세계풍력발전협회(GWEC) 2017년도 Global Wind Report에 따르면 전세계 풍력에 의한 발전용량은 2001년도 23,900MW에서 2016년도 486,790MW로 비약적으로 발전하고 있다. 반면 국내 발전원별 총발전량 비중에서 풍력에 의한 발전은 0.2% 불과하다. 국내외 발전원별 정산단가가 풍력으로 전기를 생산하는 데 드는 발전원가가 석유 등 화석연료 발전원가와 같아지는 Grid Parity에 이미 도달하여 풍력발전에 의한 전기의 생산은 더욱 확대될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전 세계 해상풍력설비의 88%가 위치하고 있는 유럽의 주요 해상풍력발전단지의 선박통항 규정과 어로활동에 대한 기준을 분석하여 향후 국내 해상풍력발전단지 설치 시 선박통항 및 어로활동 기준 설정 시 고려되어야 할 사항을 제시하였다.
PURPOSES : The objective of this study is to identify the characteristics affecting traffic accidents that have occurred in 564 industrial complexes nationwide from 2011 to 2015.METHODS : The traffic accidents were specified using various factors such as industrial complex type (national VS. general), industrial complex degradation (old VS. non-old), location of complex (capital VS. non-capital), and traffic law violation (speeding, signal violation, and median invasion). The average number of crashes and accident ratio (fatal, severe, and both) in terms of characteristics of industrial complexes were calculated. With a sample of crashes of the industrial complexes for 5 years, statistical significances were tested to analyze and compare the differences based on industrial complex and traffic law characteristics using parametric and non-parametric methods.RESULTS: From statistical results, it is observed that the crash frequency occurring in old industrial complexes is three times higher than that in non-old industrial complexes. Old industrial complexes located in a capital area, old national industrial complexes, and old general industrial complexes are considerably related to higher crash frequency, but the fatal accident ratio appeared to have no statistical difference across industrial complex characteristics. Severe crashes are more likely to occur in non-old industrial complexes on an average.CONCLUSIONS : It is necessary to eliminate potential threats to roads and traffic in the same manner as illegal parking in industrial complexes through the restoration of old industrial complexes. To improve the efficiency of road infrastructure, efforts should be made to improve traffic safety in accordance with industrial characteristics such as planning and operation of relevant local government programs.
This study derived the unit of industrial water usage reflecting the latest industry trends. Available for establishing plans such as the master plan for water supply system and analyzed changes in the basic unit by a comparison with the current basic unit values. This study analyzed 4,038 samples with a sampling error of less than 1.5 % at the 95 % confidence level after removing outliers according to a log-normal distribution. As a result, the unit of industrial water usage per site area in the whole manufacturing industry was 7.11 m3/1,000m2/d. The ten industrial categories (C10, C13, C20, C21, C22, C25, C27, C30, C32, C33) showed a similar unit value compared to before, and the four industrials categories (C11, C17, C22, C31) showed a more unit value than before. With regard to the nine industrial categories (C14, C15, C16, C18, C19, C24, C26, C28, C29), the unit value decreased. Cases that companies examined before were the same as the companies examined in this study were analyzed. The result that the changes in the unit industrial water usage were reasonable was obtained. However, in some industrial categories (C17, C14, C24, C29), the unit value was changed by a small number of companies with large-scale water use or unit value of sampling had a large deviation. It was considered necessary to survey them periodically. The unit of industrial water usage derived by the survey in this study reflects the current industrial trends in 2016. Water use in manufacturing companies has continuously changed by the development of manufacturing technologies and simplification of manufacturing processes. In order to deal with this, it is considered necessary to survey the usage of industrial water periodically from a long-term perspective.
갈색날개매미충은 2010년 대규모로 처음 발견된 이후 다양한 농․임업 분야에서 경제적 피해를 야기하고 있는해충으로, 밤 또한 갈색날개매미충의 피해가 지속적으로 보고되고 있지만 이에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다.이에 밤 재배단지내 갈색날개매미충의 발생특성을 규명하고, 이를 바탕으로 방제에 적용하고자 이 연구를 진행하였다.실험은 부여에 위치한 밤 재배단지내의 밤나무들을 대상으로 15-50m 간격으로 밤나무를 선정하여 표시하고 GPS좌표를 얻은 후 나무당 2개 가지에 존재하는 알, 약충, 성충 수를 조사하였다. 조사된 결과는 SADIE를 이용하여공간분포 및 발육단계별 공간적 상호관계를 분석하였고, ArcGIS를 이용해서 지도화하였으며 semivariogram을 이용하여 표본간 공간적 영향을 줄 수 있는 범위(range)를 추정하였다. 알과 성충은 95% 유의수준에서 집중분포하였으나약충은 임의분포하였고 알과 약충, 약충과 성충은 90% 유의수준에서 공간적으로 유의한 관계가 보였다. 이번 연구결과들을 바탕으로 밤 재배단지에서 갈색날개매미충의 방제 전략이 논의되었다.
우리나라의 경제성장의 견인차 역할을 담당해왔던 산업단지는 착공 후 30년이 경과하면서 노후화되고 이로 인해 그 역할을 수행하는데 한계에 봉착해오고 있다. 낮은 도로율과 불법주차, 그리고 교통사고 등으로 도로 인프라로써의 제 기능을 효율적으로 수행하기에는 해결해야할 요인이 다수 존재한다. 따라서 본 연구는 산업단지 경계 내 존재하는 도시부 도로의 효율성 극대화를 도모하기 위하여 운영과 안전측면에서의 효율성을 종합적으로 판단하기 위한 LOS 분석기법을 제시하고, 이를 통해 우리나라 노후산업단지 도시부 도로를 평가하여 향후 도로 인프라 성능을 상향시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 산업단지 내 만성적인 불법주차가 운영 LOS에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 민감도 분석과 함께, 안전 LOS분석을 위해서 전체 산단 혹은 도로축에 적용할 수 있는 위험도 산정식을 개발하여 분석에 활용하였다. 사례 분석을 위하여 산업단지의 규모와 도심과의 거리 등을 고려한 5개 산업단지를 선정하였고, 운영과 안전 LOS를 종합적으로 분석한 결과를 도출하였다.
본 연구는 시설원예단지의 경관개선점을 찾아보고 친환경적 조성방법과 생태계 서비스 기능이 최소화로 저감될 수 있는 방안제시를 목표로 했다. 연구결과 대부분의 평가요소에서 네덜란드, 일본 경관은 긍정적인 결과였으나 우리나라 경관은 다소 부정적으로 분석되어 비닐하우스는 일본을 유리온실은 네덜란드 경관으로 개선방향을 설정할 것을 제안하였다. 따라서 미래세대에 지속가능한 농업경관을 제공하기 위한 방안으로 생태계서비스 기능 중 경관창출을 고려한 친환경 온실단지 조성을 제안을 제안하였으며, 앞으로 추진될 대규모 간척지 개발 사업에도 본 연구가 활용되길 기대하였다.
In this study, the land use is analyzed by using the SWMM-LID (Low Impact Development) program to minimize the environmental damage caused by the development. In order to effectively utilize pre - development hydrological conditions, we analyzed the land use of existing industrial complex. The study areas selected were a completed industrial complex and an ongoing industrial complex in order to effectively identify the characteristics of the industrial complex and the water circulation system. Numerical simulation used SWMM-LID to enable quantitative hydrological impact assessment of penetration, storage facilities and LID planning elements. In the case of natural conditions, the infiltration amount was 16.3% and 1.5% of the total rainfall at B, C point, respectively. However, after applying the existing land use plan, the infiltration amount at point B was 12.1% and at point C was 3.9 %. In the case of point B, the amount of infiltration decreased due to the development of greenery as an impervious site. On the other hand, the amount of infiltration at point C increased as the existing industrial complex was replaced by greenery. Therefore, high infiltration amount can be secured when land use plan is redeveloped in green areas or parks in areas where the permeability coefficient is high according to the ground conditions in the complex. Two types of bio-polymer soil were developed to increase the LID effect and were tested to compare typical soil with these bio-polymer soils.
From 2010 to 2012, this study conducted to survey occurrence of quarantine diseases occurrence on cultivation, harvest period of grapevine, and sorting places for export grapevine in export complex areas(domestic vs. export; Hwaseong in Gyeonggii, Sangju and Yeongcheon in Kyeongbuk, Namwon in Jeonbuk and Yeongdong in Chungbuk). Diagnosed diseases in this study were gray mold by Botrytis cinerea, blact rot by Botryosphaeria dothidea, anthracnose by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, bird,s eye rot by Elsinoe ampelina, Phomopsis cane by Phomopsis viticola, downy mildew by Plasmopara viticol, leaf blight by Pseudocercospora vitis, and powdery mildew by Uncinula necator. The leaf blight disease incidence and severity showed the highest infection rate in all surveyed fields. Occurrence rate of investigated all diseases was different depending on individual farmer and occurrence rate of disease was lower in export farms than that of domestic sale farms. Disease infested grapes were eliminated during selection process and ratio of removed the infection fruit is relatively well-performed in export facilities than domestic packing facilities.
