본 연구는 청년세대의 인권에 대한 접촉 수준과 인권 옹호 활동에 기 초해 인권태도가 어떻게 발현되는지 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 국가 인권위원회 인권의식실태조사를 기반으로 20~30대 청년세대의 인권태도 를 비롯한 인권 관련 요인, 인구사회학적 요인, 이념적 요인들 간의 관계 를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 핵심 변수의 기술통계, 변수 간 상관관계 분석 및 연구모형에 따른 다중회귀분석을 진행하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 청년세대의 인권태도는 성별, 연령, 학력, 이념 등 인구사회학적 요인에 기반해서는 차이가 나타나지 않는다. 둘째, 남성 고학력 고소득의 보수적 성향을 지닌 집단에서는 인권에 대한 인지적 접 촉을 선호하고, 진보적이며 소득 수준이 높은 여성 집단에서는 인권에 대한 실천적 옹호 활동을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이념과 인권 관련 요인이 상호 밀접한 연관성을 맺고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 K드라마의 소구 요인 탐색을 위한 사례연구로 2022년 글로벌 히트를 기록한 "이상한 변호사 우영우"의 해외 시청자 반응을 분석한 것이다. 이 드라마의 어떤 요소가 해외 시청자의 공감과 이해를 이끈 것인지 살펴, 한국 드라마의 해외 진출 전략 수립에 유용한 시사점을 제공함이 이 연구의 목적이다. “우영우”는 글 로벌 OTT의 현지화 전략에 따른 기획 제작 과정을 거치지 않은 토종 기획물임에 도 불구하고 아시아뿐 아니라 문화적 근접성이 낮은 서구권에서도 고르게 히트했 다는 사실에 주목해, 글로벌 웹 플랫폼 IMDb의 “우영우” 관련 리뷰 총 265건에 대한 양적, 질적 분석을 수행했다. 분석 결과 이 드라마에 평점을 준 사용자의 86% 이상이 10점 만점에 8점 이상의 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 장애 캐릭터를 연 기한 박은빈에 대한 호평과 따뜻한 인간애를 강조한 이 드라마의 메시지에 공감한 다는 의견이 지배적이었다. 리뷰에 언급된 가장 큰 이슈는 자폐 장애 재현에 대한 상반된 평가였는데, 그러한 논란은 사회 정의와 인권 존중의 휴머니즘 담론으로 수 렴되고 있었다. 기존의 한류드라마 인기가 ‘문화적 근접성‘에 기반된 것이었다면, 이 드라마는 ‘문화적 보편성’을 지닌 초국적 요소들로 전 세계인의 공감과 이해를 얻어낸 것이다. 이러한 연구 결과는 K드라마의 히트 요인을 설명하는 유의미한 사 례일 뿐 아니라, 한국 콘텐츠의 글로벌 문화 시장 진출과 국가 간 문화교류의 전략 및 정책 수립에도 유용한 시사점을 제공해 줄 것이다.

Hydrogen cyanide (HCN) and hydrogen isocyanide (HNC) are isomers with similar chemical properties. However, HNC can be converted into other molecules by reactions with atomic hydrogen (H) and atomic oxygen (O), resulting in a variation of the HCN/HNC abundance ratio. These reaction rates are sensitive to gas temperature, resulting in different abundance ratios in different temperature environments. The emission of HCN and HNC was found to distribute along ring structures in the protoplanetary disk of V883 Ori. HCN exhibits a multi-ring structure consisting of inner and outer rings. The outer ring represents a genuine chemical structure, whereas the inner ring appears to display such characteristics due to the high dust continuum optical depth at the center. However, HNC is entirely depleted in the warmer inner ring, while its line intensity is similar to that of HCN in the colder outer ring. In this study, we present a chemical calculation that reproduces the observed HCN/HNC abundance ratio in the inner and outer rings. This calculation suggests that the distinct emission distribution between HCN and HNC results from a currently ongoing outburst in V883 Ori. The sublimation of HCN and HNC from grain surfaces and the conversion of HNC to HCN determine their chemical distribution in the heated, warm inner disk.

We investigate the properties of AGB and post-AGB (PAGB) stars, planetary nebulae, and young stellar objects (YSOs) in our Galaxy through an analysis of observational data covering visual and infrared (IR) wavelengths. Utilizing datasets from IRAS, 2MASS, AllWISE, Gaia DR3, and the SIMBAD object database, we perform an in-depth comparison between observational data and theoretical models. For this comparison, we present various color-magnitude diagrams (CMDs) in visual and IR bands, as well as IR two-color diagrams (2CDs). Our results demonstrate that the CMDs, incorporating the latest distance and extinction data from Gaia DR3 for a majority of sample stars, are effective in distinguishing different classes of stars. To improve the precision of our analysis, we apply theoretical radiative transfer models for dust shells around AGB and PAGB stars. A thorough comparison of the theoretical models with observations across various IR 2CDs and CMDs shows a significant agreement. We find that AGB and PAGB stars are among the brightest classes in visual and IR bands. Furthermore, most YSOs are clearly distinguishable from AGB stars on various IR CMDs, exhibiting fainter absolute magnitudes in IR bands.

This paper investigates the cognitive processes involved in English word recognition among young EFL learners using eye-tracking methodology. A quasi-experimental mixed method design was used to investigate how young L2 learners engage with basic words, with or without pictorial cues. A total of seventeen 6th-grade pupils from two schools participated in the experiment. The participants were presented with a list of 20 words and were asked to read them aloud while their eye movements were tracked to discern their viewing patterns. Immediately after the reading task, stimulated-recall interviews were conducted to triangulate and validate the participants’ viewing behaviors. Results indicate that participants focused significantly more on the text than the accompanying pictures yet demonstrated better performance in recognizing and reading the words presented in a picture-based mode. Some participants reported that the pictures were not viewed because the words were easy to read. In contrast, others struggled to read certain words due to an over-reliance on their background knowledge, which sometimes led to misinterpretation. These results emphasize the importance of integrating visual cues with word recognition instruction in early language learning contexts, highlighting when and how these cues should be utilized effectively.

이 연구는 전기고령여성의 화장품 사용실태 및 요구도에 따른 노인화장 품의 필요성에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 서울 및 지방도시 지역 에 거주하는 60세 이상의 전기고령 여성을 대상으로 2023년 12월 23일부 터 2024년 1월 16일까지 최종 286부를 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하 였다. 분석결과, 전기고령 여성은 자신의 스타일과 피부에 맞는 제품을 찾 기 위해 개인적으로 화장품을 선택하고 구매하는 경향을 보였고, 피부 건강 과 미용에 대한 관심이 높았으며, 피부 탄력과 주름 개선에 초점을 맞춘 제품을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 화장품의 촉촉함과 무향성을 중요 시하며, 특히 주름 개선 기능이 있는 아이크림에 대한 수요가 높았다. 제품 의 용량과 가격을 고려하는 것이 중요한 경제적 요인으로 작용했으며, 화장 품의 디자인으로 심플함과 쉬운 개폐 구조를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서, 노인화장품은 피부 건강과 미용에 대한 전기고령 여 성들의 요구를 충족시키고, 경제적으로 적정한 가격대의 노인화장품을 개발하 고 보급한다면, 전기고령 여성들의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.

본 논문은 멘델바움의 생애사 분석방법을 통한 장마당 세대인 기독 탈북청년의 독일정착을 분석함으로써 이주 동기와 적응 과정과 신앙여정을 전반적으로 살펴보는 데 의의가 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해서 첫째, “기독 탈북청년의 삶의 영역은 어떠한가?” 둘째, “기독 탈북청년의 삶의 전환점은 무엇이며 이를 가능하게 한 개인적·사 회적·국가적 조건들은 무엇인가?” 셋째, “기독 탈북청년의 독특한 적응 방법은 무엇인가?”라는 연구문제를 설정하였다. 연구참여자 A의 삶의 영역은 「북한에서의 행복한 삶」, 「이방인의 마음을 경험한 한국」, 「유학과정에서 다시 만난 하나님」, 「독일정착을 위한 노력」, 「결혼을 통한 새로운 시작」으로 나눌 수 있다. 삶의 전환점은 「가족과 함께한 탈북」, 「외국인 교환학생들과의 만남」, 「크리스천들의 도움」, 「뜻밖의 결혼」으로 나타났다. 삶의 적응은 「모든 상황을 긍정적으로 생각하기」, 「노력하면 꿈을 이룰 수 있다는 믿음」, 「관계를 중시하는 삶」, 「다문화 사회에 대한 열정적인 호기심」으로 분류되었다. 참여자 A의 신앙여정은 롤러코스터와 같았지만 결국은 믿음을 회복하고 독일에서 신실한 교인 으로 살아가고 있다. 끝으로 위의 연구결과들을 바탕으로 탈북청년들의 해외 이주 및 적응과 신앙여정에 관하여 제언하였다.

이 연구는 광역자치단체 조례 비교 분석을 통해 가족돌봄 청년 지원 조례 개정 방안을 도출하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 국가법령정보센터의 자 치법규시스템 자료를 활용하여 전국 11개 광역자치단체의 ‘가족돌봄 청 년 지원 조례’를 비교하였다. 조례 비교를 위한 분석틀로서, 규범적 타당 성 체계에 해당하는 권리성(조례의 목적지향성, 자치단체장의 책무성), 적용대상의 보편성, 급여종류의 포괄성, 자치단체장의 재정책임성과 규범 적 실효성 체계에 해당하는 전달체계의 책임성 및 통합성, 인력의 전문 성을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 광역자치단체마다 차이가 있음을 확인하였 다. 분석결과를 기초로 한 조례 개정 논의로서, 주민의 권리 규정 신설, 자치단체장의 책무성과 재정책임성에 대한 임의규정을 강행규정으로 변 경을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 가족돌봄청년의 삶에 대한 사회적 관 심이 제고되고, 사회복지조례에 관한 비교 연구가 활성화되기를 기대한 다.

The present study aimed to analyze the developmental trajectories of English achievement and exposure time through private education, utilizing univariate and multivariate latent growth curve analysis. This study used a subset of the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study data from 2012 to 2017. The results indicated consistent disparities in the growth of English achievement, depending on the student’s proficiency levels at the starting point. In particular, the early exposure to private tutoring was significantly and closely related to the initial status and the growth trajectory of English achievement. When the sample was classified by urbanicity, the findings suggested that the gap in English achievement was likely to increase over time across the two regions, with a stronger correlation with private tutoring found in urban areas. These results underscore the need for educational intervention for students in less advantageous conditions, and they provide valuable pedagogical implications for teaching English in the Korean EFL context.

Abstract Purpose : The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of higher-order aberrations on contrast visual acuity among young adults. Methods : A total of 29 young adults in their 20s were recruited for this study. Contrast visual acuity and higher-order aberrations were measured. Based on the results of contrast visual acuity, a comparison was made between the higher-order aberrations at 100% and 10% contrast levels. Results : The average refractive error correction among the participants was –3.21±1.57 D. The measured values for higher-order aberrations, including defocus, oblique trefoil, vertical coma, horizontal coma, horizontal trefoil, oblique quadrafoil, spherical aberration, and horizontal quadrafoil were –0.326±0.730, -0.026±0.038, 0.042±0047, 0.023±0.048, 0.003±0.038, 0.000±0.022, 0.073±0.027, and 0008±0020 μm. The average high-contrast visual acuity and low-contrast visual acuity among the participants were 1.114±0.304 and 0.686±0.239 logMAR respectively. The analysis of the relationship between higher-order aberrations and contrast visual acuity revealed no significant correlation at high contrast (100%). However, at low contrast (10%), significant correlations were found between oblique trefoil and spherical aberration (p=0.009, p=0.039). Conclusion : Higher-order aberrations have an impact on contrast visual acuity in young adults. Correcting these higher-order aberrations may improve visual quality.

In this paper, among the various facilities used in marine farming, young bivalves of the Mytilus galloprovincialis of marine farming was placed on the deck of the fishing vessel to evaluate the environment conditions and drive shaft movement by rolling affecting the separator for the young bivalves and a clean process. There were a few studies on stress analysis of development facilities because it was difficult to access the fishing site due to the use of imported equipment and the lack of development of domestic equipment. In this study, stress analysis of the fixed part of separator for young bivalves and its adjacent part was performed on various phases when the vessel was tilted by rolling using the finite element method. In addition, the structural safety of the internal blade under the driving conditions according to the movement of the drive shaft by the hydraulic motor was confirmed through structural analysis. As a result, the connection part between the deck and the separator by rolling was confirmed to have higher stress than that of other parts due to stress concentration. In addition, it was confirmed that the maximum stress occurred on the connection part between blades. Even though the safety of the separator for marine farming was confirmed by structural analysis, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the age of vessels, the material of the deck, and the corrosion of the deck.

본 연구는 영 케어러의 가족돌봄 경험을 보다 새롭고 깊이 있게 탐색 하기 위한 목적으로 질적 해석적 메타통합 방법(QIMS, Qualitative Interpretive Meta Synthesis)을 적용하였다. QIMS는 최근 사회과학분야에 서 새롭게 소개된 질적 연구방법으로, 개별 질적연구의 저자와 참가자들 이 설명하는 무결성과 본질을 유지하면서 질적 연구결과를 통합, 종합, 해석하기 위한 체계적인 접근방식이다. QIMS의 시너지적 이해경로를 통 해 도출된 풍성한 결과는 질적 연구가 갖는 한계를 극복할 수 있다. 2022년 10월부터 2023년 6월까지 국내에서 발표된 7편의 질적 논문을 최종분석에 포함하였고, 총 52명의 영 케어러가 진술한 내용을 시너지적 이해로 분석하였다. 자료범위 축소와 주제 추출 및 통합의 반복과정을 통해 새롭고 의미 있게 생성된 중요주제는 (1) 가족돌봄 상황 전개, (2) 돌봄 노동, 고단한 삶과의 직면, (3) 세상 속 돌봄 상황 가운데 나의 대 응노력과 변화들, (4) 새롭게 발견한 돌봄의 의미, 그리고 성장 총 4개의 범주로 구분하였다. QIMS 분석방법으로 도출해낸 결과를 바탕으로 영 케어러에 대한 실천 및 정책방안을 모색하였다.
