The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between bullying, nursing work environment, reality shock and factors of influence on turnover intension. Data were collected from 381 nurses who were under the charge nurse at a hospital with more than 600 beds in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS24.0 program. The mean score for turnover intension was 3.61 ± 0.89. The intension of turnover was correlated with bullying in the workplace (r=0.197, ρ=.001), the nursing work environment (r=-.409, p=.001), and reality shock (r=.572, p=.001). Variables affecting turnover intension were the work department(β=-0.018, ρ=.049), working environment(β=-0.424, ρ<.000), and reality shock(β=0.654, ρ<.000). The total amount of explanation for turnover intension was 37.3%. The degree of turnover intension of nurses was affected by work in general wards, the experience of workplace bullying and the nursing work environment. To reduce turnover intension, nursing work needs to be analyzed and efforts are needed to establish an effective communication system.
Diese Studie untersucht die experimentelle Ästhetik von Gustav Fechner, unter welchen Umständen sich diese Ästhetik entwickelt hat und wie es sich mit der traditionellen Ästhetik verhält. Außerdem wird Fechners Einfluss auf die moderne experimentelle Ästhetik untersucht. Gustav Theodor Fechner(1801-1887) ist uns als Physiker und Psychologe bekannt, und seine Leistung ist in den psychophysischen Gesetzen anerkannt worden. Aber man verkannte ihn, den Ästhetiker. Fechner unterschied nicht in der methodologischen Stringenz zwischen Naturwissenschaft und Philosophie. Seine philosophischen Verallgemeinerungen und kosmologischen Visionen wurden zur Quelle der empirischen Daten. Fechner war überzeugt, dass aller Materie ein geistiges Prinzip innewohne und die Natur mit Bewusstsein begabt sei. Sein Streben, um das Verhältnis zwischen Materie und Seele zu beweisen, wurde zum Prinzip seiner Physik, Atomlehre und mathematischen Statistik und schließlich seiner Ästhetik. Fechner stellte eine Ästhetik‘ von unten’ wegen ihrer empirischen Methode der Ästhetik‘ von oben’, der philosophischen Ästhetik Schellings, Hegels und auch Kants gegenüber. Er sah in der traditionellen Ästhetik, dass der metaphysische Schönheitsbegriff wie das Absolute, das Göttliche und die göttliche Schöpfertätigkeit immer noch nicht den Grund erklärt, warum es einem gefällt. Fechner verzichtet deshalb, das objektive Wesen des Schönen begrifflich festzustellen. Er wolle sich vielmehr damit begnügen, die empirischen Bedingungen des unmittelbaren Gefallens nachzugehen. Fechner versuchte die psychologische Empfindung auf dem physikalischen Reiz zu messen und statistisch zu zeichnen. Für diese experimentelle Ästhetik brauchte Fechner seine psychophysischen Messmethoden. Nach Fechner ist die Psychophysik eine exakte Lehre von den Abhängigkeitsbeziehungen zwischen Leib und Seele, oder allgemeiner zwischen körperlicher und geistiger, physischer und psychischer Welt. Ironischerweise entstand die naturwissenschaftliche Methode die poetisch-phantasievolle mystische Weltdeutung von Fechner zu bestimmen. Fechners Ästhetik, die vom damaligen deutschen idealistischen Schönheitsbegriff abkehren wollte, kommt auf leichtere Weise zum Ziel, das Mystik und Wissenschaft: Die experimentelle Ästhetik von Gustav Fechner Kim, Sookyoung(Myungji University, Lecturer) Wesen der Schönheit zu erklären. Seine naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplinen wollten nicht das Geheimnis der Schönheit oder des Absoluten eliminieren oder reduzieren, sondern eher die traditionellen Werte von unten haltbar machen. Denn Fechner legt fest, dass das echt Schöne dem Guten unterliegt, sogar in höchster Instanz aus Gott abzuleiten ist. Fechners experimentelle Ästhetik bot trotz dem prekären Ansatz eine neue Ansicht von Ästhetik und bereitete einen Grund für die psychologische Ästhetik und die modernsten Trends wie die Kognitionswissenschaften und die physiologische Ästhetik.
이 연구의 목적은 중학교 2학년 물의 순환과 일기의 변화 단원에 대해 STS의 한 방법인NIE 수업자료를 개발하여 학생들에게 처치한 후, NIE가 학업 성취도와 과학 관련 태도에 미치는 효과를 조사하고 학습 방법과 학생들의 학업 능력 수준간의 상호 작용 효과를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울시 동작구에 소재한 여자 중학교 2학년 4개 반을 임의로 선정했고, 학급별로 실험집단과 통제집단에 2학급씩 무작위로 배치하였다. 실험 집단에서는 교사가 관련 개념을 6차시동안 간략하게 강의하고 나머지 7차시동안 개발한 NIE 수업자료로 수업하였고, 통제 집단에서는 전통적인 교과서 위주의 강의식 수업을 하였다. NIE 수업은 Iowa Chautauqua Program에서 활용한 문제로의 초대, 탐색 , 설명, 해결방안의 제시 단계에 따라 진행하였고, STS 학습 지도 전략 중 과학에서 출발하는 접근법으로 프로젝트학습, 토픽학습, 낱말 맞추기 퍼즐 등의 NIE 수업자료를 개발 활용하였다. 학업 성취도 검사 도구는 차시별 수업 목표를 고려하여 연구자가 개발하였고, 과학 관련 태도 검사 도구는 TOSRA의 7가지 영역 중 두 영역, 즉 과학의 사회적 의미와 과학에 대한 흥미적 관심에 해당하는 20문항을 사용하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면, NIE 자료를 활용한 수업이 교과서 위주의 전통적인 수업에 비해 학생들의 학업 성취도를 향상시키는데 효과적이었다(P〈.01). 또한, 과학과 관련된 학생들의 태도 변화에 있어서도 실험집단이 통제집단보다 통계적으로 유의미한 성취도의 우위를 보이는 것으로 나타났다(P〈.01). 학습 방법과 학생들의 성취 수준간의 상호 작용 효과를 알아본 결과 학업 성취도와 과학에 대한 흥미적 관심의 경우에는 주목할 만한 상호 작용 효과는 나타나지 않았으나, 과학의 사회적 의미에 대한 태도에 있어서는 NIE 수업 방법이 전통적인 수업 방법에 비해 하위 집단의 태도를 보다 더 긍정적으로 함양시킨 결과를 유도했다.
This research was designed to develop a computer program and evaluate the nutritional balances especially the balance of fatty acids, amino acids and antioxidant vitamins for convenience foods. The Korean convenience food, Kimbab purchased from markets was evaluated by using the self-developed computer program. Contents of calories, protein and calcium were lower(1/3˚+1/2) than the recommended levels of Korean adult woman, and the carbohydrate/ protein/ fat(CPF) energy ratio was 70: 13: 17. The mean P/ M/ S ratio was 2.2/ 1.4/ 1 and that of Ω6/ Ω3 fatty acids was 17.9/ 1, which was higher than the desirable ratio of 4~8/ 1. Average essential amino acid balance of market-Kimbab samples was within the desirable range even though the absolute amount of protein was lower than the recommended level. Contents of antioxidant vitamins (A, C &E) were lower than recommended levels. Two kinds of nutritionally adjusted Kimbab menu were established by self-developed computer program. Some of major changes was adding food ingredients such as tuna fish and perilla leaf cooked with sesame oil and soybean oil to increase Ω3 series fatty acids. Some fruits and milk were also added to the menu. The adjusted CPF ratios was 63: 15: 22 and the new values for P/ M/ S and Ω6/ Ω3 fatty acids ratios were 1.0/ 1.2/ 1/0 and 6.1/ 1 respectively. In sensory evaluation of two kinds of adjusted Kimbab, the taste and overall estimation scores were higher than unadjusted Kimbab. The computer program developed in this study might be used as a tool for the evaluation of nutritional balance of other convenience foods and menu planning.
The purpose of the study was to develop computer-based menu planning program for day-care centers maximizing food preference score among children and satisfying such constraints as expense, nutrients, and season. Children's preference about 142 menu items was surveyed among 382 children of day-care centers. A 16-bit personal computer compatible with IBM-PC/AT was used. The data base files were created by dBASE III Plus, and processing programs were created by using FORTRAN language. Children preferred bread or a la carte menu items to cooked rice in main dish category. Deep fat fried or stir-fried menu items were more preferred than kimchi or cooked vegetables in side dish category. Preference scores for menu items were influenced by cooking methods or main ingredients. The contents of the computerized system show that when the program runs, the user should type inputs of cycle, season, and menu pattern, then the computer lists a series of menu satisfying the criteria of constraints. The user can examine and select a set of menu from the menu lists. Menus are generated seasonally. Menu lists are generated weekly and monthly basis with the contents of menu items, preference scores and price. Nutrient reports are also generated on a weekly and monthly basis with the contents of calories, 12 nutrients and price. Recipes for each menu items are also generated.
양배추 분말 첨가량을 0-15%로 달리하여 스펀지 케이크를 제조하고 물리적 품질특성, 항산화 활성, 관능적 특성 및 제조적성을 조사하였다.
물리적 품질특성은 양배추 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 반죽의 비중, 굽기손실율은 증가하였고, 케이크 crumb과 crust의 색도, 부피지수, 비용적은 감소하였다. 대칭성지수, 균일성지수는 대조구와 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 케이크의 경도는 양배추 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가하였고, 응집성은 감소하였으며 탄력성, 점착성, 부서짐성은 유의적으로 차이가 없었다. 케이크의 항산화 활성을 나타내는 총 폴리페놀 함량, DPPH 라디칼 소거능, 환원력 등은 양배추 분말 첨가량이 증가할수록 증가하였다. 관능평가에서 색상, 향미, 조직감은 대조구보다 양배추 분말 5-15% 첨가구가 유의적으로 낮은 선호도를 보였고 맛은 양배추 분말 5% 첨가구가 5.18로 가장 높은 선호도를 나타내었으며 전체적인 기호도는 10% 첨가구가 5.02로 가장 높게 나타났다. 전반적인 품질특성을 조사한 결과는 양배추 분말 5% 첨가구가 비중, 부피지수, 비용적, 경도, 응짐성 등이 대조구와 유사한 경향을 보였고 생리활성 증가로 인한 항산화 활성과 맛에서 대조구보다 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로 양배추 분말 첨가 스펀지 케이크 제조를 위한 양배추 분말의 첨가 범위는 5-10%가 적절한 것으로 판단되었으며, 최적 첨가량은 5%인 것으로 나타났다.
Kim, Sook Young. 1996. Interface between root compounds and synthetic compounds. Studies in Modern Grammatical Theories 9: 205-228. The aim of this study is to reach the interface between root compounds and synthetic compounds using the theories of Roeper/Siegel(1978),Selkirk(1982) and Fabb(1984). A compound is a lexical unit consisting of more than one base word and functioning both grammatically and semantically as a single word. It can be divided into two classes: root compounds(or primary compounds)and synthetic compounds(or verbal compounds). Root compounds are those compounds whose second elements are not derivatives from verbs. On the other hand, synthetic compounds refer to those words which contain deverbal second constituents. Roeper/Siegel generally assume that both sentences and synthetic compounds are formed from subcategorization frames associated with verbs. They propose the First Sister Principle, which applies to the formation of synthetic compounds. Selkirk`s theory consists of two claims: (i) synthetic compoundings and root compoundings are generated by the same rewriting roles, (ii) the interpretation of a synthetic compounds is due to the optional rule for assigning grammatical functions to the nonhead element. Fabb regards -ing and -er case-markers, and specifies that they may be attached in syntax. The differences of the theories were found in the different explanations of phrases and non-heads with complements, etc. They show the interface between root compounds and synthetic compounds. In conclusion a distinctive syntactic explanation on the deverbal words, the second constituents of the compounds, may thus be the key to the understanding of the interface between root compounds and synthetic compounds.
