The location-based game(LBG) is a major game which is using temporal-spatial model as a game space like a real world in mobile environment. A gamer have to fight with game-enemies who have low level power for their victory. Then conventional researches have studied finding lower level game objects using skyline query in spatial game. However, since the researches which are using traditional skyline (TS) just query in one quadrant, the surrounding objects of a gamer can not be queried. This paper proposed a safe-route search scheme that a gamer searches the surrounding objects and safe-routes to level up in his/her power using Global Skyline query. In simulation, we evaluate two safe-route that a game object’s game-level and distance from gamer. The result shows that a gamer has high game-level after game-level-oriented evaluation. That is, the proposed scheme could be an advanced scheme to level up a gamer’s power in location-based game.

High rising of the buildings offers a number of risk factors than ever before with regard to fire prevention. Especially in the construction site of high-rise buildings, people waste golden-time during the evacuation because temporary fire fighting facilities are not installed and transferred to a large fire because of fire suppression failure. In this study, the researcher derives the problems of fire protection in high-rise buildings construction sites and proposed the measures in such the legal aspects as fireᆞ building construction code and etc. There are the legal improvements such as orders of construction suspension in the problems of fire safety, appointing fire safety manager, temporary fire protection installation standards, enhancing penalty provisions regarding the use of fire, operating self fire brigade, confirming on-site after completing fire-protection facalities, establishment or strengthening special fire-protection investigations

Other countries(USA, Europe) have performed the fire resistance design of buildings by the alternative performance design methods, which are based on fire engineering theories. However, in Korea, the process on the alternative fire resistance performance design has only suggested without any applications for real steel structures. Therefore, In the case of steel structures stagnant research on refractory measures face difficulties in introducing fire resistance design. In this study, first of all, Intumescent paint was analyze the thermal properties(thermal conductivity, specific heat and density). In Sequence, using the section factor by H-standard section propose of section concrete filled steel tube and hollow. finally presents a reasonable thickness Intumescent paint takes time to target performance of the proposed cross-section steel tube.

Modern systems can be characterized by ever-increasing complexity of both the functionality and system scale. Thus, due to the complexity the chances of accidents resulting from systems failure can then be growing. Even worse is that those accidents could result in disastrous damage to the human being and properties as well. Therefore, the need for the developed systems to be assured with systems safety is apparent in a variety of industries such as rail, automobiles, airplanes, ships, oil refinery, chemical production plants, and so on. To this end, in the industry an appropriate safety standard has been published for its own safety-assured products. One of the core activities included in the most safety standards is hazard analysis. A conventional approach to hazard analysis seems to depend upon the scenarios derived from the ones used previously in similar systems or based on former experience. The objective of this paper is to study an improved process for scenario-based hazard analysis. To achieve the goal, the top-level safety requirements have first been reflected in the scenarios. By analyzing and using them, the result has then lead to the development of safety-assured systems. The method of modeling and simulation has been adopted in the generation and verification of scenarios to check whether the safety requirements are reflected properly in the scenarios. Application of the study result in the case of rail safety assurance has also been discussed.

This study focused on the review of the korean fire investigation system and will provide the means for having the legal investigation right. The most important thing is to give fire department a perfect legal investigation right on fire including police areas(seeking and examining the case at first stage). And it should be stated in criminal law. With the joint effort between Fire department and Police department, we can develop the reformation, enlightening programs for the arsons or fire related criminals. Through this, it systematically have to be good for fire prevention and can be helpful to enhancing professionalism of fire examination.

Torque control method and turn of nut method are specified as clamping method of high strength bolts in the steel construction specifications. Quality control of torque coefficient is essential activity because torque control method, which is presently adopted as clamping method in domestic construction sites, is affected by variation of torque coefficient. The clamping of torque shear bolt is based on KS B 2819. It was misunderstood that the tension force of the TS bolt was induced generally at the break of pin-tail specified. However, the clamping forces on slip critical connections do not often meet the intended tension, as it considerably varies due to torque coefficient dependent on the environmental factors and temperature variables despite the break of the pin tail.This study was focused to evaluate the effect of environmental factors and errors of installing bolts during tightening high strength bolts. The environmental parameters were composed of 'wet' condition, 'rust' condition, 'only exposure to air' condition. And the manufacture of trial product was planned to identify the induced force into the bolts. The algorithm for a trial product was composed of the relation between electricity energy taken from torque shear wrench and tension force from hydraulic tension meter.

본 연구에서는 기름기록부의 정의 및 법적근거를 살펴보며, 우리나라 및 주요 해양국가의 기름기록부 허위기재에 대한 법령을 비교 고찰하여, 우리나라 기름기록부의 기록과 점검에 대한 실효성을 높이기 위한 법률적 제도적 방안을 제시함으로써 선박으로부터 발생하는 해양오염을 사전에 예방할 수 있는 개선책을 연구하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과에서 제시된 문제점 개선을 위한 방안으로서 첫째, 기름기록부의 각 항목별 기록사항에 대한 구체적 행정처분의 규정을 제정하여 해양오염 발생 후 단순 증거로서 효력을 가지는 기름기록부가 아닌 사전조사를 통한 엄격한 제재조치가 될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 항만국통제관의 기름기록부 허위기재에 대한 판단의 기준을 설정하여 통일된 규제가 될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 기름기록부 제Ⅰ부 (C) Code 11. 유성잔류물 및 (D) Code 저장구역 빌지의 선외배출과 관련한 단순 기록 불일치 사항도 고의성여부를 포함시켜 엄격함을 유지시켜나가야 할 것이다. 또한 해양오염방지관리인의 기름기록부 기록사항에 대한 사전점검 역할을 강화하여 기름기록부의 기록사항의 중요성 인식을 제시함으로써 기름기록부의 실효성을 높이고자 한다.

최근 무역자유화에 따른 농산물의 국제교역량 증대에 따라 외래해충의 유입 및 확산의 위험성이 증대하고 있으며 최근 농산물의 수출과정에서 발견되는 해충에 대한 분자생물학적 동정법에 대한 특정 분류군별로 연구가 진행되고 있는 반면 해외에서 유입되는 해충에 대한 정보는 매우 제한적인 상황이다. 현재 우리나라에서 지정되어 있는 검역해충은 1,375종으로 알려져 있고 이중 나비목의 경우 나비류 6종을 포함하여 228종이 규제병해충으로 지정되어 있으며, 이들의 생태특성상 국내로 유입될 경우 대발생하여 해충이 될 가능성이 매우 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 검역해충 목록을 토대로 외래해충종 및 국내 근연 분류군을 중심으로 총 31종의 나방류를 DNA barcode 분석을 실시하였다. 이들 연구결과는 검역현장에서 활용될 수 있도록 정리될 예정이다.

This study is aimed to present measures for stable supply of fishmeal and to develop fish farming into a food industry and an export industry. The study analyzed current domestic and international supply and demand for fishmeal and suggested future prospects. The results of the study suggested the basic directions for the stable supply of fishmeal in Korea as follows: first, stable securing of fishmeal importers and establishment of the supply and demand monitoring system; second, policies to boost using of compound feeds and expansion of relevant fishmeal use; third, higher competitiveness of fishmeal and compound feeds through selective and intensive R&D investments. Based on the basic directions, the paper suggested implementation measures such as strengthening of cooperations with fishmeal suppliers abroad, expansion of overseas local market entrance, diversification of fishmeal trading countries, revision of relevant laws and polices on the fishmeal and feeds, organization of domestic fishmeal, promotion of group purchase, improvement of domestic fish meal quality, development of fish meal alternatives, etc.

Due to the evolution of war fields to the net-centric one, weapon systems have become very complex in terms of both mission capability and implementation scales. In particular, the net-centric war field is characterized by a set of interconnected and independently operable weapon systems. As such, the individual weapon systems are required to meet the interoperability and thus, assuring it has been becoming more crucial even in the early stage of development. Furthermore, the ever-growing complexity of the weapon systems has attracted a great deal of attention on the safety issues in the operation and development of weapon systems. The objective of the study is on how to assure the interoperability for safety-critical weapon systems while maintaining system complexity. To do so, the approach taken in the paper is to consider the interoperability from the early stage of the development. Specifically, the required functions to satisfy the interoperability are developed first. The functions are then analyzed in order to link the safety requirements to the reliability evaluation, which results in the study of quantifying the effects of the safety requirements on the system as a whole. As a result, we have developed a methodology and procedure on how to assure interoperability while applying the safety requirements in the weapon systems development.

본 연구는 승마용 안전모의 신뢰성 확보를 위해 안전기준을 정립하기 위한 연구이다. 국내․외 레저 스포츠 안전모 관련 안전기준을 비교 분석하여 도출한 주요 시험평가방법을 현재 국내에 유통 중인 중저가 승마용 안전모를 대상으로 성능시험을 하였다. 충격흡수성 시험 시 1축과 3축 가속도 센서를 이용한 시험방법에 대해서 성능평가 데이터를 통해 1축 가속도 센서를 이용한 충격흡수성 시험으로 선정하였다. 유지시스템의 강도시험에서 헤드 폼 서포트 방식과 후크 서포트 방식으로 구분되던 것을 시료에 손상 없이 시험 가능한 헤드 폼 서포트 방식으로 결정하였다. 이와 같이 승마용 안전모의 안전기준을 정립하여 제품의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 확보하고 나아가 『품질경영 및 공산품 안전 관리법』에 규정함으로써 자국민의 안전을 확보하고 중국산 저가 제품에 대한 시장진입장벽을 구축하여 경쟁력 있는 안전모 시장을 구축하기를 기대한다.
