This study explores ways to enhance pre-service English teachers’ curriculum development competency through collaboration with in-service teachers. To this end, a course was designed to incorporate three key competencies of curriculum development (curriculum literacy, curriculum development competency, and curriculum evaluation competency) while adopting task-based language teaching and collaboration with inservice teachers as teaching methods. The designed course was implemented in a university for validation and revision. Ten pre-service English teachers participated in the course, where they developed English curricula in response to requests from three in-service middle school English teachers. A questionnaire survey conducted at the end of the semester with both pre-service and in-service teachers revealed that the proposed course model adequately worked to improve the three key competencies of English curriculum development among pre-service teachers. Further, collaboration with inservice teachers was found to enhance pre-service teachers’ responsibility and active engagement in curriculum development, while also providing practical assistance and creative teaching ideas to in-service teachers.

이 연구는 OpenAI의 GPT 아키텍처를 활용하여 진로교육에 맞춤형 교육과정 설계 시스템을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 현대 교육 환경에서 AI의 통합은 학습자 중심의 교육 방법론 개발에 필수적이며, 이 연구는 그러한 필요성에 응답하고자 하였다. GPT 아키텍처의 언어 처리 및 생성 능력과 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육과정의 통합 가능성을 탐색하여 시스템의 바탕을 마련하였으며, 다양한 분야의 전문 가 검토를 통해 연구가 진행되었다. 검토에 참여한 전문가들은 컴퓨터공학, 교육공학, 진로교육, 대학 학 사지원팀 분야에서 활동하는 박사 및 석사 학위 소지자들로 구성되었으며, 이들의 피드백을 바탕으로 시 스템 설계와 개선이 이루어졌다. 연구의 산출물로는 AI 기술과 진로교육의 융합을 통한 교육 분야의 혁신 적 접근법이 적용된 시스템 개발을 위한 스토리보드가 제시되었다. GPT 아키텍처를 활용한 이 시스템은 학생들에게 개인화된 진로 교육과정을 제공하는 데 있어 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 이 연구는 교육 기술의 발전과 학습자 중심의 맞춤형 교육 방법론 개발을 시도하는데 의미가 있으며, 미래 교육 기술 발전 방향에 대한 중요한 통찰을 제공한다. 또한, AI 기술을 활용한 교육과정 설계의 가능 성을 탐색하고, 교육 현장에서의 AI 적용을 위한 실질적인 기반을 마련하는 데 중점을 두었다. 이러한 접근은 학습자 개별의 요구를 충족시키는 동시에 교육의 효과성을 높이는 방향으로 교육 기술을 발전시 킬 수 있는 기회를 제공한다 .

우리나라에서는 해상교통관제분야에 4차산업기술 중 클라우드, AI 기술을 접목한 클라우드 해상교통관제시스템이 개발중에 있 으며, 기존의 해상교통관제시스템(VTS)과는 차별화된 기술과 운영프로그램이 적용되어, 현재 부산항 VTS에 시범센터의 구축이 진행 중이 다. 신개념의 클라우드 VTS를 운용하게된 운영자와 유지보수 담당자등의 종사자들의 역할이 새롭게 정의될 필요가 있으며, 클라우드 VTS의 원할한 운영을 위한 신규 교육과정개발이 요구되는 시점이다. 따라서, 동 연구에서는 클라우드 VTS의 개발내용을 소개하고, 안전 한 운영을 보장할 수 있는 클라우드 VTS 운영자 및 유지보수 담당자를 대상으로 하는 교육시행 방안에 관한 연구를 수행하였다.

본 연구는 육군의 직무보수교육 기관 중 하나인 육군대학의 리더십 교육에 역량기반 교육과정을 적용 하기 위한 교육요구도를 조사할 목적으로 수행하였다. 연구자는 육군 영관장교의 리더십 역량을 도출하 기 위해 먼저 군 리더십에 관한 문헌 11편을 분석하여 22개의 리더십 역량 풀을 도출하였다. 이후 국방대 학교 리더십 전공 석‧박사과정 학생장교 11명을 대상으로 초점집단면접(FGI)을 실시하여 10개의 리더십 잠정역량을 도출하고, 역량별 정의와 하위요소를 구체화하였다. 군 리더십 교수/교관 11명을 대상으로 3차례에 걸친 전문가 델파이조사를 통해 영관장교의 리더십 핵심역량을 확정하였다. 이는 책임감, 회복탄 력성, 창의력, 군사지식, 지적수용력, 상황판단/결심, 솔선수범, 의사소통, 동기부여, 팀워크 배양, 부하개발 이다. 이를 바탕으로 역량기반 교육과정 개발을 위한 교육요구도 조사를 위해 현재 육군대학에 재학 중인 학생장교(소령) 407명을 대상으로 리더십 핵심역량별 바람직한 수준(중요도)과 자신의 현재 수준에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 자료분석은 설문결과에 성실하게 응답한 218명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 설문결과 분 석을 통해 Borich 요구도가 상위 50%에 속하며, The Locus for Focus Model의 제 1사분면에 있는 군사 지식, 회복탄력성, 의사소통, 동기부여, 부하개발을 최우선 역량으로 판단하고, 제 2사분면에 있는 상황판 단/결심을 차선으로 판단하였다. 다만 군사지식은 육군대학 전 교육과정을 통해 습득하므로 제외하였다. 이 결과는 육군대학의 리더십 역량기반 교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다.

This study aims to develop a cultural heritage curriculum for climate change and present educational directions for cultural heritage and climate change impact in the future. In this study, the role and necessity of cultural heritage education for climate change were first discussed based on previous studies on climate change and cultural heritage. Next, the current status analysis of educational cases related to climate change and cultural heritage was conducted based on educational manuals, curriculum, and heritage competency systems associated with climate change. Finally, we propose a plan to develop a curriculum to cope with climate change and cultural heritage for graduate students in higher education institutions based on the four components of developing a curriculum. In future studies, we intend to propose guidelines for designing educational manuals and specific curricula for each educational target to cope with the climate change of cultural heritage presented in this study.

이 연구는 2022 개정 교육과정에서 신설된 고등학교 ｢금융과 경제생활｣의 개발 절차, 기본적인 개발 방향과 주안점 등을 다루고 있다. 개발 과정에서 연구진 내부 회의는 물론 각론 조정팀, 현장 교사, 전문가의 검토 과정, 폭넓은 여론 수렴 등의 과정을 거쳤다. 주요 개발 방향은 학생들의 삶과 연계한 교육과정 구성, 성취기준 및 학습량 적정화, 안정된 금융 생활에 필요한 역량 강화로 잡았고, 개발의 주안점은 사회적 변화를 반영한 맞춤형 금융교 육, 범교과 학습 주제 및 국가·사회적 요구 사항 반영, 융합 선택 과목의 취지를 반영한 통합적 접근 및 중복성 배제였다.

In order to cultivate manpower for the growth of future industries, it is necessary to develop an industry-academic-linked curriculum and a cross-curriculum beyond the existing traditional curriculum. Based on the theory acquired through the mixed curriculum of existing and industry-academic-linked curriculum, a curriculum that can analyze and solve the problems of resource circulation supply chain companies is developed to cultivate manpower suitable for future industries. The industry-academia-linked subject mixed project curriculum was designed asa basic theory, exploration, and problem-solving subject. The basic theory-related subject models and evaluates the current problems of resource circulation companies from the perspective of the supply chain in consideration of the supply chain necessary for the manufacturing process related to resource circulation. The search-related subject explores and evaluates field problems (difficulty technology) of companies related to resource circulation. Problem-solving-related subjects solve problems by applying methodologies to field problems of companies related to resource circulation. This curriculum was developed to model and solve problems through a complex perspective by developing an industry-academic-linked project curriculum and cross-subject development with other schools to solve complex field problems that need to be considered for the growth of future industries related to resource circulation. Through the continuous development of project subjects and cross-curriculars, we expect development in the field of manufacturing and supply chains for resource circulation by fostering talents suitable for the acceptance of companies.

4차 산업이 발전함에 따라 해상운송 분야에서도 자율운항선박의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 현재 2, 3단계의 자율운항선박이 운항 을 하고 있으며 육상에서 원격조종의 장비로 감시하며 상황에 따라 운항에 개입하는 육상원격제어사가 이미 활용되고 있다. 하지만 이들 의 교육과정이 국제적으로 정립되지 않아 부적격한 육상원격제어사에 의한 사고 위험성이 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 육상원격제어사 에 필요한 교육을 기존의 해기사 교육 중 육상원격제어사에게 필요한 교육과 원격제어환경에서 필요한 교육으로 구성하였고 효과적인 교육의 활용을 위해 비기술적 역량교육을 포함하였다. 이러한 교육과정은 신속하게 활용될 수 있으며 역량평가를 통한 해사안전에 부합 하는 신규 육상원격제어사를 배출할 수 있다. 그리고 기존의 선원들도 육상원격제어사로 전직할 수 있는 교육을 제공할 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 고등학교에서 경제교육 수요 자체가 급감하고 있는 상황에서 교육부의 필수 과목의 최소화, 학습 내용의 축소, 선택과목 증가, 고교학점제 도입, 자유학기제 도입, 비교 과 창체 활동 확대 등을 지향하는 교육과정의 개정 방향에 부응하여 사회탐구 일반선택 ‘경 제’를 ‘경제생활’로 대체할 필요가 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 경제생활의 교육과정은 소득과 소비, 재무와 금융, 진로와 직업, 시장과 경제생활, 국가와 경제생활 등을 주요 내용으로 한다. 이는 일상에서 직면하게 되는 개인의 경제 문제에 합리적으로 대처하고, 개인의 경제생활 영위를 위해 필수적인 기초 지식을 습득하며, 건전하고 안정적인 경제생활을 유지하는 태도 를 지닐 수 있도록 구성되었다는 특징이 있다. ‘경제생활’ 교육과정으로의 개편은 ‘어려운 경제’, ‘현실과 동떨어진 이론 경제’에서 ‘쉬운 경제’, ‘생활 경제’, 그리고 ‘학생 중심 경제’ 를 지향하는 학교 경제 교육과정 개정으로의 첫 걸음이라 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 ‘어려운 경제’라는 인식으로 인해 학생들로부터 기피되어 왔던 문제를 극복하여 고등학교에서의 경 제교육을 활성화할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The goal of this study was to develop a curriculum based on practice and job competency, reflecting opinions on the required job competence of nail practitioners and professionals related to nail beauty. Through in-depth interviews with nail experts, the research focuses on developing nail beauty competency-based curriculum and curriculum profiles that reflect practitioners’ needs of job competence in the field. In-depth interviews with 11 field experts and surveys of 154 people were conducted to develop a competency-based curriculum for beginner nail hairdressers. The results of this study show that the existing 38 National Competency Standards (NCS) job competencies were reduced to 21 job competencies. In addition, based on the common opinions of experts who reflect the current trend, two tasks on “eyelashes” and “waxing” were added, and they were modified and supplemented with 23 core competencies. The development of a competency-based curriculum and educational programs for nail beauty was performed based on the requirements of the core competencies investigated and the development of a systematic map for the core competencies of beginner nail technicians and hairdressers. In conclusion, the need for professional education and training for nail hairdressers is growing, and it can be seen that a curriculum building multi-faceted abilities is needed for their qualifications as experts. This study found that it is necessary to develop interpersonal communication skills that include marketing elements other than practical skills such as personality and customer response methods in the nail beauty curriculum.

본 연구는 코로나 시대이후로 가속화된 뷰티분야의 4차 산업들과 융합으로 산업에서 요구되는 실무능력을 교육하기 위한 교육과정 개발을 목적으로 진행되었다. 여러 문헌의 탐색적 조사와 전문가의견 을 수렴한 결과 뷰티산업은 앞으로 단일 아이템 또는 서비스 제공이 아닌 의료, 바이오, ICT, 인공지능 기 술 등이 결합된 개인맞춤형 서비스 제공 산업으로 분야가 확장될 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 내용을 바탕으 로 전통적인 뷰티산업에서 요구하는 기본 직무 능력 외에 갖추어야 할 디지털 활용능력을 추가하여 교육과 정을 구성하고 과목을 도출하였다. 코로나 이후의 시대는 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 다양한 산업의 변화를 가져올 것이며 이러한 변화에 대응하여 뷰티산업의 발전과 지속가능성을 위한 인재 개발을 위해 대학에서 는 산업의 변화에 항상 주목해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop guidelines for a Hindi A0 level evaluation test with its standardized Hindi curriculum. The development of a Hindi A0 level evaluation test is a basic requirement for ensuring internal stability of school education, because languages that uses special or unique characters that are not based on Roman alphabets, such as Hindi, Thai, and Persian, require a separate learning process or curriculum as well as their evaluation tests. This is not only in line with the purpose of the ‘Act on the Promotion of Education of Critical Foreign Languages’ enacted on August 2, 2016, but also because it can promote the substantiality of education in other critical foreign languages including Hindi, which had been conducted without a standardized curriculum. In other words, this study explores the concept of the A0 level that is not included in the CEFR, as a first step toward the realization of the ‘Common Asian Framework of Reference for languages’, the letters and pronunciations of which require a lot of time to learn. To this end, a guideline of an evaluation test for Asian languages is also proposed.

정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 선박과 육상 간의 정보교환은 더욱 빠르고 편리해졌으나 선박정보에 대한 접근이 용이해져 사이 버보안 공격에 대한 우려도 커지고 있다. 선박이 사이버 공격의 피해를 입게 되면 복구하는데 막대한 비용과 시간 손해가 발생하며, 해사 산업계는 선박 사이버보안 책임자를 지정하여 보안관리 업무를 담당할 것을 요구하고 있다. 공격의 피해를 줄이고 효과적인 대응을 위하여 선박 사이버보안 책임자를 위한 전문적 교육과정이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 선박 사이버보안 책임자 교육과정과 법제정비 필요성 제시에 있으며, 이를 위해 국내외 동향 및 사고사례, 주요 사이버보안 교육과정을 조사하였다. 조사결과를 바탕으로 선박 사이버보안 책임자에게 필요한 표준교육과정을 개발하였고 관련 법제정비의 방향성을 제시하였다. 연구의 결과는 향후 선박 사이버보안 책임자 교육과정을 개설하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

SW, AI 등으로 인한 사회적 변화는 교육에도 영향을 미치고 있다. 변화하는 기술이나 산업에 대응하기 위한 교육과정의 변화는 교사들의 역량 강화에 대한 요구로 이어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 개정될 교육과 정에 적응할 수 있도록 교사의 AI 관련 융합 역량 강화를 위한 교육과정을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 진행되 었다. 목적 달성을 위해 18개의 국내외 대학의 AI 관련 교육과정을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 토대로 초중등 교사를 위한 AI융합 교육과정을 개발하였다. 초중등 교사들을 위한 교육대학원의 AI융합 교육 교육과정은 6개 영역에서 총 28개의 과목으로 개발하였다. 필수 영역을 비롯하여 AI교육 방법론, 소프트웨어 입문, 인공지능을 위한 프로그래밍, 데이터과학과 기계학습, AI와 교육의 6개의 영역이다. 각 영역은 3개에서 8개의 과목으로 구성되었다.

2018년에 수립된 제4차 영재교육진흥계획에서는 영재교육원의 역할을 특수 분야 재능계발을 위한 심화 및 사사(Research & Education, 이하 R&E) 과정 운영으로 정립하였다. 영재교육원이 영재교육을 성공적으로 수 행하기 위해서는 적절한 수준의 R&E 교육프로그램을 제공할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보과학 영재들의 창의적 사고력과 문제해결능력을 향상시키기 위해 컴퓨터 게임을 직접 개발하는 R&E 교육프로그램을 제안한다. 컴퓨터 게임은 화면에 그래픽을 출력하는 기술, 캐릭터와 배경을 움직이는 애니메이션 기술, 캐릭터 간의 충돌 감지 기술, 사운드 출력, 동영상 출력, 사용자가 편리한 인터페이스 기술 등의 다양한 요소를 포함한 분야이다. 따라서 컴퓨터 게임을 직접 개발해 봄으로써 다양한 게임 요소들을 배우고 정보과학적 개념과 자료구조 등을 활용하여 알고리즘을 익힐 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Python과 PyGame을 이용하여 켈러의 ARCS 모델에 기반한 교육용 게임을 개발하는 R&E 교육프로그램을 제안하였고, 실제 영재교육원의 중학교 정보과학반 학생들의 R&E 수업에 적용하였다. 학생들은 게임 개발 R&E 수업을 통해 실제 프로그래머들의 프로그램 개발 과정을 체험할 수 있었고, 주어진 문제 상황들이 프로그램에 의해 어떻게 표현되고 해결되는지를 탐구하였다. 또한, 학생들이 그동안 게임의 수요자로서 단순히 게임을 즐기기만 했다면, 본 R&E 수업을 통해 게임의 공급자로써 사용자의 흥미와 동기를 증가시킬 수 있는 방법을 스스로 고안하고 도입할 수 있는 기회를 얻게 되었다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum to help foreign broadcasters who will be in demand in the future develop pragmatic language and Korean language skills suitable for broadcasting languages. Based on literature review related to broadcasting language and Korean for Occupational Purposes, the broadcasting language conditions for foreign broadcasters were organized. In order to develop the Korean language curriculum, it’s been interviewed and surveyed foreign broadcasters who are working at Korean broadcasting stations. Based on the needs assessment, the education contents and teaching items were designed. The principles of composition of the curriculum established in this study are as follows. (1) Curriculum for Korean language and broadcasting ability for foreigners; (2) content that can be understood and proceeded with the characteristics of genre; (3) use the correct broadcasting language; (4) active response attitude; and (5) a broadcaster with the ability to understand Korean culture. Proposals for the curriculum that can help foreign broadcasters grow into good communicators of cultural content in Korea are presented.
