세계 각지에서 수집된 마늘 유전자원의 주요 생리적 특성과 RAPD 페턴과의 관련성을 검토하기 위하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 84개의 수집마늘의 생리적 특성들에 의한 다변량 해석의 결과 10개의 품종군으로 구분되어졌고 어느 품종군에도 속하지 않은 계통이 9개였다. 조만성은 주로 중국, 일본, 한국에서 수집된 마늘들에서 조생종마늘이 많았고 유럽원산의 마늘들에서는 만생형 품종이 많았으며 RAPD 마커 WE6 l1,630과 상당한 관련을 보였다. 이차생장은 거의 대부분의 마늘들에서 나타나는 경향을 보였으나 동유럽지역 수집종에서 발생율이 높은 경향을 보였고 네팔을 중심으로 한 지역종들은 이차생장이 발생하지 않았다. 인편미분화는 유럽원산의 마늘들에서 많은 발생율을 보였지만 표지인자를 찾기는 어려웠다. 추대성은 RAPD마커 WF701,400에서 벤드가 나타난 마늘은 추대종 마늘이었다. 마늘 임성과 관련 된 RAPD 마커 는 WF641,400이 었으며 임성마늘에서 벤드가 나타났다.

In this study, development of new sound absorbent which is safety, economical and efficient with using recycled materials is tried for substitution of commercial sound absorbent. The sound absorbents, used in this investigation, were made of used paper or filters of cigarette butts. With the variation of the material densities,, sound absorptions of materials were measured. The impedance tube method is used for measuring sound absorption coefficient of the new sound absorbent materials. The measured frequency range was 250㎐ to 4000㎐ in 1/3 octave band . The sound absorption coefficient of the commercial materials and that of the materials synthesized in the our laboratory show almost same value.

본 실험은 고품질 다수성 생강 품종육성에 필요한 기초 자료를 얻기위해 국내에서 수집한 우량생강 24클론을 포장과 하우스에서 재배하여 주요 작물학적 특성을 조사한 결과 다음과 같다. 조사된 클론중에서 수량과 6-gingerol 함량에서 높은 유의차가 인정되었다. 포장에서는 CG9579(3520kg/10a)의 수량이 가장 높았고, 그 다음으로 CG95134, CG9512, CG96109, CG9596 순이었다. 우량 클론으로 선발된 클론중 6-gingerol 함량을 조사한 결과 CG9579가 4.44mg/g로 가장 높았으며, 그 다음으로는 CG9583이 4.35mg/g, CG95134가 4.32mg/g순이었다. 하우스에서 는 수량이 CG9503과 CG9521 클론이 10a당 5529kg으로 가장 높았고, CG9515, CG9578, CG9579, CG96103 그리고 CG95105 클론이 10a당 4,000kg이상의 수량을 보았다.
