        연층을 가지는 건축물들의 피해사례가 관측됨에 따라 기존 건축물 내진성능평가시 수직비정형의 고려가 중요해졌다. 하지만 기존 방법은 수직비정형을 충분히 반영하기 어렵기 때문에 수직비정형을 가지는 건축물에 대해 내진성능을 과소 혹은 과대평가할 여지가 있다. 본 연구는 강성기반 연층비(Soft Story Ratio, SSR)를 이용해 수직비정형 건축물의 내진성능평가 기법을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. SSR은 변위에 대한 요구량과 능력의 비율을 나타내고, 강성차이에 의한 수직비정형을 고려하여 건축물의 변위집중 비율을 의미하는 파라미터다. 1층 기둥을 변수로 하는 필로티 건축물 네 개를 대상으로 개발한 내진성능평가 기법을 기존의 내진성능평가 기법과 비교하였다. 기존 기법은 수직비정형이 극대화되는 모델에 대해 내진성능을 과대평가하는 경우가 발생하였다. 반면 제안된 기법은 모든 모델에 대해서 상세평가의 결과와 동일했다. 따라서 제안하는 내진성능평가 기법은 수직비정형이 극대화되는 필로티 건축물에서 기존의 방법보다 정밀하게 내진성능평가 결과를 제공할 수 있다고 사료된다.

        오늘날 대의민주주의는 대중의 직접참여가 아니라 대표를 통한 간접참여가 근간을 이루고 있다. 본 연구는 국회의원선거제도가 선거결과에 직간접적으로 많은 영향을 주고 있다는 사실에 착안해 한국의 국회의원선거제도에 토대를 제공한 이승만 정부의 국회의원선거제도를 입후보자의 자격기준과 당선기준의 주요 변수인 선거구의 획정방법, 입후보자의 등록방법, 당선인의 결정방식을 통해 검토하였다. 이승만 정부의 국회의원선거제도는 제1대 국회의원선거제도를 기본으로 하여 부분적인 변화와 적용이 진행되었다. 첫째, 선거구의 획정방법과 당선인의 결정방식은 거의 동일하여 입후보자에게 변수로 작용하지 않았다. 둘째, 입후보자의 등록방법은 추천인 수의 축소, 등록기간의 단축, 기탁금제의 도입, 정당추천제의 도입 등 변화가 있었다. 특히, 정당공천제와 기탁금제는 집권당과 이승만 대통령의 권력안정화에 기여하였을 뿐만 아니라 한국의 정당구도가 양당체제로 개편되는데 커다란 영향을 주었다.

        Al-Cr-Si ternary quench ribbons are fabricated using a single roll method and investigated for their structural and thermal properties. In particular, the sinterability is examined by pulse current sintering to obtain the following results. The Al74Cr20Si6 composition becomes a quasicrystalline single phase; by reducing the amount of Cr, it becomes a twophase mixed structure of Al phase and quasicrystalline phase. As a result of sintering of Al74Cr20Si6, Al77Cr13Si10 and Al90Cr6Si4 compositions, the sintering density is increased with the large amount of Al phase; the sintering density is the highest in Al90Cr6Si4 composition. In addition, as a result of investigating the effects of sintering temperature and pressurization on the sintered density of Al90Cr6Si4, a sintered compact of 99% or more at 513 K and 500 MPa is produced. In particular, since the Al-Cr-Si ternary crystal is more thermally stable than the Al-Cr binary quaternary crystal, it is possible to increase the sintering temperature by about 100 K. Therefore, using an alloy of Al90Cr6Si4 composition, a sintered compact having a sintered density of 99 % or more at 613 K and 250 MPa can be manufactured. It is possible to increase the sintering temperature by using the alloy system as a ternary system. As a result, it is possible to produce a sintered body with higher density than that possible using the binary system, and at half the pressure compared with the conventional Al-Cr binary system.

        This thesis examines the perception of the plague in the traditional era, the literary response method, the educational meaning of the present day, and the utilizing method of Chinese literature curriculum. Today, while plagues are recognized in terms of overcoming, in the traditional era, plagues are recognized in terms of fear. In the traditional era, plagues were regarded as unclear objects, and literary works were created in a way to cope with plagues. These writings were also created to intimidate and drive out yeoggwi(疫鬼), and were also created to persuade and soothe them away. However, these writings themselves show a high level of literary character. Like today's so-called literary therapy, it goes to the point of healing at the mental and psychological level through the act of literary creation. The literary character of Lee, jeong-gwi(李廷龜)'s funeral oration is a transformation of Han, yu(韓愈)'s Songgungmun(送窮文) and expanding his worries about the country through self-examination. Yu, mong-in(柳夢寅)'s funeral oration describes the tragedy of suffering human beings realistically, is bitter and concrete in criticizing the wrongdoings of yeoggwi(疫鬼). Through such criticism and intimidation, the reversal that was perceived as the object of fear changes into a weak entity, which acts as a mechanism to find and overcome psychological comfort in the pain of reality. The educational meaning and the plan to utilizing Chinese literature curriculum of the two works are as follows. The students can read the wisdom and thoughts of the ancestors who tried to overcome pain through introspection. In addition, students can comprehensively understand byeonmun(騈文), can explain the relationship between Chinese classics and Korean classics. The students can understand the traditional culture's funeral ritual to cope with plagues, and can read the format of the funeral oration, the subject and the content in multiple layers.

        In defense acquisition system, testing and evaluation is a very important procedure that can ensure the completeness of capability while deciding whether to mass-produce or purchase weapons systems. But it always includes realistic restrictions that involve a variety of stakeholders, but lack of time, resources, and budget. Therefore, in the process of planning a test and evaluation, proper number of prototypes and reliability of test results, along with test items and evaluation criteria, are frequently discussed as sensitive agendas. In reality, however, rather than statistical judgments, the number of prototypes and tests are determined by business logic such as duration and budget. Otherwise, most theoretical studies do not adequately reflect the business logic of test assessment. In this study, we propose a number of prototype and tests method that can statistically reasonably verify the performance of the inorganic system considering the characteristics of each test and evaluation project. To this end, we consider the theory related to determining the number of prototypes and tests, and present examples by separating whether to secure the magnitude of effects that have a significant impact on statistical judgment. This study could contribute to the development of empirical methodologies that can adequately coordinate reality and theory in the field of defense test evaluation while ensuring statistical reliability of test evaluation results.

        This research aims to study the simultaneous extraction and transesterification of Chlorella vulgaris (C. vulgaris) using microwave irradiation with methanol as solvent and potassium hydroxide (KOH) as catalyst. The microwave-assisted insitu transesterification of C. vulgaris is assessed at various ratios of biomass-to-methanol, reaction times, and catalyst concentrations during the centrifugation and evaporation process. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis is performed to confirm fatty acid methyl ester (FAME) composition. Biodiesel preparation is carried out by simultaneous extraction and transesterification of microalgae from C. vulgaris. The product is then characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR); microalgae are observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The highest amount of FAME is obtained at a biomass-to-methanol ratio of 1:12, reaction time of 40 min, and catalyst concentration of 2 wt%. Biodiesel shows conversion to about 77.64% of methyl ester (methyl myristate, methyl palmitoleate, methyl linoleate, methyl oleate, methyl arachidonate, and methyl 5,8,11,14,17-eicosapentanoate).

        이 연구의 목적은 전승4국에 의해 각각 4분할된 전범국 독일의 동서독 분단과 베를린 분할, 소련과 동독 당국에 의한 베를린 장벽의 구축, 그리 고 동독 주민들의 여행 자유 개방에 따른 베를린 장벽 해체 등을 통해 동 서독의 통일을 고찰하는 데 있다. 연구방법으로는 전승4국과 양독2국 간 쟁점이 되어 온 베를린 장벽의 구축과 해체에 관하여 헤겔의 정(正, These)→반(反, Antithese)→합(合, Synthese) 변증법을 적용하였다. ⓛ 전승4국이 전전(戰前) 회담의 산물인 전범국 독일을 동서독 분단과 동서 베를린 분할을 해 놓은 국제질서하에서 패권을 장악하려는 의미에서의 정 (正), ② 그중에서 소련과 동독 당국이 기존 국제질서를 깨고 공산주의 패 권을 유지하고자 베를린 장벽을 구축한 의미에서의 반(反), 그리고 ③ 베 를린 장벽 해체가 의도되지는 않았지만 동독 주민들의 이주와 이탈을 넘 어서 동유럽의 민주화 일환으로 나타난 촛불시위, 동독 SED 대변인 샤보 브스키(G. Schabowski)의 기자회견에서의 ‘즉시, 지체 없이’ 국경개방 허 용 발언의 말실수 등이 ‘부정의 부정’으로 지양(止揚, Aufheben)되면서 베 를린 장벽이 해체되는 수순을 밟게 되는 의미에서의 합(合)인 것이다. 요 컨대 미국과 소련 중심의 전승4국은 전범국 독일을 분할하여 패권이란 국 제질서를 지속하고자 했으나, 오히려 소련과 동독이 베를린 장벽 구축에 나서면서 그들만의 공산권 체제유지를 강화하고자 했다. 그러나 동서독 여 행 자유와 국경개방 시위에 나선 동독 주민들의 자유화와 동독 당국의 개 방에 대한 모호한 태도 등이 중첩되면서 베를린 장벽이 해체되기에 이르 렀다. 따라서 베를린 장벽의 해체는 독일 통일을 앞당기는 단초가 되었고, 정상적인 통일 독일로 자리매김한 것은 더이상 분단 독일이 지속될 수 없 다는 변증법적 논리를 깨우쳐준 사실이 아닌가 한다.

        본 논문에서는 자유도 기반 축소법과 부구조 기법을 적용한 반복 구조물의 효율적인 해석 기법을 소개한다. 기본 구조 반복된다는 특이성을 이용해 계산 방식을 개선하였다. 기본 구조를 하나의 부구조로 가정하고 IRS 기법을 통해 행렬을 축소하였고 부구조들의 결 합 위치에 따라 축소된 행렬을 배치하여 계산하였다. 이 과정에서 행렬의 크기가 크게 줄어들어 계산 시간이 감소하고 그와 동시에 해석에 필요한 메모리의 용량이 줄어든다. 행렬 축소에 Guyan 축소법이 아닌 IRS기법을 사용하였기 때문에 추가적인 반복 계산 작업없 이도 정확도가 유지된다. 개선된 방식은 수치 예제인 십자가 모양의 기본 구조를 통해 검증되었다.

        The railroad facilities are intended for long-term operation as the initial acquisition costs necessary for infrastructure construction are high. Therefore, regular maintenance of railroad facilities is essential, and furthermore, system reliability through systematic performance evaluation is required. In this study, the signal control system of railroad electrical equipment was selected as the subject of research and the performance evaluation target facility selection study was conducted using AHP. The results of the study can contribute to the reliability of the signal control system as well as to the reliability of the railroad system, which is a higher system.

        This paper analyzed a survey of 388 general target samples to analyze the correlation between disaster safety costs and human risk factor analysis and evacuation behavior due to tunnel accidents. Considering the impact of the tunnel accident on disaster safety costs and the correlation between human evacuation and risk factors in the tunnel environment, the system should be reorganized to reflect the tunnel’s basic plan, tunnel cross-section, tunnel installation.

        In this study, using the plasma spray method, tensile and compression fatigue tests are performed in saline solution to examine the effect of Ti undercoat on corrosion fatigue behavior of alumina-coated specimens. The alumina-coated material using Ti in the undercoat shows better corrosion fatigue strength than the base material in the entire stress amplitude range. Fatigue cracking of UT specimens occurs in the recess formed by grit-blasting treatment and progresses toward the base metal. Subsequently, the undercoat is destroyed at a stage where the deformation of the undercoat cannot follow the crack opening displacement. The residual stress of the UT specimen has a tensile residual stress up to about 100 μm below the surface of the base material; however, when the depth exceeds 100 μm, the residual stress becomes a compressive residual stress. In addition, the inside of the spray coating film is compressive residual stress, which contributes to improving the fatigue strength characteristics. A hardened layer due to grit-blasting treatment is formed near the surface of the UT specimen, contributing to the improvement of the fatigue strength characteristics. Since the natural potential of Ti spray coating film is slightly higher than that of the base material, it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance; however, when physiological saline intrudes, a galvanic battery is formed and the base material corrodes preferentially.

        To cope with automobile exhaust gas regulations, ISG (Idling Stop & Go) and charging control systems are applied to HEVs (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) for the purpose of improving fuel economy. These systems require quick charge/discharge performance at high current. To satisfy this characteristic, improvement of the positive electrode plate is studied to improve the charge/discharge process and performance of AGM(Absorbent Glass Mat) lead-acid batteries applied to ISG automotive systems. The bonding between grid and A.M (Active Material) can be improved by applying the Sand-Blasting method to provide roughness to the surface of the positive grid. When the Sand-Blasting method is applied with conditions of ball speed 1,000 rpm and conveyor speed 5 M/min, ideal bonding is achieved between grid and A.M. The positive plate of each condition is applied to the AGM LAB (Absorbent Glass Mat Lead Acid Battery); then, the performance and ISG life characteristics are tested by the vehicle battery test method. In CCA, which evaluates the starting performance at -18 oC and 30 oC with high current, the advanced AGM LAB improves about 25 %. At 0 oC CA (Charge Acceptance), the initial charging current of the advanced AGM LAB increases about 25 %. Improving the bonding between the grid and A.M. by roughening the grid surface improves the flow of current and lowers the resistance, which is considered to have a significant effect on the high current charging/discharging area. In a Standard of Battery Association of Japan (SBA) S0101 test, after 300 A discharge, the voltage of the advanced AGM LAB with the Sand-Blasting method grid was 0.059 V higher than that of untreated grid. As the cycle progresses, the gap widens to 0.13 V at the point of 10,800 cycles. As the bonding between grid and A.M. increases through the Sand Blasting method, the slope of the discharge voltage declines gradually as the cycle progresses, showing excellent battery life characteristics. It is believed that system will exhibit excellent characteristics in the vehicle environment of the ISG system, in which charge/discharge occurs over a short time.

        In this study, high temperature wetting analysis and AZ80/Ti interfacial structure observation are performed for the mixture of AZ80 and Ti, and the effect of Al on wetting in Mg alloy is examined. Both molten AZ80 and pure Mg have excellent wettability because the wet angle between molten droplets and the Ti substrate is about 10° from initial contact. Wetting angle decreases with time, and wetting phenomenon continues between droplets and substrate; the change in wetting angle does not show a significant difference when comparing AZ80-Ti and Mg-Ti. As a result of XRD of the lower surface of the AZ80-Ti sample, in addition to the Ti peak of the substrate, the peak of TiAl3, which is a Ti-Al intermetallic compound, is confirmed, and TiAl3 is generated in the Al enrichment region of the Ti substrate surface. EDS analysis is performed on the droplet tip portion of the sample section in which pure Mg droplets are dropped on the Ti substrate. Concentration of oxygen by the natural oxide film is not confirmed on the Ti surface, but oxygen is distributed at the tip of the droplet on the Mg side. Molten AZ80 and Ti-based compound phases are produced by thickening of Al in the vicinity of Ti after wetting is completed, and Al in the Mg alloy does not affect the wetting. The driving force of wetting progression is a thermite reaction that occurs between Mg and TiO2, and then Al in AZ80 thickens on the Ti substrate interface to form an intermetallic compound.

        The seismic deformation method is conventionally used as a seismic design for a multi-utility tunnel in Korea. In the seismic deformation method, the soil ground’s natural period is one of the most critical factors for calculating the ground displacement using cosine functions. Correction factors for the natural period and shear wave velocity have been used to consider the non-linearity of dynamic soil properties. However, the correction factors have been issued because the correction factors have not been sufficiently studied to consider Korea’s regional conditions. This paper aims to evaluate the natural periods for the seismic deformation method considering Korea’s ground conditions. Ground response analysis was performed using seven real earthquake records on twelve sites with different soil conditions where actual multi-utility tunnels are installed. As a result, natural periods of the sites were analyzed and new correction factors were proposed according to seismic performance and Korea’s regional conditions.

        The National Competency Standards(NCS) has been developed a good curriculum to reflect the demand in the industry. NCS is defined as systemizing the knowledge, skill, and attitude required to perform a task in the industry. It is an effort to reduce the gap between educational requirements and occupational requirements. However, when NCS is applied, the task level is changed to the title of qualification according to the policy outcomes for the government project. And, the NCS has been emphasizing the purpose of license acquisition, rather than using the standard for tasks in the industry. It means that the misuse of NSC hinders utilizing it as the original purpose of standardizing a task. It requires the customer to study the required competency unit with a no-choice option. Moreover, it makes it hard for companies or industry autonomically run the NCS. Therefore, we define the operational range in terms of the education field, the qualification field, and the career field to diffuse and apply NCS, and suggest the effective utilization method.
