Research ethics is a desirable way of conducting responsible research, which means maintaining the integrity and complying with ethical norms in a particular field of research. Research integrity means keeping the values and standards required by researchers in the research process. Despite educational institutions' efforts to improve research ethics, the judgment of research cheating is on the rise. In addition, there were unclear regulations related to self-plagiarism, duplicate publication, and the scope of research ethics. If you are a researcher of human research, planning and conducting ethical research is the first step for research integrity. Researchers need to understand protecting research subjects conducting research, and educational institutions should review and improve the current curriculum to provide research ethics education more effectively. Before strengthening legal sanctions on research cheating centered on results, the government should seek solutions through fundamental cause analysis to prevent researchers from committing research cheating. Given the current status of research ethics educational institutions and the progress of policies so far, we hope that if everyone tries at the individual, educational institution, and government levels, we will move in a more positive direction.

본 논문에서는 리 매킨타이어의 포스트트루스에 비추어 2015년 개봉된 영화 <스포트라이트>에서 다룬 보스턴 가톨릭 신부의 아동 성범죄를 고찰하고자 한 다. 구체적으로는 스포트라이트 팀이 이러한 일탈 사건을 밝히고 나아가 보스턴 의 교구와 교구민이 이 사건을 은폐하고자 한 것을 고발하는 과정을 다룬다. 사 건 발생과 이를 은폐하고자 하는 과정에서는 매킨타이어가 주장하는 인지 편향 이 작용한다는 것을 지적한다. 인지 편향이란 불편한 진실과 마주했을 때 본능 적으로 사람은 심리적 불편함을 모면하려 한다는 것이다. 이는 어떤 사건에 대 해 이해하려 할 때 사람은 객관적 사실보다는 개인적 감정이나 신념에 더 의존 하는 경향이 있다는 포스트트루스 시대의 특성과 연계지어 볼 수 있다. 그 과정 에서 이러한 시대에 우리가 지키고 따라야 하는 종교적 진실을 간단히 짚어볼 것이다.

What is the origin of kimchi and what changes did it go through to become the kimchi of today? Also, what makes kimchi different from other pickled vegetables such as Chinese paochai, Japanese tsukemono, and Western pickles, and sauerkraut, and what is the identity of kimchi? This study is the result of thought on these fundamental questions about kimchi which is the only pickled vegetable distributed around the world that uses a fermented and ripened animal seasoning called jeotgal (salted marine life) to dramatically improve its umami taste and nutritional value, thereby securing its uniqueness. Kimchi has further evolved into a unique and high-quality pickled vegetable through the use of its specialized seasoning, adopting a composite fermentation mechanism and absorbing new ingredients such as red pepper. It is expected that this paper will invigorate the discussion on the firm establishment of the identity of kimchi and the future direction that it may take.

많은 조직들은 불확실하고 급속도로 변화하는 환경 속에서 조직의 지속적인 발전과 성공을 위해 다각 도로 노력하고 있다. 특히 조직이 직면한 다양한 문제에 대한 해결 능력의 중요성이 부각되면서 구성원의 자발적 지식공유에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 구성원의 지식공유 딜레마를 해소시키는 요인에 대한 탐구가 지속적으로 이루어져 왔는데, 그 중에서도 리더십은 구성원의 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 중요한 선행요인으로 밝혀졌다. 특히 리더의 언행일치, 즉 행동적 진실성이 그간 조직에 긍정적인 결과를 가져오는 리더의 행동으로 제시되어 왔지만, 이를 지식공유와 연결한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 아울러 이 두 변수 간의 관계를 설명해주는 메커니즘에 중점을 둔 연구는 더욱 미흡하다. 본 연구는 이러한 선행연구의 한계점을 보완하고자 리더의 행동적 진실성과 구성원의 지식공유 간 관계를 검증하고, 두 변수간의 관계에서 관계적 에너지의 매개효과와 친사회적 동기의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 육군 간부 329쌍의 자료를 활용하였다. 실증분석 결과 관계적 에너지는 행동적 진실성과 구성원의 지식공유 간의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 구성원의 친사회적 동기가 높을수록 관계적 에너지와 지식공유 간의 정(+)적 관계가 더 강하게 나타났으며, 관계적 에너지를 통해 부하의 지식공유에 영향을 주는 행동적 진실성의 간접효과 또한 친사회적 동기가 높을수록 더 강하였다. 본 연구는 행동적 진실성과 지식공유 두 변수간의 관계에 내재된 메커니즘을 실증적으로 검증했다는 측면에서 이론적 및 실무적 함의를 가진다. 아울러 연구의 한계 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 연구의 말미에 기술하였다.

유신체제시기 1979년 10월 16일부터 20일까지 부산과 마산에서 발생한 부마항쟁은 유신체제의 제반 모순에 대한 도전이었다. 그러나 그로부터 6일 뒤 박정희 대통령이 권부 내 갈등으로 살해되는 10·26사건이 일어남으로써 부마항쟁은 이 사건의 도화선 역할을 한 ‘미완의 항쟁’으로만 남게 되었다. 이 연구의 요체는 ‘부마항쟁의 진실과 역사적 성찰’이란 주제에 걸맞게 부마항쟁이 어떻게 발발하고 전개되었으며, 또 어떻게 진압되었는지를 부산항쟁과 마산항쟁의 주요 쟁점을 통해 비교고찰 하고자 하는 것이다. 특히 대학생과 민중이 주도한 부마항쟁의 시위전개와 경찰과 군에 의한 시위진압이 서로 부딪치면서 박정희 대통령 및 권부에 어떤 영향을 끼쳤는지를 구체적으로 논의해 보고자 한다. 부마항쟁은 올해로 39주년을 맞는 과거사가 되었으나 아직도 진상규명이나 명예회복 등의 문제가 산적해 있어 법제도의 정비 등, 우선적으로 해결할 것이 많은 현대사임에 틀림없다. 그러나 일단의 세력들이 항쟁의 주도자인 양, 여러 가지 기록물이나 증언을 통해서 부마항쟁사의 진실을 호도하고 농단하는 작태로 진실규명에 어려움을 주고 있다. 부마항쟁의 진실규명을 위해서는 객관적인 자료의 획득, 항쟁관련자의 증언 청취나 현지조사 등이 필요하며, 항쟁사의 진실을 호도하고 농단해 온 세력에 대한 법적․사회적 응징과 대응도 필요하다고 본다.

『순교자』는 전쟁이라는 역사의 폭력 앞에 내동댕이쳐진 인간의 실존적 고뇌를 다루면서, 신의 존재를 부인하는 신 목사를 통해 자기를 희생하면서까지 교인들에게 희망을 전하고자 하는 새로운 신앙의 진실을 그려낸 작품이다. 작가는 신 목사를 통해 침묵하는 신을 대신해서 불가사의한 현실을 이해하고 받아들일 수 있는, 사랑에 기초한 윤리적 휴머니즘이야말로 곧 희망의 복음이라는 메시지를 역설하고 있다. 󰡔순교자󰡕가 현실을 살아내야 하는 견인주의적 관점을 고수하는 실존신학의 입장을 드러냈다면 󰡔침묵󰡕의 경우는 비록 실존신학적인 주제이긴 하지만 신의 침묵 뒤에서 신의 응답을 듣게 되는 율법에서 자유로운 신앙을 구현해 냈다고 볼 수 있다. 신부는 성화판을 밟는 이율배반적인 사랑의 행위를 치르면서 그리스도의 종말론적 고난을 대리 경험하고 신의 현존을 새롭게 인식하게 된다. 베드로가 예수를 부인한 고통 속에서 참 그리스도를 만나게 되었듯이 로드리고 신부 역시 성육신한 구속주 예수를 성화판 사건을 통해 만나고 애벌레가 나비가 되는 탈바꿈에 이른 역동적 신앙을 얻을 수 있게 되었다.

The Truth and Reconciliation Commission was established in 1995. Its stated purpose was to forster reconciliation by revealing the truth about killings and other gross violation of human rights committed between March 1960 and May 1994. The Commission's founding legislation requires that the TRC provide a factual, comprehensive and even-handed account of the gross violations committed on all sides in the conflicts of the past. It mandates the commission to identify the perpetrators of violations and hold them accountable. It also requires the TRC to place all violations in context by explaining the motives and perspectives of perpetrators as well as any prior provocation that might have influenced their actions. The central purpose of this article is to provide ways of grasping what reconciliation involves for us. The hearings of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission was well known to the world. They are not intended as an ordeal for those guilty of violating others' lives or a test for those questioned about the abuse of human rights. Nor should these hearings be simply a replay of people's pain when they recount what was done to themselves or their loved ones. Reconciliation should be taking place within and among the life of human who have a painful history. The fruitfulness of the term 'reconciliation' derives from the interplay possible between its use as describing an action, naming a process of which various actions are moments and providing a perspective in which to move from present realities into an unknown future. Without some experience of reconciliation effected in an action, we would have no idea how it as a perspective can throw light upon individual actions and bring hope to people's efforts.
