Automobile was first introduced in 1903 in South Korea, the masses of the car was carried out rapidly compared to other countries. However, many people were killed in a traffic accidents and economic loss was occurred due to the spread of the automobile. In South Korea, 2012, traffic accident occurred 223,656 times, 5,392 fatality, 344,565 injured people. In the last five years, about 224,000 accidents per year were occurring. In other words, 610 traffic accidents occur and about 15 people pass away in one day. In addition, the proportion of traffic accidents is first place in the OECD countries and it is very high in the world. Understand occurrence tendency of traffic accident, accident frequency rate of the driver who drives more than 10 years was higher than the novice driver. In addition, as a result of examining the cause of the traffic accident, breach of safe driving obligation appears highest case (125,391 times), and followed by signal violation, break safety distance. Therefore, the majority of traffic accidents occurred by the lack of safety awareness of the driver. In this study, prevent the loss of human life and property in traffic disaster, by establish disaster prevention measures that investigated by questionnaire survey and statistical data of the state of consciousness and driving posture in response to the driving history of the driver.

Accordingly, On this study, through analyzing of latest terror attacks in U.S and disaster risk in the nation, we analyzed in detail countermeasure plan classified as legislation, operation of security system, instilling a sense. As the result of this analyzing, using by flow-chart, we suggested domestic optimized disaster management system for massive performance. Consequently, we propose to establish systematized disaster management system such as preliminary survey of disaster influence for massive performance.

Employee suffered by industrial accident will face more economically disadvantaged and mentally tough life than life of employee before industrial disaster. however, in this study, we will study for welfare and reasonable compensation about how a country or society helps disaster victims in the industry put a little more unhappy because of the disaster of the injustice. I am to look into the rational compensation and welfare of the industrial accident disabled in terms of linking and expanding into social corporation and preparing policies of selecting major companies and prizing policies that can help the disabled if not in direct and monetary ways.

대부분의 급경사지의 붕괴는 지형적으로 불안정한 지역에서 발생한다. 백두산은 전형적인 산악 지역으로 잠재적 폭발 가능성을 지닌 활화산으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 백두산지역의 수치고도모형을 이용하여 지형요소와 선구조선 분석을 통해 재해 위험도를 작성하였다. 취약도 분석에 사용되는 요소는 지형으로부터 산정된 방위도, 경사도, 상부사면기여면적, 접선구배곡률, 윤곽구배 곡률, 습윤지수의 분포를 이용하였다. 더불어 선구조의 선밀도도를 작성하여 재해 위험도를 평가하는데 이용하였다. 지형요소를 이용한 백두산지역의 재해위험도 분석 결과 남쪽 내지 남서부 지역의 재해 위험도가 4-5등급으로 높게 나타나고 있다.

He also stated that the fundamental solution would be the active participation of such nations. Thus, he travels around the world, encouraging participants and globalizing his project. Interestingly, the practical participation method of his climate calamity project is divided into four methods, which are all related to realizing the danger and presenting various solutions. First, the aesthetic of survival: the reason Hack focused on the warming trend and claimed that we have to accept the climate refugees as refugees comes from the thought that we are all potential refugees, and the anxiety that climate refugees may cause war in the end. Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775-1851) has been widely regarded as the most original and brilliant English landscape painter in the 19th century. Of course, the subject of shipwreck has a long standing history. Ever since human beings first began seafaring, they have been fascinated as much as haunted by shipwrecks. For maritime societies, such as England, shipwreck has been the source of endless nightmares, representing a constant threat not only to individual sailors but also to the nation as a whole. Unsurprisingly, therefore, shipwreck is one of the most popular motifs in art and literature, particularly during the 18th and 19th centuries. Yet accounts, images and metaphors of shipwreck have taken diverse forms and served different purposes, varying significantly across time and between authors. As such, Turner’s painting registers a panoply of diverse but interconnected contemporary discourses. First of all, since shipwreck was an everyday occurrence in this period, it is more than likely that Turner’s painting depicted the actual sinking in 1805 of the East India Company’s ship ‘The Earl of Abergavenny’ off the coast of Weymouth. 263 souls were lost and the news of the wreck made headlines in major English newspapers at the time. Turner’s painting may well have been his visual response to this tragedy, eyewitness accounts of which were given in great quantity in every contemporary newspaper. But the painting is not a documentary visual record of the incident as Turner was not present at the site and newspaper reports were not detailed enough for him to pictorially reconstruct the entire scene. Rather, Turner’s painting is indebted to the iconographical tradition of depicting tempest and shipwreck, bearing a strong visual resemblance to some 17th-century Dutch marine paintings with which he was familiar through gallery visits and engravings. In addition, we have used the car gondola was installed outside the fire suppression methods in studying. So that fire-fighting is a fire place can be reached quickly, many casualties and property damage, will be reduced.

2012년 1월 13일 이탈리아 국적 초대형 여객선 코스타 콘코디아호가 부분 침몰되었다. 당시 해당 선박은 4,252명의 여객과 승무원이 승선하고 있었으며, 사고 며칠 후 30여명이 사망하였으며 사고 24시간 이후 두명의 한국인을 포함한 이탈리아 선원들이 극적으로 구조되었다. 2012년 6월 18일까지(본 논문 발표일 기준) 총 32명의 사망자와 64명의 부상자 등 총 100여명의 사상자가 발생한 해사안전 문제의 치유할 수 없는 사고가 발생되었고 현재까지 사고에 대한 조사가 여전히 진행 중이다. 본 연구에서는 이번 초대형 이탈리아 여객선 코스타 콘코디아호의 재난 경과 보고서로써 사고의 문제점, 원인, 향후 대책방안 등에 관하여 조사 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 하나의 주된 결과로써 향후 이러한 초대형 여객 운반선의 경우 국제 해사 안전적 관점에서 혁신적이고 지능적인 선박 퇴선 시스템이 구축되어야 할 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구에서는 밀크 카제인과 WPU를 이용한 하이브리드 수지를 합성하였다. 합성한 하이브리드 수지를 피혁(Full-Grain) 표면에 코팅을 하여 카제인이 하이브리드수지에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대해 분석 하였다. 내용제성 테스트 데이터에 의하면 WPU 와 하이브리드 수지 양쪽 모두 높은 물성치를 나타내었다. 인장 강도 측정치에서는 WPU 단독 결과(2.130 kgf/mm2)가 가장 낮은 수치를 나타내었으며, WPC-3(WPU 91: casein resin 9)의 경우가 가장 높은 인장력(2.191 kgf/mm2)을 나타내었다. 또한 내마모도 측정에서는 WPC-3(50.090 mg.loss)가 좋은 물성값을 나타내었다. 연실률의 경우 WPU(637 %) 단독 코팅물의 분석값이 가장 높은 637%로 알 수 있었다.

미세 조직은 SEM, FT-IR 스펙트라, 인장특성, 그리고 [NCO]/[OH]의 mole %, 입도분석에 의해 측정하였다. 친환경적인 NATM에 관한 관심이 고조됨에 따라 스테인레스같은 금속코팅에 더욱더 중요한 열경화 무용제 수지를 합성 하였다. 이 수지는 일반적 도료와 비교하여 매우 강도가 강하고 내구성이 매우 좋다. 폴리우레탄 수지는 폴리올, IPDI, 실리콘 계면활성제, 촉매, 충전제로 구성된다. 폴리우레탄 화합물은 가교제가 첨가된 수지가 가교제가 첨가되지 않은 수지보다 물성이 우수함을 나타냈다. 견고한 폴리우레탄 도료의 기계적 특성은 [NCO]/[OH]와 가교제가 증가함에 따라 강도가 증가하였다. 합성한 도료의 물성 향상은 스테인레스 산업뿐만 아니라 다양한 산업에서 폴리우레탄 고분자 수지가 강구조물의 보수보강에 많은 응용이 기대된다.

The memory of the Korean War is about the time period when people lived toughly during evacuation, due to being exposed to the natural climate such as intense cold or heat without any protection, leaving their comfortable home and living in temporary built shelters which were barely enough to avoid the wind. ‘Death is concealed and only the figures of evacuation for survival were expressed, just as how the government ordered. Since the experience of the battlefield is personal and fragmentary, that is broken into pieces, it does not have compatibility. As war is a distorted experience that cannot be placed in a big picture, it is not possible to take a view of the war’s big picture. Having this individualized experience as a common collective memory is an issue and it is the will that people tries to pursue. The reason why the evacuees from north to south, and as well as from the south to further south were all able to be adopted as the theme of artworks due to the military action that emptied the occupied territories of the North Korean Army under the forced removal command. In such situations, the natural state of the ‘snow’ was like a symbol of the 1.4 Recession. The group of people who were thrown into the intense cold displaced the war damage of loosing their base livelihood, and symbolized the obedient citizens who faithfully follow their government’s command. The figure of advocating anti-communism is projected as a figure of a refugee during cold winter-time and it contains ones past which he or she obeyed its own country’s commands. Evacuation, especially the evacuation during the winter is a visual device that can confirm these kinds of country’s command. The consequences were same for the artists as well. Therefore, the situation being communal could be found due to the individual experiences during war are ideological. The image of the refuge shown in the picture played the role of strengthening the consciousness of defecting to South Korea into the meaning of the ‘Finding Freedom.’ I would like to express that the reason of them leave their home during the harsh winter is in order to avoid the oppression of the Communist Party. The evacuation that people went through was not to ‘Finding Freedom’, but ‘To Survive’. Later, this evacuation has been imprinted as a behavior of choosing free Republic of Korea, which was an ideological issue. Anti-communism was the rule of survival in South Korea society, and people have the tendency to remember what they want to remember. As it is not the people who possesses an incident, but the memory that possesses ones, people cover their memory with disguised plots in order to forget the violence and to live a different prologue. They share the incident of violence as a hurtful memory. The tragedy of the Korean War was the result of Ideology and being in between the powerful nations’ rights, but the violence during the war has been depicted as a natural disaster, which was the evacuation in heavy snow.

본 연구는 기존 행정적 절차 제시에 그치고 있는 방재관련 매뉴얼의 한계를 극복하고, 공학적 접근을 통한 실질적인 방재대책 제시에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 고속도로 구간 내 비상재해 발생 시 우회차량에 대한 처리방안 미흡으로 생기는 교통정체현상을 해결하고자 재난/재해 지점의 인접 나들목으로 우회하는 차량들의 혼잡을 줄일 수 있는 인접교차로 운영방안을 매뉴얼화 하였다. 수도권 내 고속도로를 대상으로 유형구분에 따라 고속도로 본선 차단 시 인접교차로 운영 시점 분석 및 최적 대응방안을 분석한 결과 고속도로 재난/재해 발생 시 하부도로 진출 형태에 따라 교차로 운영시점이 다르게 나타났다. 분석 결과에 따라 재난/재해 발생 동시에 각 지점 특성에 맞는 교통조건 기하조건을 파악하여 인접교차로 운영 방안을 판단하고 언론 및 운전자에게 홍보할 수 있는 체계를 구축한다면 긴박한 유고상황에서 신속한 초기대응과 운전자들의 안전을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
