        본 총설은 소수성 불소수지계 분리막의 표면 개질에 대한 개론으로 다양한 표면 개질 방법 및 그 연구 결과를 중 점적으로 서술하였다. PTFE로 대표되는 불소수지계 고분자 분리막은 막 증류, 유수 분리, 기체 분리를 포함한 다양한 막 분 리 공정에서 사용되어왔다. PTFE 막은 내화학성, 내열성, 높은 기계적 강도와 같은 뛰어난 물성에도 불구하고 소수성 표면 특성으로 인해 기술 적용의 확장에 제한적이다. 친수성 향상을 위해 습식 화학법, 친수성 고분자 코팅, 플라즈마 처리, 조사, 원자층 증착과 같은 다양한 PTFE 표면 개질 방법을 이용하며 이를 통해 불소수지계 분리막의 응용분야가 확장될 수 있다.

        This study analyzes the effects of the number of angles and bends on resistance in a conductor-embroidered stitch circuit for efficient power transfer through a conductor of wearable energy harvesting to study changes in power lost through connection with actual solar panels. In this study, the angle of the conductive stitch circuit was designed in units of 30°, from 30° to 180°, and the resistance was measured using an analog Discovery 2 device. The measured resistance value was analyzed, and in the section of the angle where the resistance value rapidly changes, it was measured again and analyzed in units of 5°. Following this, from the results of the analysis, the angle at which the tension was applied to the stitch converges was analyzed, and the resistance was measured again by varying the number of bends of the stitch at the given angle. The resistance decreases as the angle of the stitch decreases and the number of bends increases, and the conductor embroidery stitch can reduce the loss of power by 1.61 times relative to general embroidery. These results suggest that the stitching of embroidery has a significant effect on the power transfer in the transmission through the conductors of wearable energy harvesting. These results indicate the need for a follow-up study to develop a conductor circuit design technology that compares and analyzes various types of stitches, such as curved stitches, and the number of conductors, so that wearable energy harvesting can be more efficiently produced and stored.

        본 연구는 기계식 앵커와 FRP를 새로운 시스템으로 복합하여 새로운 메커니즘의 Hybrid 앵커모델의 파괴형태중 균 열을 영상기반으로 프로세싱하여 균열탐지하는 메카니즘을 제시하였다. 기존의 cascade mask R-CNN 방식보다 탐지율과 효율성 이 우수한 Dense-UNet 기법을 활용하여 균열탐사기법에 활용하였다. 기존의 균열 뿐 아니라 앵커주위의 Round crack도 함께 탐 사되어 앵커 설치후 초기 균열 탐사에 효율성을 크게 가질 수 있다고 판단된다. 따라서 향후연구에서는 이미지 프로세싱 타임 을 줄이면서 정확도를 높일수 있는 Post-Processing이 보완된다면 균열탐사 및 오탐을 줄이는데 크게 효과적일 것으로 사료된다. 또한 피사체와 카메라와의 거리를 계산하여 알고리즘에 고려한다면 구조적 균열기준인 0.3 mm의 균열 탐사에도 활용할 수 있 는 효과적인 기법이라 판단된다.

        The Cu2ZnSn(SxSe1-x)4 (CZTSSe) absorbers are promising thin film solar cells (TFSCs) materials, to replace existing Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) and CdTe photovoltaic technology. However, the best reported efficiency for a CZTSSe device, of 13.6 %, is still too low for commercial use. Recently, partially replacing the Zn2+ element with a Cd2+element has attracting attention as one of the promising strategies for improving the photovoltaic characteristics of the CZTSSe TFSCs. Cd2+ elements are known to improve the grain size of the CZTSSe absorber thin films and improve optoelectronic properties by suppressing potential defects, causing short-circuit current (Jsc) loss. In this study, the structural, compositional, and morphological characteristics of CZTSSe and CZCTSSe thin films were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), and Field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), respectively. The FE-SEM images revealed that the grain size improved with increasing Cd2+ alloying in the CZTSSe thin films. Moreover, there was a slight decrease in small grain distribution as well as voids near the CZTSSe/Mo interface after Cd2+ alloying. The solar cells prepared using the most promising CZTSSe absorber thin films with Cd2+ alloying (8 min. 30 sec.) exhibited a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.33 %, Jsc of 34.0 mA/cm2, and fill factor (FF) of 62.7 %, respectively.

        Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images are affected by noise called speckle, which is very severe and may hinder image exploitation. Despeckling is an important task that aims to remove such noise so as to improve the accuracy of all downstream image processing tasks. Many different schemes have been proposed for the restoration of SAR images. Among the different possible approaches, methods based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs) have recently shown to reach state-of-the-art performance for SAR image restoration. DnCNN(DeNoising Convolutional Neural Network) is one of the most widely used neural network architecture embedded in baseline SAR image despeckling methods. In military applications of SAR satellite image, fast processing is the most critical factor except the precision rate of the recognition. In this paper, we propose an improved DnCNN architecture for faster SAR image despeckling. The experimental results on real-world SAR images show that our proposed method takes faster processing time than the original DnCNN architecture without despeckling performance downgrade. Subjective visual inspection demonstrates that the proposed method has great potential in preserving the image signal details and suppressing speckle noise.

        PURPOSES : In this study, the main factors affecting the severity of traffic accidents among elderly drivers were reviewed, and accident factors with a high accident risk were analyzed. This provided basic data for preparing a traffic safety system for elderly drivers and establishing policies. METHODS : Based on machine learning, the major factors influencing accident severity (from the analysis of traffic accident data for elderly drivers) were analyzed and compared with existing statistical analysis results. The machine learning algorithm used the Scikit-learn library and Python 3.8. A hyperparameter optimization process was performed to improve the safety and accuracy of the model. To establish the optimal state of the model, the hyperparameters were set (K = 5) using K-fold cross-validation. The hyperparameter search applied the most widely utilized grid search method, and the performance evaluation derived the optimal hyperparameter value using neutral squared error indicators. RESULTS : The traffic laws, road sections of traffic accidents, and time zones of accidents were analyzed for accidents involving elderly drivers in Daejeon Metropolitan City, and the importance of the variables was examined. For the analysis, a linear regression model, machine learning-based decision tree, and random forest model were used, and based on the root mean square error, the random forest accuracy performance was found to be the best. Ultimately, 18 variables were analyzed, including traffic violations, accident time zones, and road types. The variables influencing the accident severity were the speed, signal violation, intersection section, late-night driving, and pedestrian protection violation, with the relative importance of the variables in the order of speed (0.3490966), signal violation (0.285967), and late-night driving (0.173108). These can be seen as variables related to the expansion of life damage owing to physical aging and reduced judgment abilities arising from decreases in cognitive function. CONCLUSIONS : Restricting the driving of the elderly on the expressway and at night is reasonable, but specific standards for driving restrictions should be prepared based on individual driving capabilities.

        PURPOSES : Presently, it is impossible to evaluate the actual number of operational plans and punctuality of bus routes. In this study, a methodology for separating bus stops and sorting departure orders was developed using city bus operation information, and its field applicability was examined. METHODS : Based on current bus data, the "moving speed (km/h)," "Lag data," and "Lead data" were generated. The number of stops was classified based on the location where the order of the stops changed for each vehicle, and an arbitrary ID was assigned for each number of stops. In the case of a preceding vehicle, for each rotation information, a time interval was calculated based on the same point, and the rotation with the smallest time interval was determined as the preceding vehicle. RESULTS : An evaluation was conducted on Bus Route 201 in Daejeon. The vehicles were classified based on the operation data of the previous day. From analyzing the operation time and distance for each operation based on the last stop and starting point, it was found that both the number of operation plans and performance were consistent. The punctuality was analyzed and was found to be inversely proportional to the difference between the stop arrival time and preset arrival time, preset dispatch interval, and actual dispatch interval. The on-time(regularity) ratio was determined as 98.0% and the early departure ratio was 99.3%, indicating very good regularity. CONCLUSIONS : The research results can be used by local governments with insufficient levels of public transportation-based data management, and can be used as basic data for establishing public transportation policies. The results of this study can be referred to when evaluating the transparency of financial support for public transportation operators and operations, with the aim of enhancing public transportation services.

        기계 장비의 진동 데이터는 필연적으로 노이즈를 포함하고 있다. 이러한 노이즈는 기계 장비의 유지보수를 진행하는데 악영향 을 끼친다. 그에 따라 데이터의 노이즈를 얼마나 효과적으로 제거해주냐에 따라 학습 모델의 성능을 좌우한다. 본 논문에서는 시계열 데 이터를 전처리 함에 있어 특성추출 과정을 포함하지 않는 Denoising Auto Encoder 기법을 활용하여 데이터의 노이즈를 제거했다. 또한 기계 신호 처리에 널리 사용되는 Wavelet Transform과 성능 비교를 진행했다. 성능비교는 고장 탐지율을 계산하여 진행했으며 보다 정확한 비교 를 위해 분류 성능 평가기준 중 하나인 F-1 Score를 계산하여 성능 비교를 진행했다. 고장을 탐지하는 과정에서는 One-Class SVM 기법을 활용하여 고장 데이터를 탐지했다. 성능 비교 결과 고장 진단율과 오차율 측면에서 Denoising Auto Encoder 기법이 Wavelet Transform 기법 에 비해 보다 좋은 성능을 나타냈다.

        본 연구의 목적은 코로나바이러스 유행이 대학생들의 불안, 우울, 공포 및 스트레스와 같은 부정정서에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. J대학교에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 시간에 따라 부정정서의 변화 양상을 살펴보고자 2019년 3월, 2020년 3월, 2020년 11월 세 시기를 측정하였다. 조사 시점이 2020년 11월로, 2019년 3월과 2020년 3월에 겪었던 정서 기억 회상을 돕기 위해 연구 참여자에게 당시 겪었을 법한 상황에 대한 구조화된 인터뷰 질문을 하고 답변에 대한 요약정리를 하도록 요청하였다. 세 시기의 부정정서에 차이가 있는지 살 펴보기 위해 반복측정 변량분석을 실시하였고, 부정정서의 변화 양상을 살펴보기 위해 다항식 추세 분석을 실시하였 다. 연구 결과 세 시기의 부정정서에 차이가 있었으며, 2019년과 비교하여 2020년 3월에 대학생들이 우울, 불안, 공 포 및 스트레스를 더 느끼고 있었으며, 이러한 부정정서가 2020년 11월까지 지속되었음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결 과는 코로나바이러스의 영향이 지속되고 있는 현재에도 대학생들이 부정정서를 겪을 수 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 결과는 코로나바이러스 유행 상황에서 대학생이 겪을 수 있는 부정정서의 양상을 나타내며, 결과를 바탕으로 대학생 을 위한 스트레스 관리 지침 및 심리 상담과 같은 심리지원체계 제공의 필요성이 제시되었다.

        Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 (CZTSSe) based thin-film solar cells have attracted growing attention because of their earthabundant and non-toxic elements. However, because of their large open-circuit voltage (Voc)-deficit, CZTSSe solar cells exhibit poor device performance compared to well-established Cu(In,Ga)(S,Se)2 (CIGS) and CdTe based solar cells. One of the main causes of this large Voc-deficit is poor absorber properties for example, high band tailing properties, defects, secondary phases, carrier recombination, etc. In particular, the fabrication of absorbers using physical methods results in poor surface morphology, such as pin-holes and voids. To overcome this problem and form large and homogeneous CZTSSe grains, CZTSSe based absorber layers are prepared by a sputtering technique with different RTA conditions. The temperature is varied from 510 oC to 540 oC during the rapid thermal annealing (RTA) process. Further, CZTSSe thin films are examined with X-ray diffraction, X-ray fluorescence, Raman spectroscopy, IPCE, Energy dispersive spectroscopy and Scanning electron microscopy techniques. The present work shows that Cu-based secondary phase formation can be suppressed in the CZTSSe absorber layer at an optimum RTA condition.

        Zinc oxide (ZnO) based transparent conducting oxides (TCO) thin films, are used in many applications such as solar cells, flat panel displays, and LEDs due to their wide bandgap nature and excellent electrical properties. In the present work, fluorine and aluminium-doped ZnO targets are prepared and thin films are deposited on soda-lime glass substrate using a RF magnetron sputtering unit. The aluminium concentration is fixed at 2 wt%, and the fluorine concentration is adjusted between 0 to 2.0 wt% with five different concentrations, namely, Al2ZnO98(AZO), F0.5AZO97.5(FAZO1), F1AZO97(FAZO2), F1.5AZO96.5(FAZO3), and F2AZO96(FAZO4). Thin films are deposited with an RF power of 40 W and working pressure of 5 m Torr at 270 oC. The morphological analysis performed for the thin film reveals that surface roughness decreases in FAZO1 and FAZO2 samples when doped with a small amount of fluorine. Further, optical and electrical properties measured for FAZO1 sample show average optical transmissions of over 89 % in the visible region and 82.5 % in the infrared region, followed by low resistivity and sheet resistance of 3.59 × 10−4 Ωcm and 5.52 Ω/sq, respectively. In future, these thin films with excellent optoelectronic properties can be used for thin-film solar cell and other optoelectronics applications.
