is defined. Based on the concept of supply chain safety management, supply chain safety management model is developed that consists of supply safety management, production safety management, storage safety management, and distribution safety management. In order to apply supply chain safety management, a methodology is developed that consists of four phases. Applying the supply chain safety management model, it is expected a company to lower cost as well as to raise customer satisfaction level.

        With Balling, Loughlin and Kelloway's(2002) research, occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of superior and organizational context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety-specific transformational leadership and employee safety compliance, and the moderating effect of A-type personality on such relationship. Based on the responses from 643 manufacturing workers, the results of statistical analysis showed that perceived charisma and individual consideration have affirmative effects on the employee safety compliance. The extent individual consideration impacts on employee compliance is proved to be positively influenced by A-type personality.

        It is difficult to put it into practice in that it requires bearing too much burden to draw out the planning itself in a case of large construction work. Consequently in this paper we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM(Process Safety Management) method using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and to development of PSIM(Process Safety Information Management) evaluation method in the construction. The reason why PSIM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries, thereby strengthening their competitive edges.

        This paper deals with an efficient and effective method on measuring, monitoring and evaluating safety and environmental performances of a process using SPC control charts. We propose 7 safety control charts as a tool to monitor hazard dendritics, and we propose 15 environment control charts to monitor pollution emissions. We also propose useful guidelines that SPC(Statistical Process Control) control charts can be used for safely and environmental monitoring.
