        The increasing accumulation of spent nuclear fuel has raised interest in High-Level Waste (HLW) repositories. For example, Sweden is under construction of the KBS-3 repository. To ensure the safety of such HLW repository, various countries have been developing assessment models. In the Republic of Korea, the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute has been developing on the AKRS model. However, traditional safety assessment models have not considered the fracture growth in the far-field host rock as a function of time. As repository safety assessments guarantee safety for million years, sustained stress naturally leads to the progressive growth of fractures as time goes on. Therefore, it becomes essential to account for fracture growth in the surrounding host rock. To address this, our study proposes a new coupling scheme between the Fracture growth model and the radionuclide transport model. That coupling scheme consists of the Cubic Law model as a fracture growth function and the GoldSim code which is a commercial software for radionuclide transport calculations. The model that adopting such fracture growth functions showed an increase of up to 15% in the release of radionuclide compared to traditional assessment models. our observations indicated that crack growth as a function of time led to an increase in hydraulic conductivity that allowed more radionuclide transport. Notably, these findings show the significance of adopting fracture growth models as a critical element in evaluating the safety of nuclear waste repositories.

        Spent nuclear fuel continues to be generated domestically and abroad, and various studies are actively being conducted for interim dry storage and disposal of spent nuclear fuel. The characteristics vary depending on the type of spent nuclear fuel and the initial specifications, and based on these characteristics, it is essential to estimate the burnup and enrichment of spent nuclear fuel as a nondestructive assay. In particular, it is important to estimate the characteristics of spent nuclear fuel with non-destructive tests because destructive tests cannot be performed on all encapsulated spent nuclear fuel in case of intrusion traces in safeguards. Data is made by measuring spent nuclear fuel directly to evaluate burnup of spent nuclear fuel, but computer simulation research is also important to understand its characteristics because past burnup history is not accurately written, and destructive testing is difficult. In Sweden, the dependency of the burnup history in source strength and mass of light-water reactor-type spent nuclear fuel was evaluated, and this part was also applied to MAGNOX in consideration of the possibility of being used to verify DPRK’s denuclearization. SCALE 6.2 TRITON modeling was performed based on public information on DPRK’s 5 MWe Yongbyon reactor, and the source strength of Nb-95, Zr-95, Ru-106, Cs-134, Cs-137, Ce-141, Ce- 144, Eu-154 nuclides were evaluated. Since the burnup of MAGNOX is lower than that of lightwater reactors, major nuclides in decay heat were not considered. The cooling period was evaluated based on 0, 5, 10, and 20 years. In case the discharge timing was different, the total period of discharge and reloading was the same, and the end-cycle burnup was the same, calculations showed that the source strength emitted from major nuclides was evaluated within 2-3% except for Ru-106 and Ce-144 nuclides. Even the burnup step of nuclear fuel is the same, and the reloaded length after discharge is different, i.e., the cooling period between is different at 5, 10, and 20, the source strength of Nb-95, Zr-95, Ce-144, and Cs-137 was evaluated as an error of 1%. Except for Ru-106 and Ce-144, nuclides are highly dependent on burnup. Compared to the case of light-water reactors, the possibility of a decrease in error needs to be considered later because the specific power is low. As a result, radionuclides in released fuel depend on the effects of burnup, discharged and reloaded period, and a cooling period after release, and research is needed to correct the cooling period within the future burnup history. In addition, in this study, it is necessary to select a scenario -based burnup because the standard burnup due to the statistical treatment of discharged fuels was not considered as conducted in previous studies.

        근래들어 미중 간의 기술패권 경쟁이 심화됨에 따라 미국은 중국의 첨 단반도체 기술의 발전을 저지하기 위한 다양한 경제적, 기술적 제재를 부과하고 있다. 최근에는 반도체산업의 글로벌 밸류체인(GVC, 가치사슬) 의 변동성 증대와 더불어, 미국 주도로 주요 반도체 생산국가들인 한국, 대만, 일본을 포함한 칩포(Chip-4) 동맹을 결성하기 위한 논의를 하고 있다. 물론 이러한 미중 간의 첨단기술 경쟁은 우리나라의 산업전반 특 히, 중국에 생산기지를 가지고 중국의 수요에 많이 의존하고 있는 우리 나라 반도체 산업에도 큰 영향을 미치지 않을 수 없다. 따라서 미중 간 반도체산업 분야의 기술경쟁 실태를 면밀하게 분석하고, 이를 토대로 우 리의 국익을 극대화할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것이 절실하다. 이러한 배경 하에서, 본 논문은 반도체산업을 중심으로, 현재 미중 간에 벌어지 고 있는 기술패권 경쟁에서 미국과 중국은 각기 어떠한 위치를 점하고 어떠한 전략을 구사하고 있는지를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 이러한 미중 간 기술경쟁이 우리나라 반도체산업에 미칠 영향을 점검하고 적절한 대 응방안을 모색하고자 하는 것이다.

        The automotive industry continuously strives to enhance safety for both drivers and passengers through technological advancements. Car side impacts have the potential to significant risks to passengers, So the automotive industry has proposed various technological solutions. As part of these efforts, the development of side impact beams, which are affixed to the inner frame of vehicle side doors to absorb and dissipate collision energy, has been a safety enhancement. Conventional side impact beams are manufactured using hot-rolled steel sheets and have a pipe-like configuration. However, these impact beams are fixed to the vehicle's chassis, which directly transfers the energy generated during a collision to the chassis frame. This paper aims to address this issue by proposing the development and optimization of vehicle door impact beams using a dual-beam structure and fastening method, utilizing shear bolts. Moreover, the focus is on optimizing the cross-sectional shape of the dual-beam impact structure. The evaluation criterion for optimization is based on the second moment of area of the cross-section. To validate these improvements, Static experiments were conducted, comparing the proposed dual-beam structure with the traditional impact beam. This research is expected to serve as a guideline for enhancing vehicle safety through design directions and validation methods.

        The effect of the stacking order of carbon fiber composites on impact damage was studied. The main form of damage was delamination starting at the interface between individual ply. The force-time response when the impact was applied was monitored and the energy absorbed by the panel was analyzed. The energy absorbed during interlayer separation was found to be affected by the stacking order, and the residual energy absorbed by peel propagation increased linearly as the total peel area increased. It was found that the compressive strength after impact was related to the maximum delamination area.

        본 연구는 청소년의 온라인 활용에서 부모의 적극적 중재, 디지털 리터러시, 온라인 기회, 그리고 자기조절 등에 미치는 영향을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 연 구 목적을 달성하기 위해 중·고등학생을 대상으로 2022년 2월 26일부터 3월 12 일까지 2주 동안 인스타그램을 통한 온라인 설문조사를 활용하여 수집하였으며, 응답한 469부의 데이터를 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 위해서 SPSS와 Smart PLS 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 부모의 적극적 중 재는 디지털 리터러시, 온라인 기회, 자기조절에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 디지털 리터러시는 온라인 기회, 자기조절을 높이는 것으로 나타 났으며, 자기조절은 온라인 기회를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 부모의 적극적 중재와 온라인 기회의 관계에서 디지털 리터러시, 자기조절의 경로가 매 개 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 연구의 시사점은 부모 중재와 온라인 기회 관계에 있어 디지털 리터러시와 청소년의 자기조절 능력이 영향을 미치는지를 살 펴본 것이다.

        This study was to identify the effects of education on Korean foods preferred by elementary students and their sustainability. A survey was conducted on 5th-grade elementary school students. Korean food preferences were classified by exploratory factor analysis as creative, healthy, or considerate, and the effects of education on Korean dietary life were classified as cognitive or emotional. Dietary life sustainability was evaluated separately. Results showed that creative and considerate preferences had significant impacts on cognitive and emotional education effects and that a healthy preference type significantly impacted the emotional effect of education. Analysis showed that creative and considerate food preference types significantly influenced dietary life sustainability and that cognitive and emotional education effects mediated these relationships. Sex was not found to have a significant moderating effect. The study shows that Korean dietary life sustainability is influenced by education on topics that promote the value and excellence of Korean food and suggests that experiential education combining practice and theory should be used to increase interest in Korean food among elementary students. Additional studies are required to determine Korean food preferences to facilitate the development of a dietary life education program that enables students to understand and maintain healthy dietary practices.

        본 연구는 중장년층 1인가구의 사회자본이 삶의 만족도에 어떠한 영 향을 미치는지 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국복지패널의 16차 자료 (2021년도)를 활용하여 40세이상 64세 이하 중장년층 344명을 최종 분 석대상으로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 26.0을 활용하여 위계적 회 귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중장년 층 1인가구의 삶의 만족도는 사회자본의 수준에 따라 다르게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 사회자본의 하위요인 중 네트워크만 중장년층 1인가구의 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반 면, 신뢰와 호혜성은 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났 다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 중장년층 1인가구의 사회자본 축적과 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 정책적, 실천적 방안을 제안하였다.

        Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the most common type of oral cancer, and it has been steadily increasing in worldwide. Pituitary tumor transforming gene 1 (PTTG1) has been known as oncogene in a verity of cancers. Nevertheless, the expression and role of PTTG1 in OSCC progression remains largely unexplored. In this study, clinical datasets were analyzed to assess the genetic impact of PTTG1 on OSCC progression and to identify its functional roles in OSCC cell lines. We analyzed the expression of PTTG1 in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC) and OSCC using databases form the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). To investigate the effect of PTTG1 on proliferation and migration abilities in OSCC cell lines, following the knockdown of PTTG1 in HSC-2 and SCC-9 cell lines, we analyzed the proliferation and metastatic abilities of OSCC cells using EdU and Boyden chamber assays. Our database analysis revealed that PTTG1 was significantly overexpressed in tumor tissues compared to normal tissues. Moreover, its expression correlated with clinical parameters of OSCC. In vitro experiments demonstrated that depletion of PTTG1 suppressed the ability of cell proliferation and migration in both HSC-2 and SCC-9 cell lines. In conclusion, our study suggests that PTTG1 may act as an oncogene in OSCC. These findings provide new insights into the mechanisms and clinical implications of PTTG1 expression in OSCC patients.

        본 연구는 상사의 코칭 리더십이 MZ세대 구성원의 경력 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 확인하고 심리적 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 규명하여 조직 내에서 구성 원들의 경력만족감을 높일 수 있는 인적자원 개발방안의 실무적 시사점을 제공 하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 300명 이상의 기업에 종사하는 MZ세대 구성 원을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였고 SPSS와 AMOS를 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 상사의 코칭 리더십은 MZ세대 구성원의 경력 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 주며 심리적 임파워먼트에도 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리 적 임파워먼트는 MZ세대 구성원의 경력 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 상사의 코칭 리더십과 MZ세대 구성원의 경력 만족 간의 관계에 서 심리적 임파워먼트는 매개효과를 갖는다는 사실이 확인되었다. 따라서 조직 은 상사의 코칭 리더십을 향상하기 위한 투자와 노력을 강화할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구에서 검증된 결과를 토대로 MZ세대 구성원들의 내적동기를 유발하여 조직 내에서 주도적으로 자신의 역량을 개발하고 구성원의 자기 경력 만족을 위 한 노력이 조직의 성과로 연결될 수 있도록 코칭 리더십과 심리적 임파워먼트의 제고 방안에 대한 연구로 발전되어야 할 것이다.

        우리나라 해양환경에 유출되는 위험·유해물질(Hazardous Noxious Substances, HNS)의 해양환경 및 사회환경 영향평가 결과 와 HNS 확산 영역, 해양환경 정보, HNS 실태조사 결과 등 관련 연구 결과 및 자료를 정책결정자와 연구자들에게 공유할 수 있는 HNS 국내 용 플랫폼을 구축하고자 한다. 국내의 HNS 관리 및 배출 체계 마련을 위한 의사결정 지원이 가능하고 국내 실정에 적합한 플랫폼의 설계 를 위하여 유해물질의 데이터 관리 및 유출 시 대응 도구, 기초적인 정보 등 플랫폼에 관련된 기술동향을 분석하는 등 국내·외의 플랫폼 개발 사례를 고찰하였다. 유속 벡터의 전처리 기능 개발, 전처리 결과에 따른 동적 시각화 구현, 해양산업시설 배출 HNS의 유출량과 유출 범위의 전처리 모듈, HNS 해양환경 영향평가 연산 모듈 프로토타입을 개발하였다. HNS 해양환경 영향평가를 위한 국내용 HNS 플랫폼은 초기 위해성을 평가하고 대응 및 관련 법제화 시 과학적인 기초 도구로써 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        The salivary glands of hard ticks consist of three types (type I, II, and III) of acini according to their functions and location. The type II and III acini play critical roles in tick salivation, which is likely controlled by a variety of neuropeptides or neurotransmitter via interaction with their receptor, G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). Orchestration of dopamine receptor (D1) and invertebrate specific D1-like dopamine receptor (InvD1L) located in type II and III acini precisely control tick salivary secretion via collection of primary saliva in the lumen and expulsion of collected saliva, respectively. The two dopamine receptors (D1 and InvD1L) in Haemaphysalis longicornis were identified as 1278 bp (426 aa) and 1362 bp (454 aa) in length, respectively. Both dopamine receptors were functionally analyzed through Ca2+ and cAMP assay using the heterologous expression system. The transcripts of D1 and InvD1L were profiled from synganglion and salivary glands of female ticks (unfed, 3/18/60/96 post blood meal and replete). D1 and InvD1L were significantly upregulated in the early phase of blood feeding from female H. longicornis. Salivary secretion induced by dopamine was significantly reduced by RNAi of D1 and InvD1L. Interestingly, RNAi of two dopamine receptors induced a significantly longer period of blood feeding in female ticks, which were significantly lighter after feeding than control. Taken together, it was suggested that D1 and InvD1L play critical roles in early and late phase of tick blood feeding for feeding capability.

        최근 2년동안 한국에서 꿀벌의 소실현상으로 식량난이 벌어질 것이라는 우려가 있다. 2020년 기준 국내 12개 과채류에서 화분매개벌의 의존도는 67.2%로 농업에서 화분매개벌은 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 이번 꿀벌 소실로 인해 딸기, 수박, 참외에서 화분매개용 꿀벌의 수요공급 불균형 문제가 발생하였다. 딸기에서는 12월 중 꿀벌 조기소실 문제, 수박과 참외에서는 벌의 임대가격이 30-50% 상승과 더불어 벌을 구하지 못해 인력수급의 어려움 등 작물재배 농가에 큰 부담이 되었다. 꿀벌의 소실은 전세계적인 문제이며 복합적인 원인에 의해 발생하므로 단기간에 해결되기 어렵다. 따라서 꿀벌에 소실에 대비하여 안정적인 작물 생산을 위한 종합적인 화분매개 관리 가 반드시 필요하다. 첫째 화분매개용 꿀벌의 사양기술의 표준화를 통하여 기존 채밀위주의 사양기술보다 더 안정적으로 벌을 생산할 수 있는 기술이 개발되어야 한다. 둘째 작물에서 더욱 효과적으로 벌을 이용하고 관리할 수 있는 기술이 확립 보급되어야 한다. 셋째는 꿀벌을 대체할 수 있는 곤충자원(뒤영벌, 토종벌)을 이용한 화분매 개 기술을 개발해야 한다. 아울러 기후변화에 대응하여 장기적인 기상변동 데이터 확보와 더불어 야생 화분매개 자원의 보호 보존을 위한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

        Companies are paying attention to project governance to realize their goal strategies, project success, and project value in a rapid and complex environment due to the development of information technology. This study aims to explore project governance and factors from literature review and practice guides related to project governance and empirically analyze the impact of project governance factors on IT project objective performance. The survey was conducted on project managers, project team members, and project management members with experience in carrying out business IT projects within two years at companies in various industries in Korea. The main conclusion is as follows. Among the project governance factors, disclosure and reporting that uses and reports using appropriate and reliable information about projects related to decision-making activities positively impact the achievement of IT project objectives: business success and stakeholder satisfaction. Among the project governance factors, project sponsorship, a role that effectively connects management and projects, and a project management framework that provides tools, procedures, resources, and techniques for projects positively impact IT project objective performance. This study is of academic and practical significance in that it identifies the definition and factors of project governance through companies in various industries in Korea and the positive impact of project governance factors on IT project objective performance.

        This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.

        Recently, defects that occurred during the construction of apartment houses have become a social issue. Defects in apartment houses lead to waste of resources and economic loss, causing psychological and physical damage to customers, and a decrease in reliability and financial loss to construction companies. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of defect occurrence according to the difference in project management level in the apartment housing construction stage, and to investigate the extent to which the project manager's experience affects the defect occurrence rate. For the empirical analysis of the study, statistical analysis was conducted using data collected from 130 actual projects. The results of the analysis showed that schedule management, cost management, and quality management had a positive effect on reducing the defect occurrence rate in the execution stage of apartment housing construction, while human resource management productivity had a negative effect. This study theoretically demonstrated the importance of project management, and in practice, showed that schedule management, cost management, and quality management should be faithfully performed in the execution stage to reduce the rate of defects after project completion. It was also suggested that hiring an experienced project manager would help reduce project defects.
