Im Deutschen haben wir neben den verschmolzenen Formen von Präpositionen und bestimmtem Artikel auch die vollen, nicht verschmolzenen Formen von Präposition und bestimmtem Artikel. Für Ausländer gehören die Verschmelzungen von Präpositionen mit dem bestimmten Artikel zu den schwierigsten Problemen der Grammatik. Das Ziel der vorliegenden Arbeit besteht darin, die vorhandenen Untersuchungen über Verschmelzungen zu analysieren und dadurch herausgestellte Verwendungsweisen von Verschmelzungen und Vollformen auf einen literarischen Text anzuwenden.

Melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine) is the major neurohormone secreted during the night by the vertebrate pineal gland. The circadian pattern of pineal melatonin secretion is related to the biological clock within the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) of the hypothalamus in mammals. The SCN coordinates the body's rhythms to the environmental light-dark cycle in response to light perceived by the retina, which acts mainly on retinal ganglion cells that contain the photopigment melanopsin. Calbindin-D9k (CaBP-9k) is a member of the S100 family of intracellular calcium- binding proteins, and in this review, we discuss the involvement of melatonin and CaBP-9k with respect to calcium homeostasis and apoptotic cell death. In future studies, we hope to provide important information on the roles played by CaBP-9k in cell signal transduction, cell proliferation, and homeostasis in vivo and in vitro.

본 연구에서는 최소모델영역 연산자를 MT(magnetotelluric) 2차원 역산 알고리듬에 적용하여 역산 해의 대비를 향상시키고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 creeping법에 기초한 최소자승 역산에 최소모델영역 연산자를 수치적으로 유도하여 알고리듬을 구현하였으며, 공간함수로서의 평활화 상수를 도입한 ACB (Active Constraint Balancing) 법을 동시에 적용하여 최소모델영역 연산자를 이용할 때 단점으로 지적되었던 역산 해의 안정성을 향상시켰다. 고립된 단일 이상체 모델에 대한 수치실험을 통하여 MT 역산에 있어서 최소영역 연산자의 효과를 기존의 2차 미분연산자와 비교 분석하여 MT 역산에서의 특징을 고찰하였다. 또한 다중 이상체 모델에 대한 실험을 통하여 Occam 역산과 비교하여 최소모델영역 연산자를 이용한 역산 해의 특징을 비교 분석하였으며 현장 자료에의 적용을 통하여 그 적용성을 살펴보았다.

Recently, many MEMS manipulator or mechanisms have been developed for application in nanotechnology and optical sensors. In this paper, the method that is measurement and analysis of the motion-ability is introduced for 1 degree of freedom MEMS Manipulator. To do this, the MEMS manipulator is fabricated on the SOI wafer. It is comprised of a parallel bi-lever flexure mechanism and a bent-beam thermal actuator. The flexure mechanism is comprised of an actuator input stage, four lever arms, ten circular flexure hinges, and an output stage. Each flexure hinge provides a point of compliance and acts similar to a rotational joint with an attached rotational spring. These components are significantly stiffer than the flexure hinges, so that they act as rigid bodies in the plane of motion. The static and dynamic parameters of fabricated manipulator are measured and analysis by 3D optical profiling system. It contains a CCD camera, a field-of-view (FOV) lens, a filter assembly, and an illumination source. Light from the illuminator travels through the system and is reflected down to the objective by a beamsplitter. Once the light reaches the objective, another beamsplitter separates the light into two beams. One beam, the reference beam, reflects form a super smooth reference mirror in the objective, while the other reflects form the surface of the sample and back to the objective. With this system, we can measure and analyze the resolution, accuracy, precision, stability and responsibility of MEMS manipulator and it is very useful for fabrication or application of improved manipulator without surface damage.

국내의 줄눈 콘크리트 포장설계에 주로 사용되는 다웰바 설계 기준은 국외 기준과 검증되지 않은 경험에 의해 사용되고 있다. 또한 다웰바의 설치는 길어깨나 하부층의 조건 등을 고려하지 못한 상태에서 슬래브 폭에 대하여 일률적으로 적용되고 있다. 이에 다웰바를 합리적으로 설계하기 위해서는 다웰바 거동에 대한 고찰이 요구되며, 이를 3차원 유한요소해석을 이용하여 수행하였다. 다웰바의 거동에 대한 3차원 유한요소해석 결과의 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 Timoshenko이론의 다웰바 거동을 비교하였다. 또한 실제 도로에서 교통하중이 여러 개의 다웰바에 분산 전달하는 다웰바의 그룹작용(Dowel Group Action)을 3차원 유한요소해석을 통하여 다웰바 그룹작용 적용범위를 산정하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 다웰바 그룹작용 범위는 Friberg의 그룹작용 범위와는 상이한 결과가 나타났으며, 비교적 최근 연구 결과인 Tabatabaie의 그룹작용 범위의 연구결과와 유사한 결과가 도출되었다.

최근 들어 국내 광산개발에 대한 관심이 고조되면서 새로운 광상탐사 및 기존 광상의 연장성 확인 등의 목적으로 물리탐사를 적용하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 금속광상 탐사의 경우, 광화대가 주변에 비해 높은 전기전도도를 갖기 때문에 이를 탐지하기 위하여 전기비저항 탐사를 수행하는 것이 일반적이며, 현실 여건상 대부분 2차원 탐사가 수행된다. 그러나 국내 금속광상의 대부분이 맥상으로 분포하고 있으며, 광맥의 폭이 변한다거나 광맥이 단층에 의해 끊어져 있는 등 매우 복잡한 3차원 구조를 띤다. 따라서 3차원 광체구조에 대하여 2차원 탐사 및 2차원 해석을 수행할 경우 왜곡된 해석을 초래할 수 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 이러한 3차원 광체구조에 대한 3차원 전기비저항 탐사의 적용성을 검토하기 위해 주향에 수직한 여러 측선에 대하여 2차원 쌍극자-쌍극자 탐사를 수행하여 얻은 자료와 3차원 단극자-단극자 배열을 이용하여 얻은 자료들을 각각 3차원 역산한 후 이들을 2차원 해석결과와 비교하였다. 3차원 맥상광체로는 맥폭이 변하는 모형과 맥이 단층에 의해 어긋난 모형 등을 가정하였다. 2차원 쌍극자-쌍극자 배열자료에 대해 3차원 역산을 수행하여 얻은 결과를 3차원 단극자-단극자 배열자료와 비교하면 단극자-단극자 탐사자료가 전체적인 구조는 잘 보여주나 배열의 특성상 쌍극자-쌍극자 탐사자료만큼 정확한 결과를 제시하지 못함을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 실제 탐사시 주향의 방향에 대한 정보를 알 수 있다면 주향에 수직한 2차원 측선들에 대해 쌍극자-쌍극자 탐사를 수행하고 이를 3차원 해석하는 것이 가장 바람직하다. 그러나 지표면에 광체가 드러나 있는 경우에 대해서는 이미 개발이 완료된 상태이며, 현재 남아있는 광상은 지하 깊은 곳에 매몰되어 있는 경우가 대부분이다. 이러한 경우 주향에 대한 정보를 알기 어려우므로 비록 해상도는 떨어지더라도 3차원 단극자-단극자 탐사를 수행하고 해석하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 보인다.

2-dimensional silica-silica Continuous Fiber-reinforced Ceramic.matrix Composites (CFCCs) were fabricated by a sol-gel infilitration method that has a changing processing condition, such as the repetitions of infilitration. In order to investigate the relationship between the processing condition and the mechanical properties of composites, the mechanical properties of specimens were measured by means of a 4-point flexural strength test while the evidence of strength degradation were microstructurally characterized. There seemed to be a minimum density value that existed at which the delamination between the fabrics would not occur. In the case that the density of silica CFCCs exceeded 1.55 g/cm3, the flexural strength also exceeded approximately 18 MPa at least. By applying the Minimum Solid Area (MSA) analysis of the porous structure, the correlation between the relative density and the mechanical properties of composites will be discussed.

AQUA/AMSR-E 인공위성 자료를 활용하여 3차원 최적내삽 해수면온도 합성장을 생산하였고 시간평균장과 비교하여 문제점과 한계점을 기술하였다. 3-D SST 합성장은 북태평양 중앙부에서 전체적으로 0.05˚C 이하의 작은 오차를 보였으나, 위성 결측이 있는 연안에서는 0.4˚C 이상의 비교적 큰 오차를 유발하였다. 강한 강수나 구름으로 인한 결측이 있는 부분에서는 0.1-0.15˚C에 달하는 오차를 보였다. 시간평균장과 비교한 결과, 구름 부근의 화소에서는 해수면온도를 낮게 계산하는 경향이 있었으며, 해수면온도의 공간적 구배를 감소시키는 평활화가 전체적으로 나타났다. 적도 부근 저위도에서 OI SST는 실제 해수면온도에는 없는 불연속성을 만드는 경향이 있었고, 이는 OI 과정에서 사용한 윈도우의 크기와 해양 현상의 수평 규모가 위도에 따라 변화하는데서 기인하였다. 현상의 공간 규모의 척도인 로스비 내부변형 반경은 북태평양에서 O(1) 정도로 위도에 따른 공간적 변화가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 SST합성장 생산과정에 위도와 해수의 수직적 밀도 구조와 밀접한 관련이 있는 해양 현상의 수평적 규모의 시공간적 변동 특성을 고려해야 함을 제시한다.

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different amounts of pumpkin powder on the quality characteristics of hobakpyeon using physicochemical and sensory properties, as well as on its retrogradation rate during storage. As the amount of pumpkin powder increased, the following effects on the quality characteristics were observed: moisture and amylose contents decreased while protein content increased (p<0.05), and in vitro protein digestibility (IVPD) decreased (p<0.05). Levels of slowly digestible starch and resistant starch fractions increased, while the content of rapidly digestible starch decreased. The starch digestion index and rapidly available glucose content also decreased. Among the physical properties, the L-value decreased while the b-value increased (p<0.05). Texture profile analysis revealed that all textural properties except adhesiveness decreased, and presented significant differences in hardness and chewiness (p<0.05). Sensory properties such as color, flavor, and sweetness increased while others such as wetness and chewiness decreased (p<0.05). Effects on the physicochemical properties during refrigerated storage were also compared between the control and 9% hobakpyeon (9%HP). According to the results, moisture content gradually decreased in the 9%HP compared to the control. Amylose content significantly increased in 9%HP whereas no significant changes were observed in the control. In both types of hobakpyeon, IVSD decreased significantly, showing higher values in 9%HP, whereas mechanical hardness increased, showing lower values in 9%HP. The L-value decreased significantly in the 9%HP whereas no significant changes were observed in the control. In conclusion, the above results suggest that hobakpyeon with low IVSD may be obtained by the addition of 9% pumpkin powder, and also showed that pumpkin powder delayed the rate of retrogradation in 9%HP during storage.
