Recently domestic violence has increased drastically and it is not only reflecting violence of the society but also causing reproduction and a vicious circle as an education ground of force at home. However, compared with its seriousness, the policy countermeasures which have been taken to find out realities and causes and to deal with problems are still unsatisfactory. Therefore, through comparative review, needs of comprehensive and systematic study in relation to realities and measures against domestic violence as a human right have been raised. This research is conducted this way as follows. First, compare the actual condition of domestic violence and dynamic structure with social characteristic. Second, weigh legal and institutional issues against domestic abuse comprehensively. Third, from these, draw similarities and differences of family violence and explore legal and systematic measures for its prevention in multilateral ways tailored to our society's culture and peculiarities. Through this research it is possible to reflect by both making right perceptional changes toward domestic violence and diagnosing prevalence of values and social and cultural factors which cause domestic abuse related crimes for fostering equal family culture and policymaking. As a human right it is also possible to activate legal, institutional approach and discussion about domestic abuse while using and making long-term preventive strategies, as a result we can fully guarantee fundamental human rights of victims.

월악산 국립공원 지역의 식생구조를 파악하고자, 덕주사-동창교 지 역 에 23개의 방형구(400m2)를 설정하여 식생을 조사하였다. 식물군집을 분류한 결과 23개 조사구는 신갈나무-소나무군집, 소나무-신갈나무군집, 활엽수혼효림군집 등 3개 군집으로 분류되었다. 월악산 국립공원 지역은 신갈나무, 소나무, 졸참나무, 물푸레나무가 우점하고 있었다. 이 지역에는 신갈나무와 소나무가 부분적으로 우점종으로 분포하고 있으나, 소나무의 상대우점치는 점차 작아지고 상대적으로 신갈나무, 졸참나무, 물푸레나무의 상대우점치가 점 차 커질 것이라 판단된다. 고로쇠와 난티잎개암나무, 박달나무, 당단풍, 층층나무 ; 국수나무와 노린재나무, 조록싸리 ; 노린재나무와 물푸레나무, 당단풍, 조록싸리 ; 물푸레나무와 당단풍, 조록싸리 ; 굴참나무와 쇠물푸레 ; 난티잎개암나무와 철쭉 ; 당단풍과 조록싸리 등의 수종들 간에는 높은 정의 상관이 인정되었고, 졸참나무와 박달나무 ; 신갈나무와 졸참나무 ; 난티잎개암나무와 비목나무 등의 수종들 간에는 부의 상관이 비교적 높은 편이었다. 조사지 의 군집 별 종다양성도는 1.2393~1.3674의 범위로 다른 국립 공원들의 능선부 식생에 비하여 비교적 높게 나타났다.

The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 13(1). This case study illustrates the changes of five Korean English as a Second Language (ESL) students' language learning motivation in Toronto. For each participant, semi-structured interviews were conducted once a month for six months. The data demonstrate that 1) in the initial phase, their ESL motivation is represented by extrinsic motivation, which is related to their future job opportunities, and they try to actively participate in the target language community: 2) in the middle phase, they feel a growing sense of intrinsic motivation, but at the same time experience challenges in maintaining intrinsic motivation due to their ESL school or homestay changes: and 3) in the last phase, intrinsic motivation atrophies, and they focus on ESL learning either on their own or with the help of native speaking English tutors. The data show that the nature of ESL motivation of the students in the study is influenced by their unique sociocultural surroundings. The findings imply that without continuous effort to participate in the target language community, study abroad in an ESL society does not guarantee expected ESL proficiency.

본 논문은 경기 서부 서해안 산업밸트의 지역혁신체제 구축을 위한 정책적 연구이다. 먼저 서해안 산업밸트의 현황분석 및 SWOT분석을 통해 문제점을 파악하였고, 경쟁력분석을 통해 전략산업 및 발전모델을 도출하였다. 서해안 산업밸트의 혁신체제 기본방향과 이 체제에 의해 견인되는 정량적 목표를 설정함으로써 지역혁신체제의 안을 구상하였다. 마지막으로 9대 핵심 전략 실천과제를 설정함으로써 서해안 산업밸트가 성공적인 혁신체제로 도약할 수 있는 대안을 제시하였다.

목적 : 본 연구는 대전지역 노인들의 일상생활동작 수행수준과 삶의 질에 관련된 요소를 측정하여 노인들의 일상생활동작 수준 및 삶의 질에 따른 일상생활동작 수행의 차이에 대해 알아보고자 시도되었다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상은 대전광역시에 거주하는 65세 이상의 재가 노인 500명으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 설문지는 일반적인 특성 및 일상생활동작 능력 평가도구인 Barthel Index, Frenchy Activities Index와 SF-12에서 발췌한 삶의 질 관련 요소들로 구성되었으며, 일대일 면접조사를 통해 수집되었다. 결과 : 대전 지역 노인들의 일상생활동작 수행점수는 평균 96.05(표준편차 11.04)이었으며, 노인의 결혼 상태, 가족구성, 자녀유무, 직업유무에 따라 기본적 일상생활동작수행의 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 수단적 일상생활동작 수행점수는 평균 18.41(표준편차 10.28)로 노인의 성별, 연령, 교육 수준, 가족구성, 자녀유무, 직업유무에 따라 수단적 일상생활동작 수행의 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 노인의 주관적 건강상태 및 생활전반에 대한 만족도에 따른 기본적 일상생활동작 수행수준과 수단적 일상생활동작 수행은 그룹 간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론 : 본 연구결과를 통해 대전 지역노인들의 기본적인 일상생활동작 수행의 수준과 수단적 일상생활동작 수행의 수준을 알 수 있었고, 주관적 건강상태나, 생활만족도와 같은 삶의 질에 관련된 요소와 일상생활동작 수행수준 간에 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 노인들이 건강하게 살 수 있도록 삶의 질을 높이기 위해서는 일상생활동작 수행수준을 높일 수 있는 작업치료사의 역할이 요구되며, 노인들의 의존적인 문제를 보완하고 능동적이며 긍정적인 삶을 유지할 수 있는 중재 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

충남지역 사문암의 기원암인 더나이트와 해즈버자이트로부터의 사문석화작용의 진행 정도는 O'Hanley(1996)의 사문석 조직의 발달단계를 잘 따르고 있다. 사문암내 크롬스피넬의 색은 더나이트내의 것이 갈색 또는 적색이고, 해즈버자이트내의 것은 적색이다. 사문암내 크롬스피넬의 색은 사문석화가 진행될수록 갈색 또는 적색에서 차츰 검은 색이 짙어지고 활석화되면 더욱 검게 변하는데, 이는 변질작용의 진행에 따라 서서히 Fe가 증가하기 때문이다.

충남지역 사문암은 주로 사문석으로 구성되어 있으며, 감람석 기원의 사문석은 감람석의 가상을 이루고 있고 이 사문석결정들의 외곽을 자철석들이 둘러싸서 전체적으로 망상구조를 보인다. 또한 사문암중에는 부분적으로 기원암인 더나이트와 해즈버자이트의 잔류 구성광물인 감람석과 휘석이 이들의 결정경계나 결정내 간극을 따라 사문석화가 일어났다. 감람석에서 사문석으로 변할 때 Mg 이온은 크게 감소하고, Si 이온은 크게 증가하였으며 Fe2+ Fe3+ 이온이 약간 감소하였고, 이 철들이 자철석을 형성하였다. 휘석에서 사문석으로 변할 때 Si 이온은 크게 감소하고 Mg 이온은 크게 증가하였으며, 기타 이온은 별 변화가 없다. 충남지역 사문암의 기원암인 더나이트와 해즈버자이트로부터의 사문석화작용은 기원암이 형성된 후 작용한 여러 가지 물에 의해서, 그리고, 녹색편암상 내지 각섬암상에서 백립암상에 이르는 변성작용시의 변성수의 영향으로 이루어졌다.

본 연구에서는 복사전달모델을 통하여 9.7μm오존 흡수대에 미치는 오존 및 열적(i.e., 지표 온도) 효과를 각각 조사하였다. 또한 오존주의보가 수도권 지역(37.2-37.7 N, 125.7-127.2 E)에 발령되었던 2003년 4일에 대한 위성(MODIS Aqua; ECT 13:30) 및 지상 오존(79개 관측소)의 동시 관측 자료를 기초로 지상 오존에 대한 원격탐사 방법을 제시하였다. 여기서 구름 효과를 제거하고 오존 연직 분포를 분석하기 위하여 종관기상 자료도 사용하였다. 주어진 오존 농도(327~391 DU)에 대하여 산출된 9.6μm에서의 상향 복사휘도는 표면온도 Ts = 290 K에서 5.52~5.78Wm-2sr-1, 그리고 Ts = 325 K에서는 9.00~9,57Wm-2sr-1이었다. 따라서 오존 흡수 세기(i.e., 11μm와 9.7μm 밝기온도 간의 차; T11-9.7)를 이용한 오존 원격탐사 시에 세기 변화에 대한 순수한 오존 효과는0.26Wm-2sr-1/64 DU, 그리고 열적 효과는 0.31Wm-2sr-1/35 K이었다. 본 연구에서는 흡수 세기와 지상 관측 간에 유의적인 상관을 보이는 경우에 대하여 적외선 위성 관측에서 지상 오존을 원격탐사하는 경험식을 유도하였다. 유도된 지상 오존 농도와 관측값과의 상관은 49~63%로 유의수준 1%에서 유의미하였다. 경험식을 개선하기 위하여는 지상 오존 대신에 대류권 오존 자료를 사용하고, 성층권 오존 변화도 고려하는 후속 연구가 요구된다.

This study was to investigate the perception of Korean traditional festival/holiday foods among the housewives in their 20's, 30's, 40's, and 50's residing in Seoul. Out of 350 questionnaires, 282 respondents were results The results were summarized as fellows: The most familial traditional holiday was Seollal on the New Year's Day(100%), and the most favored foods for respective traditional holidays are as fellows: tteokguk, rice paste soup, (98.23%) for Seollal on the New Year's Day; ogokbap, cooked rice mixed with five cereals (98.23%) for Daeboreum on the New Moon's Day of January 15; neuttitteok, zelkova ricecake, (20.64%) for Chopail on Buddha's Birthday; charyunbyeong cake (20.21%) for Dano on May 5; gyesamttang, chicken broth with ginseng, (89.72%) for Sambok, the hottest period of summer; songpyeon, pine cake, (96.45%) for Chuseok on August Moon Festival; patjuk, redbean stew, (98.94%) for Dongji on the winter solstice; and mandu, bun, (16.37%) for Seotdalgeumeum on the year-end day. Most of the respondents said that they ate traditional festival foods in compliance with the traditional manners and customs and that they made such traditional foods at home. They added that they wanted to team more about various recipes of the traditional foods and pointed out that traditional holiday foods had to be modernized in some way.
