본 연구는 1999년부터 2005년까지 부산경남축산물공판장에서 도축된 비육돈 1,251,572두의 자료를 이용하여 돼지의 주요 도체형질인 도축체중, 등지방두께와 도체등급에 대한 년도별 도체등급 변화 추세와 환경적인 요인을 분석하였다. 도축체중의 경우 암퇘지, 수퇘지 및 거세돼지가 각각 82.97±0.008, 82.00±0.090 및 82.79±0.008㎏으로 조사되었다. 등지방두께는 암퇘지, 수퇘지 및 거세돼지가 각각 19.27±0.006, 15.99±0.072 및 22.49±0.006㎜로 수퇘지가 유의적으로 얇았다. 도축체중의 경우 1999년에 80.38±0.033㎏을 가장 가볍게 나타났고, 2005년에 84.26±0.033㎏으로 가장 무겁게 나타났으며, 연도가 증가함에 따라 도축체중이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 년도별 도체등급 변화 추세를 보면 A등급 출현율이 2000년부터 2003년까지는 계속 증가하다가 2003년 이후로 점차 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다.

In this study, we prepared porous cation exchange membrane using polystyrene such as, EPS (expanded polystyrene), SAN (styrene acrylonitrile copolymer) and HIPS (high impactive polystyrene). These polystyrenes were sulfonated by acetyl sulfate to make porous cation exchange membrane such as, SEPS, SSAN, SHIPS. SEM was employed to confirm porous structure of membrane, and IR spectroscopy was used to confirm sulfonation rate of ion exchange membrane. Water and methanol content were also increased with amount of sulfuric acid in reactants. SSAN-20 showed the highest value in water and methanol content. Fixed ion concentration and conductivity was also increased with an amount of sulfuric acid in reactants. Methanol permeability for SEPS-20, SSAN-20, SHIPS-20 was found to be 1.326 × 10-5 cm2/s, 1.527 × 10-5 cm2/s and 1.096 × 10-5 cm2/s respectively. From the result of electrodialysis experiment in 0.03 M Pb(NO3)2 aqueous solution, anion exclusion and cation selection effects were confirmed.

폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 -코-1,4-시클로헥실렌 디메틸렌 데레프탈레이트), P(ET-CT), 공중합체의 결정구조를 CPMAS NMR분광법을 이용하여 해석하였다. 결정화 시료에서 메틸렌기에 의한 공명 피크를 CT와 ET성분으로 분리시켜 분석한 결과, 0-20 몰%의 CT조성을 갖는 공중합체는 bulky한 CT성분이 PET결정격자에서 배제되고 66-100 몰 100%의 CT조성을 갖는 공중합체는 PCT결정격자 내부에 ET성분이 부분적으로 혼입되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 결정구조의 공중합 조성 의존성은 ET와 CT의 반복단위 길이와 결정격자의 크기가 다르기 때문인 것으로 추정된다.

에폭시 수지를 개질하기 위하여 반응성 첨가제 Malononitrild(MN)을 Diglycidy1 ether fo vispenol A (CGEBA)/Methylene dianiline(MDA)계를 첨가하여 이 계의 경화 반응속도론과 경화반응메카니즘을 시차주사 열분석(DSC)과 적외선 흡수 분광법을 통해 관찰하였다. 경화반응속도론으로부터 MN으로 개질된 DGEBA/MDA는 완전히 경화를 이루기 위하여 80˚C로 부터 170˚C까지 30˚C간격으로 경화시킨 시료로 반응메카니즘을 고찰한 결과 PA(primary amine)-E(epoxide)그리고 E(epoxide)-OH(hydroxy1 group)반응 이외에 PA(primary amine)-CN(nitrile)과 CN(nitrile)-OH(hydroxy1 group)반응이 일어남을 알았다.

Measures of radiographic pelvic and spinal parameters of sagittal balance analysis have become of considerable importance for reconstructive surgery of the spine, particularly in cases of degenerative spondylolisthesis. The authors conducted a retrospective study of clinical outcomes and a radiological review on 231 patients with one or two level degenerative spondylolisthesis. First, patients were classified using preoperative pelvic parameters and evaluations were conducted using mean values of pre- and postoperative spinopelvic parameters. Second, patients were divided into two study groups, that is, Group A (n=105; exhibited no improvement (increase or no change) in pelvic tilt postoperatively) and Group B (n=126; exhibited pelvic tilt improvement (decrease) postoperatively). Clinical outcomes in the two groups were compared using Visual Analogue Pain Scores (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI). All preoperative pelvic parameters show restoration tendency after PLIF surgery for spondylolisthesis, and greater deviations of preoperative pelvic parameters from normality showed greater recovery postoperatively. VAS and ODI improvements at follow-up were poorer in group A than in group B.
