        A seismic isolation system is one of the most effective control devices used for mitigating the structural responses due to earthquake loads. This system is generally used as a type of base isolation system for low- and mid-rise building structures. If the base isolation technique is applied to high-rise buildings, a lot of problems may be induced such as the movement of isolation bearings during severe wind loads, the stability problem of bearings under large compression forces. Therefore, a mid-story isolation system was proposed for seismic protection of high-rise buildings. Residence-commerce complex buildings in Korea have vertical irregularity because shear wall type and frame type structures are vertically connected. This problem can be also solved by the mid-story isolation system. An effective analytical method using super elements and substructures was proposed in this study. This method was used to investigate control performance of mid-story isolation system for residence-commerce complex buildings subjected to seismic loads. Based on numerical analyses, it was shown that the mid-story isolation system can effectively reduce seismic responses of residence-commerce complex tall buildings.

        The first aim of the study is to improve the productivity by uniformizing the thickness of coating and reducing quality-inspection time. The second aim is to cut down on the raw materials for coating by prevent the waste of spraying in the air during a painting process through a real-time coating-sizerecognition monitering to fit the target components. To achieve the two aims, a simplified version of automatic coating control system for recognition of coating for vessels and Spray. With the sytem, following effects are expected: First, quality improvement will be achieved by uniformizing the film-thickness. Second, it will reduce the waste of coating paint by constructing the speed of the coating, the spray gun robot transfer time, and the number of DBs according to the size of the vessel. Third, as a 3D industry, it will be able to solve the difficulty of supply of labors and save up the labor costs. Therefore, in the future, further research will be needed to be applied to various products with DB design that designates the variable value, which is added for each type of pieces by comparing the difference between various types of workpieces and linear ones.

        We developed a wet scrubber by applying cyclone flow to the gas flow and using a spiral filter structure. While the size of a new scrubber was about half that of a conventional scrubber, the device showed relatively high efficiency in pollutants removal such as particulate matter and compounds inducing odor. The new scrubber installed in a plating industry showed a higher removal efficiency of about 5% for dust, about 23% for hydrogen chloride, and about 23% for sulfur dioxide compared to the conventional scrubber. Plurality of tubes in the spiral filer housing are arranged to be vertically shifted from each other. Because the upward residual gas does not directly rise vertically, the residence time of gas between the filter plates is extended. Thus, the purification efficiency of the pollutants was enhanced in the new scrubber. In addition, the new scrubber developed in this study is more cost effective because the cost saving in manufacturing it compared with a conventional scrubber increases with increasing the size of equipment. It is expected that a scrubber with better dust collecting efficiency can be obtained by carrying out a study in connection with facilities capable of controlling acidity of washing water.

        In this study, the seismic response is investigated by using a relatively low-rise building under torsion-prone conditions and three seismic loads with change of the location of the seismic isolation system. LRB (Lead Rubber Bearing) was used for the seismic isolator applied to the analytical model. Fixed model without seismic isolation system was set as a basic model and LB models using seismic isolation system were compared. The maximum story drift ratio and the maximum torsional angle were evaluated by using the position of the seismic layer as a variable. It was confirmed that the isolation device is effective for torsional control of planar irregular structures. Also, it was shown that the applicability of the midstory seismic isolation system. Numerical analyses results presented that an isolator installed in the lower layer provided good control performance for the maximum story drift ratio and the maximum torsional angle simultaneously.

        A smart connective control system was invented recently for coupling control of adjacent buildings. Previous studies on this topic focused on development of control algorithm for the smart connective control system and design method of control device. Usually, a smart control devices are applied to building structures after structural design. However, because structural characteristics of building structure with control devices changes, a iterative design is required for optimal design. To defeat this problem, an integrated optimal design method for a smart connective control system and connected buildings was proposed. For this purpose, an artificial seismic load was generated for control performance evaluation of the smart coupling control system. 20-story and 12-story adjacent buildings were used as example structures and an MR (magnetorheological) damper was used as a smart control device to connect adjacent two buildings. NSGA-II was used for multi-objective integrated optimization of structure-smart control device. Numerical simulation results show the integrated optimal design method proposed in this study can provide various optimal designs for smart connective control system and connected buildings presenting good control performance.

        In this study, a ship motion control system design method is introduced for autonomous ships. Some related research results and technologies for autonomous ships have already been developed and applied to testing ships. Recently, the Norwegian Maritime Authority and the Coastal Administration have signed an agreement and started to test autonomous ships in the defined area. Considering recent technology trends and background, in this paper, the authors also try to develop autonomous ship control technologies. In the designed control system, an observer is introduced to estimate unmeasurable system states. Based on the servosystem with state estimator, ship motion control experiment is performed to evaluate control performance using a model ship in water basin.

        In advanced countries, various policies are being enforced to reduce equipment noise level at it’s source. This paper analyses the problems of domestic noise policies related to noisy equipment, and presents a plan for improving the implementation of expansion policy of low noise equipment based on this analysis. This paper proposes that the equipment satisfying the compulsory rule be able to use the environmental certification mark, the standards of which are defined in recommended rules, to improve the linkage between the two policy measures. This paper also suggests expanding the range of equipment to be supervised and using new noise label that has grades and shows detailed noise level of the equipment to improve environmental certification system. In addition, supplementing the construction permission system and supporting international certification system are offered to expand the use of low noise equipment.

        For the setting of control timing, the number of overwintering eggs on host plants and population density of Metcalfa pruinosa nymphs and adults was surveyed in a sesame fields. According to a survey of the overwintering eggs density of M. pruinosa on host plants, they were many in the order of Mugunghwa trees, Oak trees, and Acacia trees. Examined sesame branches within the 50cm was not found population densities of M. pruinosa nymphs and adults, and it was also very low in the sticky trap. The peak density of the adult was highest at 0.13 per trap on 11 after being first investigated on July 3 in a string wrap survey, and then decreased. In a sesame fields, it is judged that the control of the M. pruinosa is due to be 35 days after the end of the insect hatching, and that distribution of host plants is more important in the outside region than inside region.

        고추 비가림하우스에서 에어포그 시스템을 이용한 무인방제 효과를 평가하기 위해 본 시험을 수행하였다. 에어포그 시스템과 동력분무기를 이용한 관행방제의 약제살포 시간은 동일한 약량으로 살포하였을 때 처리 간에 차이가 없었으나, 에어포그 시스템으로 1/2약량을 살포하였을 때는 관행방제 보다 살포시간이 약 50% 줄었다. 약제부착 능력을 감수지로 조사하였을 때, 고추 생육초기와 중기에는 모든 처리에서 약제 부착이 우수 하였지만, 생육후기에는 관행방제의 약제 부착이 에어포그 시스템보다 균일하지 않았다. 처리별 총채벌레 살충률은 관행살포 90.0%, 에어포그 시스템 90.8%, 에어포그 시스템 1/2약량이 83.5% 로 유사한 방제효과를 나타내었다. 이러한 결과로 에어포그 시스템은 고추 비가림하우스 내에서 노동시간과 약제 살포량을 줄이면서 총채벌레를 효과적으로 방제할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        Insecticide Resistant Management (IRM) and Positive List System (PLS) is the main keyword in current insect pest management. So we are trying to develop a integrated insect pests control prescription issuing system based on big data which linked National Crop Pest Management System (NCPMS). To manage the insecticide resistance, IRAC suggest some tips for effective control : choosing the effective insecticide and alteration of these insecticides based on MOA. Then, how to distinguish the effective or non-effective insecticide. Until now, bioassay is the right answer. However that is time-consuming, labor-intensive and costly process. So we have been steadily advancing molecular based insecticide resistance diagnosis for supporting and/or substitution of classical bioassay. And it will link to PLS. Here we discuss more detailed methodology of molecular based insecticide resistance diagnosis and its application for the insect pests control prescription issuing system.

        In this paper, we investigate the relationship between fuel injection quantity and voltage and current energy of Bosch system and Delphi system by measuring the high and low voltage waveform, current waveform, fuel injection quantity and fuel pressure of A and J-engines. Waveform measurements are made using the PICO scope and the CDS tester. The injectors of A and J engines were tested under no load condition using injector with normal fuel injection quantity, injector with small fuel injection quantity and injector with many fuel injection quantity. In case of normal injector, A-engine has higher fuel pressure, injection interval time, voltage energy, and current energy than J-engine. The current energy of the A-engine changed linearly compared to that of the J-engine. For over and under injectors, the change in the previous physical quantity was greater for the A-engine than for the J-engine. However, the duration time of maintaining to open the injector is controlled differently, and so the voltage and current energy values are changed, and the change of the current energy is larger than the voltage energy.

        In order to increase the production efficiency of the ship and shorten the production cycle, it is important to evaluate the accuracy of the ship components efficiently during the drying cycle. The accuracy control of the block is important for shortening the ship process, reducing the cost, and improving the accuracy of the ship. Some systems have been developed and used mainly in large shipyards, but in some cases, they are measured and managed using conventional measuring instruments such as tape measure and beam, optical instruments as optical equipment, In order to perform accuracy control, these tools and equipment as well as equipment for recording measurement data and paper drawings for measuring the measurement position are inevitably combined. The measured results are managed by the accuracy control system through manual input or recording device. In this case, the measurement result is influenced by the work environment and the skill level of the worker. Also, in the measurement result management side, there are a human error about the lack of the measurement result creation, the lack of the management sheet management, And costs are lost in terms of efficiency due to consumption. The purpose of this study is to improve the working environment in the existing accuracy management process by using the augmented reality technology to visualize the measurement information on the actual block and to obtain the measurement information And a smart management system based on augmented reality that can effectively manage the accuracy management data through interworking with measurement equipment. We confirmed the applicability of the proposed system to the accuracy control through the prototype implementation.

        본 논문에서는 바람, 파도, 조류 등의 큰 외란조건에서 선박계류시스템의 계류안정성 확보를 위한 동적제어기 설계를 연구하였다. 선박계류시스템의 비선형 동요를 억제하기 위해 슈퍼트위스팅 알고리즘(STA)을 포함한 슬라이딩 모드 제어(SMC) 기법이 적용되었다. 외란이나 파라미터의 불확실성에 대한 강인성의 장점에도 불구하고, 채터링은 슬라이딩 모드 제어기를 적용하는데 주요 단점이 되고 있다. 1차계 SMC는 정확히 제어 목표치에 수렴 하도록 정밀한 제어는 가능하나, 채터링과 같은 파괴적인 현상과 연계되어 적용에 주요한 장애가 된다. 대신에, STA는 큰 외란에도 불구하고 비교적 높은 정확도를 보이며 채터링 현상을 완전히 제거한다. 1차계 슬라이딩 모드 제어기의 채터링 문제를 피할 수 있는 STA기반의 SMC는 비선형 계류시스템의 동적제어를 위한 아주 효과적인 수단으로 판단된다. 아울러, STA로 제어된 선박계류시스템의 위치오차 궤적은 경계 구역 내에서 형성된다. 끝으로, 슬라이딩 표면과 위치궤적의 오차결과를 통해 STA의 이득제어 효과도 관측할 수 있다.

        This paper develops a flow control block for a hydraulic system of a tunnel boring machine. The flow control block is a necessary component to ensure stability in the operation of the hydraulic system. In order to know the pressure distribution of the flow control block, the flow analysis was performed using the ANSYS-CFX. It was confirmed that the pressure and flow rate were normally supplied to the hydraulic system even if one of the four ports of the flow control block was not operated. In order to evaluate the structural stability of the flow control block, structural analysis was performed using the ANSYS WORKBENCH. As a result, the safety factor of the flow control block is 1.54 and the structural stability is secured.

        흰가루병은 시설 재배 박과류 작물에 광범위하게 발생하여 큰 경제적 피해를 유발하는 병으로서 흰가루병에 의한 피해를 예방하기 위해 실제 현장에서 사용할 수 있는 효과적인 방제체계의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 시설오이 재배지의 흰가루병에 대해 오이흰가루병에 등록된 서로 다른 계통의 4개 약제와 2종의 유기농 자재의 약제 교호살포 체계별 방제효과를 조사하였다. Pyraclostrobin EC (Pyr, a.i. 22.9%), Hexaconazole SC (Hex, a.i. 2%), Flutianil EC (Flu, a.i. 5%), Penthiopyrad EC (Pen, a.i. 20%) 등 4종의 화학약제를 단일약제 반복처리 및 조합처리 방식으로 총 3회 처리한 결과 Pyr → Flu → Pen 처리구는 87%의 높은 방제가를 나타낸 반면, Pyr 연속 3회 처리구는 32.5%의 낮은 방제가를 나타내어 해당 약제에 대한 저항성이 있음을 확인하였다. Pyr → Flu → Pen 처리구와 보호용 살균제인 Iminoctadine-trisalbesilate SC (Imi)를 처리한 구 그리고 유기농 자재 2종의 교호살포 처리구의 방제가를 조사한 결과 Imi → Flu → Pen 처리구의 방제가는 89%로 가장 높게 나타났으며, 유기농자재 교차살포 처리구의 방제가는 66.3%로 나타났다. 시험 결과를 바탕으로 Pyr → Flu → Pen, Imi → Flu → Pen 처리구는 시설 오이 재배지 내 발생하는 흰가루병 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 효과적인 약제교호살포체계로 생각된다.

        이 논문에서는 다중 재난을 고려한 복합 구조제어 시스템의 최적 설계방법을 제시한다. 한 가지 유형의 위험에 대해 하나의 시스템이 설계되는 전형적인 구조제어 시스템과는 달리, 구조물의 지진 및 바람에 의한 진동응답을 저감하기 위해 능동 및 수동제어 시스템에 대한 동시 최적 설계방법을 제안하였다. 수치 예로서, 30층 빌딩 구조물에 설치된 30개의 점성 댐퍼와 복합형 질량 감쇠기에 대한 최적 설계문제를 보였다. 최적화 문제를 풀기 위해 자체적응 화음탐색(harmony search, HS)알 고리즘을 채택하였다. 화음탐색 알고리즘은 사람이 연주하는 악기의 튜닝 과정을 모방한 전역 최적화를 위한 메타 휴리스틱 진화 연산방법의 하나이다. 또한 전역 탐색 및 빠른 수렴을 위해 자가적응적이고 동적인 매개변수 조정 알고리즘을 도입하였다. 최적화 설계 결과, 능동 및 수동 시스템이 독립적으로 최적화된 표준적인 복합제어 시스템에 비해 제안한 동시 최적제어 시스템의 성능과 효율성이 우수함을 보였다.

        현대사회에서 기업은 중요한 경제활동 주체의 하나이다. 기업이 사회에서 차지하는 비중이 커질수록 기업범죄로 인한 피해도 폭넓고 심각해지고 있다. 종래 기업범죄에 대하여는 처벌을 강화하는 등 사후적 대책이 주를 이루고 있었다. 그러나 기업범죄를 막기 위한 지속적인 제도정비에도 불구하고 실질적인 규제효과를 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 기업 스스로가 기업범죄를 예방하고 규제내용을 준수하고자 하는 자발적인 의지가 가장 효과적인 규제방안이라고 할 수 있다. 즉, 제재위주의 규제가 아니라 기업범죄를 예방하기 위한 방식으로 규제의 기본방향을 전환할 필요가 있다. 이와 함께 기업범죄에 대한 사후적 제재를 강화하는 제도적 보완도 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기업범죄에 대한 상사법의 대응방안으로서 두 가지 제도를 검토하였다. 첫째, 기업범죄를 사전에 예방하기 위한 기업지배구조의 개선방안으로서 내부통제제도의 구축·운용에 관한 문제를 다루고 있다. 우리나라의 내부통제제도에 관한 현황을 살펴보고 그 문제점과 개선 방안을 제시하고 있다. 둘째, 사후적 제재의 강화방안으로서 징벌적 손해 배상제도를 검토하고 있다. 이는 위법행위에 의하여 취득한 이익에 대하여 막대한 금전적 제재를 부과하여 그 유인을 제거함으로써 기업범죄를 효과적으로 억제할 수 있기 때문이다. 우리나라의 징벌적 손해배상제도의 도입 여부에 관한 논의와 입법현황을 정리하고, 그 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 결론으로서 기업범죄는 이를 예방하기 위한 기업 자체의 노력과 함께 그 동기를 제거하기 위한 엄격한 제재가 조화를 이룰 필요가 있다.

        A connected control method for the adjacent buildings has been studied to reduce dynamic responses. In these studies, seismic loads were generally used as an excitation. Recently, multi-hazards loads including earthquake and strong wind loads are employed to investigate control performance of various control systems. Accordingly, strong wind load as well as earthquake load was adopted to evaluate control performance of adaptive smart coupling control system against multi-hazard. To this end, an artificial seismic load in the region of strong seismicity and an artificial wind load in the region of strong winds were generated for control performance evaluation of the coupling control system. Artificial seismic and wind excitations were made by SIMQKE and Kaimal spectrum based on ASCE 7-10. As example buildings, two 20-story and 12-story adjacent buildings were used. An MR (magnetorheological) damper was used as an adaptive smart control device to connect adjacent two buildings. In oder to present nonlinear dynamic behavior of MR damper, Bouc-Wen model was employed in this study. After parametric studies on MR damper capacity, optimal command voltages for MR damper on each seismic and wind loads were investigated. Based on numerical analyses, it was shown that the adaptive smart coupling control system proposed in this study can provide very good control performance for Multi-hazards.
