이 연구는 전기고령여성의 화장품 사용실태 및 요구도에 따른 노인화장 품의 필요성에 대해 검증하고자 하였다. 이 연구는 서울 및 지방도시 지역 에 거주하는 60세 이상의 전기고령 여성을 대상으로 2023년 12월 23일부 터 2024년 1월 16일까지 최종 286부를 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하 였다. 분석결과, 전기고령 여성은 자신의 스타일과 피부에 맞는 제품을 찾 기 위해 개인적으로 화장품을 선택하고 구매하는 경향을 보였고, 피부 건강 과 미용에 대한 관심이 높았으며, 피부 탄력과 주름 개선에 초점을 맞춘 제품을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 화장품의 촉촉함과 무향성을 중요 시하며, 특히 주름 개선 기능이 있는 아이크림에 대한 수요가 높았다. 제품 의 용량과 가격을 고려하는 것이 중요한 경제적 요인으로 작용했으며, 화장 품의 디자인으로 심플함과 쉬운 개폐 구조를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과에서, 노인화장품은 피부 건강과 미용에 대한 전기고령 여 성들의 요구를 충족시키고, 경제적으로 적정한 가격대의 노인화장품을 개발하 고 보급한다면, 전기고령 여성들의 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 것으로 예상된다.
Companies widely use survey to identify customer requirements, but the survey has some problems. First of all, the response is passive due to pre-designed questionnaire by companies which are the surveyor. Second, the surveyor needs to have good preliminary knowledge to improve the quality of the survey. On the other hand, text mining is an excellent way to compensate for the limitations of surveys. Recently, the importance of online review is steadily grown, and the enormous amount of text data has increased as Internet usage higher. Also, a technique to extract high-quality information from text data called Text Mining is improving. However, previous studies tend to focus on improving the accuracy of individual analytics techniques. This study proposes the methodology by combining several text mining techniques and has mainly three contributions. Firstly, able to extract information from text data without a preliminary design of the surveyor. Secondly, no need for prior knowledge to extract information. Lastly, this method provides quantitative sentiment score that can be used in decision-making.
The purpose of this study is to offer basic data on cosmetics by investigating college women’s purchasing and use behaviors regarding cosmetics according to their experience with side effects. A questionnaire was administered to 351 college women in the Seoul and Kyoung-in areas. The data were analyzed with SPSS Statistics V22.0 using frequency, χ2-test, and t-test. The results are as follows. First, 72.6% of surveyed women reported experiencing side effects from cosmetics. The largest side effects were acne and boils, and the primary ways of coping with these side effects were discontinuing use and using other products. Second, the group that experienced cosmetics’ side effects used brands that were more expensive and eco-friendly than the group without side effects. Third, the group that experienced side effects continued to use the product more than the group without side effects. The primary reason for continued use was efficacy, and the reasons for discontinued use were efficacy and curiosity. Fourth, the side-effects group proactively identified cosmetics ingredients more than the non-side-effects group. Specifically, they checked the major components, the function, and for any hazardous ingredients. Fifth and finally, 98.3% of survey respondents purchased and used functional cosmetics. The group that had experience with side effects used more functional cosmetics than the group without side effects.
Considering that the effectiveness of ads varies according to the credibility of consumers, it is necessary to establish data regarding consumer credibility in relation to online reviews. To conduct a successful study on the marketing strategies of online reviews, it is also necessary to analyze the relationship between credibility and the various factors that influence the purchase intentions of consumers. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the relationship between consumer trust of on-line reviews, brand preference, ads credibility, and purchase intentions in relation to cosmetics. The study was conducted through a normative descriptive survey method using stimuli and a self-administered questionnaire. Analysis of the structural equation model was conducted for the data analysis. The results revealed that consumer reliance on online reviews of cosmetics influences brand preference, credibility of brand ads and purchase intentions. The results also revealed that consumers’ on-line reviews, brand preference, and trust of brand ads are important factors for increasing the purchase intentions. The mediation effect of brand preference and brands’ ads credibility were found in the process where on-line reviews exercise an influence on the purchase intentions. It was also found that brand preference has a stronger influence on purchase intention than credibility of brand ads. It was discovered that the credibility of on-line reviews directly influences purchase intentions more than indirectly influences. Considering the results of this study, programs that encourage customers to post on-line reviews, and strategies to promote brand preference by targeting groups that exhibit high trust in online reviews would be recommended.
Park Eun-ha. 2016. “Comparative Study of Linguistic Aspects Expressed in Cosmetic TV Commercials: With a Special Focus from 1960 to 1989 and from 2013 to 2015”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 24(1). 149~174. This study examines and compares characteristics of sentences, vocabularies, textual structures, and types of persuasion in cosmetics TV commercials that have aired before the 1980s (1960~1989) and in the last three years (2013~2015). The study consists of four parts, and the findings are as follows:
First, in order of frequency of occurrences, “declarative sentences” ranks the first, followed by “imperative sentences” before the 1980s and “interrogative sentences” in the last three years. Word final endings reveal that nouns have been the most frequent in both periods, followed by haera style before the 1980s and haeyo style in the last three years. Second, this study examines the main topic and characteristics of vocabulary in cosmetics TV commercials. The results show that “skin” is the most frequent main topic in both periods. Remarkable topics in use indicate: “color” and “scent” before the 1980s, “moisture” and “anti-aging” in the last three years. In the use of foreign languages, alphabets have been in use for the written caption in the last 3 years, while Hangeul (Korean alphabet) were used for the written caption before the 1980s. Third, with regard to the textual structure, it is noted that the structural factors of the advertising texts were observed similarly. In the two periods under study, caption and female narrators texts have been the most frequently or mainly. Compared from 1960 to 1989 with from 2013 to 2015, male characters have appeared somewhat in the last three years while there have been no male characters before the 1980s. Finally, for the type of persuasion, “straightforward type” ranks the highest, followed by “economical type”, and “CM song type” before the 1980s, and “mixed type” among various types in the last three years.
Cosmetics using natural materials which was purchased in retail stores, distributed in Gyeonggi province(32 samples) and online through internet(24 samples) were analyzed by pesticide residues and target preservatives for assessing the safety of it. Natural or organic certifications was identified in 22 samples among 56 samples and most of them were Ecocert. Pesticide residues was detected in 3 samples among 56 samples and each compound and concentration was permethrin(0.6 mg/kg), tricyclazole(11.7 mg/kg) and malathion(0.05 mg/kg). All of it was purchased through internet. Target preservatives was detected in 13 samples among 56 samples and one of them was over the maximum allowed concentration and the rest of them were within the maximum allowed concentration of the respective preservatives. The compound which was over the maximum allowed concentration was benzoic acid and compounds which were within the maximum allowed concentration were sorbic acid, benzoic acid and methylparaben. They were all identified substances in products and the number of detected preservatives in retail stores were higher than online samples purchased through internet. As a result of this study, The method of analyzing pesticide residues and limit in cosmetics using natural materials should be set up as soon as possible and the monitoring about preservatives in cosmetics using natural materials should be conducted on continuously.
The purposes of this study were to identify point makeup purchasing and using behavior according to the personal color awareness. Most women considered their favorite color first when purchasing lipsticks and skin color when purchasing cheek powder or foundation. They considered makeup concept first when applying lipsticks, eye shadows, and cheek powder but skin color applying foundations and manicures. Factors of personal color awareness were preferences & utilization awareness, other’s advice, and direct awareness, and were segmented into PC intermediate group, high PC group, and PC retard group. PC intermediate group were in the late 20’s and the early 30’s, average incomes with high education, and patronized discount stores for point makeups, used fashion color as a criterion when selecting lipsticks, foundations, and manicures, apparel color when applying eye shadows, skin color when applying cheek creams, and preferred imported lipsticks and manicures. High PC group were among unmarried women in the early 20’s, university students, high income households with medium level of pocket money, spent more for point makeup, and patronized department stores and internet shopping mall, used skin color or fashion color as criteria when selecting point makeup, referenced makeup concept when applying point makeup, preferred imported point makeup. PC retard group were among married women in the late 30’s with low education and low income, spent less for point makeup and pocket money, and selected domestic point makeup, used their favorite color as a criterion when selecting point makeups and apparel color when applying lipsticks and cheek creams.
본 연구에서는 국내 유통 중인 자외선 차단 기능성화장품 총 100건을 대상으로 살균보존제 16종과 자외 선차단성분 18종의 사용실태를 조사하였다. 그 결과, 검출률이 가장 높은 살균보존제 성분 5가지는 페녹시에탄 올(61건), 안식향산(19건), 메틸파라벤(11건), 벤질알콜(8건), 프로필파라벤(7건)순이었으며, 자외선차단성 분의 경우는 티타늄디옥사이드(81건), 에칠헥실메톡시신나메이트(69건), 징크옥사이드(48건), 에칠헥실살리 실레이트(48건), 비스-에칠헥실옥시페놀메톡시페닐트리아진(44건)순이었다. 검사한 100건의 화장품 모두 검 출된 살균보존제와 자외선차단성분 함량이 식품의약품안전처에서 정한 사용한도 기준에 적합하였지만 일부 자 외선 차단 화장품의 경우 포장⋅용기에 표시되어 있지 않은 살균보존제와 자외선차단성분이 검출되었다. 100건 중 31건의 화장품에서 표시되지 않은 살균보존제 성분(벤질 알콜 등 6종)이 검출되었고, 2건에서는 표시되지 않은 자외선차단성분(호모살레이트 등 2종)이 검출되었다.
청소년들의 화장품 사용이 점차 증가하고 있는 현 시점에서 우리나라 청소년들의 화장품 사용실태 및구매행동에 관하여 분석하였다. 청소년 화장품 시장의 정확한 실태 파악을 통하여 청소년의 니즈를 분석하고,청소년 화장품 시장의 바람직한 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울거주 남, 녀 중, 고등학생으로 서울 지역의 중, 고등학교 10곳을 선정하여 1092명에게 설문지를 배포하고 1074명의 실증자료를 얻어SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대다수의 청소년들이 기초화장품을 사용하고 있으며, 색조화장품의 사용 빈도도 점차 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 화장품을 처음 사용하는 연령도 점차 낮아지고 있는것으로 나타났다. 대다수의 청소년들이 여드름으로 고민하고 있으며, 피부고민 해결방법으로는 화장품 사용이가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 화장품 구매 장소로는 브랜드샵이 가장 많았고, 제품의 효능, 효과를 구매의 가장큰 포인트로 삼고 있었다. 청소년들의 화장품 사용에 대한 학교와 사회의 제재와 통제는 여전히 존재하며, 반면에 화장품 사용의 양성화를 원하는 청소년들의 요구는 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다.
기능성화장품의 중요성이 부각되고 있는 현 시점에서 우리나라 여대생들의 기능성화장품에 대한 사용실태 및 구매행동에 관하여 분석하였다. 시장 세분화를 통하여 더 많은 고객의 니즈를 충족시키고 기능성화장품의 지속적인 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울의 4년제 여자대학교 2곳을 선정하여 340명에게 설문지를 배포하고 300명의 실증자료를 얻어 SPSS WIN 15.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대다수의 여대생들이 기능성화장품을 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 피부고민 해결방안으로 주로 기능성화장품을 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기능성화장품의 구매 장소로는 백화점이 가장 많았고, 구매 시 고려사항으로는 제품의 효능 및 효과가 가장 많았다. 기능성화장품 중에는 자외선차단제를 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.
여성들은 대개 고등학교 졸업 후 화장을 시작한다. 이들은 경제력은 낮지만 자신의 화장품을 스스로 선택하여 높은 화장품 수요를 보이는 집단이다. 그래서 이들은 저가 화장품 시장의 주 고객이 될 수 있으며 하나의 독립된 화장품 시장으로 간주될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 저가 화장품의 주 타깃인 여대생의 저가 화장품 구매성향을 분석하였다. 타깃 및 시장 세분화를 통하여 더 많은 고객의 욕구를 충족시키고 잠재고객 확보를 통해 저가 화장품의 지속적인 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 여대생의 라이프스타일 분석을 통해 저가 화장품의 사용실태와 구매 만족도를 파악하고 여대생의 올바른 소비문화를 유도하는 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. 수도권에 거주하는 여대생 320명 중 불성실하게 답변한 자료를 제외한 305명을 실증 분석하여 SPSS WIN 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 여대생들 중 저가 화장품을 사용한 적이 있는 사람이 90.1 %이었고 제품 선택 기준으로는 제품 품질을 우선으로 답하였다. 또한 저가 화장품을 사용하지 않은 이유로는 저가 이미지 때문이라고 답하였다.
