PURPOSES : The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of dust removal by dust removal vehicles by the measuring dust load and PM10 concentrations on the sidewalks of block pavements.
METHODS : Field experiments were conducted to determine a dust removal method suitable for the sidewalk conditions, as identified through a literature review. Data collection was followed by the evaluation of the sidewalk dust load with removal vehicles and analysis of the PM10 content within a service road. Moreover, an economic analysis was conducted based on the social costs of dust reduction.
RESULTS : When cleaning a sidewalk block by spraying water, the contaminants in small gaps in the block pavement could be reduced, providing a potential solution to void clogging. The dust on the surface of the sidewalk was suspended from a paved road with a high level of traffic volume. Using sidewalk dust removal vehicles with sweeping, spraying water, and inhalation reduced the dust load and PM10 contents by more than 2 and 0.07g/m2, respectively.
CONCLUSIONS : According to the economic analysis of the development of dust removal vehicles for sidewalks, the cost-benefit analysis method shows an input effect of 0.4, but if the reduction amount of fine particles such as PM2.5, further experiments are necessary to address the atmospheric fine dust concentrations resulting from cleaning sidewalk block pavements.
본 연구에서는 고등학교에서 경제교육 수요 자체가 급감하고 있는 상황에서 교육부의 필수 과목의 최소화, 학습 내용의 축소, 선택과목 증가, 고교학점제 도입, 자유학기제 도입, 비교 과 창체 활동 확대 등을 지향하는 교육과정의 개정 방향에 부응하여 사회탐구 일반선택 ‘경 제’를 ‘경제생활’로 대체할 필요가 있다는 것을 밝혔다. 경제생활의 교육과정은 소득과 소비, 재무와 금융, 진로와 직업, 시장과 경제생활, 국가와 경제생활 등을 주요 내용으로 한다. 이는 일상에서 직면하게 되는 개인의 경제 문제에 합리적으로 대처하고, 개인의 경제생활 영위를 위해 필수적인 기초 지식을 습득하며, 건전하고 안정적인 경제생활을 유지하는 태도 를 지닐 수 있도록 구성되었다는 특징이 있다. ‘경제생활’ 교육과정으로의 개편은 ‘어려운 경제’, ‘현실과 동떨어진 이론 경제’에서 ‘쉬운 경제’, ‘생활 경제’, 그리고 ‘학생 중심 경제’ 를 지향하는 학교 경제 교육과정 개정으로의 첫 걸음이라 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 ‘어려운 경제’라는 인식으로 인해 학생들로부터 기피되어 왔던 문제를 극복하여 고등학교에서의 경 제교육을 활성화할 수 있기를 기대한다.
Economic Development Zone(EDZ) in the province is one of the foreign policy for economic development of North Korea. North Korea has promulgated 27 Economic Development Zones(5 EDZs as central level and 22 EDZs as provincial level) to promote economic growth through the expansion of external opening policy. EDZs of the provinces play an important role in North Korea’s national and regional economic growth. The purpose of this study is to select analytical criteria that can be quantified when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones when domestic companies advance into North Korea according to the progress of inter-Korean economic cooperation, and derive the relative importance between the criteria. After that, based on this, we intend to quantify the evaluation of the location priority of the economic development zone. In this study, through AHP analysis results, when domestic companies enter North Korea, we derive the importance and preference of location selection factors when considering the location conditions of North Korean economic development zones. Taking into account the reality of North Korea when the Korean company entered the North economic development zone following location for evaluation. That is, logistics and transportation, industrial infrastructure, competitiveness, and management incentives. And 14 sub-factors were selected and AHP analysis was performed.
This study aimed to analyze the profitability and economic feasibility of hairtail trolling line gear that was developed for the last 3 years (2015-2017). The new fishing gear technology development was accomplished to solve the current problem of fishermen shortage in hairtail targeting fisheries in Jeju region. Results indicated that the profitability of developed hairtail trolling line fishery was estimated to be 36.1 % which would be higher than that of other hairtail targeting fisheries in Jeju region. In addition, as an economic feasibility, the net present value and the internal rate of return of a 20-year cash inflow and outflow were evaluated to be 400.2 million won and 66.9 %, respectively. However, sensitivity analyses of main variables showed that the profitability and economic feasibility would be vulnerable to catch amount and market condition changes.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Livestock and Food in Korea has done an R&D project to develop new corn and soybean varieties and cultivation technologies with Seoul National University and on-site company for three years in Russia, where Korean government has done the overseas’ agriculture for more than a decade. The objective of this study is to analyze the investment value of three years’ funding. For this, a Cost-Benefit and Scenario analysis approaches were used. The results revealed that 1) For the case of soybean, cost seems to outweigh benefits under a pessimistic scenario, but otherwise in case of neutral and optimistic scenarios. 2) The result of corn shows high economic efficiency for all scenarios. 3) The most important implication of this study is that Korea’s oversea agriculture R&D projects need to expand to different countries, regions, and crops.

Finally, ArcheAge and MapleStory 2, which are represent for Neo-liberalism and economic democracy, are characterized by recovery of market functions & welfare.
After the catastrophic financial crisis in of 2008, a significant portion of the legal academia in the globe has started to concentrate on the interrelationship between law, financial stability and economic development. Through reviewing the voluminous literature in this field, it is figured out that the scope of law has been largely confined to strengthening regulation of the pre-crisis unbundled derivative transactions and enhancing cooperation among sovereign States by making formal sources of international law. Few discussions have been made to scrutinize the existing regulatory structures for the domestic financial markets of sovereign countries and demonstrate the potential possessed by informal international law in reinforcing the efficacy of these regulatory structures. By comparing the financial regulatory structures in Hong Kong, Mainland China, the UK and the US and the core principles of the BIS, the IOSCO and the IAIS, this article attempts to fill in the above research gap to some extent.
Animation industry is one of several sections of cultural industry, the major growth industry in china. This study is to analyze the characteristics of development of Chinese animation industry in two categories of governmental policy and economy.
First, development of animation industry is characterized by the governmental policy. Chinese animation industry is currently experiencing a rapid developmentbased on the various policies and support. On the statement of ‘Plans for Promotion of Chinese Film & Animation Industry’ by State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television (SARFT) in 2004, governmental support on the section has begun. Starting in 2006, China’s 11th five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development (FYP) has enhanced the development of the animation industry. With governmental support, Chinese animation industry has been broadening its boundaries through development of new cultural contents.
Second, in economic aspect, derivative products have been developed by the progress ofthe animation industry. Governmental support has brought an industrial conversion focused on Research & Development and Creation, and income increase has resulted in an increased spending on culture. Those changes have led to the development of derivative industries such as animated film, accessory, animated publication industries. Success of the animations has promoted development of the derivative products and enlarged the market size. As a higher value-added business with these huge economic impacts, Chinese animation industry will continue its growth.
The purpose of this study is to implement and develop the integrated Economic Value Added (EVA) and Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) model to seek both improvement of Net Operating Profit Less Adjusted Tax (NOPLAT) and reduction of Capital Charge (CC). Net Operating Profit Less Adjusted Tax (NOPLAT) can be maximized by reducing the indirect cost of an unused resource capacity increased by Cost Capacity Ratio (CCR) of TDABC. On the other hand, Capital Charge (CC) can be minimized by improving the efficiency of Invested Capital (IC) considered by Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) of EVA. In addition, the integrated system of TDABC using Balance Scorecard (BSC) and EVA is developed by linking between the lagging indicators and the three leading indicators. The three leading indicators include customer, internal process and growth and learning perspectives whereas the lagging indicator includes NOPLAT and CC in terms of financial perspective. When the Critical Success Factor (CSF) of BSC is cascading as a cause and an effect relationship, time driver of TDABC and capital driver of EVA can be used efficiently as Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of BSC. For a better understanding of the proposed EVA/TDABC model and BSC/EVA/TDABC model, numerical examples are derived from this paper. From the proposed model, the time driver of TDABC and the capital driver of EVA are known to lessen indirect cost from comprehensive income statement when increasing the efficiency of operating IC from the statement of financial position with unified KPI cascading of aligned BSC CSFs.
우리나라는 겨울철에 미세조류가 성장하기에 적합하지 않은 기후조건을 가진다. 따라서, 차세대 바이오매스의 공급원료로서의 미세조류 배양을 겨울철에 이룩하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 적은 에너지를 이용하여 미세조류가 성장이 불가한 영외환경에서 미세조류를 성장시키기 위해서, 삼중막의 비닐하우스를 설치하였다. 또한 투명한 아크릴 재질로 수조를 제작하여 빛을 수조의 모든 면에서 받을 수 있게 함으로써, 빛의 이용성을 최대화하였다. 6가지의 다양한 실험조건을 설정하여 겨울철 영하의 기후조건에서 최소한의 비용으로 하수종말처리장 폐수를 사용하여 미세조류를 배양하였다. 또한 미세 조류 바이오매스를 증가시킴과 동시에 환경오염의 원인이 될 수 있는 영양염류 성분 중 질소를 최대 92%, 인을 최대 99%까지 제거시켰다. 본 연구에서 바이오디젤의 원료가 될 수 있는 가장 주된 지방산은 리놀렌산(C18 : 3n3)으로 총 지질량의 최대 61%까지 차지했다. 지방산의 생산성은 2.4 g m-2 day-1이었다. 결론적으로, 본 연구를 통하여 차세대 바이오매스 생산을 위한 미세조류 배양을 저온 시기에서도 이룩하였으며, 그에 따른 폐수처리에서도 좋은 성과를 이루었다.
최근 중국정부는 해양경제개발에 초점을 두고 네 개의 해양경제개발시범구를 산동성, 절강성, 광동성, 복건성에 설정하였다. 등소평의 개혁·개방 정책이후 근래 해양경제개발시범구까지 중국의 해양산업정책은 현존정책을 부분적으로 수정·보완하는 연속적·점진적인 변화과정이었으므로, 본 논문은 이러한 정책변화를 잘 설명할 수 있는 이론모형으로 정책학의 점증주의모형(Incremental Model)을 이론적 틀로 하여, 새 중국 해양산업정책인 해양경제개발시범구 정책의 본질, 그 역사적 형성과정, 현재 집행상황, 이전과 다른 새로운 정책특징과 시사점을 발견함과 함께 미래의 점진적 정책변화도 전망·예측해 보았다. 과거 중국 해양산업정책과 차별화되는 새 정책의 주요 특징으로는 1)첨단산업과 과학기술을 포함하는 새로운 발전모형이라는 점, 2)고도의 민주적 참여가 보장된다는 점, 3)정책목표로 해양경제발전뿐 아니라 안보영토, 환경생태, 과학교육 등의 다양한 목표들도 포괄하고 있다는 점이었다. 향후 우리나라는 중국의 해양경제개발시범구 정책 특징에 대한 올바른 이해를 통하여, 최근 이슈화된 해양경제특구 설정관련 정책구상에서 바람직한 교훈을 얻어야 할 것이다.

It has advantage of easy to calculate and easy to use in the field. Cp and Cpk are traditional PCIs. These are only considers of process variation. These are not given information about the characteristic value does not match the target value of the process. Studies of this process capability index by many scholars actively for supplement of its disadvantage. These studies to evaluate the capability of situation of various field has presented a new process capability index. Cpm is considers both the process variation and the process deviation from target value. And Cpm + is considers economic loss for the process deviation from target value. In this paper development of new process capability index that is Taguchi's quadratic loss function by applying the expected loss. And check the correlation between existing traditional process capability index (Cpk) and new one. Finally, we propose the criteria for classification about developed process capability index.

The main purpose of this study is to analyse economic feasibility of low-carbon-oriented gear for anchovy boat seine. The results of benefit/cost analysis showed that use of the low-carbon fishing gear is economically feasible. Considering the fuel saving and relatively low CO2 emission by reducing the resistance of gear, net present value by such type 1 gear improvement was estimated about -2,490 ~ -1,580 million won with the benefit-cost ratio 0.81~ 0.88. And net present value by such type 2 gear improvement was estimated about 6,540 ~ 7,780 million won with the benefit-cost ratio 1.79 ~ 1.94. Development of lowcarbon trawl gear would render significant contributions to reducing CO2 emission in fishing operations and lead to reduce fishing costs due to fuel savings.
