        본 연구는 새로운 운동문화가 형성되어 가고 있는 과도기적 상황에서, 운동을 겸하고 있는 대학 에 재학 중인 골프 종목 체육특기자 학생 선수들을 대상으로 그들이 대학 생활에서 자신이 실제로 해 보거 나 겪어 본 과정을 근거이론 방법을 바탕으로 심층적으로 조명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 충청도에 있는 A 대학 골프학전공에 재학 중인 10명의 특기자 학생을 연구 참여자로 선택하였으며, 이들과의 심층 면담을 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석 과정은 Strauss와 Corbin(1990)이 밝힌 분석 방법에 따라 개념에 대 해 결론을 끌어내고 개념 간의 관계를 밝히기 위해 코딩 패러다임을 구성하였고, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 개방 코딩에서 117개 개념, 16개 하위범주, 10개 상위범주가 도출되었다. 둘째로 인과적 조건은 “비대 면 수업의 대학 생활”, 맥락적 요소는 “실기 운동”, “수업 참여”로 범주화하였으며 중심현상은 “골프 종목 체육특기자 학생으로서의 대학 생활 의미”로 보았다. 중재 조건은 운동과 학업을 함께하는 과정을 살펴본 결과 “관계 형성”, “능력향상”으로 정리되었으며 작용/상호작용전략은 “학문 연구”, “부정적인 생각”으로 범주화했으며, 마지막으로 결과는 “지난 대학 생활 되돌아보기”, “정체성”, “미래 설계”로 구성하였다. 이러 한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 파악된 체육특기자(골프) 학생들의 운동과 학업을 병행하는 삶의 과정에 대한 모 형을 근거 이론적 패러다임의 방법 절차에 따라 범주화하였으며, 골프 종목 체육특기자들은 운동 생활이 학업 생활에 긍정적인 영향을 받게 됨에 따라, 쉼이 없는 대학 생활을 이어나가고 있었으며, 그리고 운동과 학업을 모두 포함할 수 있는 학생 선수의 역량 향상을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

        This study investigated the trend of research on ‘Food science and Nutrition’ in previously published papers in the Journal of Korean Society of Food Culture (JKSFC) from 2000 to 2021. Total number of published papers in this category in the JKSFC was 693 which we classified into 7 main categories and 40 subcategories. Of these, 256 articles were on ‘experimental cooking’ which was the most studied field among 7 main categories. There was a total of 19 published papers under the category of ‘microbiology and fermentation’. A total of 133 articles were published on ‘functional foods’ and provided essential data for discovering new materials under the theme of various physiological active functions of food materials. Furthermore, 107 articles were included in ‘food processing and storage’, which provided integrated knowledge of economy, stability and practicality based on various technologies. A total of 144 articles was included in the category of ‘nutrition’. Under the category of ‘nutrition’, the most actively studied topic was ‘eating behaviors and dietary habits,’ and the trending topic was ‘use of healthcare big data.’ In conclusion, this review would provide trends of various categories of food science and nutrition area for recent 21 years and suggest directions for future research.

        This study examines the trend of research on food and culture in papers published in the Journal of The Korean Society of Food Culture from 1986 to 2020. The journals published a total of 329 papers, which we classified into 5 main categories and 13 middle categories. Of these, 204 articles were on “Korean traditional food culture.” The most studied topic in the entire period was “Perception of Koreans towards traditional food, preference, satisfaction, and usage.” A total of 76 studies related to “Korean contemporary food culture.” The most advanced topic researched concerned “Recognition and attitude”; these studies were consistently carried out throughout the research period. The main classification of “World food culture” encompassed 32 studies, with major research focused on “World's Modern Food Culture” and the most advanced being “Comparison of Food Cultures of Foreign and Korean Food Cultures.” All studies were consistently spaced out during the study period. These studies provide an integrated knowledge in the field of food and culture and can be used as a basic material for related research in the future.

        For any research study, in order to achieve the researcher’s intended purpose, the depth of research is added, and the area of the subject is expanded by clearly defining the scope and objective. The study was undertaken to analyze the bibliographic data of 254 papers in the field of foodservice and restaurant published in the Journal of the Korean Society of Food Culture from 2002 to 2021. The study was divided into two periods: 2002 to 2011, and 2012 to 2021. Research topics were derived and research trends according to temporal changes were confirmed through analysis of keyword networks by period. In addition, analyzing the keyword network of simultaneous appearance of “foodservice” and “restaurant”, the research topics were compared and analyzed in relation to which keywords were expanded by period. Our analysis revealed that the research topics were mostly studied for satisfaction and nutrition. Additionally, they were classified into procurement, Korean food before employee menu, marketing, restaurant industry, and quality. In the period from 2002 to 2011, it was confirmed that studies encompassed a wide range of research topics, focusing on foodservice and restaurant; in the second period from 2012 to 2021, the research topics were more classified and subdivided.

        일본은 급속한 저출산고령화의 진전에 따라 사회보장의 관점에서 고령자 복지지출에 재정적 부담이 가중되고 있다. 앞으로 “인생 100년 시대” 라는 초고령사회와 장수사회가 본격화하기 때문에 사회보장정책과 고령자 복지정책의 방향은 의료 개호 관계 비용의 절감이 중요한 열쇠가 되고 있다. 고령자 복지정책으로 지금까지 “양로원” 으로 총칭되는 각종 요양시설과 고령자 전용주택의 건설이 정책적으로 진행되어 왔다. 그러나 복지사상이 각 세대를 중심으로 한 가족주도로 고령자을 지원하 는 “가족개호형”에서 사회가 공동으로 지원하는 “사회개호형”으로 전통적 복지사상이 변화되고 있다. 다시 말하면 복지사상이 기존의 “가족(개인)의 책임”이라는 전통적인 사고방식에서 “사회의 책임”이라는 현실적 인 사고방식(사회보장의 강화)으로 변화하고 있는 것이다. 이 복지사상의 변화의 배경에는 일본이 경제적으로 부강해지고 근대화 · 핵가족화 · 고령화가 더욱 진행되면서 가족단위의 2세대 또는 3세대의 생활(공동으 로 생활하고 공동으로 고령자 지원)이 현실적으로 어려워지고, 가족구성원의 경제활동이나 사회활동에 의해 필연적으로 가족단위가 분해되었다는 현실이 있다. 또한 사회보장의 수비범위가 유럽의 사회보장의 기본적 사상에 자극되어 국민이 소극적인 사회보장에서 적극적인 사회보장으로의 정책적 전환을 요구하는 현실도 있다. 앞으로의 사회보장정책의 기본방향은 고령자의 생활을 지원하는 주체를 “가족”에서 “사회”로 발상 (복지사상)의 전환은 불가피한 상황이다.

        This study was performed to provide fundamental data on the dietary life according to the acculturation degree. The subject was 305 Chinese students in South Korea region. The questionnaire respondents are consisted of 148 male students (48.5%) and 157 female students (51.5%). There was a statistically significant difference in age, education level, residence time, and Korean language ability according to acculturation degree (p<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference in gender, residence pattern, purpose of coming to Korea. There was a statistically significant difference between meals frequency, outside frequency, and the intake of Chinese food according to acculturation degree (p<0.05), but there was no significant difference in snake taking frequency (p>0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in drinks and computer time according to acculturation degree (p<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference between smoking and exercise (p>0.05). The food intake style of Chinese students was 2.47 in noodles, 2.34 in lunches and 2.15 in breads. According to the acculturation degree, the food intake patterns showed statistically significant differences in dumping kind, congee, hamburger and pizza, while meat products, smoked meat, noodle, lunch, cereal, kimbap, sandwich. And there was no significant difference. The correlation between the factors influencing the acculturation degree of Chinese students showed a statistically significant effect on dietary habits, food intake, education level, residence period, and Korean language ability.

        This study seeks to explore the relationship between clothing adaptation and acculturation for married Chinese immigrant women. In addition, it aims to analyze the differences in their clothing consumption behaviors according to acculturation level. To achieve these purposes, a quantitative research study was conducted on 291 wives of Korean-Chinese multicultural families in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The data was analyzed using factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, and the Duncun test. The findings were as follows. First, the women were divided into three groups based on their level of acculturation, which was defined as ‘assimilated’, ‘marginalized’ and ‘segregated’. Second, the relationship between their acculturation level and their clothing adaptation was identified. The marginalized group had the lowest level of clothing adaptation. Third, the groups’ differences in clothing selection criteria were analyzed. The segregated group considered the practical aspects (price, color, quality) of clothing to be more important than the other groups. The marginalized group scored the lowest in valuing the aesthetic factors (design, style, trendiness) of clothing. Finally, conformity of clothing consumption varied significantly based on acculturation level. The assimilated and marginalized groups showed higher levels conformity than did the segregated group. Clothing purchase location also varied significantly between the three groups. The assimilated and marginalized groups preferred online shopping, but members of the segregated group preferred to carry out their shopping off-line. This study showed that clothing adaptation and clothing consumption behaviors play key roles in understanding the acculturation of multicultural families.

        This study was carried out in order to investigate Korean food acculturation by married immigrant women and how it affects their children’s eating habits. Using an in-depth interview method, 26 domestically residing married immigrant Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian women in Korea were surveyed to investigate adaption to Korean food at the time of their immigration, their current dietary life, their preferred Korean food, major factors in managing their children’s eating habits, etc. The results reveal that depending on the married immigrant women’s country of birth, which plays an important role in a family’s dietary life and health, acculturation phenomena occurred in which the specific eating habits of each country were grafted into Korean food. Furthermore, due to their school-age children’s display of acceptance of both their homeland’s and Korea’s food culture, we believe that this can become a pivot point for non-governmental diplomacy where Korean food can be understood along with the mothers’ countries.

        Recently there have been an increased number of people seeking to live with nature away from the polluted city. In reaction to this phenomenon there has been more an increase in interest of green sustainable architecture. Along with the interest in green sustainable architecture, there have been people who have taken interest in finding the origins of the green sustainable lifestyle, thus leading to the interest of Korean traditional architecture and its culture. This has fueled the interest and efforts in developing and restoring the traditional architecture. The interest in traditional architecture has lead to the interest in traditional ondol, which is one of the axis to Korean traditional architecture. The traditional environment friendly methods and the various green building systems have been interpreted from a modern point of view and experimented with. Therefore a variety of heating methods have been tried in preparation to the cold winter. One of those heating methods is Korea’s traditional gudeul, and through the interest of people on the gudeul a variety of gudeul has been constructed. Furthermore, educational facilities have been established to further develop, succeed and spread traditional gudeul. However, because the focus of these facilities is in the technology and preservation, it has lost focus on the traditional lifestyle. Without the understanding of traditional lifestyle, the gudeul is worthless and an uncomfortable facility. In order to truly spread the use of gudeul, the traditional lifestyle must be investigated and understood. The Korean people by laying and living on the gudeul have developed a guduel culture. Gudeul has influenced the clothing, food, and shelter, thus all aspects of life. It is a culture first then a heating method. It shines light upon the wisdom of Korean ancestors. Therefore people should not only be trained on the techniques of laying gudeul but the culture, proper maintenance and use.

        2013년 현재 대한민국의 교도소는 다인종. 다문화. 다양화된 교도소문화를 이루고 있으며, 이러한 다문화시대의 한국사회의 구성원 및 외국인 범죄의 증가는 질적인 측면에서 외국인범죄는 국내인 범죄 못지않은 사회문제가 되고 있다. 이제 한국은 순수단일민족이 아니며 여러 민족과 인종이 때로는 용광로처럼 한국의 문화에 동화되고 샐러드그릇처럼 민족고유의 특성을 유지하면서도 어울리는 다문화주의 사회이다. 인종적 문화적 다양성과 더불어 외국인범죄도 사회 환경 등의 이유로 급격히 상승하고 있는 실정이며 다문화 시대에 부합한 외국인수용자에 대한 문화적 수용성, 수용생활만족도, 의사소통만족도와 학력변인의 조절효과 등을 측정하여 외국인수용자의 다문화수용성이 수용생활만족도와 사회복귀기대감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구로 외국인수용자에 대한 교정정책에 대한 문제제기와 연구가 필요하고, 내국인수용자와 마찬가지로 외국인수용자도 한국어의 능력수준에 따라 한국인수용자에게 실시하는 검정고시제도와 방송통신고등학교 및 방송통신대학프로그램도 실시하는 것이 필요하다고 본다.

        Korean culinary culture is traditionally studied through the analysis of foods ingested. However, this study attempts to dialectically reinterpret Korean culinary culture through its relationship to Korean literature. In our study we consider culinary culture prior to the development of scientific techniques and economic growth related to food as "dietary lifestyle of the innocent world" and time since then as "the dietary lifestyle of the experience world". The former represents a simple means of survival without food processing (the "slow food" world), while the latter represents the "fast food" or processed food culture as a modern concept. People living in the age of economic growth and overflowing individualism have lacked an organic life and an opportunity to commune with nature. As a result, they have returned to values of the past, seeking the "slow food" culture to benefit their individual health. A series of return processes, however, were transformed into "the dietary life style of the higher innocence," called "a well-being dietary life style" involving a new healthy conception passing through the dietary life style of the experience world. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the dietary lifestyles of the "innocent" world and the "experience" world based on dialectic concepts. Individual concepts of "thesis" and "antithesis" are applied, as well as the developmental concept of "synthesis" for the way both symbolic worlds changed to "the dietary lifestyle of the higher innocence" and formed complementary relationships to each other.

        개방화 시대를 맞이하여 국경은 무너지고 범죄는 세계화 되면서 우리 교정은 외국인범죄의 위협 앞에 큰 과제를 떠안게 되었다. 비록 외국인 재소자의 구성비는 전체재소자의 2%에도 미치지못하지만 매년 20-40%씩 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 교정당국은 다문화재소자에 대한 수용관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 교정처우만족도 향상을 위한 다양한 프로그램을 발 빠르게 강구하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 살인, 강도, 약물남용범죄, 폭력집단범죄, 전화사기 등 최근의 범죄동향의 특징과 맞물리면서 우리의 교정행정은 새로운 위기에 직면해 있다. 향후 외국인 150만 명에 육박하는 시대에 외국인범죄는 현재보다 더 큰 폭으로 증가할 것이 예상되는 바 외국인재소자의 교정처우만족도 향상에 있어 우리 교정당국이 안고 있는 현재의 문제 상황과 나아갈 방향이 무엇인지를 짚어보고 다문화시대의 교정처우만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시해야 할 것이다. 연구결과 본 연구를 통하여 외국인재소자들에게 설문 조사한 결과 수용생활만족도와 사회복귀도움만족도에 다문화 수용성, 의사소통만족도, 다문화프로그램만족도가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 외국인재소자에 대한 교정복지정책을 수용만족도 향상과 사회복귀도움이라는 방법의 모색과 함께 향 후 대한민국의 모든 교정시설의 외국인재소자 증가에 대비해서 법률과 제도를 정비하고 새로운 방안을 마련하여 외국인재소자에게 수용생활만족이라는 교정복지정책의 비젼제시의 기초자료를 제공하는데 도움이 되고자 한다.
