As a laborsaving technique for weed control in a mountainous area in Japan, an integrated grazing system (IGS) for scattered small pastures has gathered attention recently. The objective was to estimate the loading doses of nitrate-N and ammonium-N in soils and agricultural water as result of this IGS approach compared with other land uses. As a result of time-course profiles of nitrate-N and ammonium-N in surface soils, the effect of applied fertilizers was emphasized more than the effect of manure produced by grazing animals. The nitrate concentrations of under-drainage from pasture were the same or lower than those of agricultural water below a vegetable field during grazing periods. It was considered that the IGS was at least the same or had a lower impact on N levels than that of vegetable fields.

본 연구는 PIT tag (passive integrated transponder)과 무선추적법(radio telemetry)을 오대산국립공원과 월악산국립공원에 서식하고 있는 파충류에 적용한 후, 이를 평가하여 효과적으로 국립공원 내 파충류 자원관리 방안을 모색하기 위하여 수행되었다. PIT tag은 현재까지 알려진 파충류 개체표시법 중에서 가장 효과적인 방법으로 2006년 3월부터 2008년 10월까지 오대산국립공원과 월악산국립공원의 조사지역에 출현한

현재 기업에서는 제품인증과 경영시스템인증의 신뢰성 확보가 중요한 과제이다. 이는 제품개발 중심에서 제품 및 프로세스의 통합 개발 중심으로 연구의 필요성을 제시 해주고 있다. 따라서, 정적인 제품인증에서 동적인 시스템인증의 필요성이 대두되면서 신뢰성경영시스템(DMS; Dependability Management System; IEC60300)이 요구되어진다. 제품개발의 프로세스에서 발생되는 신뢰성 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 트리즈(TRIZ ; Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) 기법을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 문제해결 방법론인 트리즈기법을 활용하여 신뢰성경영시스템에서 제품 및 프로세스 통합개발(IPPD; Integrated Product and Process Development)을 하고자 한다. 결과적으로 창의적 신뢰성경영시스템(CDMS; Creative Dependability Management System)을 제품 및 프로세스 통합개발 모델로 제시한다.

This study was carried out to evaluate the Life Cycle Cost(LCC) of four types of BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic) systems -Glass plus Granite, Crystalline BIPV, Crystalline BIPV + Glass plus Granite and See through Amorphous BIPV -which were vertically installed to generate the same capacity(2kW) and the same area. Initial investment costs, cost savings and maintenance costs had been predicted during the period of analysing the LCC of four types of BIPV(Building Integrated Photovoltaic) systems installed for the purpose of evaluating the LCC. In case of cost savings, it had been analyzed by measuring the amount of electric power generated, reduction in lighting load and heat & cooling loads through simulation. From this analysis, it was predicted that the See-through amorphous BIPV offering cost saving advantages demonstrated the economical efficiency similar to the Glass plus Granite when it is backed by more than 20 years of durability.

본 논문에서는 유도무기 통합 설계 프레임워크를 위한 데이터베이스를 설계하였다. 실제 개발에 앞서 유도무기 설계에 필요한 데이터베이스를 위한 요구도를 분석하였으며, 데이터베이스 설계 개념을 정립하였다. 또한 해석도구 간의 데이터흐름 등을 파악하였으며, 이들 정보를 토대로 테이블들을 구성하고 각 객체관계를 정의하여 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계 및 구축하였다. 개발된 DB는 유도무기 통합 설계 프레임워크에 통합되었으며 프레임워크내의 데이터 저장, 검색 및 관리 등의 역할을 수행하며, 유도무기 설계에 적용하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다.

Due to internal feeding behavior, the oriental tobacco budworm, Helicoverpa assulta (Guenée), infesting hot pepper has been regarded to be effectively controlled by targeting egg and neonate larval stages just before entering the fruits. This study aimed to develop an efficient biological control method focusing on these susceptible stages of H. assulta. An egg parasitoid wasp, Trichogramma evanescens Westwood, was confirmed to parasitize the eggs of H. assulta. A mixture of Gram-positive soil bacterium, Bacillus thuringiensis subsp. kurstaki, and Gram-negative entomopathogenic bacterium, Xenorhabdus nematophila ANU101, could effectively kill neonate larvae of H. assulta. A sex pheromone trap monitored the occurrence of field H. assulta adults. The microbial insecticide mixture was proved to give no detrimental effects on immature development and adult survival of the wasp by both feeding and contact toxicity tests. A combined treatment of egg parasitoid and microbial pesticide was applied to hot pepper fields infested by H. assulta. The mixture treatment of both biological control agents significantly decreased the fruit damage, which was comparable to the chemical insecticide treatment, though either single biological control agent did not show any significant control efficacy. This study also provides morphological and genetic characters of T. evanescens.

본 논문은 국내 외 PV 통합 프로젝트를 구조 디자인의 시각에서 평가한 논문이다. 국내 외 대표사례를 공공시설과 전시시설로 구분하여 국내 사례 3가지, 해외사례 3가지의 대표 사례를 들었다. 평가항목은 건축물과의 자연스러운 통합, 엔지니어링디테일, 혁신적인 새로운 설계의 항목으로 평가하고 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 국내의 공공시설 및 전시시설은 주로 옥상층에 독립지지방식을 사용한 사례가 많았으며 아직 디자인적 통합부분에서는 미흡함을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 전시시설은 건축물 설계단계에서부터 PV 패널을 염두에 둔 사례들이 증가하고 있었다. 그에 비해 해외 공공시설 및 전시시설의 경우는 주로 모듈 접합방식을 사용하면서 구조적인 통합과 디자인적 통합을 동시에 이루었으며 사용하는 PV패널의 종류도 좀 더 다양함을 알 수 있었다.

This paper presents the log likelihood function for integrated models for ALT such as exponential-general Eyring, Weibull-temperature and specific heat, lognormal-temperature and specific heat. Additionally this paper estimates the system reliability and mean time to failure(MTTF) for series, parallel, k of n, and standby system using ALT linkage parameter. Lastly this study designs three variable reliability acceptance sampling(RAS) plans such as type I, II censored test, sequential test by the use of integrated models for ALT.

A new Bacillus subtilis isolate showed high anti-fungal activities (more than 80% control efficacy) against several plant diseases such as rice blast (Magnaporthe grisea), tomato gray mold (Botrytis cinerea), tomato late blight (Phytophthora infestans) and wheat leaf rust (Puccinia recondita). We tried to confer an insecticidal activity to this B. subtilis isolate for constructing a recombinant strain which has dual functions, anti-fungal and insecticidal activity. The insecticidal cry1Ac gene of B. thuringiensis was constructed under its own promoter in a minimal E. coli-B. thuringiensis shuttle vector (pHT1K-1Ac). The plasmid, pHT1K-1Ac was introduced into B. subtilis isolate by electroporation and the transformant was confirmed by PCR with cry1Ac specific primers. B. subtilis transformant produced a parasporal inclusion in the cells as in B. thuringiensis and the size of that protein was appox. 130 kDa. The insecticidal activity of the transformant was checked against lepidopteran pest, Plutella xylostella. This result suggests that this recombinant B. subtilis strain shows the possibility of controlling harmful insect pests as well as plant fungal diseases simultaneously at one crop, and both culture broth and harvested cells of this strain can be used as individual biological control agents separately for integrated crop protection.

Road-map for the environmental friendly integrated pest management (IPM) of insect pests was drawn up on the strawberry vinyl-houses of farmer’s field. Major insect pests were occurred Tetranychus urticae and Aphis gossypii during the strawberry plant seeding in the vinyl house and open field. Also, same insect pests were occurred in the vinyl house during harvesting season of strawberry. For the control of T. urticae and A. gossypii, Phytoseiulus persimilis and Aphidius colemani as natural enemies were input to the vinyl house, respectively. However, because these natural enemies could not control insect pest populations, acaricide and insecticide were sprayed. Then natural enemies were input again in the vinyl house. Natural enemies could not endure the intense cold and differences of temperature and relative humidity between day and night during strawberry harvesting season. So, their behavior and control activity of pests were more decrease than pests. Firstly, natural enemies are input in the vinyl house during the early breeding season of strawberry, secondly, acaricides and insecticide are sprayed for the control of mites and aphids, respectively, during the middle breeding season in the hard winter. Finally, natural enemies are re-input in the vinyl house during the middle and late breeding season.

In this study, we offered a way that is to make warehouse industry clustered in Incheon port for getting competitive and high end value added activities like advanced port logistics center considering trend that is changing functions of port and importance of port-hinterland. For this, we studied the existing research about port cluster, the present condition of warehouse industry in Incheon port and importance of value-added logistics activities. Also, we offered needs to build a high value-added and integrated logistics center by examples of advanced port logistics center in Singapore, Netherlands(Rotterdam) and Hongkong. We get the questionnaires for gathering ideas of port logistics industry about to set integrated logistics centers by strategy we offered that is making warehouse logistics clustered.

본 연구에서는 통합교과적 접근이 필요한 지구과학 개념에 대한 예비 교사들의 이해를 알아보기 위하여 식 현상에 대한 예비 교사들의 정신 모형을 탐색하였다. 본 연구에는 30명의 중등 예비 지구과학 교사와 36명의 초등 예비교사들이 참여하였다. 정신 모형의 분석을 위해서 서로 다른 맥락의 질문지에 대한 예비 교사들의 응답 및 질문지를 토대로 한 심층 면담 과정에서 나타난 현상론적 초안과 전략적 국면을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 식 현상에 대해 예비 교사들은 4개의 서로 다른 수준의 정신 모형을 가진 것으로 분석되었다: (1) 차폐 모형, (2) 공전궤도면 모형, (3) 혼성모형, 그리고 (4) 그림자 모형, 차폐 모형은 결함이 있는 모형이며, 공전궤도면 모형은 불완전한 모형, 그림자 모형은 과학적으로 옳은 모형이다. 혼성 모형은 두 개 이상의 정신 모형을 동시에 사용한다. 중등 예비 교사의 경우는 공전궤도면 모형이 40%로 가장 우세한 반면, 초등 예비 교사의 경우는 차폐 모형이 67%로 가장 많았다. 국면의 수준이 정신모형의 수준을 결정하며, 국면의 수준은 현상론적 초안에 의해 결정되는 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구를 통해 정신 모형의 상황 의존성을 확인하였으며, 식 현상에 대한 낮은 수준의 정신 모형들이 개념적 모형으로 바뀌기 위해서는 광학과 기하학이 통합된 새로운 접근이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 정신 모형의 규명을 통한 예비 과학 교사의 주제 특정적 교과교육학 지식의 향상 가능성을 시사하였다.

Mitochondrial genomes offer markers useful for understanding evolutionary relationships among insects. The Insect Mitochondrial Genome Database (IMGD), which was developed to support phylogenetic studies using insect mitochondrial genome sequences and comparison of genomic features across species, currently archives fully sequenced mitochondrial genomes of 114 species and 86,078 genes in partially sequenced mitochondrial genomes from 21,605 species. The IMGD provides tools supporting phylogenetic analyses and comparison of individual genome sequences (e.g., GC ratio and order of genes) via the species-driven user interface (SUI). Through SUI users can quickly analyze mitochondrial genomes at any taxon level using eight functions. The IMGD will serve as a versatile informatics platform not only for archiving rapidly increasing insect mitochondrial gene sequences but also for conducting systematic phylogenetic and comparative analyses of insects.

이 논문에서는 구조물의 내진성능 향상을 위한 방법으로서 구조부재 및 수동형 감쇠기의 통합최적설계기법을 제시한다. 이는 구조부재 및 감쇠기의 최적배치를 다루는 최적화기법이다. 통합시스템의 최적설계를 위하여 다목적최적화기법을 도입하고, 이를 보다 효율적으로 다루기 위하여 목표신뢰성 제한조건을 갖는 다목적최적화문제로 재구성하였다. 수치해석 예제를 통하여 다양한Pareto 최적해를 제시하였으며, 이들이 기존 설계방법에 상응하는 순차적 설계방법 및 가중합방법에 따른 단일목적함수 최적화방법을 포괄함을 검증하였다. 여러 Pareto 최적해로부터 강성 및 감쇠장치의 사용량을 달리하는 3가지 대표설계안을 선택하고 이들의 내진성능을 다양한 지진하중에 대하여 비교 분석하였다. 이로부터 제시하는 방법이 구조물의 내진성능 향상을 위한 설계방법으로서 효율적으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This paper purports to investigate the statistical basic principles through "TRIZ-used 6-sigma integrated activity design" and further, to raise "the importance of measuring technical innovative activities based on 6-sigma integrated design methodology by organization". This paper intends to investigate how the activities of the best conditions, which are necessary for the stage of 6-sigma design, are chosen in the TPM-based 6-sigma integration activities. And it will examine the options, when used together with other technique, in the probability statistical methodology. Through the combination of the situations which are chosen when activity techniques, which are mostly used for production and technology, and 6-sigma integration activities are used together, it intends to practically use as the basic data for company standards.
