지역별 백리향 지상부 잎의 phenols 성분의 효과적인 추출을 알아보기 위해 추출용매를 달리하여 추출하고, GC-MS로 분석한 결과thymol과 carvacrol을 포함한 phenol함량이 methanol 추출 시 울릉도, 제주 중간산지, 경기도, 제주도 고산지, 강원도 종이 각각 92.21, 84.92, 77.43, 74.16, 73.51%로 추출되었으며, ethanol 추출 시 전체 추출 성분 중 강원도, 제주도 중간산종, 경기도, 울릉도, 제주고산종이 각각 93.64, 93.62, 90.74, 89.52, 72.65% 순으로 나타났다. Hexane을 용매로 추출하였을 때에는 강원도와 울릉도 서식의 백리향은 거의 100, 95.71%의 phenol만 추출되었다.

This study proposes development strategies for domestic e-commerce of agricultural products. So far, it grows quantitatively so fast, but because of lack of continuous management, it does not work properly. Previous studies have some outcome for vitalization of e-commerce, but they have limits that they neglect rapid changes of e-commerce circulation structures and practical problems farmers go through when they sell their products. This study deals with these problems more than previous. The first phase of this study analyzes two cases of overseas successful and failure e-commerce sites of agricultural products, for example, Wine.com and Webvan.com. The second phase analyzes As-Is and distribution structure of domestic e-commerce of agricultural products. Finally this study asserts three strategies for domestic e-commerce of agricultural products based on Web 2.0 environment.

We predict the earthquake rate in Korea following Bayesian approach. We make a model that can utilize the data to predict other levels of earthquake. An event tree model which is a frequently used graphical tool in describing accident initiation and escalation to more severe accident is transformed into an influence diagram model. Prior distributions for earthquake occurrence rate and probabilities to escalating to more severe earthquakes are assumed and likelihood of number of earthquake in a given period of time is assessed. And then posterior distributions are obtained based on observed data. We find that the minor level of earthquake is increasing while major level of earthquake is less likely.

Since it's first adaptation in Germany in 1884, the industrial accident compensation insurance system has been on the most widely used social security systems, and in was first enforced in Korea in 1964. Today's society has been industrialized and number of business places for workers accident. As the welfare of workers improves in korea, the number of beneficiaries of industrial accident compensation insurance is increasing. Even though such trend is desirable in many respects, there is a growing social problem caused by abnormal insurance claims.

This study was evaluated the indicators of GRI guideline LA6-LA9 for industrial safety sanitation field on 22 domestic sustainable management reports and 46 overseas reports published by companies in 2007 and 2008, was developed new indicators with emphasis on industrial safety sanitation act, and was assessed whether they are released. As a result, LA6(Percent of total workforce represented in formal joint management-work health and safety committees that help monitor and advise on occupational health and safety programs) was evaluated highest in release ratio on whether to release the reports by each indicator of industrial safety sanitation field using domestic sustainable management report GRI guideline, and in the case of overseas companies, it was evaluated that there is no companies that release all from LA6 through LA9 among GRI guideline, but it was grasped that the ratio of partial release is high. As for the release of indicators was developed with the use of industrial safety sanitation act of 22 domestic companies, the release of indicator No. 1(report and industrial disaster record) and 10(health diagnosis) of industrial safety sanitation act was high. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the industrial safety sanitation field of sustainable management report(CSR) that has not been attempted so far with the use of new indicators developed with emphasis on GRI guideline and industrial safety sanitation act.

최근 문제가 된 국내영화“해운대”의 파일 불법 유출사건, 각종 위조상품의 밀수입 증가 등에서 볼 수 있듯이, 국내에서 지적재산권 침해 문제는 사회전반에 걸쳐 광범위하게 영향을 미치고, 피해 규모 역시 증가할 뿐 아니라 침해의 양태 역시 국제화되고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 인터넷 기술의 발전을 통한 불법복제의 증가, 민사적 구제의 어려움 등으로 인하여 형사 절차가 민사 절차 못지 않게 많이 이용되고 있다. 이와 같이 증가하는 형사 사건에 대처하기 위하여 수사기관에서는 형사적 관점에서 상표권의 효력 유무를 판단하고, 특허 전문계약직 공무원 제도의 도입, 위조상품 신고포상금제의운영, 수사기관간 공조수사, 특별사법경찰관의 지정, 범죄수익 환수제도 등 제도를 정비하고 있다. 또한 인터넷을 통한 저작권침해사범의 경우 일반인, 특히 청소년들이 별다른 죄의식 없이 저작권을 침해하고 있고, 이에 대하여 고소가 남용되고 있어 많은 사회적 문제를 야기할 뿐만 아니라 수사력 낭비의 원인이 되어 저작권 교육 조건부 기소유예제도가 도입되기도 하였다. 이와 더불어 형사처벌 범위의 제한 여부, 민사상 인적사항 획득 절차 도입 여부, ISP 업체들의 책임 제한 범위, 온라인을 통한 저작권 침해사범에 대한 관할 확정 문제 등이 추가로 해결되어야 할 과제로 남아 있다. 최근 우리나라의 문화 콘텐츠 및 각종 기술 발달로 인하여 우리나라의 지적재산권 역시 해외에서 보호되어야 할 필요성이 증가하고 있으므로, 우리나라의 형사제도 중 미비한 부분의 정비 뿐 아니라 우리나라의 지적재산권이 침해되지 않도록 국제적인 형사제도를 정비하는 데 있어서도 적극적으로 협력할 필요가 있다.

This study aims to analyze contemporary women's sense of fashion aesthetic by looking into the design and trend of T-panties, which have now carved out a new niche in the world's 21st century female underwear markets. By this, I'd like to reassure readers of the importance of T-panties, which has only been recently recognized, and more generally suggests the future direction of prominent T-panty design development. The domestic formativeness of all styles is divided into three types: modern feminine, mono-bosom, and utopian narcissist image. This study is baseds on the documents study.

Acrylamide in various food samples in Korea were monitored during the period beginning August 2006 through May 2007. A total of 471 food products that were purchased at local markets were categorized into 17 groups and analyzed for the acrylamide content by using an LC-MS/MS method. Food samples that were selected based on special consideration such as expert consultation, Korean food consumption data and food market shares were considered to be representative. There are very large variations in acrylamide levels within tested foods. Acrylamide content ranged from ND(not detected) to 4,002 μg/kg with all tested samples. Acrylamide levels are relatively high in ‘cereal’, ‘coffee’, ‘potato snacks’, ‘biscuit’, ‘chocolate’, and ‘prune juice’. Acrylamide was also detected in fruits, vegetables, Korean traditional cookies which are considered as safe for acrylamide.

기업들은 시장내 존속과 시장점유율증가, 신 사업개발 등을 위해 많은 경영평가와 분석을 한다. 특히 인수․합병은 시장존속 및 경영권유지에 있어 매우 중요한 경영전략부분이다. 경쟁시장에서 기업들은 자사가 필수적인 자원을 확보하지 못하면 시장에서 사장되어버리거나 경영난에 많은 문제점을 가지게 된다. 따라서 기업들은 자원확보를 위해 동일한 산업계 혹은 타산업계에서 경쟁우위를 가지고 있는 기업을 인수․합병함으로써 시장의 존립을 유지해나간다. 이러한 차원에서 본 연구에서는 국내 게임 업체들을 대상으로 인수․합병에 대한 실태를 파악하여 긍정적인 기업 경영 방향에 대한 전략 구축에 중점을 두었다.

Safety is totally established through not only legal regulations and system but the establishment of safety culture. As a foundation of safety culture, safety and health communication is the essential condition. Therefore, in the case of researching safety culture the communication network of a organization is a crucial factor. This study has analysed the structure of occupational safety and health communication between domestic and foreign corporations comparatively by the statistical analysis. The occupational safety and health communication is composed of four sub-dimensions: general communication in working site, using safety information communication, communication with the board of directors, and communication with labor union. The nationality of corporations influences the safety communication significantly except for communication with labor union. Consequently it is possible to infer that the nationality of corporations is a significant factor for safety communication network.

In this paper, after Analyzing job preference, we have noticed a more stable job system and the results showed significant improvements over the existing job system.

The purposes of this research are investigating the domestic and foreign situations and presenting methods to be able to raise the competitiveness of the power IT industry. For the analysis of domestic situations, 70 companies related with power IT were surveyed. Thus, the problems the power IT industry is now facing are summarized and solutions for them are also suggested. If these solutions are practiced, the power industry could provide higher quality electricity and belong to the prior group of global power society.

국내 게임 산업은 10년간 지속적인 발전을 하고 있지만 인력에 대한 구조와 양성에 대한 변화는 미흡하게 이루어지고 있다. 게임 산업이 중심이 되어 파생되는 새로운 산업은 증가하고 있지만 인력 구조 변화는 신규 직업과 맞지 않게 흐르고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 게임 시장의 인력 현황을 살펴보고 적재적소의 인력 배치 방안에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

최근 민간투자에 의한 사회기반시설 확충, 육상 도로망의 직선화 및 최적화를 위해 항만 및 주요 항로를 횡단하는 해상교량 건설이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 이러한 해상교량 건설에 있어 해상이용자의 통항 안전, 항만 운영의 효율화 및 장기 개발 등에 미치는 영향을 충분히 고려하지 않고 경제적인 측면만을 부각하여 건설되고 있다. 이로 인해 해상교량의 위치 및 규모 결정시 해상교통안전 확보를 요구하는 해상이용자와 해상교량 건설주체와 지속적인 갈등이 반복되고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제들의 근본적 원인은 항만의 개발 운영 및 해상교통안전 관점에서 제시된 해상교량 건설시에 필요한 교량규모 및 통항 예상 대상 선박 등에 대한 설계기준 및 절차 통이 없기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 항만별 해상교량 건설현황을 조사 분석을 통해 국내 해상교량 건설에 따른 절차상의 문제점을 우선 고찰하여 개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
