In this era of knowledge and information of the 21st century, the source of a nation's competitive power consists of human resources and material resources and the importance of human resources appreciates highly. The number of small and medium enterprises which are the core of national economy covers over 98% among whole domestic enterprises of Korea. Competitive power of small and medium enterprises comes from human resources development. For the development of human resources, small and medium enterprises are trying to expand their learning organizations in the company. The analysis of outcomes of administering the existing learning organizations shows that learning organizations contribute highly to the improvement of the productivity of small and medium enterprises. And the analysis also shows that the participants of learning organizations and middle management and executives who support and encourage them recognize the necessity of learning organizations and that it should be disseminated throughout other enterprises. Therefore government's supports to establish learning organizations in a company are required to expand.
This study was aimed at analyzing the structural relationship among such factors as industrial environment, technological cooperation, technological innovation performance and management performance that are essential to technological innovation of small and medium-sized companies. For this aim, an analysis was conducted to determine which of the factors in industrial environment has impact on technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies. An empirical analysis was also performance to find what kind of effects the technological cooperation may have on technological innovation and management performance. From the analyses, it became known that: first, changes in industrial environment have influence on technical cooperation factors including production technology, technical information, technical manpower and fund for technology that are assorted by means of factorial analysis; second, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on their technological innovation performance; and third, the technological cooperation of small and medium-sized companies has impact on management performance.
본 연구에서는 기술집약형 중소기업의 脫추격형 기술혁신활동 유형과 특성을 살펴보았다. 脫추격형 혁신활동 유형은 기술심화형, 신기술기반형, 아키텍처 혁신형으로 구분할 수 있다. 사례연구 결과를 보면, 기술심화형의 경우 모방 기술에 의거한 지속적인 능력축적이 혁신활동의 토대가 되었다. 신기술기반형은 배태조직에서 수행한 기초연구, 아키텍처형은 배태조직에서 획득한 시스템 아키텍처에 대한 지식이 脫추격형 혁신활동의 기반이 되었다. 또 기술심화형의 경우 수요자·공급자 기업, 생산지향형 연구소가 지식획득에 중요한 역할을 하지만, 신기술기반형은 대학과 수요자 기업, 아키텍처 혁신형은 수요자 기업과의 관계가 脫추격형 혁신을 추진하는 데 중요한 역할을 수행했다. 또한 脫추격형 기술혁신의 일반적인 특성으로서, 신기술의 등장과 확산이 이루어지는 기술·경제패러다임의 전환기에 열리는 기회의 창을 효과적으로 활용했다는 점을 지적했다.
This study is about the development of information system software process quality evaluation model for domestic medium enterprises based on CMMI being used widely in the world. In this study, a new evaluation model is developed through establishing tailoring guide and its application to the existing mode by reflecting the quality management method and conditions of domestic medium enterprises within CMMI Level 2 and Level 3. The evaluation model is constituted 3 processes, 11 achievement goals, 50 practice activities and 125 evaluation items. The average point of quality evaluation of enterprises of insurance business shows 79.1 based on the evaluation model. The average point of the enterprises certified from CMMI is 82.7 which is 3.3 point higher than non-certified enterprises. This result means that the new evaluation model has similar results with the existing evaluation model while it also has discriminational characteristics compared with the existing model.
오늘날 중소기업의 자동화 및 정보화 설비구축을 보면 과거보다는 높은 발전을 이루고 있다. 그러나 이러한 독립된 설비, 장비, 시스템의 기능을 살려 관리와 경영의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 인력과 비용이 많이 소요되어 운영계획을 포기하거나, 규모를 축소하여 생산성향상에 저해되는 상황이 발생하기도 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근에 반도체 기술의 발전으로 임베디드 마이크로프로세서의 개발로 보다 용이하고, 빠르게 시스템을 설계하거나 변경을 할 수 있도록 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 특히, 중소형 제조기업에서 실시간으로 생산정보를 통해 경영에서 필요로 하는 정보를 생성하는 프로세스를 제시하였다.

우리나라는 2000년에 제조물책임법이 제정하여 2002년 7월 1일부터 시행하였으며, 제조물의 제조, 설계, 표시등의 결함으로 인하여 발생한 손해에 대한 제조업자 등의 손해 배상책임을 규정하고 소비자의 결함 입증부담 경감과 피해자의 보호를 도모하자 하고 있다. 제조물의 표시등의 결함은 지시결함이나 경고결함에 관한 것으로 제조자는 그 위험에 의한 사고를 방지 회피할 수 있도록 소비자에게 정보를 제공하여야 하나 이를 이행하지 않아 발생된 결함이다. 본 논문에서는 A사(社)의 공기정화기 B모델 사용설명서에 나타난 정보제공사항을 주의 경고표시 가이드 등에 따라 검토하였으며, 그 결과 일부 지시 및 경고사항에서 보완해야할 사항이 발견하였다. 보완사항은 제안사항으로 기업내부 에서 처리하되 전문성이 부족한 분야는 외부의 PL전문가의 협력하에 바람직한 개선안이 도출될 수 있을 것이다.
Advanced countries worldwide lead government leading management innovation by suggesting unique managing system which can be survived in global economy war including JQA of Japan and EFQM of Europe based basically on MBNQA of U.S.A. and by rewarding to suitable companies. Mckinsey, global management and consulting company points out that Korea has no management because Korean productivity level which dependence to small and medium sized companies is high by the limitation of elemental invests leading type growth strategy including labor and capital is only 1/2 of U.S.A. and 2/3 of Japan. In particular, the competitive power of Korean small and medium sized companies goes into a recession by productivity lowering according to the chinese follow-up, laboring time shortening, variety and aging, and fundamental management innovation activities for reinforcing survival and competitive power are needed. Therefore, in this study, we try to construct the model of productivity managing system of innovation type small and medium sized companies which make excellent results.
RFID system the key technology of ubiquitous era, has been emphasized in logistics. Logistic enterprises are required to apply RFID systems considering their investment costs, actual effectiveness, operational satisfaction and so on. For such a purpose, many applicable methods of RFID system have been developed A method that RFID tags are directly attached to products or pallets is utilized in most cases. However, this method requires expensive investment cost, frequent replacement of damaged tags for the small and medium (SM) third party logistics. In this paper, we analyze statistically the current status and requirements of SM third party logistics. Based on their requirements, we propose the realtime warehousing-delivery management by the method to attach a RFID tag to each warehouse rack, together with the economy analysis index in order to evaluate economical efficiency. Consequently, this method is expected to reduce Investment cost and to improve operational effectiveness and satisfaction.
Product liability(PL) is the producer's compensation to customers for damage incurred by product defects. This paper studies on the organizational culture, promotion process, system construction, system level, product safety review, product safety assurance, system operation, and its effectiveness and necessity of recognition for the PL system of small and medium-sized firms in Gangwon-Do province. The results show that the firms have product safety regulations, but the number of firms which its employees understand the regulations is less than the number of firms which do not understand. Also the number of firms which is preparing PL prevention and insurance, and counterplan for accidents seems to be not in large numbers.
The need for total enterprise management that covers from accepting orders, design, cost, procurement, manufacture, and delivery has been recently raised in order for efficient project management of small and medium size plant construction enterprises. This trend is reflected in the introduction of EPM(Enterprise Project Management) solutions by some shipbuilding enterprises and large construction corporations. In step with the trend, small and medium size plant construction enterprises are enabled to provide knowledge base in terms of reducing cost and production period and managing portfolio for accepting orders and attaining contract by inducing customized EPM This study presents a design of customized EPM based on a case study of a company. It exhibits a collaborative/collaboration resource-supply model which can be universally applied to small and medium size job-order production enterprises. The research discusses that under the assumption that information is shared internally between departments on planning, supply, manufacture, and quality control in order to create collaborative environment and close participation is created externally between suppliers and orderers, productivity can be improved in cost reduction through planning efficient collaborative supply model.
