In the policy management system of the safety&health(same as the environment and the quality), the documentation of the management system is required in various international standards & guides. In case of 3 level classification of the system documents, it generally will be identified such name as the manual, the procedure(or the process) and the job instruction. Each level of the document has the unique role and usage though, the job instructions, especially, would be developed to support the practical job worker. Considering such document level, the job instructions should be reflect the latest know-how of the job-handling methods. And that, it should be used at any times by the related job worker. This paper is prepared for surveying the actual usage status of the job instructions of the domestic enterprises holding ISO certificate and trying to suggest the better way of application of the system documents.

오늘날 건설산업분야는 기술적인 것은 물론 경제, 정보면에서도 그 어느때보다 치열한 경쟁 상태에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 건설산업 전반의 무한 경쟁에서 대응할 우수한 기술력과 체계적인 건설사업관리(CM)기법에 따른 안전관리가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 CM단계별 안전관리지침이 시설물 life cycle 전단계에 걸쳐 활용되는 방안에 대해 연구하고 각 단계별 안전관리를 유도하여 안전성확보에 주력하며 각단계별 Safety management를 하고자 한다.

이 硏究는 우리나라 國民學校 自然科 敎師用 指針書와 美國(Holt Science)의 敎師用 指針書를 分析 比較하였다. 各國의 科學敎育의 性格과 硏究課程 要素를 比較하여 보고 實際 內容에 있어서는 低學年에서 空氣分野와 高學年에서 海洋分野의 것을 다루었다.

하수슬러지 및 음식물류폐기물과 같은 유기성폐기물이 해양투기가 전면 금지되면서 육상처리 및 재활용처리가 관심이 되고 있다. 하수슬러지와 음식물류폐기물을 육상처리할 뿐만 아니라 신재생에너지를 생산할 수 있는 바이오가스화가 그 처리에 좋은 대안으로 부각되고 있다. 최근 하수슬러지 혐기소화시설에서 음식물류폐기물을 병합처리 하는 경향이 늘고 있다. 그러나 운전중인 하수슬러지 바이오가스화 시설은 그 유기물분해율과 메탄생성율 측면에서 그 효율이 매우 저조하며, 음식물류폐기물 바이오가스화 시설은 효율은 많이 증가하였으나 아직까지는 그 안정적 운전이 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 최근 하수슬러지와 음식물류폐기물을 병합처리하는 추이에 맞춰 효율성과 안정적 운전에서 문제점을 조사하고 이를 해결할 수 있는 고려인자들을 도출하여 그 가이드라인을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 하수슬러지만 혐기소화하는 5개 시설과 하수슬러지 혐기소화시 음식물류폐기물을 병합처리하는 9개 시설을 대상으로 현장조사를 실시하였다. 현장조사의 목적은 병합처리 바이오가스화 시설의 문제점들을 조사하고 그 문제점을 해결하기 위한 고려인자들을 도출하는 것이다. 또한 계절별로 하수슬러지 바이오가스화 시설 4개와 병합처리시설 7개에 대하여 정밀모니터링을 실시하였다. 이 정밀모니터링을 통하여 현장조사에서 도출된 고려인자에 대한 구체적인 가이드라인들을 제시하고자 한다. 가이드라인 제시는 전처리 등 6가지 공정별로 하수슬러지와 음식물류폐기물 물성들을 고려하여 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to evaluate satisfaction with critical pathway (CP) in nursing gastric cancer patients. From January to June 2008, non critical pathway group (NCPG, n=28) is used by general doctor’s order. However, from July to December 2008, critical pathway group (CPG, n=25) received the CP schedule applied by the PA on the pre operative day. The collected data were analyzed by chi-square, and student t-test using the SPSS/Win 12.0 program. Patient’s satisfaction increased with understanding of disease and treatment process, explanation of related study and treatment, education regarding activity status, and degree of confidence in doctor. Patient satisfaction was higher in the CPG than in the NCPG.

아름다운 소하천 가꾸기 사업의 목적은 치수기능 확보를 기반으로 소하천의 자연성과 생태적 건강성 회복을 추구함과 동시에 친수기능 강화 및 주변 환경과 조화된 소하천을 조성하는데 있다. 아름다운 소하천 가꾸기 사업은 소하천 환경개선을 목적으로 소하천 변과 둔치, 제방 등 소하천 공간을 자연에 가깝게 복원시킴으로써 소하천 생태보전 및 복원과 동시에 지역사회와 연계한 친수기능 확대를 추구하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 1) 치수기능 확보, 2) 소하천 생태보전 및 복원, 3) 지역사회와 연계한 친수기능 확대로 나누어 아름다운 소하천 가꾸기 사업의 기술지침을 소개할 예정이다.

광물자원 평가지침은 지역 및 국가에 따라 사용되는 지침서는 다소 차별적이지만 대체적으로 유사하다. 그 중에서 호주의 JORC 코드와 UN에서 작성된 UNFC 지침이 가장 많이 이용된다. 광물자원평가와 관련된 기술보고서 작성의 경우 국제적으로 통용되는 지침서를 근간으로 작성되어야 대외적으로 인정받을 수 있어 이에 대한 이해가 요구된다.
