본 연구는 딸기 ‘설향’ 품종의 화방별 착과순서에 따른 과중 및 당도의 변화를 조사하여 각 화방별로 착과량 조절 기준의 타당성을 검정하고자 하였다. 1화방은 2, 3화방에 비하여 착과수, 과중, 당도, 대과성 과실의 비율이 높았다. 동일 화방 내에서도 상위 과실은 하위에 착과된 과실보다 과중이 증가하였고 당도도 높았다. 과실의 과중이 증가할수록 당도가 증가하여 과중과 당도는 높은 정의 상관관계를 보였다. 설향 품종의 각 화방별 적정 착과수는 1화방 9∼10개, 2화방 6개, 3화방 4개, 4화방 3개 정도 착과시키는 것이 상품 수량을 증가시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

목적: RGP 렌즈의 형상에 따른 파면수차를 분석하였다. 방법: 본 연구의 취지에 동의하고 안질환이 없고 굴절교정수술을 시행하지 않은 대학생 38명(남 21명, 여 17명, 24.71±0.76세)을 대상으로 나안시력(0.36±0.34), 교정시력(1.06±0.13), 각막이심률(0.51±0.11) 과 RGP 렌즈 착용 전 후 안구수차를 측정하였다. 결과: 고위수차에서 코마수차는 유의한 변화가 없었으며, 세조각수차와 구면수차는 4가지 디자인 모두 유의하게 감소하였다(p< 0.05). 동공크기와 고위수차의 상관성은 A 렌즈에서 코마수차(r=0.406, p=0.000) 및 세조각수차(r=0.232, p=0.044)와 유의성이 있었다. 각막이심률과 고위수차의 상관성은 없었다. 등가구 면굴절력과 고위수차의 상관성은 C 렌즈에서만 코마수차와 유의성이 있었다(r=0.324, p=0.004). 각막굴절 력과 고위수차의 상관성은 코마수차는 B 렌즈(r=0.310, p=0.006)에서, 세조각수차는 D 렌즈(r=0.255, p =0.026)에서 유의성이 있었다. 구면수차는 A 렌즈(r=0.358, p=0.002), B 렌즈(r=0. 501, p=0.000) 및 C 렌즈 (r=0.479, p=0.000)에서 상관성이 있었다. 결론: 4가지 RGP 렌즈에서 가장 변이가 큰 수차는 구면수차이며, 렌즈의 전면에 경계가 없고 일정한 면을 가지고 있는 비구면 디자인에서 고위수차가 효과적으로 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 구면수차를 줄이는 렌즈의 디자인이 개발된다면 시력의 질을 개선시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

교정시설은 자유형의 집행기관으로서 수형자에게 집단생활을 영위하게 하는 장소이므로 질서가 엄정히 유지되지 않으면 아니 된다. 따라서 교정시설에 있어서 질서를 유지하는 수단으로서는 수형자에게 일정사항의 준수를 강제하고, 위 반자에게는 징벌을 과할 수 있는 제도를 채용하지 않을 수 없다. 2007.12.21.「형의 집행 및 수용자의 처우에 관한 법률」(2007.12.21 법률 8728호 제정)이 제정 되었다. 신법의 내용으로서는「근대화」「국제화」「법률화」라는 3가지 목표 아래, 구(舊)법 상에 일부 자리 잡았던「관리법」적인 것을「처우법」으로 성격의 전환을 이루려고 한 것은 높이 평가 할만하다. 그러나 교정시설에 있어서 질서를 유지하기 위한 다양한 규정을 두었다. 물론 이러한 규정은 수형자로 하 여금 사회생활상의 법규범을 준수하는 시민으로 만들기 위한 교정 상 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이런 의미에서 시설에서의 질서를 유지하여서는 강제권행사가 불가피하다. 그리고 신법이 특히 강제권행사(사전적․예방적 강제권행사이든, 사후적 제재이든)에서 수형자의 개선․재사회화에 유익한 것인 동시에 교정시설 내에 있어서 집단생활의 질서유지상 필요한 한도에 머물러야 한다는 원칙에 입각하였음은 높이 평가할 만하다. 그러나 아직 미흡한 점이 있다. 따라서 현행법의 문제점(소지금지 물품 규정의 불확정성, 전자장비이용 계호규정의 명확성 요망 및 징벌규정의 구체화의 필요성 등 )을 보다 구체적이고 동시에 현실적인 입법의 필요성(소지금지 물품 규정 신설, 전자장비이용 계호규정 신설 및 징벌의 개선 등)을 심층적으로 검토하였다.

Somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) is a useful tool for reproducing genetically identical animals or producing transgenic animals. Many reports have demonstrated that the efficiency of animal cloning by SCNT requires reprogramming of the somatic nucleus to a totipotent like-state. The SCNT-related reprogramming might mimic the natural reprogramming process that occurs during normal mammalian development. However, recent evidence indicates that the reprogramming event by SCNT is incomplete. In this study, the traditional SCNT procedure (TNT) was modified by injecting donor nuclei into recipient cytoplasm prior to the enucleation process to expose the donor nucleus before removing the karyoplast containing the chromosomes of the oocytes which might possess additional reprogramming factors, and this modified technique was named as reversing the usual order of SCNT (RONT). Other procedures including activation and in vitro culture were the same as TNT. Contrary to expectations, the rate of blastocyst development was not different significantly between RONT and TNT (8.6% and 7.9%, respectively). However, duration of micromanipulation performed by the same technician and equipments was remarkably reduced because the ruptured oocytes after nuclear injection were excluded from the enucleation process. This study suggests that RONT, a simplified SCNT protocol, shortens the duration of SCNT procedure and this less time-costing protocol may enable the researchers to perform murine SCNT easier.

본 연구는 영상차원(2D vs. 3D), 영상 시청순서(2D → 3D vs. 3D → 2D), 그리고 설험참가자의 성차에 따라 영상 시청에 따른 주관적 피로감, 재인기억, 그리고 각성 수준에서 어떠한 차이가 있는지 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주관적 시각피로도는 2D 영상차원에 비해 3D 영상차원에 대해 전반적으로 높게 보고되었고, 특히 3D → 2D의 시청순서 집단에 비해 2D → 3D의 시청순서 집단에서 이러한 차이가 더 뚜렷하였다. 둘째 영상 내용에 대한 정확재인률은 3D → 2D의 시청순서 집단에서만 2D 영상차원에 대한 3D 영상차원의 우세성이 관찰되었고, 특히 시청순서 조건을 통합할 경우 2D 영상차원 조건에서는 여성이, 반면 3D 영상차원 조건에서 남성이 상대적으로 더 높은 정확재인률을 보였다. 셋째, 3D영상이 전반적으로 시청자의 각성 수준을 높이기는 하지만, 이러한 경향은 영상차원 자체보다는 3D 영상과 대비되는 2D 영상에 대한 이전의 시청 경험이 더 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 관찰되었다.

약물치료명령은 성범죄자의 성적 환상 및 심각한 성범죄자의 충동을 약물을 이용하여 통제하는 치료 방법으로 그 도입이 확산되는 추세를 보인다. 우리나라 역시 2010년 7월에 성폭력범죄자의 성충동 약물치료에 관한 법률을 제정하였다. 성 범죄자에 대한 약물치료는 물리적 거세와 구분하여 화학적 거세라는 용어로 대체 사용된다. 화학적 거세는 이는 아동성범죄자를 포함한 상습적인 성범죄자 들에 대하여 성 충동 및 성적 호르몬(테스토스테른)을 감소시켜 성범죄를 예방 시키려는 의학적인 제재방법이다. 화학적 치료, 또는 의학적 치료라고도 한다. 화학적 거세를 위한 약물로는 남성호르몬을 억제시키는 시프로테론, 데포 프로 베라, 메드락시프로제스테른 등을 사용하며, 이들 약물은 남성의 섹스 충동, 강 박적인 성적 환상 및 성발기력을 감소시키는 효과가 있다. 약물치료를 받은 범 죄자들에 의한 평균 재범률은 5% 미만으로 나타났다. 그러나 성범죄자에 대한 화학적 거세가 대상자의 인권을 침해하며, 이중처벌이며, 부작용이 심각하다는 등의 지적이 있다. 또한 화학적 거세가 필요한 의학적 진단기준이 모호하다는 지적도 제기된다. 그러나 이러한 논쟁에 대하여 본 논문은 다음과 같은 입장이 다. 첫째, 약물치료의 부작용은 대상자의 생명에 지장을 줄 만큼 중대하지 않으 며, 그 부작용 역시 매우 일시적이라는 점이다. 치료를 중단할 경우 성적 능력도 회복된다. 그러나 성범죄 피해자의 신체적, 정신적, 경제적 피해는 평생 동안 지 속된다는 점에서 극단적인 성적 충동을 억제하지 못하는 범죄자에게 약물치료는 필요하다고 본다. 둘째, 화학적 거세의 효과는 매우 높아 성범죄의 재범률은 5%로 떨어진다. 이는 성범죄로부터 잠재적인 피해자, 그리고 지역사회를 보호 한다는 의미가 있다. 셋째, 의학적 치료명령은 이중처분이 아니라 보안처분으로서의 성격을 가진다. 법원 역시 같은 태도를 갖고 있다. 즉 치료명령은 현재 치료감호법 및 보호관찰등에 관한 법률에 따른 치료명령 또는 보호관찰 등과 같이 보안처분으로 볼 수 있다. 넷째, 의학적 치료명령 시 성범죄자의 자발적 동의가 반드시 필요하다고 볼 수 없다. 왜냐하면 앞에서와 같이 의학적 치료명령은 보안처분의 일종이므로 대상자의 동의가 필요하다고 볼 수 없으며, 의학적, 범행의 상습성 등을 고려하여 결정할 사안이라고 본다. 이에 대하여도 법원은 같은 입장으로 확인된다. 다섯째, 의학적 치료명령을 결정함에 있어 검찰 또는 법원 은 의학적인 소견이 주요한 판단근거로 활용하는 바, 보다 정교한 의학적 진단 규정이 마련되어야 한다. 이는 의사의 윤리적인 갈등을 최소화하는 데에도 중요 하다.

이 연구는 사유림 기능평가에 적합한 산림기능 유형 및 기능 우선순위를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 전문가그룹과 시군산림공무원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 제안한 산림기능유형의 적정성과 산림기 능의 우선순위를 평가하였다. 현행 산림기능유형에 대한 기능명칭 변경, 통합의 필요성에 대해서 전반적 으로 동의하는 것으로 나타났으며, 최종적으로 4개의 산림기능(자원순환, 수자원함양, 생활환경보전, 산 림보전) 구분체계를 제시하였다. 또한 산림기능 우선순위는 집단간, 권역별 우선순위에 차이가 존재하므 로 전국 사유림 기능평가시 국공유림처럼 획일적으로 기능 우선순위를 부여하는 것보다는 권역단위로 기능 우선순위를 상이하게 적용할 필요성이 있는 것으로 판단된다.

The time to shipping on vehicles from receiving depends on the arrangement of items or picking methods. The Pick to Light system typically is used to improve the efficiency of order picking. In some cases the layout design of Pick to Light system has been performed rather than scientific analysis by a common experience. Therefore, this study analyzed the impact of picking performance by the zone arrangement method in order picking process of Pick to Light system.

The order of poems plays a very important role in Yeats's book of poems without understanding which his poetry cannot be fully appreciated. Hence, understanding Yeats's poems requires looking into not only a relationship between the poems placed side by side in his Book of poems but also the principle of arranging the entire poems. The purpose of this paper is to find out a principle with which Yeats placed his 37 poems for The Wind Among the Reeds. The principle, if there is any, brings us closer to why Yeats moved "The Fiddler of Dooney" from the 11th place in the 1899 edition to the 37th in the 1909 edition. My argument is that Yeats's arrangement of poems selected in The Wind Among the Reeds reflects his poetics which he formed in between 1890's and 1910's. Reading Yeats's essays, “Nationality and Literature" (1893), “The Theater" (1899), "The Symbolism of Poetry" (1900), and “What is Popular Poetry?” (1901), we see that the poet talks about different subjects matters but reveals his idea of how the literature develops. Yeats believes that literature goes through three developmental stages: the epic period; dramatic period and the period of lyric poetry. The epic phase is marked by great racial or national movements and events; the dramatic phase mainly deals with characters who lived in them; and the lyric phase focuses on pure emotion or mood, the seed of which again grows into a tree of epic literature by stimulating human sensibilities. This cyclical pattern of literature, which Yeats compares with the growth of a tree, is a model after which the poems of The Wind Among the Reeds are arranged. That is, the opening poem, "The Hosting of the Sidhe" reflects the epic concern by dealing with great Irish people and soil; the second poem, “The Everlasting Voices," in which great racial or national movements disappear, talks about old human hearts; and the third poem, “The Moods,” shows the lyric phase concentrating on the birth of mood and its immortality. The following 34 poems are arranged in such a way as to mirror the epic-dramatic-lyric pattern; dramatic poems outnumber the epic and lyric poems. This pattern shows Yeats's message: literature goes through this three developmental stage and the parts do not exist in isolation from the whole. Yeats also announces that he is the poet of Irish people, drama, and lyrics.
