        The purpose of this study was to analyze the loss of open space of schools in Ulaanbaatar city and found out main causes of the conversion trend of open space to suggest alternatives. 76 designated sites were selected from 118 public schools within 6 districts of Ulaanbaatar city. These 76 schools were eligible for analysis of the open space change between 2005 and 2015 with Google Earth Pro. The results showed that 175,048m2 open space was developed and two dominant types of open space conversion were found; 1) constructions of school facilities such as soccer field, extended school buildings, parking lot, sidewalk, and square, and 2) constructions of apartment buildings and service facilities such as community center, pedestrian, sports facilities, and parking lot. Apartment complex development has commonly happened in all districts and caused bigger open space loss than other types of development. Chingeltei district is located in the center of Ulaanbaatar city, and schools in this district lost the biggest open space, 50,036m2/35.24% over 10 years. The rate of open space loss seemed to be related to the distance from the urban center and open space loss was an ongoing event in Ulaanbaatar city. This trend would not be improved without a strong regulation, so, in this study, making strict regulations that prevent conversions of open space were suggested to conserve open space in Ulaanbaatar city.

        주 5일 근무제 정착과 여가활용에 대한 인식이 개선되면서 출·퇴근이나 야간시간을 활용하여 스포츠를 즐기는 레저인구가 급속도로 늘어나고 있으며, 현대인들의 일상 속에서 레저복이나 아웃도어복을 입고 비즈니스 업무를 보는 에슬레져룩 문화가 중가하고 있다. 이에 패션성을 갖춘 일상복으로서 라이딩복을 원하는 수요가 증대하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 무봉제 웰딩기법을 적용하여 안정성과 패션성을 동시에 충족시키고 활동성 및 시티웨어로서의 패션성을 고루 갖춘 도심형 라이딩웨어용 자켓을 디자인하였다. 디자인 특성은 최대한 라이딩 활동에 저해되지 않도록 몸판의 경우 등을 자주 구부리는 라이딩의 특성에 따라 상의 앞쪽 보다는 뒤쪽을 더 길게 내려오도록 제작 하고, 등판 절개 기법으로 늘어났다 줄어 들 수 있는 봉제기법을 접목하였다. 또한, 뒷판에 포켓을 부착하여 기능성을 살릴 수 있으며 패션 아이템으로도 활용 가능하도록 하였다. 심실링테이프 및 웰딩 지퍼 처리를 하여 야간 라이딩시 안전성을 강화하였다. 라이딩복으로서의 기본적인 기능성과 시티웨어로서의 패션성을 갖춘 도심형 라이더 자켓디자인 개발을 통하여 소비자들의 구매 만족도를 향상시키고 나아가 국내 시티스포츠웨어 생산 판매업체에게 실증적인 패턴 자료를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        현대사회는 디자인(Design)이라는 단어가 탄생하고 인간에게 개념이 확립되는 동안 많은 의미를 내포한다. 계속해서 발전하고 있는 사회에 있어 디자인은 인간과 함께 등장해야 하는 중요한 요소 중 하나인 것이다. 변화에 앞서 디자인 교육은 적극적으로 새로움을 받아들이고 재생산하는 학문이라고 할 수 있는 것이다. 현대 디자인 교육에 바우하우스의 디자인 교육의 방법론을 모태로 디자인 각 분야에 적용되고 있다. 인간의 질 높은 삶을 변화하는 무한한 힘을 지닌 디자인은 새로운 문명과 기술에 힘입어 많은 분야에 세분화 되겠지만, 독창적이고 창조적 역할을 하는 디자인 교육은 바우하우스의 교육을 앞으로도 따를 것이다. 본 연구는 바우하우스의 색채가 이론을 통해 현재 도시가 가지는 문제점을 파악하고 전문적으로 브랜드화 하여 강력한 도시를 개발하는데 목적이 있으며, IRI 형용사스케일에 각 도시별 이미지를 대입하여 얻은 연구의 결과는 도시만의 고유 문화, 경제, 사회에 관한 전반적인 홍보와 도시의 현재 상황을 분석하기 위하여 전문가 프로젝트 팀을 구성하여 각 요소별로 확인해야하며, 상위의 도시가 보여주는 결과를 통해 국내 각 도시가 가지는 환경색채와 어떠한 차이점이 있는지를 비교분석하여 도시이미지를 계획하여야 한다. 이러한 대안을 통해 무분별한 경제와 건축분야의 비대칭 발전에만 높이는게 아니라 올바른 환경색채의 활용과 지속가능한 도시개발, 고유의 정체성 있는 미래지향적인 도시를 만들어 나가야 할 것이다. 도시민의 생활 속에서 행복과 자부심은 어떠한 요소를 필요하지 않는 가장 살기 좋은 도시입니다. 하지만 이러한 도시를 계획하기 위해서는 도시민이 거주하는 환경의 수준이 높아야하며 그 환경은 자연과 색채가 함께 어우러지는 것이다. 도시의 경제적 성장만이 상위에 있는 도시가 아니라 인간과 자연친화적인 도시로 성장하기를 기대한다.

        This research was intended to provide a method to improve competitiveness, based on the integration of basic municipalities by assessing changes in their population and local industry Municipalities were integrated based on the addressing system 市(Shi), 町(Chome), 村(Village) of Japan. As a result, an actual increase of the population could not be seen in the new municipalities formed by the integration of the basic municipalities. It is also found that the shipping volumes, number of companies, and the number of people employed by local industry, attracted by such municipalities, has steadily decreased. However, even though the proportion of industrysharing in the local municipalities is not significant, it was found that the number of tourists has increased. Therefore, it is concluded that the strengthening of the connectivity between local industry and the tourism industry can be one of the principal methods to strengthen the competitiveness of these municipalities. In addition, it has been found that scientific research from a variety of perspectives and verification of data related to the effectiveness of integration of local municipalities is necessary.

        This study aims to establish baseline data for sustainable monitoring by applying the green city index (GCI), which is set up to evaluate the city level, to the city of Gangneung-si, which was designated as a pilot city for the Low-carbon Green Growth City project by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transportation. The GCI was applied in the framework of European systems, while considering the social and economic status of Korea. Indicators from 7 areas—CO2, energy, building, transportation, water, waste, and quality of atmosphere were analyzed, except for qualitative indicators. Results indicate that total CO2 emissions were 30.8 tons per capita, or 2.2 tons per one million units of real GDP. The total final energy consumption was 0.231 TOE/capita, or 0.317 TOE per one million units of real GDP. The percentage of total energy derived from renewable resources was 0.41% and energy consumption by the building was 433.5 Mwh/1,000 ㎡. The total percentage of the working population travelling to work daily by public transportation (limited to bus) was 19%. Further, the total annual water consumption was 99 ㎥/capita, and the water lost in the water distribution system was 0.057 ㎥/capita/day. The total annual waste collected was 0.0077 ton per capita, The annual mean emission were 0.014 ppm/day for NO2, 0.005 ppm/day for SO2, and 0.019 ppm/day for O3. The annual mean for PM10 emissions was 39 ㎍/㎥/day.

        In order to vitalize the local area of Tendou City in Japan, this study chose a local indigenous industry and sought ways to connect the tourism industry with it. An inventory of local indigenous industry was assembled using relevant literature, field surveys, and interviews with local people. The Japanese chess industry was selected for a case study in connecting tourism with industry. Local indigenous industry was defined as an industry related to the local culture that uses local resources (and thus introduces possible industrialization). This industry can be easily marketed is to the rest of Japan or abroad. People in charge of local indigenous industry should understand the meaning and effects of connecting to the tourism industry, while people in tourism should acknowledge that local industry is good marketing material. Three steps are suggested: 1) to display the industrialy process of Japanese chess production: to tourism in safe and comfortable surroundings; 2) to offer amenities and producetion facility tuors; and 3) to offer tourists an opportunity to experience Japanese chess productions first hands.

        This study was conducted to provide the basic information for effective conservation and management of coastal forest by analysis the vascular plant in Daewangam park. The vascular plant in Daewangam park was 204 taxa, 73 families, 156 genera, 183 species, 2 subspecies, 4 forma, and 15 varieta. Among them, seashore plants accounted for 6.4% of total plants and they were 13 taxa such as Andropogon ischaemum and Tetragonia tetragonoides, and the Pteridophyte index (Pte-Q) was 0.49. The plants of Compositae, Rosaceae, Graminea, Leguminosae, and Liliaceae showed high distribution. Korean endemic species were 3 taxa such Campanula takesimana, Aster koraiensis and Forsythia koreana. Three rare species of Campanula takesimana, Magnolia kobus and Glehnia littoralis listed as rare plants by the Korea National Arboretum were found in Daewangam park. Naturalized plants were identified 18 taxa including Cerastium glomeratum, Bidens frondosa, and so on, and Naturalization index was 8.8%. The specific species of I~V grades by phytogeography were 28 taxa including Campanula takesimana, Magnolia kobus, Rubus ribisoideus, and so on.

        This study surveyed the human thermal responses according to the green space types. Three green space type (forest trail, residential area and central building district) were set the research sites in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. The physical thermal environment factors were measured while the human thermal responses were investigated. The air temperature and radiant temperature showed higher in central building area where sky view factor was 0.799 than in forest trail where sky view factor was 0.651. The skin temperatures increased according to green space type and rectal temperatures showed the highest value in central building area. The thermal sensation vote and thermal comfort showed the differences only between forest trail and central building area. These results will use as base line data on the green space type management plan for thermal environment amenity.

        In recent years, waste-to-energy conversion using municipal solid waste (MSW) has been gaining attention in municipalities. Such conversion can reduce the dependency of non-renewable energy such as fossil fuels by generating solid refuse fuel (SRF) and diverting landfilling of the waste, although there is debate over the efficiency and economic aspect of the practice. With a growing interest in the conversion, D city is trying to adopt all possible measures towards achieving a material-cycle society by constructing a waste-to-energy town by 2018. The waste-to-energy town will be comprised of energy recovery facilities such as a mechanical treatment facility for fluff-type SRF with a power generation plant, and anaerobic digestion of food waste for biogas recovery. In this paper, we focus on estimating the energy recovery potentials and greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction of MSW by waste-to-energy conversion under three different scenarios. The data required for this study were obtained from available national statistics and reports, a literature review, and interviews with local authorities and industry experts. The lower heating value was calculated using the modified Dulong equation. Based on the results of this study, the energy recovery potential of MSW was calculated to be approximately 14,201-51,122 TOE/y, 12,426-44,732 TOE/y, and 8,520-30,673 TOE/y for Scenarios 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The reduction of GHG by such conversion was estimated to range from 10,074-36,938 tonCO2eq/y, depending on scenario. This study would help determine the production rate of fluff-type SRF to be converted into a form of energy. In addition, this study would aid waste management decision-makers to clarify the effectiveness of recycling of MSW and their corresponding energy recovery potentials, as well as to understand GHG reduction by the conversion.

        Water management information system used by KRC(Korea Rural Community Corporation) operates widely including RIMS, RAWRIS and etc. Other systems are operated by each government department, for example, K-water(Korea Water Resources Corporation)’s WAMIS. Even though small scale reservoirs managed by city/country is just about 12% of total water resource, the reservoirs are important for controlling and securing water resource as the reservoirs, including about 14,700 reservoirs nationwide, are located at main subwater shed. So, it is necessary for KRC to execute integrated informatization. In this research, system analysis was performed to comprise the integrated water management information system including the reservoirs controlled by city and country at first. And then, improvement plan for informatization of the reservoirs controlled by city and country was proposed. This study proposed the improvement plan for informatization of the reservoirs managed by the city and country, which was systematically proposed through systemic analysis including from reservoir site to the integrated water management information system. The objects includes 1. Reservoir (basin, facilities, water depth-area curve, benefiter area), 2. Field supervision organization for the reservoir 3. Local government administrative organization, 4. Center organization 5. Network for information transfer, 6. integrated water management information system. As the reservoirs controlled by city and country are important considering managing water and facilities, operated by local government with minimum budget due to budget problem, securing sufficient budget is necessary to form an specialized organization controlling facilities and the water management system in terms of drought and flood control.

        Purpose – This paper aims to analyze and investigate to find out the appropriate ways to make an easy TBT of smart city. It is an important issue between Korea and China because TBT of smart city has lots of advantages in IT, S/W, IOT, and Home network. Research design, data and methodology – First, the paper made use of reviewing2nd data analysis and focused on group interview, and then compared with analysis on the international rule and system such as smart city system, technical regulation, and standard through test certification procedure and inspection. Second, this paper reviewed electric/electronic test, certification, and calibration. Third, through analyzing MRA between Korea and china, the paper focused on SDoC, Mutual Acceptance of International certification, and IECCB scheme. Results – Through the comparison and analysis, this paper found that it is important to promote multi-track agreements with the countries that need short-term promotion. Moreover, it is necessary to conclude an agreement with the leading countries in Middle East and Central America. Conclusions – Through the above the reviews and analysis, we can see the importance of promotion in FTA and MRA with the efforts to remove the obstacles and promote to make an easy TBT by MRA between Korea and China.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the roadside agricultural product shops located in Miryang city, and to find out the current situation on how people rate the importance and satisfaction levels of various aspects through surveys on sellers and consumers. With this information, the main problems and possible solutions are analyzed with the Important Performance Analysis(IPA) method. First, building parking spaces for customers should be prioritized to improve safety. Because many roadside shops for agricultural products are located alongside two-lane roads, sufficient parking spaces are needed for the consumers' safety. Second, to enhance the rural landscape, consumers express that improving store quality and integrating more with the environment are important. Store owners should take more care in maintaining store quality so that customers do not experience inconvenience while shopping. Futhermore, institutional guidelines and standards must be implemented to allow for a more harmonious relationship between these shops and the environment. Third, both sellers and consumers think that taste, price, and freshness are important aspects of roadside agricultural product shops. However, while sellers and consumers both agree that the price is the most important factor, there is a discrepancy between these two groups regarding the satisfactory price level. The sellers do not agree that their products are being sold at the fair price. This can be interpreted as sellers believe that the prices are set too low. Because pricing is important aspect and also a very delicate issue, mid to long term consideration and study will be needed to improve roadside shops for agricultural products in the future.

        This study was conducted to provide the basic information for making the plans on reasonable conservation of inland wetlands by analysis the vascular plant and life form at Dongpan and Sannam wetland in Junam reservoir, Changwon City. The vascular plants at Dongpan and Sannam wetland were 162 taxa, 58 families, 130 genera, 148 species, 2 subspecies, 1 forma, 11 varieties, and 117 taxa, 45 families, 97 genera, 107 species, 1 forma, and 9 varieties, respectively. The Pte-Q (Pteridophyta Index) was 0.31 at Dongpan and 0.43 at Sannam. The endangered plants by designated Korea Forest Service were 3 taxa including Euryale ferox, Aristolochia contorta and Hydrocharis dubia. The specific plants by floristic region were 11 taxa at Dongpan wetland, and 8 taxa at Sannam wetland. The naturalized plants were 28 taxa including Rumex crispus, Phytolacca americana at Dongpan wetland, and 12 taxa including Lepidium apetalum, Erigeron annuus at Sannam wetland. Therophyte by life form had the highest ratio at two wetlands. Hydrophyte at Dongpan and Sannam wetland were 22 and 21 taxa, respectively.

        The aim of this study is to suggest the social vulnerability index for reflecting social properties of a region, such as population and economy, in vulnerability assessment. For such a research objective, this study composed the assessment index with 'social vulnerability' and 'physical vulnerability'. Also, this study composed the social vulnerability with 'population vulnerability index', 'economic vulnerability index' and 'information vulnerability index' while composing the physical vulnerability with 'flood-risk index', and then selected proxy variables. In addition, this study determined the weight using an entropy weight measurement as an objective weight measurement. The vulnerability assessment result is as follows: First, the vulnerable areas were concentrated around the inner harbours and some rivers of Incheon. Second, the areas vulnerable to the flood caused by climate change were found to be highly vulnerable socially as well as physically. Third, results of assessment were different according to the social properties of an areas despite the identical level of flood risk. The resultant implications are following. First, there is the necessity of having to put emphasis on social vulnerability of an area from the perspective of adaptation to climate change. Second, there is the necessity of having to arrange effective social and physical adaptation strategy based on the results of vulnerability assessment.

        This study is to analyze the preference of experiential activities and behavioral intention on rural tourism, with special focus on parents group of elementary students. The result can be utilized as basic data for demanding aspect of rural experiencing tourism. Two-step questionnaire survey was conducted, during May to July, 2915. Sample group was selected at 4 elementary school in Daegu city. 347 valid responses were analyzed with SPSS. Major results are as follows. Firstly, suggested model for 23 experiential activities in 7 types, were verified as valid by verifying factor analysis. Factor 1 was verified and named as ‘Rual Life Experience’, Factor 2 was verified and named as ‘Health/Healing Experience’, Factor 3, as ‘Agricultural Product Experience’, Factor 4, as ‘Eco-Cultural Experience’, Factor 5, as ‘Leisure/Sports Experience’, Factor 6, as ‘Traditional Wellbeing Food Experience’, and Factor 7, as ‘Traditional Culture Experience’. All 7 factors explained 75.39% of total variance. Secondly, mean score of preference by each activity showed high in ‘Health-care experience’, ‘Traditional food experience’ and comparatively low in ’Collecting experience’, ‘Agricultural experience’. Thirdly, all 7 types(factors) of experience showed significant affecting relation to satisfaction, intention to participation and recommendation. Specially, ‘Eco-Cultural Experience’ and ‘Rural Life Experience’ showed high affecting relation. This could be the characteristics of parents group of elementary students.

        공공 서비스의 공공 앱을 통해 넓게 분산된 시민들에게 다양하고 풍부한 공공 서비스를 고르게 제공할 수 있고, 시민들은 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 공공 서비스를 이용할 수 있다는 점에서, 공공 앱을 주요한 공공 서비스 전달 수단으로 인식 하고, 공공 앱의 내용과 기능을 파악함으로써 모바일 정부에 대한 이해를 높이고 정책적 시사점을 제공한다. 현재 모바일에서 사용되고 있는 앱 45개를 토대로 서울시 공공 서비스 사례 분석을 통해 공공 서비스용 모바일 증강 현실 앱의 서비스 유형에는 4가지로 나눌 수 있으며, 정보, 커뮤니케이션, 엔터테인먼트, 안전으로 나눌 수 있었다. 안전한 스마 트 공공 서비스 환경 및 개인 정보 보호 등이 강화돼야 할 것이다. 이러한 공공서비스의 문제점을 제시하고 모바일 공공 서비스에 대한 인식과 만족도에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.

        Impervious areas have been expanded by urbanization and the natural structure of water circulation has been destroyed. The limits of centralized management for controlling storm water runoff in urban areas have been suggested. Low impact development (LID) technologies have been promoted as a crucial alternative, establishing a connection with city development plans to build green infrastructures in environmentally friendly cities. Thus, the improvement of water circulation and the control of nonpoint source were simulated through XP-SWMM (storm water and wastewater management model for experts) in this study. The application of multiple LID combination practices with permeable pavements, bioretention cells, and gutter filters were observed as reducing the highest runoff volume by up to 70%. The results from four different LID installation scenarios indicated that permeable paving is the most effective method for reducing storm water runoff. The rate of storm water runoff volume reduced as the rainfall duration extended. Based on the simulation results, each LID facility was designed and constructed in the target area. The LID practices in an urban area enable future studies of the analysis of the criteria, suitable capacity, and cost-efficiency, and proper management methods of various LID techniques.

        본 연구는 G광역시 N유치원을 대상으로 창문을 닫고 열은 상태에서 라돈 가스를 측정하였다. 측정 결과 라돈가스를 측정한 N유치원의 실내 평균 라돈농도는 창문을 닫았을 때 2.9pCi, 창문을 열었을 때 0.8pCi로 미국 일반인 공기 중 라돈가스 최대허용농도 기준치인 4pCi 이하의 값으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 N유치원에서 라돈 가스에 대한 피폭은 문제가 되지 않으나 라돈 가스가 폐에 축척이 되면 폐암과 같은 피해를 입을 수 있다. 따라서 방어적 측면에서 유치원 내의 창문을 자주 열어 환기를 하는 것이 매우 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

        The purpose of study was to find critical problems which needed urgent solution and give policy priorities on the damaged forest lands close to cities through analysis of public perception. A survey was conducted of forest land users at the entrance of Mt. Bibongsan. And the survey consist of the questions of socioeconomic background on its nominal scale and the questions of cultural value, problem, solutions, maintenance methods and main body to drive related policies for the highly damaged Mt. Bibongsan on 5-point Likert scale.The 86.7 percent of respondents were in the over forties’ age and 65.3 percent visited the forest land more than two times a month. The early five categories’ averaged values were ranging from 3.54 to 3.89. Among the categories, ‘Solutions of the damaged forest land,’ ‘Mt. Bibongsan Restoration method’ and ‘Main body to drive policies’ showed statistical significance in their internal variables from Kruskal-Wallis test. But they did not show exact the ranking between variables and ranking. So thirty variables were reclassified to five categories (F1 ~ F5) by factor analysis. And with using this categories as dependent variables, five regression models were established respectively. The result showed that ‘Problem of Mt. Bibongsan (F1a)’ could be severer by illegal facilities and soil erosion from farming and ‘Solutions of Mt. Bibongsan (F1b)’ took the restoration of forest and destruction of aged houses on hillside as priories. For ‘Historical resources restoration (F2)’, it required to find folk tales and commune with citizen more from restoration of historical resources. To enhance ‘Mt. Bibongsan’s cultural value (F3)’, it was very important to consider citizen’s emotion linked to Mt. Bibongsan. As a ‘Main body to drive policies (F4)’, citizen’s active participation is more effective to policy enforcement. ‘Maintenance policy projects (F5)’ took restoration forest from farmland and forestscape improvement on city-viewed part as urgent projects.

        This paper is to study the tendency of the development of the urban comprehensive park in the modern history of China, and take the urban comprehensive park of Wuhan as an example to study the local research through the literature.. In 1928, Wuhan Urban Comprehensive Park starting stage characteristics to the ideological education of the government as the center, in 1977 the policy of reform and opening to the outside world to entertainment center, ecology design point of view, the introduction of open space and urban plaza, to human centered design, application of science and technology. 2015 in Wuhan Urban Garden Expo theme can be seen in green life as the goal, through the design of urban comprehensive park ecology and human centered design, the application of science and technology development.
