본 논문은 사진이나 그림을 중첩을 통하여 실시간으로 포토 콜라주를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 사용될 영상들을 포토 콜라주 생성에 용이한 상태로 변형하는 과정을 거쳐 데이터베이스를 생성한다. 생성된 데이터베이스에 영상을 기준으로 위치시키기 가장 적절한 위치에 붙인다. 그리고 이것을 반복하여 실시간으로 포토 콜라주가 생성시킨다. 영상을 붙이는 과정은 각각의 영상을 서로 중첩을 통하여 붙여지는데 이 영상들을 지속적으로 갱신하여 명확하게 표현된 포토 콜라주 결과를 보여준다.

This stained glass with bound formed anexus for the aesthetics and theology of the Middle Ages was to change throughtime and varied ways.Stained glass, overshadowed by painting from the Renaissance till the 18thcentury, came into prominence in the 19th century with the appearance of theEnglish pre-Raphaelite school, the beginnings of art nouveau style, and therestoration of stained glass in French Gothic churches in which Viollet le Ducplayed a central role. Artists such as John Ruskin in the U.K., John la Farge andLouis Comport Tiffany in the U.S. had a great influence on the development of the19th century stained glass, resurrecting stained glass from the lowly status ofcommercial art, and reuniting stained glass decoration with architecture through artnouveau. Due to their efforts, the distinct character of stained glass was restored butits intrinsic religious value in the context of historic church architecture wascompromised.In the 19th century the relation between the church and the artist was not as close as during the Middle Ages or the Renaissance period. Secular artists working withreligious themes had few opportunity to furnish works for churches. Churches, intheir turn, were filled with archaic works following the dictates and styles of the pastand supported academism in religious art. But at the beginning of the 20th century anew wind of reform began to blow through the decadence of church art. As a resultmainly of the reformers in Germany and France, the artists of Europe and the U.S.created stained glass works that reflected the new modern aesthetic and once againrestored the place of stained glass in modern churches through its incorporation intoarchitecture.
The advent of various arts and remarkable development of mass media since 1980s accelerate fashion photographs' advancement. The expression of fashion through photographs can represent characteristics of ages, societies, cultures, traits of designers and techniques of photographers. In addition, that is the tool which contains economical role as a product and artistic role as photos. Therefore, this study examines hyprt-reality images in editorial fashion photographs. Hyper-reality means the reproduction which represents the reality of life more actually. Hyper-reality through photographs elevates reality of virtual things and creates the confused situation which haunts the boundary between reality and reproduction. This study classifies the hyper-reality in editorial fashion photographs into three groups by their external traits, ideal reality, collapse of reality, and restoration of reality. First, ideal reality is represented as harmony among fashion, characters, and space, causality of fashion with time and circumstances, positive will, and melting with nature. Second, collapse of reality is expressed as in harmony between fashion and situation, violence, fetishism and symbol of death. Third, restoration of reality is shown as recurrence to nature and images of utopia to express dignity of life.
인간은 극한상황의 극복을 위해 상상력을 동원하게 되고 이는 곧 절대자에 대한 제의적 행위의 발생을 가져오게 된다. 인간은 이를 종교로 발전시키고 종교는 상징적 언어나 이미지를 사용하여 공간속에 내재된다. 이러한 과정은 오랜 세월특정다수의 집단에 의해 그 가치와 문화 그리고 제의적 관습이 축적된 종교적 경관을 형성하게 되는데 이것을 종교적 경관이라정의한다. 연구의 목적은 특정종교가 그 종교의 본질을 전파하기 위해 경관에 사용한 종교적 상징은 무엇이며 어떤 방법으로표현하고 있는지를 파악하는 것이다.연구의 결과는 종교적 경관의 구조는 내/외부적 공간으로 구분할 수 있으며 종교적 경관이 내포하는 상징은 중심, 통로,경계로 대별된다. 종교적 경관에 나타난 상징의 표현방법은 물리적 외관에 의한 방법, 환경과 결부된 행위에 의한 방법,그리고 환경에 부여된 의미에 의한 방법으로 나누어진다.물리적 외관에 의한 방법은 수평/수직적 형태에 의한 방법과 영역성, 그리고 중심성을 통한 방법이 있으며, 환경과 결부된방법으로는 제의적 행위를 통한 방법, 그리고 환경에 부여된 의미에 의한 방법으로는 명명, 유출, 입지와 방위에 의한 방법이있다. 이러한 상징표현을 위해서 수사학적 기법이 사용되기도 하였다.
W. B. 예이츠 연구에 있어 최근 희곡에서는 표현주의 연구가 있긴 하지만, 시를 표현주의 작품으로 읽지는 않았다. 본 논문은 그 가능성을 타진한다. 흥미롭게도, 오스카 코코슈카는 표현주의 희곡을 쓴 최초의 희곡작가이면서 표현주의 작품을 그리기도 한다. 코코슈카는 잭 예이츠가 존경하는 작가로 그의 작품을 본 후, 작품에 큰 변화가 온다. 이제 그의 작품은 표현주의 작품으로 분류되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이 두 형제의 표현주의를 다룬다.
The relationships between fashion and architecture have been interactive. Since the fashion has had the role to decide the structure type of urban environment, it is becoming the new sign of space boundary. This study searches the social and cultural characteristics of Nomadism and the relationships among all kinds of changing objects. After then, the module system characteristics are meditated by analyzing the composition method of module system in architecture. Moreover, the study examines the aesthetic values in the fashion and body architecture from artistic aspect. Based on the above discussion, the followings are the characteristics of body architecture as the social structures expressed in modern fashion. The liquidity is the fluid form of dynamic structures. It shows the extended space form which produces the continuity. The transformation is the variable structure by module system and it forms the diversified structural combination. The movement combines the controlling function to be able to regulate and move freely the body related objects. The convergence is the text combination interpenetrated mutually in enlarged space. Through this, the non-linear continuity and the access of the individual factors are shown.
이 논문은 2008년 11월 5일 미국의 제9 연방순회항소법원에서 내려진 E.S.S. Entertainment 2000 Inc. v. Rock Star Videos, Inc. 사건에 대한 판결의 의미와 한국 게임법제도 및 게임 제작상의 시사점을 살펴본 것이다. 이 사건에서 제9 연방순회항소법원은 비디오게임의 배경이 되는 도시나 사용되는 아이템을 실제와 동일하거나 유사하게 구현하는 경우 상표권을 침해한 것이 아니라는 판결을 내렸다. 본 연구에서는 상기의 판결에서 채택된 법리를 바탕으로 게임 시나리 오를 제작할 때, 상표권의 침해 문제에 현명하게 대처할 수 있도록 게임 제작시에 고려해야 하는 요소들에 대하여 검 토하였다. 그리고 상기 판례에서 다룬 쟁점사항을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 하여 게임 제작시 발생할 수 있는 상표권 분쟁에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 바람직한 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.
The current study aims to link Korean tradition to modern culture; to re-produce patterns of lotus depicted in Minwha, The study also aims to discover the beauty of Korean tradition and to modernize it. The current study is based upon document searches(including research papers) and the Internet searches. Through these searches, it investigates the concept of Minhwa, the origin of lotus depiction and its symbolic meanings, the traits of such pattern. Based upon this investigation, the study attempts to modernize the patterns of lotus and apply the modernized patterns to designing shirts. The process which employs the lotus patterns illustrated in Minhwa to shirt design includes four sub-processes: selecting, allocating, coloring, and selecting production techniques. The subprocess of selecting patterns is two folded: the first stage covers carbon-copying the distinctive features of lotus, lotus leaf, lotus bud, lotus pip, and lotus stem; the second stage is making these features suitable to shirt sizes. For the process of coloring those shirts, Piccaso’s work(Pablo Picasso, 1881~1973) has been selected and the colors in his work have been adopted to dye the rest of the shirts as well as the lotus features. The process of selecting production techniques includes ornament tail in order to modernize the patterns allocated in the shirts. Once these processes are completed, the shirts are made on a scale of real-life size. These processes of creating shirt design by modernizing traditional patterns will hopefully contribute to researchers expanding the domain of shirt design.
The objective of the study is to analyze expressions of modern fashion in relation to design principle of a science theory, fractal geometry, in order to identify various and multi-layered expressions of fashion. As for methodology, the study interprets principle and characteristics of fractal geometry based on literature review in areas of linguistic, philosophy, sociology and science. The research identifies expressive characteristics of fractal through empirical studies, and applies them to fashion in order to analyze how fractal design principles are reflected in modern fashion in terms of form and significance. Fractal aesthetics pursue order, balance, diversity and openness among disorder and insecurity. They are closely related to the function of modern fashion that works as a multi-layered code, instead of being confined to conventional idea about fashion that “functions” as “wear.”
홋카이도와 주변지역에 대한 유럽인들의 탐사와 지도 작업은 유럽인들의 동해와 한반도 인식에 중요한 역할을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 16세기와 17세기의 서양고지도에 나타난 이 지역의 표현 형태를 논의하였다. 16세기까지는 이 지역에 대한 유럽인의 지리적 인식 수준은 매우 미약하여 일본만 태평양 한 가운데에 표현하는 수준에 머물렀다. Angelis의 지도가 1621년 제작됨으로 홋카이도의 지도 제작은 새로운 전기를 맞이하였다. Dudley는 Angelis의 보고서를 인용하여 홋카이도에 대해 기술하였는데, 한반도와 홋카이도 의 상대적 위치에 대해 비교적 상세하게 기술하였다. 17세기 중반에는 Vries의 탐사 결과 쿠릴 열도의 한 섬을 아메리카와 동일시하게 되는 오류가 발생하였으며, 이는 이후 이 지역의 지도에 엄청난 영향을 미쳤다. 그래서 Vries 이후의 이 지역의 표현 형태를 여섯 가지 범주로 유형화하여 살펴보았다. 또한 Vries의 탐사와는 별도로 지도 오류의 원인을 Kaempfe가 유럽에 가져간 지도를 근거로 하여 살펴보았다.
This study aims to discuss the type and characteristics of primitivism in the modern fashion of the 21st century and, as a research method, the concept of primitivism as well as the transition of the patterns of primitivism expressed in modern art have been considered and reviewed through a variety of references. In particular, an empirical analysis of the works that have been created from 2000 to 2009 has been performed using domestic and overseas fashion and collection magazines. The characteristics of primitivism in modern fashion possess the following types of expression: First, Sensuality can be cited as one of the characteristics, either by using direct or indirect exposure of the human body, a silhouette which fits tightly to the body, or creating the effect of sensual beauty using animal fur or bird feathers. Second, Incantation: Masks symbolizing primitive incantation are used to cover the human face or primitive incantation is incorporated as a theme of hair accessories or fashion trinkets, etc. In addition, such decorations as tattoos and the body colorations of ancient tribes are reproduced in modern fashion by means of body painting, printing or other accessories, emphasizing the image of occult primitiveness. Third, Naturalness can be cited as one of the characteristics. Naturalness is emphasized in modern fashion not through artificial decorations and processing, but rather through different patterns of exposure by which natural purity can be felt or through the use of non-artificial materials which recalls primitive civilization. Forth, Playfulness is expressed in the form of graffiti or abstract letters and paintings, and the character of the play is often expressed by the use of grotesque images based on various distortions and exaggerations of the human body, the utilization of symbols of primitive incantation and body and/or facial painting. Fifth, Lastly ‘folkishness is emphasized. Folk-like objects, facial decorations, exposure of the body and intense color contrasts typically represent the folkish characteristics.
이 연구의 목적은 '지구'에 대한 8학년 학생들의 심상을 탐색하는 것이다. '지구'에 관해 단어와 그리기로 표현된 중학생들의 심상을 지구계 이해 분석틀로 분석하였다. 학생들의 '지구'에 관한 심상은 시각적 이미지를 형성하게 된주된 영향을 미친 경험과 선행 지식에 따라 달라졌다. 특히 간접적 시각 경험에 의한 지구의 전체 모습에 기반을 둔 천문학적 관점과 직접적 시각 경험에 의한 지표의 풍경과 환경에 기반을 둔 일상적 관점에 따라 지구계 이해가 다르게 나타났다. 대체적으로 학생들의 '지구'에 관한 심상은 시각적 경험에 의해 영향을 받은 것으로 보이며 이러한 학생들의 지구계 이해는 단어라는 형식적 언어의 형태보다는 시각적 심상인 그리기로 더 잘 표상되었다. 지구계 하위계 간의 상호작용에서 학생들의 부정적 이미지가 표상되었다.
This study aimed to analyze the expression of Hybrid in Contemporary Hair Design that is one kind of total fashion. In this research, by background of the hybrid characteristics of the messes culture art, the hybrid characteristics of the hair design has been defined as characters which is the mixture of timeless spaces, styles, sexes, unsuitable elements and cultures. The results of analysis by the expression of the hybrid hair design after 2000 is like this. As the researching, the hybrid characteristics of the hair design by the mixture of unsuitable elements and styles have been presented the highest. The result of the frequency of the apparition in the hair design molding elements according to the expression of the hybrid hair design, the hybrid characteristics of the unsuitable elements and style has been presented ideological form and the artificial form was the highest. The case of the hybrid of the activated texture, the unsuitable elements, style and timeless space has been presented excellently one after another. In the color tone, the mixture of the style, the unsuitable elements and timeless space has been presented one by one. The case of the hybrid of the image, the unsuitable elements that is the highest the frequency of the apparition was presented the image of the avant-garde, the fantastic and humor one after another.

표현의 자유와 개인의 명예권은 모두 헌법상 인정되는 기본권으로서 헌법적 차원에서 보호된다. 기본권의 법적 성격을 국민이 국가에 대하여 일정한 행위 또는 보호를 요청할 수 있는 주관적 공권으로 파악하는 한 표현의 자유와 명예권 사이에서 상호 충돌할 여지는 없다. 그러나 기본권을 주관적 공권으로서 성격뿐만 아니라 객관적 법질서로서의 성격까지 가지는 것으로 파악하게 되면 개인과 개인 사이에 발생하는 표현의 자유와 명예권 사이의 상호 충돌현상을 발견하고 이해하게 된다. 이처럼 헌법상 보호되는 표현의 자유와 명예권이 서로 충돌할 경우에는 법익형량의 원칙 또는 규범조화적 해석방법 등을 통하여 두 법익이 조화를 이루는 해결방법을 모색하여야 한다. 우리 형법은 이러한 기본권의 이중적 성격을 수용하여 개인의 명예를 침해하는 행위를 처벌하는 한편, 진실한 사실로서 공공의 이익에 관한 내용의 표현행위에 대해서는 위법성을 조각함으로써 표현의 자유와 개인의 명예권 사이에 합리적 조화를 모색하고 있다. 인터넷을 통한 명예훼손의 경우에도 전통적인 오프라인에서의 명예훼손 행위에 적용되는 법리가 기본적으로 적용된다. 그러나 사이버공간에서의 명예훼손행위는 사이버공간이 가지는 기술적 특성, 전파의 광범위성, 피해의 신속성 등 특유한 속성을 가지고 있으므로 인터넷이 가지는 이러한 고유한 기술적 특성을 반영한 구제수단의 마련이 필요하다. 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률에서는 최근의 개정을 통하여 인터넷의 기술적 특성을 반영한 권리구제수단을 마련하고 있다. 인터넷이 지닌 장점을 잘 살려 인터넷이 개인의 표현을 촉진하고 민주주의의 이상을 실현하는 수단으로 발전시킴으로써 표현의 자유를 두텁게 보호하는 동시에 개인의 명예권이 침해되지 않도록 하는 세심한 배려를 통하여 헌법적 보호가치를 가지는 두 법익이 최대한 구현되도록 우리의 법제를 운영함에 있어 항상 유념하여야 할 것이다.
This research is a study of fashion design that applied formative features of formal beauty of architecture into clothing design; we focused on Gaudi's architectural style as well as Art Nouveau style that became popular from the end of the 19th century to the beginning of the 20th century. We noted that in general the simple and flat features of cloth impose a limitation on the expression of formal features in clothing design, but a unique diversity of designs can be achieved, evoking a sense of freshness by an ideal combination of flat patterns and draping. The aim of this research is to present a possibility of extending the sphere of design expression by creating threedimensional clothes with pattern-cutting skills and applications of three-dimensional patterns as well as flat patterns found in Gaudi's works of architecture that are distinguished in curvaceousness and formal beauty. As for the research method, we reviewed previous studies by making a close review of books, papers, the pictures and web sites related to this topic. We made our clothes on the basis of this theoretical consideration. We found the following points. First, by presenting a work of fashion inspired by architectural designs, we realized that formal beauty in architect can become a motive for clothing design in a broad scale by noting the formal images, decoration details, and formative features of architectural works. Second, the characteristic lines of Gaudi's architecture are suitable to be adapted for expressing the detailed lines of decoration in clothes. Third, we can express formative beauty in clothes by highlighting the variation of shapes and lines through various attempts of change in background pattern, even though there is a limitation in the availability of cloth material because we must choose pieces of cloth with right texture and thickness that can be cut and sewn appropriately to express formative beauty. Fourth, we confirmed that it was possible to create unique formative designs by a creative application of both flat and three-dimensional cutting.
