        본 연구에서는 평균입경 0.2, 0.5㎛ 크기의 α-알루미나 분말을 이용하여 다공성 α-알루미나 지지체의 기공구조를 조절하고자 하였다. 다공성 α-알루미나 지지체는 슬립캐스팅공법을 이용하여 제조한 후 소결하였으며, 이 때 소결 온도가 지지체의 수축률 및 소결거동 등에 미치는 영향에 대하여 고찰하였다. 제조된 다공성 α-알루미나 지지체는 수은기공분석기를 이용하여 기공크기 및 기공률 등을 분석하였으며, 단일기체투과장치를 이용하여 기체 투과도를 측정하였다. 그 결과 평균입경 0.5㎛ 크기의 α-알루미나 분말을 이용하여 제조된 지지체의 경우, 평균 입경 0.2㎛ 크기의 α-알루미나 분말을 이용하여 제조된 지지체에 비하여 기공크기가 크고 기공률이 높았으며, 기체투과도가 높을 것을 알 수 있었다.

        Changes in the business environment in which intense and sustained growth and survival must meet a variety of customer needs (Q, C, D) and business side of the enterprise for profit structure reformation is absolutely necessary for innovation activities. So far, management of innovation in method BPR, PI, OVA, 6 Sigma, Strategic Purchasing, PPM, SCM etc. are being introduced. However, they have a limit of partial optimization and improvement-oriented techniques. So this paper studied the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) application in order to derive empirical methodology to maximize profitability for the domestic S foundry factory. To this end, long-term gains through structural analysis and intensity analysis to ensure continued growth and profitability strategy are devised through management Innovation analysis. And improvement projects was presented to solve main issues of five categories(Inventory, Sales Mix, Cost, Quality Cost, Skill and Work-load) We will expect the office productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

        This research developed ultra-pressure pump main body by using ductile cast iron FCD500, conducted quantitative analysis on following phenomenon of flow or solidification processing in cast processing for improvement of cast device, after extracting model from cast concluded as follows by brinel hardness test. after selecting the ideal condition of cast and it applied to cast of real product shape, discovered the ideal filling processing under the condition that temperature of molten metal was between 1300℃ and 1280℃. and after finishing filling, solidification was commenced rapidly when percentage of solidification completion was between 40%~50%, at that moment, the termperature was measured 1100℃. moreover under the condition of temperature below 900℃, keeping temperature on the center of parts for a certain period of time brings stability of stabilization of heat in parts and organizational stabilization of ductile cast iron. As the results of the casting method design, it was that the ductile cast parts of pump main body was obtained as the maximum HB of 220 was recorded and good test results were achieved

        In this study, the weldability of ADC12 FSW joints obtained by the load control type of the FSW machine is examined. The higher the tool plunge downforce the wider the range of the optimum FSW conditions is obtained. However, there is a limit of optimum range with increasing the tool plunge downforces. The three different types of defects are formed in ADC12 FSW joints, depending on the welding conditions. One is a large mass of flash due to the excess heat input, another is a cavity or groove-like defects caused by insufficient heat input and the other is a cavity caused by the abnormal stirring. As for the abnormal stirring, it is very clearly seen that the shape of the top part on the advancing side in the stir zone is completely different. For this type of defect, the effect of the tool plunge downforce is not significant, though the size of the defect due to insufficient heat input significantly is decreased with the increasing downforce

To do this, we need transcription and comprehensive innovation activities to maximize the revenue structure of the organization and field survival foundation should be developed the TPI(Total Profit Innovation) process in all aspects of the organization and all employees are involved in order to create a cost, quality, time, and service part of the overall aim how to achieve those effects within a short period of time. We applied the TPI process for S company in the foundry business innovation and productivity through cost reduction. We will expect the productivity improvement and financial performance improvement and then continually accumulate and review the results.

In this research, in order to optimize the casting layout design of an automotive Oil Pan_DX2E, Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) simulation was performed with two layout designs by using the simulation software (AnyCasting). The simulation results were analyzed and compared carefully in order to apply them into the production die-casting mold. During the filling process with two models, internal porosities caused by air entrapments were predicted and also compared with the modification of the gate system and overflow. With the solidification analysis, internal porosities occurring during the solidification process were predicted and also compared with the modified gate system.

        기계가공으로 인한 사고는 작업자에게 치명적인 경우가 많다. 이러한 사고는 완벽한 가공지그을 통해 대부분 예방이 가능하지만 제품설계초기 후가공과 양산 공정은 고려되지 않고 설계되어 기계가공 시 재해로 연결되는 경우가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 사형 주조법은 수작업으로 손쉽게 제품을 생산하는 장점을 가지는 반면 치수오차가 다른 양산공정 보다 크다는 단점을 가진다. 이런 사형 주조품을 기계 가공할 때 제품의 치수편차로 인해 불안전한 고정및 과다한 절삭, 제품이탈, 공구파손, 장비와 공구의 빠른 수명감소 등의 다양한 문제가 발생 하지만 사형주조의 특성상 개선하기 어려운 문제로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원형의 용기형태의 제품을 사형주조 후 기계가공 하는 것을 금형으로 대체하기 위한 셸몰드법을 제시하고 셸몰드로 만든 셸주형으로 주조함으로서 표면조도 평균 Ra9.94㎛의 기계가공에 준하는 표면을 구현하였다. 외형의 정밀한 제품을 대량 생산하여 가공공정의 간소화 및 평균 두께 편차를 줄임으로서 제품파손 및 제작 시 발생할 수 있는 안전사고예방에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 기계가공전 제품의 치수정밀도를 높여 안전성, 생산성향상, 가공 공정단축, 환경개선 등을 이 가능함을 확인하였다.

        The automotive industry in the research and development cost ratio accounted for high technology coefficient of specialization research and development budget. development and adoption of innovative technologies such as new materials technology, electronics technology, information and communications technology and new production systems is a source of competitive products. because permanent magnets without applying an external magnetic field in the BLDC motor drive system parts for EV can be supplied. it has been used in several areas. permanent magnet in the different kinds of motor parts materials is one of the key components. permanent magnet is a relatively fast rate of technological advances, changes in price is considered the fastest. in this paper, the BLDC motor parts produce by the core making method of casting method moulding analysis. moulding density was measured. As a result, the moulding density is measured 7.2~7.5g/cm2 results were excellent.

        In this paper, a comparative cold weather concrete member test was conducted with gang form and euro form, which are generally used as forms for construction in Korea. Three members were fabricated for the comparative test: the member with the general gang form and euro form, the member with the existing insulation gang form on the outside and the general form on the inside, and the member with the existing insulation gang form on the outside and the newly developed insulation euro form on the inside. In this test, ready-mixed concrete with a nominal strength of 24 MPa that met a certain standard was cast in the cold weather concrete condition at a temperature of 0℃ (5℃ ~–5℃), which is lower than the cold weather concrete management standard temperature in Korea 4℃ mean daily temperature. The standard water curing compressive strength, core compressive strength and temperature history were measured and comparatively examined for the general gang form-general euro form and insulation gang form-general euro form members that were cured at a certain inside temperature, and for the insulation gang form-insulation euro form member that was cured without additional temperature control.

        Materials design and processing development proposed in this study, aims at contributing to high wear resistant and friction characteristics. To find wear resistant and friction with inner elbow pipe, it is needed hardness and frictional condition test to be capable of supplying with high Cr casting steel. The result of HTV(heat treatment in vacuum) shows that hardness increased with increasing Cr content in % carbide phase. It was about 7∼10% of hardness improvement compared to original casting elbow pipe. This behavior of the hardness of Cr casting steel was explained by the types of chemical bonds that hold atoms together in Cr carbide phase. Through the friction coefficient and wear loss test, with the increasing of Cr wt% reduction in the coefficient of friction and wear loss.

Also, the extent or the location of product defects will be differentiated according to the various relations of the above conditions. High-qualified products can be manufactured as those defects are controled by the proper modifications or the changes of die casting mold with the conditions. In this research, the proper manufacturing method intensively be derived for reducing the defect of the internal porosities issues of power steering which is very complicated to achieve the mold design, and for minimizing and for guaranteeing the product quality through the analysis of the problem of casting parts and the deduction of alternative plans.

        The microstructure and tensile properties of Al-Mn/Al-Si hybrid aluminum alloys prepared by electromagnetic duocasting were investigated. Only the Al-Mn alloy showed the typical cast microstructure of columnar and equiaxed crystals. The primary dendrites and eutectic structure were clearly observed in the Al-Si alloy. There existed a macro-interface of Al-Mn/Al-Si alloys in the hybrid aluminum alloys. The macro-interface was well bonded, and the growth of primary dendrites in Al-Si alloy occurred from the macro-interface. The Al-Mn/Al-Si hybrid aluminum alloys with a well-bonded macro-interface showed excellent tensile strength and 0.2% proof stress, both of which are comparable to those values for binary Al-Mn alloy, indicating that the strength is preferentially dominated by the deformation of the Al-Mn alloy side. However, the degree of elongation was between that of binary Al-Mn and Al-Si alloys. The Al-Mn/Al-Si hybrid aluminum alloys were fractured on the Al-Mn alloy side. This was considered to have resulted from the limited deformation in the Al-Mn alloy side, which led to relatively low elongation compared to the binary Al-Mn alloy.

        The effect of the alloy systems Al-Mg alloy and Al-Si alloy in this study on the characteristics of die-casting were investigated using solidification simulation software (MAGMAsoft). Generally, it is well known that the casting characteristics of Al-Mg based alloys, such as the fluidity, feedability and die soldering behaviors, are inferior to those of Al-Si based alloys. However, the simulation results of this study showed that the filling pattern behaviors of both the Al-Mg and Al-Si alloys were found to be very similar, whereas the Al-Mg alloy had higher residual stress and greater distortion as generated due to solidification with a larger amount of volumetric shrinkage compared to the Al-Si alloy. The Al-Mg alloy exhibited very high relative numbers of stress-concentrated regions, especially near the rib areas. Owing to the residual stress and distortion, defects were evident in the Al-Mg alloy in the areas predicted by the simulation. However, there were no visible defects observed in the Al-Si alloy. This suggests that an adequate die temperature and casting process optimization are necessary to control and minimize defects when die casting the Al-Mg alloy. A Tatur test was conducted to observe the shrinkage characteristics of the aluminum alloys. The result showed that hot tearing or hot cracking occurred during the solidification of the Al-Mg alloy due to the large amount of shrinkage.

        Carbon material shows relatively high strength at high temperature in vacuum atmosphere and can be easily removed as CO or gas in oxidation atmosphere. Using these characteristics, we have investigated the applicability of carbon mold for precision casting of high melting point metal such as nickel. Disc shape carbon mold with cylindrical pores was prepared and Ni-base super alloy (CM247LC) was used as casting material. The effects of electroless Nickel plating on wettability and cast parameters such as temperature and pressure on castability were investigated. Furthermore, the proper condition for removal of carbon mold by evaporation in oxidation atmosphere was also examined. The SEM observation of the interface between carbon mold and casting materials (CM247LC), which was infiltrated at temperature up to , revealed that there was no particular product at the interface. Carbon mold was effectively eliminated by exposure in oxygen rich atmosphere at for 3 hours and oxidation of casting materials was restrained during raising and lowering the temperature by using inert gas. It means that the carbon can be applicable to precision casting as mold material.
