        Finding an optimal solution in MADM(Multi-Attribute Decision-Making) problems is difficult, when the number of alternatives, or that of attributes is relatively large. Most of the existing mathematical approaches arrive at a final solution on the basis of many unrealistic assumptions, without reflecting the decision-maker's preference structure exactly. In this paper we suggest a model that helps us find a group consensus without assessing these parameters in specific cardinal values. Therefore, This research provides a comprehensive Decision Making of the theory and methods applicable to the analysis of decisions that involve risk and multiple criteria attributes. after, The emphasis of the procedure will be on developments from the fields of decisions analysis and utility theory of Taguchi Method. This theoretical development will be illustrated through the discussion of several real-world application and a case study. When the multiple number of decision makers are involved in the decision making procedure, the problem of uncertainties invariably occurs, because of the different views between them. In this paper, New decision making model using Taguchi Method is applied to effectively model the multi-attribute-decision making(MADM) procedure in the uncertainties dominated two area(quantitative and qualitative factors), Quantitative factors evaluation is used Loss Function of Taguchi, qualitative factors evaluation is used S₩N ratio by each specialist. thus it can be used for aiding of preferable alternative. as a result, We will be proved efficiency about New decision making model of applied Taguchi Method with Analytical presentation of all the expecting outcomes when a specific strategy or an alternative plan is selected under expecting future environment.

        The condition of the manufacturing process in a factory should be diagnosed and maintained efficiently because any unexpected disorder in the process will be reason to decrease the efficiency of the overall system. However, if an expert experienced in this system leaves, there will be a problem for the efficient process diagnosis and maintenance, because disorder diagnosis within the process is normally dependent on the expert's experience. This paper suggests a process diagnosis using data mining based on the collected data from the coil-spring manufacturing process. The rules are generated for the relations between the attributes of the process and the output class of the product using a decision tree after selecting the effective attributes. Using the generated rules from decision tree, the condition of the current process is diagnosed and the possible maintenance actions are identified to correct any abnormal condition. Then, the appropriate maintenance action is recommended using the decision network.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate some problems about College Scholastic Ability Test(CSAT) on English listening and suggest its new approaches in the future. A survey, which was composed of 48 English teachers and 63 college students, was conducted to know about their opinions of the listening test. The results are as follows. First, the listening test is very important in learning English language, but it is not required to spend much time and efforts in listening class on account of its unvaried question pattern and lack of transferring into speaking ability. Second, the test should increase the number of the question and its total score. Third, it is necessary to provide the various questions related to the real life of English speaking countries implying not only linguistic knowledge but also non-linguistic knowledge like situation, socio-cultural background, and world knowledge. Fourth, sound phenomena may also be an important part in the listening test.

This paper presents the study of equipment reliability improvement for rotary-machine vibration analysis. Based on these analyses, the maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the real-time diagnostic. Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.

        Fireproofing polyolefin nanocomposite for the application of power distributing panel was prepared by compounding linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE), decabromodiphenyl oxide (DBDPO), Sb2O3 as flame retardant agents, and modified nano clay as filler. The optimized formulation ratio of compounds to prepare the fireproofing polyolefin nanocomposite was obtained. The flame retardant properties for nanocomposite prepared by compounding 22.5 phr of nano clay and 18 phr of DBDPO based on 100 phr of LLDPE were shown that the combustion time. 10~18 s, combustion distance, 12~15 mm and non-melt dropping characteristics. In particular. the content of DBDPO in nanocomposite could be decreased to 18 phr from 40 phr DBDPO for fireproofing composite containing 30 phr of clay. The electrical properties measured from tracking test, had an excellent antitracking properties by not showing the phenomenon of leakage current and sparking.

This paper is intended as an investigation of Build-up Method of SCM Connection applying EC Standard(Rossetta-net) to reduce the integration effort, and improve extensibility and interoperability of an eBusiness infrastructure.-Intiative way for E-commerce applications to quickly incorporate new standards. Supply Chain Management (SCM) helps companies plan and execute supply to meet customer demand. The researches of modem scientists have thrown new light on the subject. but, The study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM system, which require to introduce the functions of EC, needs to be changed. Let me summarize the main points that have been made in this paper. The sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system, and PIP 3A4, order management module, of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net. Lastly, That shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems. This provides felxibility in incorporating any new emerging open standard.

        We purpose a decision model to select the optimal facilities for the Decision Making problems with multiple characteristics(nominal-is-best characteristics, larger-is -better characteristics, smaller- is -better characteristics). Using this model, concept of the loss function is used in this comprehensive method of for select the optimal preferred facilities. To solve the issue on the optimal preferred facilities for multiple characteristics, this study propose the loss function with cross-product terms among the characteristics and derived range of the coefficients of the terms.

        게임 이용자들은 게임을 즐기기 위해 유료 콘텐츠를 구입하게 된다. 이는 미성년자도 마찬가지 이다. 미성년자가 게임 콘텐츠를 할 때 가장 많이 이용하는 결제 방식은 각종 상품권을 이용한 결제이다. 이 외에도 이용하는 결제 방식은 휴대폰 과금에 의한 결제, 부모의 신용카드 정보 입력을 통한 결제 등이 있다. 그런데 이러한 결제 방식은 그 편리함으로 인하여 보다 용이하게 결제가 이루어짐에 따라 그에 따른 분쟁 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 미성년자 게임 결제와 관련된 분쟁에 의해 이용자와 게임 사업자가 모두 피해를 보고 있어서 경우에 따라서는 사회적 문제로 대두되기도 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 분쟁을 예방하고 효율적으로 해결하기 위해 먼저 미성년자 게임 결제와 관련이 있는 법제도를 조사ㆍ분석하고, 미성년자 게임 결제 관련 분쟁사례를 분석함으로서 미성년자 결제에 대한 환불 정책(제도) 표준화를 위한 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

        Background : Codonopsis lanceolata is a perennial herb called as ‘Deodeok’ (더덕) in Korea. The roots of C. lanceolate has been reported to have some antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. The chemically reactive saponins of C. lanceolata might be used as a capping agent for the surface of ZnO nanoparticle, ultimately making it a highly efficient photocatalyst. Methods and Results : In this paper, we report the one-pot green synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles via precipitation method using root extract of C. lanceolata. The structure of green synthesized Cl-ZnO NPs was characterized using XRD, EDX, DLS and morphology using TEM. The FT-IR exhibited the information about the functional groups that capped the metal nanoparticle and the formation of metal NPs was confirmed by UV–vis spectra at 356nm. The Cl-ZnO NPs were evaluated for their catalytic activity by measuring the degradation of methylene blue (MB) dye in aqueous solution under UV light (365 ㎚). The result showed efficient degradation of MB, which was degraded 70% within 30 min by Cl-ZnO NPs. Conclusion : This study proves that the green route synthesized ZnO NPs from the root extract of C. lanceolata are low cost, time efficient, bio-degradable and non- toxic. The UVvis spectra confirmed the synthesis of ZnO NPs from C. lanceolata root extract. The Cl- ZnO NPs mediated catalysis exhibited high photocatalysis rate in short time.         Background : Among medicinal plant sources, Abeliophyllum distichum is widely used in traditional Korean medicine. we report on the synthesis of nanostructured zinc oxide particles by both chemical and biological method. Highly stable and spherical zinc oxide nanoparticles are produced by using zinc nitrate and Abeliophyllum distichum leaf extract. Methods and Results : Zinc oxide (Ad-ZnONPs) nanoparticles synthesized from Abeliophyllum distichum at room temperature by aqueous extract of dried leaf and stem. The plant endemic in Korea alone and it is a monotypic flowering plant genus of olive family, Oleaceae. Catalytic and toxicity effect against human keratinocyte and adenocarcninomic human alveoloar. Ultra violet visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, field emission transmission electron microscopy (FE-TEM), energy-dispersive X-ray (EDX) spectroscopy, elemental mapping, X-Ray powder diffraction (XRD), selected area electron diffraction (SAED) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy were engaged to illustrate the biosynthesized nanoparticles. The Zn-AdNPs has the ability in catalytic action and the cytotoxicity agent against different cell lines as investigated by 3-(4,5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-Diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay Conclusion : The present studies reveals that facile approaching the biological synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles by using the A. distichum leaf and stem extract, which is revealed that recyclable method. The method is well suited for the green synthesis and dual function molecule as reducing agent and stabilizing agent for synthesis of nanoparticles.         Background : Obesity, a global health problem and a chronic diseases, is associated with increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes and coronary heart diseases. A wide variety of natural remedies have been explored for their obesity treatment potential. To elucidate the anti-obesity effect of ginsenoside Rg5 : Rk1 (Rg5 : Rk1), a mixture of protopanaxadiol type ginsenosides isolated from Panax ginseng Meyer in a 3T3-L1 adipocytes. Methods and Results : In order to determinate the anti-obesity effect of Rg5 : Rk1, Oil Red O staining and triglyceride (TG) content was assessed. Furthermore, to elucidate the possible mechanism whether Rg5:Rk1 affects lipid accumulation, mRNA and protein expression analyses of adipocyte markers such as STAT3, PPARγ, CBEPα and ap2 were carried out. Rg5:Rk1 treatment showed an inhibition of lipid droplet accumulation and decrease on TG content. In addition, expression of STAT3, PPARγ, CEBPα and ap2 were decreased in dose dependent manner. Similar to these results, Rg5:Rk1 treatment reduced PPARγ and CEBPα protein expression. Conclusion : Rg5 : Rk1 treatment exhibits anti-adipogenic activity by down-regulation of the STAT3PPARγ/CEBPα pathway in 3T3-L1 adipocyte cell line.

        Background : Nowadays obesity has increased dramatically in developed countries which lead various metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cancer, and the risk of stroke. Thus, looking forward a new chemical entity from natural sources which have a strong potential of anti-lipid regulation activity. Recently, protein based nanomedicine offers a new approach to treat a number of diseases including metabolic disorder such as obesity. In this study we evaluated the anti-lipid regulation effect of nano-carrier Bovine serum albumin and Mesoporous silica (MSNPs) conjugated ginsenoside F1 in 3T3-L1adipocytes and HepG2 hepatocytes. Methods and Results : BSA incorporated drugs has been shown to protect the drug degredation as well as improvement bioavalilability. To assess the anti- adipogenic effect of BSA-F1 and MSNPs-F1 cell viability was investigated in different time point of cell cycle growth and the intracellular lipid accumulation was evaluated in mature adipocytes and hepatocytes by Oil red staining assay. In addition, transcriptional gene regulation was quantified by the real time PCR for targeting adipogenic genes such as PPARγ, STAT3, CEBPα, ap2 and aP2 as well as hepatogenic genes such as ACC, AMPK, FAS and PPARα. Moreover, protein expression was evaluated by immunoblotting assay. Conclusion : Altogether, the above results were confirmed that BSA-F1 at dose 25 μM exhibited the anti-adipogenesis effect by downregulating the major transcriptional factors PPAR γ/STAT3 in signalling in 3T3-L1 mature adipocytes and upregulated the fatty acid oxidative AMPK signaling in fatty acid induced HepG2 hepatocytes.

        Even though cement a major foundational ingredient in modern architecture, it is known to destroy the environment due to its high energy consumption and how its production releases large amounts of carbon dioxide. To address this situation, the cement industry has proceeded to study how to reduce the amount of CO2 released and has recently started developing unused non-sintered cement. Inaddition, studies are in active development for cement that has not gone through the burning process. If it is possible to make cement using blast furnace slag and industry outgrowth without the use of clinker, it can be expected to help when running out of limestone and to mitigate the pollution problem through CO2 emissions. This study apprehended the measurement of kinematical characteristics through measuring polymer nonsintered cement flexural and compressive strength and analyzing the pH · Cl− Penetration Depth characteristic, through the SEM test also analyzes the reaction of the hydration mechanism, the result of decrementing the water/cement ratio, and entrained air contents from the mixing of polymer, and conducts that durability test for the absorption rate and carbonation experiments. The results of experimentation show excellent chemical and mechanical properties compared to ordinary Portland cement.

        최근 수문자료에서 비정상성 현상들이 관측됨에 따라 비정상성 빈도해석에 관한 연구들이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 시간에 따라 변화하는 통계 적 특성을 고려하기 위하여 다양한 형태의 비정상성 확률분포형이 제시되고 있으며, 비정상성 매개변수를 추정할 수 있는 다양한 방법들이 연구되 고 있는 추세이다. 본 연구에서는 앙상블 경험적 모드분해법을 이용한 비정상성 Gumbel 분포형의 매개변수 추정방법을 제시하고 기존에 비정상 성 매개변수 추정방법으로 주로 사용되어온 최우도법과 비교해보고자 하였다. 국내 자료의 적용을 위하여 기상청 지점의 다양한 지속기간에 대해 경향성이 나타나는 연 최대치 강우자료를 사용하였다. 적용 결과 선형적 경향성을 나타내는 자료에 대해서는 두 가지 방법 모두 적절한 모형을 선 정하였으나, 2차 곡선 형태의 경향성이 존재하는 자료에 대해서는 앙상블 경험적 모드분해법의 경우에만 이러한 경향성을 반영하는 비정상성 Gumbel 모형을 선정하였다.

        영국에서는 지역구분이 필요없고 상대적으로 긴 재현기간에 대해서도 안정적인 확률강우량 추정이 가능한 FORGEX (Focused Rainfall Growth Extension) 기법을 개발하여 강우자료의 지역빈도해석을 수행하고 있으며, 지역빈도해석에 적합한 모집단 성장곡선으로부터 네트워크 최대값(network maximum, netmax) 자료의 분포위치를 고려하기 위하여 영국 강우자료를 이용한 공간상관식(ln Ne)을 유도하였다. 이런 이유 로 영국에서 개발된 공간상관식을 우리나라에 적용할 경우 부정확한 확률강우량을 산정하는 문제점이 발생한다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 본 연구에 서는 우리나라 기상청 산하 유인관측소 지점 중 30년 이상의 긴 강우자료를 보유한 64개 지점의 강우자료를 이용하여 공간상관식을 유도하였다. 지점 간의 합리적인 비교를 위해 1973년부터 2014까지를 기준기간(reference period)으로 정하였고, 강우지속시간, 지점 수, 네트워크 면적 등 3가지 변수를 고려하여 공간상관식을 유도하였다. 유도된 공간상관식을 FORGEX 기법에 적용하여 지역빈도해석을 수행하였고, 기존의 영국식을 이용하여 산정한 확률강우량 값과 비교·분석하였다. 그 결과 우리나라 강우자료를 이용하여 새롭게 유도한 공간상관식은 기존의 영국식 보다 정확 한 것으로 나타났고, 이를 FORGEX 기법에 적용한 결과 영국 공간상관식은 새롭게 개발한 공간상관식보다 확률강우량을 과소 추정하는 것으로 나 타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 기존 FORGEX 기법에서 내포하고 있는 부정확성을 보완할 수 있고, 긴 재현기간에 대한 확률강우량을 보다 정확하게 추 정할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
