우리나라에서는 일찍이 정부에 의해 품질관리(Quality Control)가 적극 추진되어져 범산업적으로 전개되어지고 있으며 선진각국의 ISO-9000 품질보증체제를 국내 KS 규격에 맞추어 국내 품질심사분야에의 본제도의 도입을 시행하여 생산현장의 근로자들 위주로 추진되어온 품질관리제도가 최고 경영진들을 비롯한 모든 종업원들이 참여하는 품질경영(Quality Management)체제로 바뀌어야만 하고 실정에 따라 정부에서도 선진회된 품질경영표준규격(ISO9000 시리즈, 국제표준화기구: 국제 무역 및 기술교류의 촉징을 목적으로 국제 규격을 제정 보급하도록 설립된 국제기구)을 도입하고 이를 전 산업에 확산․발전시키고자 ISO 9000시리즈를 한국의 산업 규격(KS9000)으로 채택하고 이 규격에 의한 품질 보증 시스템 인증 제도를 실시하고자 많은 노력을 기울였다. 그러나 2001년 새로은 ISO 규격이 국내 KS규격에 적용됨에 따라 약 2년이상의 시간이 지나도 국내 제조산업에서의 적용이 미비하다고 생각되는바 새로운 규격의 제조 현장의 도입의 시급함을 느끼며 광대한 KS규격 가운데 통계적 품질관리에서 사용되는 검정과 추정, 관리도, 샘플링, 실험게획법에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다.

본 연구결과 독도의 식물종은 총 1문 3강 21목 29과 50속 48종 1아종 9변종 1품종으로 총 59종류가 생육하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 동도의 경우 유채와 소리쟁이 등의 귀화식물이 넓은 면적에 분포하고 있으며. 독도 식생으로 보이는 갯제비쑥, 돌피, 땅채송화, 섬갯장대, 섬기린초 등이 피해를 받고 있다. 서도의 경우 등산로가 풍화작용으로 많이 훼손되어 상당히 위험하며, 섬정상부에서 북서쪽 아래로 왕호장근이 군락을 이루고 있다. 섬에 있는 나무로는 사철나무, 섬괴불나무 등이 있으며, 식재된 수종으로 해송과 무궁화가 현재 생육하고 있다. 독도에서 조사된 특정식물종은 참나리, 갯까치수영, 왕호장근 3종이며, 그 중 정밀생태종은 왕호장근 한 종으로 조사되었다. 독도는 귀화식물, 무분별한 건물의 건립과 조림사업으로 인하여 많이 훼손이 되었으며, 이에 대한 복원방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 장, 단기적인 식생복원계획과 학제간의 연구. 지역단체의 관심이 필요하다.

Recently, International Standardization is an important issue in competitive world market because of integration of standard, liberalization of international trade and globalization. Consequently, Korean companies need a strategy about corresponding to market circumstance and global standard. In this study, we examine Intellectual Property, Patent and Antitrust Law which are related to standardization. This study suggests company strategy and system integration model to dispose the global standard.

The results of this study has been split into two components, On set of results addressed the strategy of developing a Agility for maintenance consumer. The other set of results addressed the strategy of illuminating the successful measurement and concepts formed during the maintenance problem solving process, especially in the context of the Logistics Information system by aggregation information space. These concepts are positioned in a framework to give a better understanding what the consequences are of the changing business environment. The developments towards more globalization which leads to centralization and mass individualization that has a tendency to go more in the decentralized solutions, seems to be in contradiction. we will focus a proposal of Logistics information system and demand management decisions that should be a prime concern of any profit maximizing firm, unready strategy of investment. and we will prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain, On the conclusion, we will show the variation which influences for capacity entities and alternative proposal to define a element which influnce for a cause and effect basically.[5]

21세기가 도래하면서 지식화, 정보화, 기술화 등 중소기업을 둘러싼 경영 환경은 급변하고 있다. 이와 같이 급변하는 기업 환경은 대기업보다 신축적이고 탄력적인 중소기업에 보다 유리한 환경이라고 볼 수 있다. 또한 21세기의 명실상부한 창조성을 갖춘 중소기업이 산업발전의 주역으로 등장할 수 있는 경영환경으로 인식되어진다. 중소기업이 국민경제에 차지하는 비중과 역할은 매우 중요하다. 지방자치제의 실시와 지역 경제의 활성화 시책 등은 일반적으로 그 지역 사회를 존립기반으로 하고 있는 중소기업의 지위를 더욱 증대시키게 될 것이다. 그러나 디자이너 입장에서는 경영자에게 산업디자인의 효과적 활용방법이나 그 유효성 등을 충분히 인식시키거나 이해시키지 못한 문제점도 많은 것으로 지적되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 정부시책으로 수많은 국내 중소기업이 비교적 단기간 내에 자사제품의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 수단으로 산업디자인을 활용하게 되었으며, 아울러 경영자 및 산업디자이너 양자가 현실적인 면에서 산업디자인에 대한 인식을 새롭게 하거나 그 유효성이나 문제점 등을 평가해 볼 수 있는 계기가 마련된 일은 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이러한 인식 하에서 본 연구는 국내 중소기업이 디자인을 경영레벨에서 전략적으로 활용하고 있는지, 디자인 경영 전략 구축은 잘 실행되고 있는지, 실무 디자이너와 CEO의 디자인 경영에 대한 인식 수준은 어느 정도 인지를 파악함으로써 여러 문제점들에 대한 새로운 해결 방법을 모색하고자 하는 데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 위하여 디자인 실무자, 중소기업 경영 CEO등을 대상으로 설문조사와 직접면접방식으로 실증분석을 통하여 중소기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 디자인의 활용과 대책을 제시하였다.

This simulation study investigated the characteristics of normal gait, crouch gait, crouch/equinus gait, crouch gait, crouch/equinus gait. The knee flexion angles were restricted using a specially designed orthosis. This study was carried out in a motion analysis laboratory of the National Rehabilitation Center. Fifteen healthy male subjects were recruited for the study. The purposes of this study were (1) to compare spatiotemporal parameters, kinematics, and kinetic variables in the sagittal plane among the different gait, (2) to investigate the secondary compensatory strategy, and (3) to suggest biomechanical physical therapy treatment methods. The pattern and magnitude observed in each condition were similar to those of normal gait, except the peak knee extension moment of the unrestricted ankle motion-crouch gait. However, the speed of the crouch gait was half that of a normal gait. The ankle joint moment in the crouch/equinus gait showed the double-bump pattern commonly observed in children with spastic cerebral palsy, and there was no significant difference in gait speed as compared with normal gait. The peak ankle plantar-flexor moment and ankle power generated during the terminal stance in the crouch/equinus conditions were reduced as compared with normal and crouch gaits (p<.05). The crouch/equinus gait at the ankle joint was an effective compensatory mechanism. Since ankle plantarflexion contracture can be exacerbated secondary to the ankle compensatory strategy in the crouch/equinus gait, it is necessary to increase the range of ankle dorsiflexion and the strength of plantarflexion simultaneously to decrease the abnormal biomechanical advantages of the ankle joint.

In recent years community-based corrections can be expected to play a much greater role in the criminal justice. Community-based corrections seeks to keep criminals in the community by building ties to family, employment, and other normal sources of stability and success. At the heart of community penalty systems today are the myriad conditions attached to sentencing courts' probation orders, and to special purpose orders for community service, curfew and like. Of course, a sentencing court imposing conditions of probation or another community penalty may not believe or intend them to be subjectively or objectively punitive. The court may not be imposing a penalty in that sense at all. In the viewpoint such as those backgrounds, it is very important somewhat for 'community justice', 'public safety' and 'restorative justice' etc.. They have political value as well as substantive merit, which increasingly leads managers of community-based corrections agencies - and other criminal justice agencies and community structures - to try to operationalize and harmonize the ideas in their practice. Therefore I am concerned about the relationships between 'Element of a Sense of Community' and 'Community-Based Corrections'. A sense of community can be defined as "a feeling that members have of belonging, a feeling that members matter to one another and to the group, and a shared faith that members' needs will be met through their commitment to be together. McMillan and Chavis argued four elements of a sense of community, those are Membership, Influence, Integration and fulfillment of needs, and Shared emotional connection. This study is aimed to seek the meaningful connection between the theory of McMillan & Chavis and community-based corrections in Korea. I assume that the four factors having the greatest impact on community-based corrections in our country

이 연구의 목적은 메타전략 활동이 중학교 1학년 학생들의 변인통제 능력 향상에 효과가 있는지를 조사하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 대구광역시내 1개 중학교 1학년 3학급을 각각 메타전략 활동집단, 문제풀이 활동집단 및 통제집단으로 선정하였다. 처치활동으로 메타전략 활동집단에게는 매회 15분씩 총 4회에 걸쳐 어느 한 특정 상황에서 변인통제전략에 대한 컨트롤, 모니터 및 평가 등의 활동이 요구되는 자료를 투입하였다. 문제풀이 활동집단에게는 메타전략 활동집단과 같은 방법으로 활동자료를 투입하였으나 그 내용은 다양한 상황하에서 여러 가지 변인통제 문제들을 해결하는 활동으로 구성되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 메타전략 활동집단은 문제풀이 활동집단 및 통제집단보다 변인통제 능력 향상에 효과적이며(p〈.05) , 그 효과는 지속적이었다(p〈.01). 문제풀이 활동집단의 경우, 통제집단보다 효과는 있었으나(p〈.05) 지속 효과는 없었다. 둘째, 변인통제 능력의 요소별 발달 정도를 집단간 비교 분석 결과, 메타전략 활동집단이 문제풀이 활동집단보다 고정변인 찾기 능력에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보인 반면(p〈.01), 독립변인 찾기 능력에서는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없었으며, 종속변인 찾기 능력 발달로의 전이의 효과는 없었다. 따라서 이상의 연구 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 과학탐구능력 중의 변인통제 능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 다양한 문제를 해결하도록 하는 활동 못지 않게 한 문제에 대해 깊이 생각해보는 메타전략 활동이 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

본 연구는 생체지문 인식장치의 전략적 상품기획 프로세스를 통하여 표준화된 신상품 기획안을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 사업전략과 목표시장을 설정한 후 1차 설문결과, 고객 요구준건을 , 2차의 설문조사 응답 결과를 바탕으로 기획품질을 결정하며, 이것의 만족도 정도를 Sales point로 삼았다. 상관 매트릭스를 이용하여 요구품질과 기술적 요소의 대응 정도를 살펴 본 후, 개발 제품 현재의 품질 특성치를 파악하기 위해 경쟁업체의 제품을 기준으로 벤치마킹 테스트를 실시하여 첫째, 세대별 상품전략 둘째, 세대별 요소기술 map. 셋째, 세대별 상품 컨셉. 넷째, 세대별 개발계획의 4개 파트의 다세대 상품기획을 수립하였다.
