        In this study, flavored oils were developed using oak mushroom (Lentinula edodes), with olive, avocado, soybean, and sunflower oils as the carrier oils. Changes in oxidative stability, color, aroma, and taste resulting from infusion with oak mushroom powder were then comparatively evaluated. Across all four oils, the samples infused with oak mushroom powder did not exhibit significant differences in primary and secondary oxidation levels compared with those of the controls; however, in terms of color, browning decreased in olive oil but tended to increase in avocado, soybean, and sunflower oils. Based on the analysis of aromatic characteristics, major sulfur compounds derived from oak mushroom formed in refined soybean and sunflower oils, whereas olive and avocado oils did not exhibit distinct effects. In terms of taste characteristics, umami increased after oak mushroom powder infusion across all oils, and the enhancement of umami was particularly significant in olive and avocado oils. These results indicate that the aromatic and taste characteristics of oak mushroom-flavored oils exhibit different patterns depending on the type of vegetable oil used.

        Alternative substrate materials for mushroom cultivation must be developed due to the unstable supply of the currently used substrates. Threonine acts as a nitrogen source in the substrate used for cultivating mushrooms. Threonine influences food flavor and participates in lipid metabolism and protein synthesis as well as energy metabolism through the tricarboxylic acid cycle. In this study, mushroom cultivation substrate was supplemented with threonine to evaluate the effects of threonine on the growth characteristics of and secondary metabolites produced by Pleurotus ostreatus. Threonine supplementation induced substantial changes in the parameters indicating the quality of fruiting bodies. These findings provide a basis for further research on supplementing substrates with amino acids for cultivating mushrooms.

        The 30mm wheel type anti-aircraft gun replaces the aging anti-aircraft gun in the front and is a weapon system for local anti-aircraft defense against enemy aircraft and small unmanned vehicles. In the field, damage to the turret hatch/closed hatch pin occurred between the operation of the wheel type anti-aircraft gun. As a result of the sem analysis of the hatch pin fracture surface, it appears that brittleness fracture occurred and fatigue fracture occurred at the final fracture surface while reaching the fatigue strength by repetitive loads. The hatch angle fixing pin and bracket shapes were changed to disperse the stress concentration. As a result of checking the location of the vulnerable area of the hatch pin and the shear stress value through structural analysis, the safety factor improved from 1.46 to 2.95 after improvement. Through this study, it is expected to be used as a reference material for failure analysis and design plan for the existing system in the future.

        This study was conducted to analyze odor regulation policies of major countries and explore development directions for Korea’s odor management system through international comparison. Korea has achieved significant progress in odor management over the past 20 years since the enactment of the Odor Prevention Act in 2004, including the establishment of real-time monitoring systems, integrated complaint management systems, and scientific management infrastructure in major odor management areas such as Sihwa-Banwol Industrial Complex and metropolitan landfills in Incheon and Daejeon. To identify potential development directions, a literature review and comparative analysis were conducted on four regions: the United States, the European Union, Japan, and Singapore. The analysis revealed that each region has developed unique approaches: Japan’s Odor Judge system (involving 3,352 active professionals) for measurement standardization; the United States’s citizen science-based monitoring systems, such as the Odor Explore project that utilizes community participation; the EU’s preventive management policies through the application of Best Available Techniques (BAT) and land use planning integration; and Singapore’s systematic management approach through its myENV app and urban planning integration. Based on Korea’s existing achievements and international experiences, this study identified eight development areas, including measurement system standardization, management scope expansion, integrated management system enhancement, real-time monitoring implementation, technology development investment, complaint resolution mechanism improvement, preventive management system enhancement, and information transparency enhancement. This study proposes development directions that build upon Korea’s current infrastructure and policy achievements, considering the country’s unique socio-economic conditions and environmental characteristics. These directions are expected to contribute to the continuous advancement of Korea’s odor management system while leveraging existing strengths and addressing future challenges.

        This study evaluated the effects of supplementing sawdust medium with 10% (w/w) Korean-style soy sauce residue (KS) and brewed soy sauce residue (BS) on the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus. Over 25 days, KS treatment produced mycelial growth comparable to the control, whereas BS treatment showed slower colonization. Fruiting bodies appeared after nine days in the control, ten days with BS, and twelve days with KS, with fresh weights of 146.0 g, 174.8 g, and 89.0 g, respectively, indicating reduced yield with KS and increased yield with BS. In antioxidant assays, DPPH radical scavenging slightly increased from 89.15% in the control to 89.99% with KS and 90.34% with BS. ABTS scavenging was 82.36% in the control, 83.42% with KS, and 75.99% with BS. Total polyphenol content was 64.39 mg AAE/mL in the control, 62.72 mg AAE/mL with KS, and 43.28 mg AAE/mL with BS. In conclusion, KS supports mycelial growth without compromising DPPH-based antioxidant capacity, while BS enhances fruiting body yield but reduces ABTS activity and phenolic content. Both residues show potential as supplementary nutrients in conventional sawdust media.

        This study analyzed the structural performance of a microalgae-based lightweight ecological integration system for large-span structures to achieve carbon neutrality. To address the load problems of existing soil-based ecological systems, a lightweight system utilizing microalgae bioreactors was proposed, and structural performance was evaluated for four types of large-span structures: truss, arch, dome, and cable structures. Structural analysis results through finite element analysis showed that the proposed system achieved a 70% load reduction effect compared to existing systems, with structural performance improvements including 35-40% reduction in maximum deflection, 30-35% reduction in maximum stress, and 25-30% increase in natural frequency. Environmental performance analysis confirmed CO₂absorption capacity of 12-18 kg per m² annually and PM2.5 reduction effects of 15-25%. Economic analysis results indicated that benefits of 3.95-6.7 million KRW per year are generated for a 1,000 m²reference area, creating cumulative benefits of 179.75-227.5 million KRW over 25 years. Verification through the German BIQ House case confirmed CO₂reduction performance of 6 tons per year for 200 m², demonstrating the practical applicability of the system. This study presented the potential of an innovative ecological integration system that can ensure structural safety of large-span structures while simultaneously contributing to carbon neutrality.

        목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 디지털치료제를 활용한 직업재활 중재가 발달장애인의 사회기술에 미치는 영향을 체계적으로 분 석하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2015년 1월부터 2025년 5월까지 최근 10년 동안 게재된 연구를 대상으로 하여 문헌검색 하였다. 국내외 주요 학술 데이터베이스(RISS, KCI, DBpia, Pubmed, EMBASE)를 사용하였으며, PRISMA 가이드라인에 따라 문헌 선정 과정을 거쳐 총 8편의 문헌을 분석 대상으로 포함하였다. 결과 : 디지털치료제를 활용한 직업재활 중재 프로그램 유형에는 면접기술 훈련프로그램(VR-JIT), 직장 가상현실 훈련프 로그램(Workplace VR), 사회성기술 향상 가상현실 프로그램(VRESS), VR 바리스타 프로그램이 있었다. 중재 프로그램 에는 VR 바리스타 훈련이 가장 많이 시행되었다. 사회기술 효과에는 면접기술 및 자신감, 자기효능감, 높은 수용성과 사 용성, 작업기억 및 계획능력의 상관관계, 의사소통 기술과 수업태도, 직무 수행능력, 직무 지식·기술·태도의 습득에 효 과를 보였다. 결론 : 향후 연구에는 작업치료 관점에서 다양한 디지털치료제 기반 직업재활 중재의 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요하며, 본 연구는 이러한 후속 연구를 위한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.

        In this study, we investigated the microbial community of oyster mushrooms at different growth stages at the species level. Gram-positive bacteria were predominant in the presterilized medium. On the other hand, Gram-negative bacteria were predominant in the culture-completed medium, post-harvest medium, and fruiting bodies. In addition, Pseudomonas tolaasii, which is known to cause disease in mushrooms, was confirmed in the cultured medium, post-harvest medium, and fruiting bodies, and it was determined that the mycelium culture stage was contaminated, and the reason why no disease occurred was Sphingobacterium psychroaquaticum. It was confirmed that this was because the growth of Pseudomonas tolaasii was suppressed by producing a component called tolacin. As a result of confirming the diversity of microorganisms, it was confirmed that the presterilization medium contains a variety of microorganisms compared to other growth stages, and the diversity decreases in the order of culture completion medium, fruiting body, and post-harvest medium. showed a trend. As a result of microbial similarity analysis, it was confirmed that the cultured medium and the post-harvest medium showed similar microbial communities, and in the case of fruiting bodies, there were some similarities but overall differences.

        This study analyzed the effects of different nitrogen sources in substrate composition on the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, as well as the subsequent changes in flavor and antioxidant activity. The T2, composed of poplar sawdust, beet pulp, cotton seed dregs, and cotton seed coat in a ratio of 40:20:20:20, exhibited the highest yield at 156.6 g. The total polyphenol content and ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging activities were 8.25 mg GAE/g, 70%, and 49%, respectively, showing higher radical scavenging activity compared to the Control and T1. Additionally, varying nitrogen content resulted in distinct aroma patterns and is presumed to influence taste profiles such as sourness, umami, and saltiness.

        Since ships are exposed to noise and vibration for a long time in seas isolated from land, the stress of workers is high, requiring studies on the improvement of the problem. In addition, the health of crew members on fishing vessels, unlike commercial ships, carrying out fishing activities is closely related to fishing performance. However, considering that most of IMO's guidelines apply to merchant ships, provisions should be made for vibration in accommodation areas of fishing vessels. Accordingly, this study, applying the revised ISO 20283-5:2016 standard and through experiment, investigated the vibration characteristics of the accommodation area for each operating conditions of a 1000-ton trawler fishing vessel. Within the scope of the study and the full-ahead mode, the vibration was highest in the engine control room (4.17mm/s) while the acceptable standard was satisfied sufficiently in all conditions. Application of the merchant vessel vibration standard to fishing vessel is expected to improve the working environment of fishing vessel crew members.

        In this study, we examined the effects of gamma irradiation dosage on the mycelial growth of Auricularia auriculajudae and performed analyses of fruiting body yield, growth characteristics, taste, fragrance, and mineral composition. Assessments of mycelial growth in response to gamma irradiation at different intensities revealed an enhancement in the growth of fungi exposed to irradiation at 200 Gy. Fruiting body yield was also highest at 200 Gy, followed by 800 Gy and the control group. On the basis of these observations, we subsequently applied gamma ray doses of 200 and 800 Gy to examine the effects of irradiation on fungal quality characteristics. In terms of the taste of fruiting bodies, we detected no significant differences among the control, 200 Gy, and 800 Gy groups. Contrastingly, with respect to fragrance, we found that fungi treated with 200 Gy were characterized by a pattern that differed from those of the control and other treatment groups. Furthermore, whereas we detected no significant difference among treatments with respect total dietary fiber content, calcium content was found to be higher in the treatment groups compared with the control group, with the highest content being measured in fungi exposed to 800 Gy irradiation. Copper content was confirmed to be higher in the control group, whereas there were no significant differences between the fungi irradiated with 200 and 800 Gy. Contrastingly, the highest levels of zinc were detected in response to 200 Gy irradiation, followed by 800 Gy. Collectively, our findings thus indicate that gamma irradiation can contribute to promoting increases in the fruiting body yield and mineral contents of mushrooms.

        Recently, the International Maritime Organization is strengthening regulations for ships operating in polar regions. Hence, insulated multi-core tubes as components for vessels operating in extreme cold need to be investigated in various aspects. Furthermore, the demand for research on electric propulsion vessels is also increasingly growing. Thus, to utilize a 4-core insulated multi-core tube with glass wool as insulation, which was previously developed for ships operating in polar regions, as a water-cooled electrical cable, this study conducted an experiment on the temperature change when water at normal temperature 25℃ was supplied as a coolant under the overcurrent varied from 10A to 25A. As a result, the temperature increase of the core in 10A condition was 3.3℃, but it increased to 13.05℃ in the 25A condition. This showed that a temperature difference of approximately 9.75℃ occurred according to the overcurrent load. However, the coolant inlet and outlet temperatures were relatively uniform around 1℃ in all conditions. This suggests that increasing the residence time by proper control of the coolant flow in the future could achieve a higher cooling effect.
