There is still a controversy in the academic community as to whether the author of “JouPuTuan” (《肉蒲團》) is Li Yu, the majority of scholars believe that its author is Li Yu, but some other scholars don’t agree, they think it’s author can not be Li Yu. This article firstly sorted out and summarized different representative views, and then compared the major surviving editions of “JouPuTuan”, pointed out that the “The wooden movable type edition” (木活字本) was not the earliest surviving edition of “JouPuTuan”, so the view that the author of “JouPuTuan” is not Li Yu is not valid. Finally. On the basis of the previous studies, this article has a further argued from the perspective of “Li Yu’s special words” (李漁特征詞) to prove that “JouPuTuan” is definitely the work of Li Yu.

본 논문은 아놀드가 쓴 「오버만의 작가를 추모하는 시」에 나타난 세난코의 내적 성찰을 주로 다룬다. 빅토리아 시대의 종교적 신심의 상실에 대면하며 인간 삶의 비참함과 인간의 유한함에서 비롯되는 지속적인 고통에 대하여 세난코 가 어떻게 통찰하며 반응하였는가를 살펴본다. 이러한 세난코의 반응을 고찰함에 있어서 그가 특히 자연과의 교류를 통해 그의 내면의 세계에 잠재하는 인간 본연의 정서를 소생시키고자 했다는 것에 역점을 둔다. 아놀드는 세난코가 가졌던 신, 인간, 자연에 대한 깊은 이해에 큰 감흥을 얻었으며 그가 당대의 영적 고갈상태를 일깨워 줄 수 있음을 이 시를 통해 구현해 주고 있다. 본 논문은 아놀 드가 영적 불안의 시대에 인간의 내적 세계에 자리잡고 있는 영성과 영원성에 대한 갈구함을 강조함으로써 영적인 세계를 강화시키는 혜안을 이 작품을 통해 제시하고 있음을 밝힌다.

Paik, Kyungsook. 2016. “‘About the Author’ Texts as Promotional Genre in Korean Books”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea 24(3). 191~222. This article is a genre analysis of ‘About the Author’ texts (ATAs) in Korean books. Without any previous investigation, the present study first argues that ATAs duly comprise an independent genre with a promotional communicative purpose shared by Korean discourse community. Then, to answer the question, ‘Why are the ATAs are written the way they are?’, this study identifies ‘moves’ and their ‘strategies’ as well as some stylistic features of those texts. The analysis of 158 ATAs from contemporary Korean books shows that the ATAs are composed with 4 moves; an obligatory ‘Establishing Credentials’ and 3 other optional moves, ‘Giving Personal Information’, ‘Promoting the Book’, and ‘Offering Contacts’, which are realized with different strategies respectively. It also reveals that the move structures of the texts vary but a couple of patterns explain the great majority of all the texts and that the distribution of the strategies within each move also varies across genres of the books. All these moves and strategies are found to serve the purpose of the ATAs; Establishing credentials of the author by presenting the author’s relevant selves. Finally, overall subject deletion, enumeration and frequently occurring adjective clauses were also identified as the distinctive stylistic features.

路遙는 중국의 當代 작가로, 그의 平凡的世界는 고난과 시련을 이겨내고 자신의 꿈을 추 구해 가는 陝北 지역 사람들의 생활상을 그려낸 장편소설이다. 이 작품의 시대배경은 1975년 부터 1985년까지 10년 동안이다. 이때는 중국의 문화대혁명이 끝날 무렵부터 개혁 개방 초기 까지의 기간이다. 路遙는 작품에서 세 명의 주요인물의 성장과정을 통해 인간의 삶과 개인의 분투와 노력을 표현하고 있다. 특히 세 인물은 각각 ‘성장’이라는 공통분모를 가지고 있기는 하지만, 그들이 추구하고자 했던 이상은 또 각자 달랐다. 이들 중의 두 인물은 공공의 이익을 위한 단체의 리더로서 성장해 가고, 나머지 한 명은 자신의 개인적인 꿈을 찾아 나서고 있다. 그러나 이들은 무에서 유를 창조해내는 물질적인 성장이라기보다는 노력을 통하여 자신이 추 구하고자 하는 정신적 성장에 더 큰 가치를 두고 있다. 작가는 작품에서 1980년대 당시 농촌 에서 도시로 진출하려고 하던 사람들의 과도기적인 관념과 그 당시 그들이 직면해야 했던 시 대적 갈등을 표현할 때, 자신이 실제로 처했던 현실과 이상을 추구해 가는 과정에서 겪었던 그 고민을 작품 속에 잘 반영해 냈다고 할 수 있다. 구체적으로 말해, 작중의 孫少平은 농촌 을 벗어나 도시로 진출하는데 성공한 것으로 설정되어 있지만, 孫少安은 여전히 농촌에서 소 박한 꿈을 실현하는 것으로 설정되어 있다. 孫少平이 필사적으로 농촌을 벗어나고자 했던 상 황과 孫少安이 끝까지 농촌에서 삶을 영위해 가는 상황을 감동적으로 묘사할 수 있었던 것은 도시와 농촌을 모두 경험했던 작가의 의식 때문으로 사료된다.

While the study of written discourse that informs ESL writing has provided a number of insights into its conventional features and structures, individual variations such as voice and identity have largely been neglected. To examine how a socially situated notion of voice plays a role in disciplinary online writing, this study explored the co-construction of an author’s identity by peer readers in online written exchanges. The goal of this paper is thus to explore how voice articulated as sociocultural point of view is developed through dialogic interactions with others and how such development can be traced through the discursive constructs such as positioning, epistemic/affective stance, and intertextual relations. This study has important educational implications in relation to academic writing that is a critical issue for many Korean college students who pursue their studies in the United States in that the number of Korean international students has continued to increase in the U.S. universities.

저작권은 저작인격권과 저작재산권으로 구성된다. 저작인격권은 저작자가 자기의 저작물에 대하여 가지는 인격적 이익의 보호를 목적으로 하는 권리로서 저작자 一身에 專屬한다는 점에서 저작재산권과 구별되며, 저작재산권이 제한되는 일정한 경우에도 저작재산권과는 달리 여전히 독자적으로 보호된다. 현재 대부분의 국가가 저작인격권을 보호하고있는데, 저작인격권에 구체적으로 어떠한 권리가 포함되는가에 관하여는 나라마다 달라 통일적으로 설명하기 어렵다. 우리 저작권법과 프로그램보호법은 저작인격권으로 공표권, 성명표시권, 동일성 유지권을 명문으로 규정하고 있다. 또한 우리 저작권법은 저작자의 생존 당시보다 더 엄격한 요건 아래 저작자 사망후에도 저작인격권을 보호하고 있다. 한편, 저작인격권은 저작물이용의 목적이나 태양 또는 저작물의 성질에 비추어 저작물의 원활한 이용이라는 공공의 이익에 부합하지 않는 일정한 경우 제한된다. 디지털기술의 발달에 따라 저작물이용자와 저작자와의 관계를 새롭게 정립할 필요성이 커지는 현재에 있어서, 이러한 제한규정을 통하여 저작물 이용자와 저작자의 이해관계를 합리적으로 조절할 수 있을 것이다.
