본 연구의 목적은 정보통신윤리의 영어 몰입수업에 대한 효과, 학습자의 반응 분석, 영어 몰입수엽의 문제점을 찾아 그 대응책을 모색하는 것이다. 연구는질적인 연구의 한 방법인 사례연구법에 의해 실시되었다. 데이터 수집은 연구자의 자기 평가와 학생들의 수엽 만족도 조사표의 응답 결과 그리고 태국 AIV 활동에서 함께 활동하였던 2 명의 교사들 평가를 반영하였다. 수업만족도 조사표로IACE 에서 개발하였으며, 선다형 10문항, 개방형 1 문항으로 작성되었다초등학교 5-6 학년 학생 20 명을 대상으로 시범수업으로 정보통신윤리의 영어몰입수엽 후 학생들의 수엽만족도 조사표에서 영어 몰입수엽은 효과가 있으며 학생들의 반응도 매우 긍정적이었다. 드러난 문제점으로 교사의 학생들 수준에 맞는 의사소통 능력의 부족, 고차원적인 사고 유도의 부족, 수업 중 학생들이 협력할 기회의 제공이 부족, 학생들의 의견 청취와 학생 중심의 수업 부족 등이었다.연구의 결론은 첫째, 정보통신윤리의 영어 몰입수업은 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 학생들의 반응은 매우 긍정적으로 나타났다. 셋째 정보통신윤리의 영어몰입수업에서교사의 철저한 수업계획과 자기 점검이 필요하다는 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to measure employee ‘awareness’ and ‘practice’ of business ethics in the foodservice industry, and to determine possible correlations between these two variables. Self administrated questionnaires were completed by 1003 employees and data were analysed to ascertain frequency, factor, reliability, correlation and canonical correlation. Two factors were obtained from factor analysis of business ethics(BE) awareness; “Organizational awareness”, and “Individual awareness”. Similarly, two factors were also obtained for business ethics practice; “Systematic practice”, and “Compensatory practice”. Canonical correlation analysis produced two significant functions. For canonical function 1, it was found that organizational awareness of BE was positively correlated with systematic practice. For canonical function 2, it was found that individual awareness of BE was negatively correlated with the compensatory practices of BE. The findings of this study demonstrate that higher organizational awareness of business ethics in the foodservice industry led to higher systematic practices of BE, while higher individual awareness of BE led to lower compensatory practices of BE. In conclusion, higher organizational awareness of BE places a higher priority on building an external system from an institutional perspective, while higher employees awareness of BE leads to higher expectation from the company, resulting in relatively low compensatory practices.
본 연구의 목적은 APECIMSN의 인터넷의 긍정적 활용을 고찰하고 윤리적 문제점을 탐색하여 그것의 해결 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 먼저 인터넷 긍정적 활용의 사례를 분석하여 그 의미를 찾는다. 인터넷의 비윤리적 활용 사례를 찾아 예방할 수 있는 대책으로써 정보통신윤리교육의 펼요성과 방안을 제안한다.인터넷자료로써 APECIMSN 의 홈페이지 및 영문홈페이지와 IACE 홈페이지를 활용하였다. 인터넷활용 실태를 파악하였으며 긍정적 영향은 미래학교 모형의 탐색 정보화 기술 능력의 향상과 자기주도적 학습능력의 배양 국제적 의사소통 능력의 향상 사회적 기술의 탐색 국제적 감각의 획득과 민간외교역할, 영어 실력의 향상으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 정보 활용의 의미는 인터넷의 긍정적 활용의 모범이 되며교육을 통한 국제간 원격학습의 가능성 획득, 민간 외교의 실현, 영어 몰입수업이라는 의미가 있다. 문제점은 저작권 위반 이 나타났다. 대응책으로는 정보통신윤리교육를 국제교육협력의 프로젝트로써 진행하되, 교육청에서 지원하는 교육연구회나 교사 동아리 등을 활용하는 방안이 있다. 전문계 고등학교의 경우전문교과 연구회 운영을 국제교육협력활동과 연계하는 방안을 제안한다.
Building on the readings of Yeats’s esoteric poems, essays, and A Vision, I poses to rethink the ethical dimensions of his occultism, more specifically his reflection on an encounter with the transcendental beings. The need for rearticulation of the role of the ethical, that is the relation to the other gains urgency because the transcendental beings are by nature obscure, indistinct, and indefinite. They resist too much clarification and determination that may reduce their complicated and irreducible beings to distinct concepts. The difficulty, therefore, lies in the question of how Yeats could present the beings in a manner as precise, proper, and rigorous as possible and at the same time he could respect and honor the mode in which the beings conceals themselves in the mystery, by letting them be the mystery that they are. A Vision was the culmination of Yeats’s lifelong wish to relate the divinity of the supernational beings to the human soul. In order not to present God as a personal deity, Yeats says only about the nearest equivalent his system offers to God, the gnomically-named Thirteenth Cone. The Cone is actually a sphere because sufficient to itself, but as seen by man it is a cone. It is more a symbol of the human relationship to the ultimate being than a symbol of that ultimate itself. Otherwise unknowable, the supernatural beings could be evoked by symbols. The symbol's job for Yeats therefore is not, first and foremost, cognition, in the sense of understanding, calculation, and definition, but instead bringing what is other for language and thought into the openness of its alterity and maintaining this alterity against the power of cognitive assimilation. Yeats lets the symbols work up the mind to evoke the world of the supernatural beings, which will remain unknown to those who relay on the evidence of their senses. “The Cold Heaven” gives a good illustration of the human relation to the supernational beings, for it combines Yeats's own personal history with his supernatural vision. Staring at a winter sky, he desperately looks back at where his life has gone, gathering together in a passionate fusion the lacerating memory of his failure with Gonne and his themes of death, ghosts and dreams. Supernatural Songs shows how Ribh's ecstasy in an encounter with the supernatural being not only arises from the contemplation of things vaster than the individual and imperfectly seen but also escapes from the barrenness and shallowness of a too conscious arrangement. "The Spirit Medium" well exemplifies the phenomenon of permeable structure inhabiting different regions of reality simultaneously so that the world of the supernatural being and that of the individual, inside and outside, one side and the other, subject and the other, appear as correlated and overlapped as equal parts of the inhuman symbolic spirit medium.
Corporation had been made by important action rule of business ethics that observes legal standard that is prescribed in each class of administration activity. But it does not keep ethicality of corporation action that conforms law. Law can not include all parts of business ethics because it is forcing essential class for public order preservation and public welfare in right. Moreover, partial corporations are doing to justify unethical action of other evasion of taxes, consultation, manufacturing etc. with legal basis meaning abusing legal standard. For these reason, Insistence that is in point of legal standard and ethical standard is not different each other that is in equal viewpoint is brought.
The objective of this study was to analyze the actual situation of ethics management in foodservice industry and its employees’ recognition on corporate ethics management. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 342 employees, and the data were analyzed by frequency, chi-square, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the employees consider the corporate ethics management to be very important and it has been much more improved in foodservice industry. However, they are still skeptical about the continuous and consistent practice of ethics management. In addition, the survey revealed that the ethics management was regarded to be critically important to improve the value and the culture of the corporation. It also showed that the recognition of the improvement of ethics management in foodservice industry has been affected by the work environment of the whole society too. The result concluded that the taking the initiative by CEO is the most important factor for introducing the ethics management, while the propagation of ethics management requires the volition of the employees inside the corporation.
This article combines Chinese tea culture with badminton, based on the inherent meaning of tea culture, with the ethical issues that exist in badminton. The article explains tea and the long history of tea culture. The intrinsic meaning of tea culture is analyzed more thoroughly and is combined with the current ethical problems that exist in badminton in a corresponding way. The role and significance of the existence of tea culture is indicated to badminton and even other sports.
Based on improving the ethics of badminton among the public, this article summarizes the problems and corrections that need to be made when practicing badminton among the public badminton students. The ethical issues are integrated into badminton, popularized and learned to comply. The article identifies the problems from the current situation of some badminton players in Qingdao, analyzes these ethical problems from an ethical point of view, and solves the ethical problems by applying ethics to the learning life of these players according to the current situation. At the same time, the coach’s own example should also pay attention to assist other social institutions and groups to reach an atmosphere of universal compliance with learning ethics, in order to make the specific students in the process of learning badminton, there will be no ethical problems. Only then can the public badminton, the public sport to better development, national fitness can also be more orderly, more healthy development.
이 연구의 목적은 기독교 채식주의 전통에 대한 역사적 연구에 기초하여 기독교 채식주의의 본질을 이해하고, 그 전통에 내포된 사회윤리적 담론을 고찰하는 것이다. 기독교의 식생활 관행에서 육식 금지의 전통은 수도사들의 금욕주의적인 삶에서 구체화되기 시작했다. 이런 관행은 수도원의 주요 규례가 되었고, 사순절, 사계제일 등과 같은 전례에 의해 강조되면서 기독교 신앙 전통으로 유지되었다. 그러나 분파주의자들의 엄격한 육식 금지의 관행, 수도원 금욕주의의 완화, 종교개혁자들의 수도원 관행 비판 등의 요소들로 인해 기독교 신앙 전통에서 육식 금지의 식사 관행은 계승되지 못했다. 그럼에도 불구하고 육식 금지를 근간으로 하는 기독교의 채식주의 전통은 동물 복지와 사회 질서유지의 차원에서 사회윤리적 담론을 포함하고 있으며, 현대 사회에 서 이러한 기독교 식생활 관행을 성찰하는 것은 의미가 있다. 특별히 채식이 기후변화의 위기를 해결할 수 있는 대안적인 식단으로 강조되고 있는 21세기에, 기독교는 채식주의 전통에 내포된 생태윤리적인 담론을 성찰하여, 그 실천 적 지혜를 계승할 필요가 있음을 제안한다.
본 연구는 도덕과교육이 다른 도덕교육의 접근들과 구별되는 특징을 가지고 있음을 밝히고, 윤리학이 도덕과교육에서 어떤 역할과 기여를 할 수 있는지를 고찰한다. 발달의 최고 수준에 도달하는 사람들이 극히 적다는 발달이론의 모순성은 발달의 불연속성을 설명하도록 촉구하였고, 여러 실증 연구에서 교육이 높은 수준의 도덕 발달을 이끄는 변인으로 확인되었다. 포괄적인 사회적 경험 자체는 때때로 도덕성 발달에 방해가 될 수 있다. 그러므로 높은 수준의 도덕 발달을 이끄는 교육의 구체적 영향은 도덕적 문제를 적합하게 이해하고 설명, 판단 내리는 ‘도덕적 추론 능력’을 함양하는 데 있다. 또한, 도덕 발달은 도덕 판단의 자연적 정당화에서 원리적 정당화로의 윤리적 담론 수준의 이동을 의미하므로 학생들은 먼저, 질 높은 ‘도덕적 사고의 내용과 형식’을 배워야 한다. 따라서, 도덕과교육에서 윤리학은 도덕을 공부하는 방법적 측면에서 도덕적 추론 능력을 기르는 데 도움을 주고, 도덕 공부의 내용을 구성하며 도덕 판단 및 의사결정의 원리적 정당화의 틀을 제공해 주는 역할을 한다. 인지 혹은 사회인지에 기반한 도덕과교육은 다른 도덕교육과는 구별되는 특장점을 지니고 있으므로 도덕과교육의 실효성은 이러한 차이를 고려해서 평가될 필요가 있다.
본 연구의 목적은 정보윤리교육과 관련한 다양한 교육 내용을 인성교육의 관점에서 범주화 하고, 그와 관련한 교육과정 성취기준을 탐색하여 정보윤리교육의 강화에 기여하는 것이다. 4차 산업 혁명(the 4th Industrial Revolution)으로 정보화 사회가 가속화 되고, 현실 세계와 사이버 세계를 구분하는 것이 무의미할 만큼 사이버 세계의 범주가 확산되는 만큼 정보윤리와 관련한 교육은 강화되어야 한다. 그러나 현행 교육과정에서의 정보 교육은 정보화 기능 향상을 위한 교육이 주를 이루는 것이 현실이며, 정보 윤리와 관련한 교육 내용은 초등학교 실과 또는 중학교 정보 교과 중심으로 진행되고 있기에 정보 생활과 직접적으로 관련 있는 주제들만 주로 다뤄지고 있다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 인성 교육으로서 정보윤리교육을 탐색하여 사이버 세계에서의 인간 관계와 그로부터 비롯된 광범위한 윤리 문제들을 포괄할 수 있는 주제 범주화를 제안한다. 이를 위해 2015 개정 도덕과 교육과정의 영역 제시법으로 활용된 ‘가치관계확대법’을 참고하여, 자신과의 관계 영역으로서 ‘미디어 이용 습관’, ‘개인 정보 보호’, 타인과의 관계 영역으로서 ‘관계와 소통’, ‘저작권 보호’, 사회·공동체 관계로서 ‘바람직한 디지털 문화 형성’을 핵심 주제로 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 현행 교육과정에서 정보윤리교육을 위한 수업 시수가 현저히 부족한 물리적 환경을 고려하여, 각 핵심 주제와 관련있는 교과 교육과정 성취기준을 제시하여 실제적인 정보윤리교육의 실현을 도모하고자 한다.
This study examines the accounting students’ level of moral development at the university. In this study, we focused on the effects of ethics subject and gender on moral development. Therefore, we compare the moral development of male and female students. We evaluated 216 students in Cognitive Moral Development (CMD) from 17 universities in Indonesia. We measured CMD with the Defining Issues Test (DIT) model developed by Rest in 1986. The findings show that there is no difference in DIT scores between students who have taken the ethics subject and who have not taken. We also confirm female students have a higher DIT score than male students. Our study results show that gender plays an important role in the ethics issue. Our study strengthens the previous research about the effect of ethics study and ethics courses on CMD. This study has an implication for ethics education in university wherein the curriculum or the system should be prepared carefully. Although the results of this study did not show that ethics subject has a strong impact on students’ CMD, we still believe that the ethics course plays a significant role in the accountants’ morals. For that reason, we argue that morals need time to be developed, and cannot be taught in a short-term course. Future research is needed to explore more about this issue.
As an important carrier of cultural output, film and television can clearly show a country's ideology and regional characteristics. Over the years, south Korean films have been playing an increasingly important role in the world film and television due to their unique cultural background and ideological connotation.Inspired by culture and relying on film as a form of cultural communication, it has exerted a significant influence in the world. Based on the Confucian culture in the application of the south Korean film and television, the research systematically analyzes the theme and core values of Korean film works, and interprets the successful experience of Korean film works under the influence of Confucian culture. The author summarizes the problems in the expression of the core values of society in Chinese films and comes up with straegies to promote the development and dissemination of the film and television industry and the core values of society.
Personality factors and ethical values are considered as vital element in social and professional life. This present research aims to explore the relationship between Personality and Job Satisfaction. Further, we tried to test the moderating effect of Islamic work ethics (IWE) in the relationship of Personality traits with Job satisfaction. Convenience sampling was used in defining sample as in Pakistan there is no data base which provides information regarding number of employees. Due to moderating variable the data has been collected from respondents who identify themselves as Muslim. To collect data from respondents Self-administered, close-ended questionnaires and e-questionnaire were used in this study and respondents were targeted in the normal working environment. Correlation and regression analysis was used to analyze the data statistically. The results of study indicated that neuroticism exhibits significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Also, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness showed positive effect on job satisfaction. Whereas, extraversion exhibits no effect on job satisfaction and IWE has a negative effect on job satisfaction. However, the output indicates that IWE do not act as moderator in the relation of agreeableness and conscientiousness with job satisfaction moderation effect of IWE is observed between the relationship of neuroticism, extraversion and openness to experience with job satisfaction.
