        In this study, the safety aspects were studied by comparing the charge control characteristics of the two vehicles when a failure occurs between the OBC including the charging port or the charging door module (CDM) during slow charging using the In Cable Control Box (ICCB) for a long time.When the AC terminal was momentarily disconnected during charging, the Model-3 vehicle was charged normally if the AC circuit was disconnected up to three times, and the charging control was stopped when the number of disconnects reached four times. However, in the Ioniq-5 vehicle, charging control was normally performed when the disconnected AC circuit was normally connected regardless of the number of disconnection.

        In this study, the design of fuel tanks for SUVs (sports utility vehicles) was dealt with through structural analysis. Fuel tank analysis was performed to evaluate safety, and improvement plans for weak areas were found and reflected in the design. In addition, strength analysis and pressure analysis were performed in parallel to solve the problem of oil leakage around the lower part of the fuel tank and the rear mounting that occurred during the endurance test, and the analysis results were reflected in the design. As a result of analysis through various design changes, it was possible to present an appropriate reinforcement flange shape. In addition, when the thickness of the fuel tank was changed from 1.0mm to 0.8mm, the stiffness of the fuel tank decreased by approximately 30%, and reinforcement was required.

        홀로그램 이미지를 표시할 수 있는 자동차 리어 램프를 제작했다. 홀로그램은 노광할 때 물체 광은 0도, 참조 광은 60도가 되게 광학계를 설계해 투과 타입으로 제작했다. 홀로그램과 광원을 일체형으로 하면서 두께 30mm의 콤팩트 한 재생 장치를 제작했다. 홀로그램 크기는 200×100mm로 제작했다. 에지릿 홀로그램으로 콤팩트 한 재생 장치에 적 용하기 적합했다. 리어 램프는 미등, 정지등, 방향지시등, 후진등과 홀로그램 재생 장치를 포함 시켜 아크릴로 제작했 다. 리어 램프의 외관은 홀로그램 이미지의 의도와 연결되게 배트맨 모양으로 디자인했다. 에지릿 홀로그램을 이용한 콤팩트 한 재생 장치는 리어 램프의 기능과 연계해 사용하기에 적합하다는 것을 확인하였다.

        Along with the development of the automobile industry, the materials and processing technology of parts have also developed. In particular, various materials have been developed and applied to automobile bumpers, which are directly related to crash safety. In particular, the application of composite materials is expanding for weight reduction. In this study, a new composite material made of a mixture of carbon fiber and aramid fiber was developed and the possibility of application to an automobile bumper was reviewed, and significant results were obtained.

        In this paper, durability verification of forged wheels for automobiles were performed using the finite element method for bending fatigue analysis and impact analysis. In addition, the durability analysis environment of forged wheels was implemented. By analyzing the stress distribution on the surface of the forged wheel, the area with a high possibility of breakage was identified and improved. The durability analysis of the initial model forged wheel was performed by bending fatigue analysis and impact analysis, The stress distribution of the forged wheel surface was analyzed through the analysis results of the initial model. and the spokes, flanges, hubs, and rear parts are less likely to be damaged were cut to reduce the weight by about 10%, and the reliability of the improved model was confirmed.

        음성 어시스턴트가 차량에 탑재되기 시작하면서, 차량의 조형적 특징과 음성 어시스턴트간의 연관성이 중요해지 고 있다. 본 연구는 자동차에 적용된 음성 어시스턴트와 외관의 조화스러움에 대하여 공통된 감성적 특징을 기반으 로 살펴보고자 하였다. 12가지 차량 이미지와 6가지의 음성 어시스턴트에 대해 15종의 형용사를 바탕으로 감성 평가 를 실시하였다. 실험은 온라인 개별 인터뷰로 진행되었으며, 총 24명의 대학생이 참여하였다. 참여자들은 각 자극물 을 대표하는 감성 형용사 3종을 1, 2, 3위로 평가하고, 선정 이유에 대한 간단한 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 설문 결과에 대해 주성분분석을 수행하여 2개의 주요 요인을 추출한 뒤, 각 요인을 축으로 하여 자극물을 분포시켰다. 분포도를 바탕으로 감성적 특징을 도출하고자 계층적 군집 분석을 수행하였다. 주성분 분석 결과 자동차 이미지와 음성 어시 스턴트를 설명하는 감성적 차원으로 “편안한-급진적인”과 “가벼운-무거운”이 추출되었다. 두 차원을 바탕으로 자극 물들을 분포시킨 결과, 자동차와 음성 어시스턴트가 동일한 축을 바탕으로 다양하게 분포해 두 요인이 자극물간 감성적 특징을 도출하기에 적합하다고 판단되었다. 자극물들의 분포도를 바탕으로 계층적 군집분석을 수행하여 17개 의 자극물을 4가지 군집으로 추렸다. 각 군집은 도전적인, 우아한, 위엄있는, 활기찬 그룹으로 도출되었다. 본 연구에 서는 차량의 조형적 특징과 음성 어시스턴트의 감성적 이미지를 동시에 설명할 수 있는 두 축을 도출하였다. 도출된 축을 바탕으로 그려진 분포도에 군집 분석을 수행해 감성적 특징을 분류하였으며, 총 4개의 감성적 특징이 도출되었 다. 본 연구는 자동차의 조형적 특징에 맞춘 음성 어시스턴트 제안을 위한 디자인 품평 가이드로 활용되어, 추후 출시되는 차량에서 사용자들의 자동차 음성 어시스턴트 감성 경험이 증진될 것으로 기대한다.

        The The purpose of this study is to establish evaluation criteria for the purchase of electric vehicles and to present an evaluation model using quantitative scales for evaluation factors. This study was limited to the study of purchasing factors related to electric vehicles, and the spatial scope was limited to potential buyers in their 20s to 50s living in the Daejeon area. Based on the survey, the factors affecting the purchase factors (energy economics, image, performance, maintenance, price) were examined using the AHP method, and the priorities were analyzed to determine how much influence these factors have on the purchase of electric vehicles. In addition, in order to verify the logical consistency of the survey items, a consistency ratio test (c) was conducted. Through this study, priority considerations for the purchase of electric vehicles were presented, and information on future consumer interest in electric vehicles was conducted. It is judged to be able to provide an opportunity to provide various services for each layer.

        This study compared and analyzed the difference in performance between the existing soot probe and the improved one that was applied to the actual inspection vehicle at the actual inspection site, which has been developed under the specific conditions based on the excellent results through the performance evaluation. As the results, probe(b) involves a structure designed close to the center of the circumference of the exhaust pipe, and the suction efficiency was improved by adding a center unit. The improved probe(b) can enhance the effectiveness of the inspection when applied to total and regular tests inspections, and the possibility of contributing to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions generated in the transportation sector has been confirmed.

        In this paper, a simulation computerized crash analysis evaluation method through reverse engineering was applied to the Defender vehicle to systemize and simplify the certification of small-scale electric vehicles. The Defender vehicle was selected as a benchmarking vehicle that converts into an electric vehicle, and the layout of the frame and element analysis of individual parts were conducted through reverse engineering. To review the vehicle package layout, the fastening and assembly method for each part was analyzed referring to the Defender maintenance guide and parts list, and it was used for frame element technology analysis. In addition, collisions according to the main frame material and the shape of the crash box were analyzed, and various cases were analyzed through parameter study. As a result of the crash analysis, it was found that the mild steel main frame could not guarantee the safety of the vehicle in a fixed wall collision situation, and the ATOS material would increase the collision safety of the Defender relatively. Through the crash analysis according to the shape of the crash box, it was found that the strength of the crash box is too high compared to the main body, and this should be reflected in the design for small-volume production of multiple products.

        The sub-frame is located on the lower body of a monocoque type vehicle and serves as an engine and suspension, and is an important object part that receives a lot of load. The existing press-type sub-frame has a large number of parts for assembling, which causes an increase in cost. Changing the machining form of this part from the existing press-type machining method to the hydro-forming machining method has the advantage of reducing the cost and weight at the same time due to the reduction of the process. Therefore, in this study, the purpose of this study is to change the design so that the sub-frame of the existing press type can be changed to the hydro-forming process method. To this end, we intend to present a design method by analyzing the effect on the rigidity of the sub-frame using the existing machining method through shape optimization analysis.

        Hydro-forming technology is a technology that will replace the existing press-forming technology and is used in various industry range from automotive parts to electronic products. The advantage of this technology is that it has dramatically changed the existing processing method, and it can be said that the process reduction due to the reduction of parts, cost reduction, and high precision are mentioned. In this study, it is intended to present a design process using computer simulation by changing the sub-frame for automotive parts produced with the existing press forming technology to the hide-forming method. To this end, it is intended to use it as part design data by comparatively analyzing the cross-sectional shape and thickness reduction, which are the major factors necessary to determine the successful development of the developed parts.

        Production management in the automobile parts industry is carried out according to the production plan of the customer, so it is important to prevent shortages in product supply. As the product composition became increasingly complex, the MES System was built for the purpose of efficient production plan management and inventory management, but its utilization is low. This study analyzed the problems of the MES system and sought to improve it. Through previous studies, it was confirmed that the inventory management of the pull approach that actually occurred in the warehouse is more suitable than the push approach based on the forecast of the warehouse for the volatility, complexity, and uncertainty of orders in the auto parts industry. To realize this, we tried distributed MRP by using the ADO function of VBA to link the standard information of the MES system with Excel and change the structure of the BOM table. Through this, it can help increase the accuracy of production planning and realize efficient inventory management, thereby increasing the utilization of the MES system in the auto parts industry and enhancing the competitiveness of the company.

        최근 급격한 변화를 겪고 있는 자율주행 자동차 분야의 미래 기술 및 시장 전 망 예측에 대한 요구와 관심이 집중되고 있다. 자동차 산업의 특성상, 복합적 요인의 상관관 계가 미치는 영향력이 크고 요인 간의 복잡도가 높으므로, 체계적인 미래 예측 방법론 적용 을 통한 미래 전망분석 및 전략 수립이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 자동차 분야에 적합한 미래 예측 방법론 중 필드 변칙 완화기법(Field Anomaly Relaxation)과 다중관점 개념 기법 (Multiple Perspective Concept)을 복합적으로 적용하여, 자율주행 자동차 분야의 핵심기술 및 산업 동향에 관한 미래 시나리오들을 개발하여 실증하였다. 도출된 3개의 시나리오는 전 문가 평가 체크리스트를 통하여 타당성을 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과는 자율주행 자동차 산업 과 같은 다양한 변동성이 존재하는 분야의 미래 예측 방법 중 한 가지로 적용될 수 있다는 점에 의의가 있다.

        This research studied faults that may occur during slow charging using the J1772 adapter of Tesla Model-3 electric vehicles. When the AC terminal was instantaneously disconnected, charging was performed normally when an AC circuit with disconnection up to three disconnection times was connected. Charging control was suspended when the number of disconnection reached four times. However, if the AC disconnection time exceeded 22 seconds, the charging control was stopped regardless of the number of disconnection. When a contact failure occurred at the AC terminal, high surge current and noise occurred. However, when the contact improved, the charging control continued. In terms of safety, it seems necessary to take measures such as stopping charging control when detecting noise.
