        These days, contents is not only exists as one genre, but also repeatedly develop to other genre by affect or fusion and developing another contents. This means entertainment industry enters overall OSMU(One Source Multi Use) age. With development of the CG technology filming of the game is actively progressing. Like “Tomb Raider”,“Resident evil”, There is some successful filming of the game case. In other side, there is many fail case of filming of the game also exist. In this paper we study game element analysis by method of film element analysis for making interactive movie of the game. For this study we using the actantial model of Algirdas Julien Greimas and the five element of film of Linda Seger. With two method, we study modeling interactive movie event flow, to be helpful for film development and possibility suggest through this study result.

        The purpose of this paper is investigated immersions effected by automatic movement and movement using input device in virtual reality games. We compared immersions between two versions of FPS VR game by Unity3D Engine, through questionnaire survey. The first version is FPS VR game with automatic movement system and other version is VR game with manual control movement system. And we applied representation method which generally used in arcade shooting game to VR game. In a PC or console game, a player having a higher involvement level is more immersed. However, as a result of a comparison in the VR environment, the player is less influenced by the enthusiasm through head tracking even if the player does not move by the automatic moving system. An input device that is not suitable for the environment is a big obstacle to immersing in the game. That is, automatic movement system is also suitable for VR game system within the framework of immersion. This result can be applied to other games in various genres, also can be helpful to various directing in game.

        Since the invention of Oculus, consumers have experienced high level of immersion and the sense of reality at lower cost. It greatly increased virtual reality contents, and horror games are being loved as well. In this study, a brain-wave analysis was used to investigate the impact of hostile objects on the player's immersion, in a horror game where the sense of immersion is maximized using an Oculus Rift, a type of Head-Mounted Display(HMD) equipment. Paired t-test was conducted in order to verify if the difference of the immersion level between two games is meaningful. The result was that the difference of attention was statistically meaningful, whereas that of meditation was not. Also, experiments were performed to investigate the correlation between the moving speed of hostile objects and the player's immersion.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of adolescents’ game usage on game addiction and the mediation effects of withdrawal symptoms and loss of control. The subjects of the study was 6,499 elementary, middle and high school students included in the panel data from the survey conducted by The National Youth Policy Institute. For data analysis, SPSS WIN 21 and AMOS 21 programs were used to test the structural equation model by examining the relationships among game usage, withdrawal symptoms, loss of control, and game addiction. The results are as followings. First, adolescents’ average daily game playing hours and average daily game playing hours on holidays caused withdrawal symptoms and loss of control, increasing the possibility of game addiction. However, the relationship between the number of years of playing games and game addiction was not mediated by withdrawal symptoms and loss of control. This implies that playing computer games from young age does not necessarily lead to game addiction unless the students show withdrawal symptoms or lose control.

        We explored the effects of mandala art therapy game for attention deficit children who were enrolled in day care center for children. We found 17 ADD children through questionnaire DSM-Ⅳ. For 2 Months, from 1st of April to 20th of May, experiments of art therapy program and Mandala art therapy games were carried out twice a week. After analysis of experimental results, Mandala art therapy game is effective for ADD children.

        Many researches have been performed on eye tracking technology and its major researches include mobile UI measurement, navigation, internet web measurement, measurement of TV concentration. However, a research on evaluating concentration of mobile gamer has not been performed so far. In this study, a possibility of being able to provide mobile game designer with data for concentration measurement was verified by measuring concentration of mobile gamer based on GazePlot, HeatMap, Cluster by utilizing eye tracking technology. In addition, based on the result of measuring eye tracking experiment, several advantages for objectivity, differentiation and complementarities of eye tracking technology were suggested. In order to measure suggested experiment result, an experiment was performed by using eye tracking system software (Tobii Mobile Device Stand for 2x2) and data, graph that could be utilized as reference data at the time of game development in the future were presented by identifying concentrated part and not concentrated part in playing a game after measuring concentration by each age group.

        When a game was developed, it is impossible to predict the success of the game. Most game developers made a game play test stage in game development process. It is important factor that gamer have good emotion playing the game. There are many ways of gamer's emotion test such questionnaire suvey, EEG test and etc.. but their tests are hard to quantify the results. Gamer's emotion are evolveing according to playing the game. Gamer's emotions are one of important criteria that is used for choosing a game by gamers. Nevertheless, the emotion detection is not considered for play test, because of the difficulty. The emotions of each gamers are different because of their own skills, experiences, preferences, etc. In recent years, the emotion detection technology is evolved, but it is not enough to guarantee the accuracy. In this paper, we propose a hybrid emotion classification system by EEG(Electroencephalogram) test, questionnaire suvey and eyetracking.

        Based on the attitude of science discovery, an industrial induction motor silencer is designed and developed, and the performance of this silencer is evaluated experimentally in this paper. The basic principle of the silencer was used as the parabola principle. During the experiment, the performance of the proposed silencer is preliminary researched using software simulation method, test analogy method, and some other methods to infer experiment was conducted to evaluate the experiment. During the simulation experiment, 25dB level can be reduced in the 12,500∼16,000Hz range. More than 35dB level was reduced in the 2,500∼5,000Hz range. When we used the silencer, the noise in the high frequency bands above 1,000Hz are reduced. In particular, 1,600Hz band is greatly reduced on average by 5dB. Some effective conclusions are obtained from the analysis of the experiment results, despite some uncertain factors in the experiment

        Recently, the technology for smart phones has shown a quantum leap so the market share of mobile games is gradually increasing. User Interface(UI) is a crucial factor in the success of a mobile game. Thus, the mobile game UI evaluation is undoubtedly important. Currently, survey and heuristic evaluation methods are widely used in terms of evaluation. However, these methods have not been proven to show the user experiences. This study suggests a new method using ‘eye tracking’ technology which focuses on where on the mobile screen the user concentrates the most, where the user shows the most interest and how the user’s eyes move on the screen. Experiments have been conducted to verify the availability of eye tracking technology along with the differences between the traditional methods and the eye tracking method.

        The object of this paper is investigate noise source at metal material product manufacturing plant and create noise map for predict noise. The plant is located close to a residential area, and residents noise exposure damage expected. Through this research 68 points noise sources were measured. And according to analysis result, 30 percent of noise sources are measured above 90dB(A). Based on this measurement results were create a noise map, and comparison between the predicted noise and the background noise. The noise maps were calculated by noise prediction software using measurement data, GIS data, ESRI SHP files and actual survey data. As a analysis result, metal material products manufacturing plants are will have an effect by noise on the nearby residential area.

        The present authors recently gave an analytical method for estimating three spring constants Kr, Ks, and Kt, for sidewall stiffnesses of radial tires. These represent the radial, lateral, and in-plane rotational directions respectively. The method is based on netting theory with special consideration to stiffness of the rubber matrices in the sidewall These theoretical results were verified by experiment to have sufficient accuracy. In order to confirm the availability of these spring constants, the twisting stiffness Rt of a radial tire has been analyzed in the present paper by using a spring-supported ring model. An explicit formula for Rt, expressed in terms of the three components of the spring constant, was obtained. Experiments were conducted on a 175SR14 radial tire by increasing the inflation pressure while keeping the tread circumference constant. The theoretical results agreed well with the experimental results. A related problem is also referred to; this is the forced lateral vibration with fundamental eigen-modes of the inflated sidewall-rim system when the tread is fixed. Eigen-frequencies calculated by using those spring constants coincide well with the experimental results.

        In this paper we offered a new UI design for Chinese input method on smart devices during Gameplay. Currently the well-known conventional stroke-based Chinese input method using only five basic stroke types could achieve low leaning curve and small keypad implementation, we made the UI design base on this stroke-based input method compensating the problem that input speed is limited and finally relatively higher the input speed. For experiment we designed and implemented the new UI for input method by Unity3D. Input by pressing or typing keys is replaced by more using sliding. To improve the input speed of the stroke-based method slide direction arrows are used and selected character will be intuitively shown to user in real time as designed. And the Four Tones(四声) in Chinese pronunciation is also been used to improve the input speed for this input method. In addition, to evaluation the new input method UI, we have conducted experiments on smart device comparing with four basic Chinese input methods. Through the numeric values recorded in the evaluation by inputting random 20 Chinese characters and two-letter Chinese words, comparing the input speed, click times, the typo rate shows the advantages of the new UI and proved that the new UI is better than others for using in smart device game.

        In this paper, we present a new method for interactive movie that can be automated running without any coordinator. The presented method can also be automated and same effect as an experimental short film. Movie content is developed using interaction with motion recognition system and plots that require attention for more intensively and interest. In addition to a simple questions was conducted before and after watching contents for determine the effects of movie content and reaction of viewers. Through the interactive movie content has been investigated.

        게임의 성공 여부를 결정하는 중요한 요소 중의 하나는 게임의 재미이다. 하지만 게임의 재미는 게임이 완성되기 전에는 명확히 파악하기 힘들고, 완성된 게임의 재미 요소가 부족한 경우 게임을 보완, 제작하는데 시간과 비용이 추가적으로 소모된다. 이런 경우를 피하기 위해 게임을 개발하는 단계에서 프로토타입을 제작하여 재미를 테스트하고, 결과가 만족스러울 경우 개발을 완성하는 경우가 대부분이다. 게임의 재미를 파악하기 위한 테스트 방법은 여러 가지 있으나 정량적이고 객관적인 결과를 얻는 것이 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 게이머의 뇌파신호를 분석하여 게임의 재미에 대한 정량적 결과를 획득하는 방법을 제안한다.

        그라피티 아트는 미술 역사의 발전과 함께 비물질적이거나 재물질화 된(re-materialised) 인터랙티브 미디어아트 속에서 새로운 언어와 리얼리티를 구축하며 새롭게 발전해 나가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그라피티 아트의 특징을 크게 사회적인 특징과 개인적인 특징으로 나누어 분석하였고, 자유로운 드로잉 즉 낙서화에 대한 개념과 특성을 고찰하였다. 또한 자유로운 드로잉(낙서)을 함에 있어서 비물질적 매체인 빛을 이용한 사례의 인터랙션을 조사하여 그 경향을 분석하였다. 빛으로 하는 낙서는 프로세싱(processing), OpenCV(Open Source Computer Vision Libraries), 키넥트(kinect) 등과 같은 소프트웨어를 이용하여 카메라를 통한 라이트 트래킹(light tracking) 방식을 통해 빛을 입력 받고, 이것을 프로그래밍화하여 빔 프로젝트(beam project)로 출력하는 형태의 기술 기반으로 가상공간을 만들어 관객에게 색다른 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 디지털 그라피티 아트는 앞으로도 테크놀로지와 미디어아트의 융합을 통하여 창의적인 디지털 미디어아트로 발전할 것으로 기대한다.

        기술의 발달로 인한 예술의 변화된 형태인 디지털 미디어 아트는 소규모 형태에서부터 대규모 형태에 이르기 까지 그 형식이 다양하고 방대해지고 있다. 특히, 디지털 미디어 아트의 주된 요소인 ‘상업적 요소’와 ‘미적 요소’를 충족시키며 표현하고 있는 미디어 파사드를 주의 깊게 살펴볼 수 있다. 미디어 파사드는 프로젝션이나 LED를 활용하여 다양한 색상과 이미지 표현에 변화를 주고 있으며 기존 사각 스크린의 범위에서 벗어나기 시작했다. 이렇듯 다양한 형태로 표현 되는 미디어 파사드는 게임과의 융합으로 불특정 다수의 시선을 모으며 소통하고 있다. 미디어 파사드와 게임에는 '유희성‘, ‘상호작용’, ‘몰입성’, 이라는 공통점이 있으며 그 공통점은 도시공간에 시각적 아름다움을 줄 뿐만 아니라 대중의 참여 효과도 높이고 있다. 본 논문은 게임을 적용시킨 미디어 파사드 작품을 살펴보고, 그로써 증폭되는 도시 공공공간과 대중과의 참여에 관한 연구를 해보았다.

        기존의 리듬게임은 BMS(Be-Music Script)과 같은 프로그램을 이용하여 게임 개발자가 음악의 리듬에 맞게 노트를 생성한다. 하지만 제작 시간이 오래 걸리고 서비스 제공자가 제공하는 컨텐츠만 이용할 수 있다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 mp3, wav와 같은 디지털 오디오 파일을 주파수 분석하여 음계를 추출 한 뒤 이를 색상 정보로 변환하여 자동노트생성과 게임밸런스를 조절한다. 색상 정보는 사람의 감성과 밀접한 관계가 있다는 이론을 바탕으로 리듬게임의 노트생성, 배경, 난이도를 조절하는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
