The current environment of technological and competitive changes influences not only the business R&D environment but also government driven national R&D strategies. Open innovation has now become an important paradigm that is replacing the outdated paradigm of closed innovation. Many companies and nations have been increasing R&D investment because R&D has been considered a driving force for national and corporate competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and compare the performance of R&D focused on open innovation according to scientific and technological outputs which is based on paper publications, patents and etc. Comparisons should not be only based on the quantity but also on the quality of the output. This paper shows that it is possible to develop DEA models that utilize the Analytical Hierarchical Process in order to transform the qualitative index into a quantitative index. Hence, the relative efficiency for R&D organizations is obtained based on both quantity and quality outputs and subsequently provides comprehensive and realistic methods for decision makers to identify levels of project efficiency.

본 연구는 기술혁신형 중소기업의 기술경영성과와 기업경영성과 창출에 기여하는 핵심 영향요인을 규명하기 위해 자원기반관점에서 혁신역량과 기술적 기업가정신의 결정요인들을 활용하여 영향관계를 검증하였다. 다차원적 요인들에 의해 영향을 받는 기술혁신의 복합적 특성을 고려하여, 혁신프로세스 관점에서 기업특수자원인 혁신역량을 투입물로, 기술경영성과를 산출물로, 그리고 기업경영성과를 결과물로 인식하여 연구모형을 설정하였다. 서울과 경기지역의 제조업 중심의 360개 이노비즈 인증기업을 대상으로 실시된 설문응답을 실증분석한 결과, 기술가치평가의 정성적 지표를 개량하여 기술경영성과의 결정요인으로 적용한 기술우수성, 시장성장성, 사업수익성은 기업경영성과에 유의한 정(＋)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 혁신역량의 결정요인인 연구개발능력, 전략계획능력, 학습능력과 기술적 기업가정신의 결정요인인 혁신성, 진취성은 기술경영성과와 기업경영성과에 유의한 정(＋)의 관계를 보였다. 즉, 높은 수준의 혁신역량과 기업가정신은 기술경영성과를 증대시키며, 궁극적으로 기업경영성과를 실현하는데 영향을 미치는 개념적 영향관계와 기술혁신의 촉진요인으로서 기술적 기업가정신의 역할과 중요성을 규명하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 최근 중요성이 부각되는 기술집약적 기업의 기술경영에 대한 성과평가기준을 수립할 시, 기술혁신의 복합적 특성을 반영하지 못하는 재무적 성과보다는 자원과 역량의 조합을 통해 구현된 기술경영성과에 대한 주기적 평가를 실시해야 함을 설명한다. 이는 기술경영성과는 자원의 한계성과 좁은 혁신의 범위로 특징되어지는 기술혁신형 중소기업이 향후 추진할 새로운 기술혁신에 재투입될 수 있도록 기술혁신에 대한 지속적이고 일관된 투자를 실시함을 시사한다. 또한 본 연구는 정책연구에서 개념적으로 적용되어온 기술적 기업가정신에 대한 실증분석을 통해 그 역할을 규명한 의의를 갖고 있다.

The purpose of this study is looking for the effects of innovation on business performance in Korean SMEs. We were able to obtain participations of 169 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 15.0 and AMOS. In this study we found that employee's quality mind and organizational supports for company innovation activities are significant to product innovation and process innovation. The reason is easy to adoption and participation in the innovation for all the members of the staff. As a statistical result, the research conduced that both product innovation and process innovation largely affects the business performances increase.

The present paper deals with an analysis of relationship among technical human resources management as a precursor, technology innovation activity and achievements of technical innovation on the basis of preceding empirical studies on technology innovation activities of manufacturing corporations. The analysis shows that First, the technical human resources management is found to have influence upon technology innovation activity in various ways, implying that the role of technical human resources management as a key to technical innovation is most important of all to enable manufacturing companies to gain edge in competition by means of technology innovation activity; and Second, technology innovation activity exercises impacts on the achievements of exploitative technology innovation as well as on the achievements of exploratory technology innovation on the part of manufacturing industry. The above findings prove that the level of technology innovation activity may be a source for superior competitiveness of manufacturing business as a result of technology innovation performance. Manufacturing corporations, thus, need to place more weight on stepping up their executive level of technology innovation activity factors than on increasing simply the level of technical investment.

Investment in R&D can not adequately be fulfilled solely through market functions because of R&D activities imply high-risk, uncertainty, and because R&D has a public-good characteristic. Most past researches have concentrated on managerial methodologies through research of performance, thus the results are related to studies of innovation performance. This research looks into the effect given on R&D innovation by IT factors and provides a model, and further analysis on how IT factors are applied through this model. By developing a model through the process of re-structuring the model with variables based on the convergent and discriminant validity, and in turn confirming and concentrating on major IT factors through analysis, it will be possible to double the R&D Innovation Performance.

정부는 지난 2008년 8월 새로운 국가 발전 패러다임으로 ‘저탄소 녹색성장’을 제안한 바 있다. 이 전략의 골자는 저탄소 사회의 구현과 새로운 성장동력을 동시에 확보한다는 것이다. 하지만 전통적으로 많은 학자들은 두 목적이 서로 상충되는 것으로 인식해 왔다. 다시 말해 녹색전략은 환경규제를 강화하게 되고 이것은 기업의 생산비용을 증대시키게 된다는 것이다. 그러나 포터를 비롯한 일단의 학자들은 이것을 근거가 부족하거나 지나치게 정태적인 분석의 결과로 보았다. 또 이들은 적절한 형태의 환경규제는 기술혁신을 유도함으로써 단기적 비용을 상쇄하는 효과를 나타낼 수 있다고 주장하였다. 이들 논쟁에 관해 많은 선행연구가 있지만 실증연구는 대단히 부족한 것이 사실이다. 본 논문은 환경관리를 위한 정부 정책과 기업의 혁신 활동이 어떤 여건에서 기업의 기술혁신을 유도할 수 있는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 기업의 녹색경영전략에 따라 경영성과에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 외부 규제에 대한 대응정도나 내부 녹색경영 의지가 높을수록 기술성, 수익성, 성장성 등이 커지는 경향을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 국제 환경규제나 기후변화협약에 대해 기업이 처한 여건 역시 기술과 경영 두 측면에서 경영성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타남으로써 기술혁신활동과 환경규제 그리고 경영성과 간의 상관성을 확인할 수 있었다.

오늘날 청소년에게 미치는 게임의 영향력이 높아지면서 인터넷 게임 중독에 대한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 청소년의 인터넷 게임 중독에 대한 특성을 알아보기 위해 청소년 인터넷 게임 이용자의 유형 및 혁신성을 파악하고, 게임 이용 혁신자 집단과 비혁신자 집단을 분류하여 인터넷 게임 중독과의 관계를 파악하였다. 혁신성 구 분, 인터넷 게임 중독의 척도를 이용하여 설문조사하였고 군집분석과 T-검증으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 청소년 중 비혁 신자의 수가 혁신자보다 조금더 많았고, 게임 이용 혁신자가 비혁신자보다 인터넷 게임 중독의 위험이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 인터넷 게임 중독 청소년 내담자 특성은 사회복지학, 상담심리학, 교육학 등의 초기면접과 상 담 전략을 세우는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다

중소･벤처기업 기술혁신을 위한 정부 지원이 지속적으로 증가하면서 그 효과성을 실증적으로 분석할 필요성이 학계뿐만 아니라 정책담당자들에 의해서 꾸준히 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 중소･벤처기업에 대한 정부 출연 형태의 R&D 지원이 기업의 경영성과 및 고용창출에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석했다.기업의 내부 요인을 통제하고, 정부 지원이 중소기업의 경영성과 및 고용창출에 미치는 순 효과를 분석한 결과, 정부의 R&D 지원은 성과 향상에 일정 정도 효과가 있었으며 상황 요인에 따라서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 단순 지원 여부 보다는 지원금의 규모가 더 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 정부의 R&D 지원이 중소기업의 경영성과 향상 및 고용창출에 효과적으로 이바지하기 위해서는 다수에 대한 소액 출연 방식에서 분야별 선택과 집중에 의한 대규모 투자 방식으로 전환할 필요가 있음을 의미한다. 왜냐하면, 출연보다는 투자 방식의 자금지원이 중소기업들로 하여금 더욱 적극적으로 R&D 투자를 하도록 유도할 수 있기 때문이다. 또한, 분석 결과는 정부 R&D 지원의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 R&D를 위한 자금지원이 다른 지원사업과 연계되어야 함을 의미한다.그러나 데이터의 한계로 성과에 영향을 줄 수 있는 기업 전략과 같은 기타 요인에 대한 적절한 통제가 이루어지지 않아 모형의 설명력이 전반적으로 낮다. 앞으로 정부 지원 효과를 더 정교하게 추정하기 위해서는 추가 데이터 확보와 분석 모형의 정교화를 통한 추가 분석이 필요하다.
