        In order to find out the management and sanitation status of protective gear provided at the construction site, a case study and survey were conducted by visiting the site. As a result of the case study, inspection and management, disinfection, and storage of protective equipment were insufficient in both workplaces with less than 50 employees and workplaces with more than 100 employees. As a result of the survey, workers(66.2%), said they did not know how to identify hard hats(67.6.%), how to identify bad hard hats(60.8%), and how to identify bad safety belts (73.0%), even though workers(66.2%) were educated on protective gear, and those in charge of protective gear Non-specified(56.8%), regular inspection of the provided protective equipment was not performed(82.4%), and disinfection was not performed(90.5%). Therefore, as a management plan to maintain the performance of personal protective equipment, educational aspects, regular training on protective equipment, training on how to identify defective protective equipment, management of recording papers, technical aspects, strengthening of standards for placement of dedicated safety managers in small workplaces, participation of workers’ representatives when selecting protective equipment, and selection of protective equipment for workers Providing opportunities, administrative aspects of protective equipment regulation and management, introduction of sanitary and cleanliness system, and selection of personnel in charge of protective equipment management were suggested.

        코로나19는 우리나라 고등교육이 지향하던 미래교육에로의 변화를 앞당겨 경험하게 만들었다. 이론 교 과목 수업은 대부분 온라인으로 운영되었고 실험·실습·실기 교과목은 수강인원을 최소화하여 대면수업을 실시했으며 이론과 실습이 혼재된 교과목 수업은 두 가지 방법을 병행하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 대변혁 의 과정에서 대학교육 정책 수립 및 교육과정 운영자들의 관심이 혼합수업 만족도 제고 방안 모색에 집중 되고 있다. 수도권 S대학에서 교육 정책 및 운영 등 대학교육의 수업 질 관리 차원에서 교육혁신을 주도했던 관련 자들의 포괄적 업무수행이 연구의 기반이 되었다. 코로나19 이후 확대된 대학 자율권을 바탕으로 새로운 정책의 입안과 실행 그리고 평가 과정을 통해서 유의미한 성과가 확인되었고, 그 성과는 통계적으로 검증 되었다. 수도권 S대학에서는 학생 디지털학습역량과 학생-교수 간 상호작용이 수업만족도와 관련이 있다 는 것을 확인한 후 이러한 변수를 통제한 상태에서 수업만족도에 영향을 주는 새로운 변인을 탐색하였다. 본 연구는 수도권 S대학의 각 교과목 유형별로 학생들의 디지털 학습역량과 학생-교수 간 상호작용을 통제한 상황에서 대학의 두 가지 운영방안이 혼합수업 만족도에 영향을 미치는가를 검증하였다. 첫 번째 방안은 각 학생이 수강하지 않는 교과목에 관한 강의동영상을 활용하여 스스로 학습할 수 있도록 하는 것이었고, 두 번째 방안은 기 실시된 대면수업을 정리·요약한 수업요약 동영상을 제작하여 수강생들에게 제공하는 것이었다. 연구결과 이론, 이론+실습, 실험·실습·실기 등 모든 범주의 교과목 유형에서 두 방안 은 수업만족도에 대하여 유의미한 관련성이 있음이 확인되었다. 다만 세 가지 수업형태별 범주에 따라서 새로운 수업 운영방안의 수업만족도에 대한 상대적 중요도가 일치하진 않았다. 고등교육에서 혼합교육 시대의 수업만족도를 제고할 수 있는 또 다른 변인을 찾는 후속 연구가 지속되 어야 한다.

        Although Korea operates various systems and policies for the management of fisheries resources, it is judged that a more systematic resource management policy is needed due to the continuous decrease in the production of coastal and offshore fisheries. In this study, the catch capacity was analyzed using the DEA technique for coastal and offshore fisheries. As a result, despite the decrease in the amount of fisheries resources and the number of fishing vessels, there was a trend of increasing fishing capacity. As of 2019, the total maximum catch of offshore fishery was estimated at 820,007 tons. The actual catch was 548,159 tons and the CU was measured to be about 66.8%, which was analyzed to be an excess of about 33.2% of the catch. The total maximum catch of coastal fisheries was estimated at 187,887 tons. The actual catch was also the same value and the CU was measured to be about 100.0%. Thus, it was analyzed that there was no excess in catch. For the management of fisheries resources, it is necessary to manage the fishing capacity. To this end, policies such as scientific TAC should be promoted as well as expanding the reduction of fishing vessels.

        Due to the large-scale production and use of synthetic chemicals in industralized countries, various chemicals are found in the aquatic environment, which are often termed as micropollutants. Effluents of municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) have been identified as one of the major sources of these micropollutants. In this article, the current status of occurrence and removal of micropollutants in WWTPs and their management policies and options in domestic and foregin countries were critically reviewed. A large number of pharmaceuticals, personal care products, and industrial chemicals are found in WWTPs’ influent, and are only partially removed by current biological wastewater treatment processes. As a result, some micropollutants are present in WWTPs’ effluents, which can negatively affect receiving water quality or drinking water source. To better understand and assess the potential risk of micropollutants, a systematic monitoring framework including advanced analytical tools such as high resolution mass spectrometry and bioanalytical methods is needed. Some Western European countries are taking proactive approach to controlling the micropollutants by upgrading WWTP with enahnced effluent treatment processes. While this enahnced WWTP effluent treatment appears to be a viable option for controlling micropollutant, its implementation requires careful consideration of the technical, economical, political, and cultural issues of all stakeholders.

        National concerns about air pollution are growing. The importance of indoor air quality is emerging because people live in an indoor environment more than 90% of the day. In particular, the indoor air quality of schools needs to be managed as teenagers are vulnerable to environmental pollution. The government has designated the School Health Act in order to manage indoor air quality in schools. Air purifiers have been operated to improve indoor air quality in the classroom since 2018. In this study, we performed on-site evaluations in some classrooms, and then we proposed a plan for improving the air quality in the classroom. In this study, PM10, PM2.5, and CO2 in classrooms in Chungnam were measured to analyze the effect of air cleaner supply. A portable aerosol spectrometer (PAS, model 1.109, Grimm) and CO2 meter (TES 1370, TES) were used as measuring instruments. Schools A and B exceeded the recommended standards, while school C met the standards. The ratio of PM10, PM2.5 in classrooms A and B was 0.58 and 0.5, respectively. Correlation analysis was performed between indoor and outdoor pollutants to analyze the effects of particulate pollutants present in each classroom. First, the measured concentration of fine particles was classified according to/on the basis of factors that affect/influence the internal environment of the classroom. Then, fine dust concentrations measured at the same time as AQMS were classified with regard to the external factors. The gradients for each classroom were 1.57, 1.63, and 1.54, although there were differences in concentration, but they were relatively similar. It is necessary to develop and disseminate customized air purifiers considering the activity of the occupants of classrooms. It is important to consider the areas in which s tudents breathe when installing air purifiers in the classroom. In addition, follow-up management of air purifiers is an essential element. For efficient operation and management of indoor air quality, it is necessary to develop and disseminate standard manuals for air purifiers. It is proposed that an environmental manager should be deployed in schools to manage environmental issues. Standardization of air purifiers, management guidelines for standard manuals, and field support for environmental sheriffs should be established on a legal basis.

        The petroleum refinery industry handles a variety of complex chemical substances and employs a large number of people around the world. According to previous research, diseases caused by exposure to chemicals were quite common among workers in refineries until the 1980s. More recently, it is unusual for oil refinery workers to suffer from these serious diseases. The objective of this study was to identify the occurrence level of general diseases and any differences in lifestyle habits of workers in refineries in Korea compared with the general population. In this study, we used the results of health examinations from 2014 for workers at a large oil refinery in South Korea. In addition, based on the results of KNHANES from 2014 as representative of the population, hypertension, diabetes, anemia, hyperlipidemia, liver function abnormality, and kidney function abnormality were calculated using the standardized incidence rate. Hypertension showed a low result with an SIR of less than 1, but a high result in the case of abnormal liver function. The workers’ occurrence rates of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, kidney dysfunction, and anemia were lower than those of ordinary salaried employees. however, their occurrence rate for abnormal liver function was markedly higher. In lifestyle habits, the smoking rate of workers was low while the alcohol consumption rate was quite high. This study has improved the understanding of the health status of workers in a large oil refinery in Korea, and has shown the impact of lifestyle habits related to the work environment on chronic diseases.

        도심지의 굴착공사는 도심지의 특성을 고려하여 굴착 관련 관계법규, 관련 제도나 기술 지침 파악과 문제점 및 위험 원인을 파악하고 설계자와 시공자, 하도급자, 제도의 관계 자별 위험 원인을 살펴보며, 법·제도적으로 실현 가능한 법규의 구성, 설계를 위한 지 반조사의 적정성, 시공이 가능한 설계가 되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 설계와 시방서를 토대로 시공자는 설계와 시방서를 준수하여 시공해야 하고 미시공이나 위험성을 무시한 설계변경 없이 안전한 시공을 해야 한다. 이를 잘 이행하는지 및 굴착공사 위험성의 발생 우려가 있는지를 허가권자 또는 건설사업관리기술자의 관리·감독을 철저히 하여 모든 분야별 맡은 바를 충실히 이행하여야 굴착공사의 위험관리가 수행되는 것이다. 따라서 도심지 굴착공사의 위험관리 원인 및 개선방안을 설계, 시공, 하도급, 법·제도의 분야별로 분류하여 분석하고 분야별 변인들을 작성하여 해당 건설 관련 전문가 5개 직업군의 실증적 분석을 통하여 개선방안을 개정안으로 제안하여 도심지 굴착공사의 위험 관리에 기여 하고자 한다.
