        This study examined how fit between marketing capabilities and exporting marketing strategies affects high growth exporting manufacturing firms’ performance. The result indicates that the marketing infrastructure of high growth exporting firms affects marketing capabilities, the selection of exporting marketing strategies, and high performance. High growth exporting firms in this research belong to machinery, steel, vehicles, electronics & electricity industries. High growth firms by the OECD-Eurostat Manual on Business Demography Statistics (2007) achieve annual average sales or employment growth over twenty percent each year, during a three-year period, and to employ ten or more workers from the first observation year. High growth firms can be considered to have more appropriate marketing capabilities fit with efficient exporting marketing strategies. Barbero et al. (2011) indicated that high growth is based on market expansion and innovation, which is highly related to marketing capabilities. Vorhies & Morgan(2003) addressed that marketing organization fit with strategies affects positively marketing performance. Thus the purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between marketing infrastructure and marketing capabilities, to identify the influence of marketing infrastructure on marketing capabilities and the choice of marketing strategies, and to analyze the effect of fit between marketing capabilities and exporting marketing strategies on superior performance. The performance of high growth exporting firms can be obtained in various ways. Marketing capabilities can explain most the selection of strategy for performance (Barbero, Casillas, and Feldman 2011). Morgan, Katsikeas, and Vorhies(2012) addresses that architectural marketing capabilities influence directly export venture financial performance and that specialized marketing capabilities affect directly export venture market performance. The important role of marketing capabilities is positively associated with a more appropriate fit between identifying customers’ needs and implementing marketing strategies to achieve high performance (Barbero, Casillas, and Feldman 2011). Katsikeas et al.(2006) indicate that fit between marketing strategies and marketing infrastructure is a core factor on the performance of exporting firms. Vorhies and Morgan (2003) indicate that marketing capabilities fit with strategy is a vital engine of marketing performance. Although marketing strategy alone is not related to marketing performance (Barbero et al,2011), marketing organization fit with marketing strategy is positively related to marketing performance (Vorhies and Morgan, 2003). Katsikeas, Leonidou, Morgan(2000) analyzed export performance measures based on various primary data and indicated that the interrelation of export performance measures are considered. Vorhies and Morgan (2003) used the concept of ideal marketing organization profile and measured the relationship between fit of marketing capabilities and marketing strategies. Especially Shoham (1998) indicated that sales-related measures can be more reasonable for exporting firms at early stage, while profit-related measures can be more for export-experienced firms. These findings posit that to achieve high performance, high growth exporting firms understand the importance of fit between marketing capabilities and marketing strategies.

        The objective of the present study is to analyze the relationship of suppliers and customer participation in product development process and effects of such participation on product innovation since it is getting more and more weight in manufacturing companies. It is also aimed in this study to explore if business performance of manufacturing companies might be affected by the suppliers participation as well as product innovation that is realizable by such participation. From the analysis, following conclusions could be drawn: First, suppliers participation in manufacturing companies turned out to have influence upon product innovation (standardized coefficient=0.193, C.R=3.510), implying that nothing is more important than the role of suppliers who have intention to realize innovation through participation in manufacturing companies. Second, the analysis showed that customer participation exercised impact upon product innovation of manufacturing companies (standardized coefficient=0.686, C.R=6.433), suggesting that the more customer participate in product development process of manufacturing companies, the more manufacturing companies could sharpen their competitiveness. Third, it was made known from the analysis that the product innovation thanks to suppliers and customer participation in manufacturing companies could have influence upon their business performance (standardized coefficient=0.762, C.R=7.666), signifying that the product innovation of manufacturing companies might depend on the participation of suppliers and manufacturers and, in turn, could affect their own business performance.

        The bio reactors with high efficiency using ejector are widely used in gas-liquid system, This is also due to the high efficiency in gas dispersion resulting in high mass transfer rate and low power requirements. Thus, the new liquid fertilizer manufacturing equipment composed with aeration tank, cycling tank and circulation pump using an ejector was developed. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of an ejector on the liquid fertilizer manufacturing equipment and to design the optimal ejector for actual application using CFD analysis and experimental method. The results show that the suction air mass flow rate is increased, as the diameter of driving ejector nozzle is smaller and the position of nozzle is toward the exit of an ejector.

        현재 한국원자력연구원에서는 국내에 축적된 사용후핵연료 문제를 해결하기 위해서 건식재처리공정 (pyroprocess)을 개발 중에 있다. 건식재처리 공정에서는 상당량의 고준위 염폐기물이 발생되며, 이는 곧 세라믹 결합제로 고화된다. 고화된 세라믹 폐기물은 안전한 금속 처분용기에 밀폐된 후, 인간생활환경과 격리될 예정이다. 본문에서는 고준위 세라믹폐기물을 처분하기 위한 처분용기의 개발에 관한 전반적인 내용을 다루고 있으며, 특히 처분용기의 설계 요건, 용기의 구성, 용기의 제작, 용기의 부식저항성, 방사 선 차폐, 구조적 안전성 등에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 완성된 처분용기는 오랜 기간 동안 방사성 핵종의 누 출이 없이 열적, 기계적, 화학적, 생물학적 공격에도 안전한 것을 목적으로 한다.

        This paper deals with an empirical analysis of the structural relationship among the factors such as quality management activities, organizational learning and firm performance of manufacturing corporations. The findings of the analysis are expected to make lots of contribution to manufacturing corporations establishing strategies for quality management activities and organizational learning. From the analysis, following conclusions and suggestions could be drawn: First, an analysis of the relationship between quality management activities and organizational learning showed that most activities of quality management turned out to exercise great influence upon the factors of organizational learning. This means that the activities of quality management will prompt the members of an organization to actively engage in learning activities individually, by team and organizationally, motivating them to spread such activities across the whole organization, leading ultimately to fundamental renovation of the very organization. Second, from an analysis of the relationship between organizational learning and firm performance, that is, financial and non-financial performances of a company, it was found that most factors of organizational learning have tremendous impact upon financial and non-financial performances of the company. Such result implies that decision and management of the things to be performed in the process of organizational performances are essential to determining firm performance because firm performance depend largely on the outcomes of organizational learning.

        The main objective of the present paper is to conduct a depth analysis of the structural relationship among cooperation of manufacturing corporations, their development of new products and performance in view of an empirical study. The findings of this study could be summed up as follows: First, from the analysis of relationship between cooperation of manufacturing corporations and development of new products, it was found out that there is a positive relationship among such factors of new product development as development process, organizational culture and substructure when cooperation among corporations becomes intensive. Second, the analysis of relationship between development of new products and financial outcomes showed that the factors of new product development like organizational culture and substructure do influence financial performance, while the development process don't. Third, in terms of relationship between factors of new product development and non-financial performance, it was analyzed that non-financial performance can be affected by such factors of new product development as development process, organizational culture and substructure.

        The performance of positive plates depends on the structure of the lead dioxide active mass. The positive active materials (PAM) consists of a skeleton, built up of agglomerates and macropores. Agglomerates, in their turn, comprise particles and micropores. This paper described a study conducted to determine the effects of different soaking times between the acid fill and formation stages of the tubular plate production. For the positive plates a lead oxide were filled into tubular bag with a red lead. After filling the positive plates were soaked in H2SO4 solution. X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electrical testing had been used to study the compositional and morphological aspects of the positive active material(PAM) just prior and after formation. Results indicate that PAM compositions were effected by the soaking time and acid density of H2SO4 solution. It can be seen that as the soaking time duration increases, α-PbO, Pb3O4, and Pb were all gradually sulphating. Composition of 3BS reached a maximum at around 3 h duration and H2SO4 of sp. gr. 1.10 on soaking. This results would suggest that the most beneficial conditions for soaking were the H2SO4 of sp. gr. 1.10 and 2 to 6 h of soaking.

        In recent semiconductor manufacturing clean rooms, air washers are used to remove airborne gaseous contaminants such as NH3, SOx and organic gases from outdoor air introduced into clean room. In order to improve the gas removal performance of the air washers, a hot water contact heat exchanger can be installed upstream of an air washer, heating and humidifying the incoming outdoor air before entering the air washer. In the present study, an experiment was carried out to examine closely the improvement of gas removal efficiency by the insertion of the hot water contact heat exchanger. The experiment showed that the gas removal efficiency was increased by the water vapor condensation effect.

        본 연구는 압연공정을 이용하여 금속망 만을 사용하여 금속막을 제조하는 과정과 금속망과 금속분말을 사용하여 금속막을 제조하는 과정에 대해 연구했다. 금속망 압연과정에서 선택된 금속망은 각각 10%, 20% 그리고 30%의 감소율로 압연했다. 이 압연공정은 망 wire의 지름을 변화시키거나 망의 단면적의 감소를 통해 망의 공경 크기를 감소시킨다. 압연된 금속망의 여과율은 압연시키지 않은 금속망의 여과율과 거의 동일한 여과율을 보였으며 금속막의 공경크기 분포 또한 더 균일했다. 금속망 위에 금속분말 층을 제조하는데 있어 분말 접합제로서 PVA를 사용하였으며 1시간 동안 100℃에서 금속분말 층을 건조시키고 진공에서 3시간 동안 1000℃에서 소결시키는 방법이 높은 공경 밀도와 균열이 없는 금속망 위에 금속분말 층을 형성하는 최적 조건이었다. 소결 전 30%감소율을 가지는 금속망에 대해 금속분말 층 형성에 압연공정을 적용할 경우 여과율이 약 0.7 μm인 금속막이 성공적으로 제조되었다.

        High Energy Milling (HEM) is applied for the grinding of cement and this can lead to substantial refinement (<2μm) and mechanically activation of the powder particles. The present paper reviews the preliminary studies, explains the novel technique and suggests the route into commercial application.
