PURPOSES : The reliability of traffic volume estimates based on location intelligence data (LID) is evaluated using various statistical techniques. There are several methods for determining statistical significance or relationships between different database sets. We propose a method that best represents the statistical difference between actual LID-based traffic volume estimates and the VDS values (i.e., true values) for the same road segment. METHODS : A total of 2,496 datasets aggregated for 1-h LID and VDS data were subjected to various statistical analyses to evaluate the consistency of the two datasets. The VDS data were defined as the true values for comparison. Four different statistical techniques (procrutes, 2-sample t-test, paired-sample t-test, and model performance rating scale) were applied. RESULTS : In cases where there is a specific pattern (e.g., traffic volume distribution considering peak and off-peak times), distribution tests such as Procrustes or Kolmogorov-Smirnov are useful because not only the prediction accuracy but also the similarity of the data distribution shape is important. CONCLUSIONS : The findings of this study provide important insight into the reliability of LID-based traffic volume estimation. To evaluate the reliability between the two groups, a paired-sample t-test was considered more appropriate than the performance evaluation measure of the machine-learning model. However, it is important to set the acceptance criteria necessary to statistically determine whether the difference between the two groups in the paired-sample t-test varies according to the given problem.
Decommissioning plan of nuclear facilities require the radiological characterizations and the establishment of a decommissioning process that can ensure the safety and efficiency of the decommissioning workers. By utilizing the rapidly developed ICT technology, we have developed a technology that can acquire, analyze, and deliver information from the decommissioning work area to ensure the safety of decommissioning workers, optimize the decommissioning process, and actively respond to various decommissioning situations. The established a surveillance system that monitors nuclide inventory and radiation dose distribution at dismantling work area in real time and wireless transmits data for evaluation. Developed an evaluation program based on an evaluation model for optimizing the dismantling process by linking real-time measurement information. We developed a technology that can detect the location of dismantling workers in real time using stereovision cameras and artificial intelligence technology. The developed technology can be used for safety evaluation of dismantling workers and process optimization evaluation by linking the radionuclides inventory and dose distribution in dismantling work space of decommissioning nuclear power plant in the future.
도시공원은 시민의 여가 공간으로 시민들이 공원을 방문하는 정도는 공원이 제공하는 사회적 효용을 측정하는 유용한 지표로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 도시공원의 입지적 특성을 바탕으로 시민들이 도시공원을 방문하는 정도를 평가하는 방문 잠재력 지수를 제안한다. 방문 잠재력 지수는 도시공원 입지의 공간적 효율성과 형평성을 동시에 고려하여 공간 접근성과 기회 대체성을 결합하고 있다. 도시공원의 공간 접근성은 공원의 서비스 권역 내에 거주하는 인구 분포로 측정했으며, 도시공원의 기회 대체성은 인접 공원의 이용 가능성으로 측정하였다. 도시공원의 공간 접근성과 기회 대체성은 각각 수요와 공급 정도를 나타내는 개념으로 이를 결합한 방문 잠재력 지수는 공원의 공급 필요성이 큰 입지를 효과적으로 보여줄 수 있다. 사례 분석으로 도시공원 일몰제로 사회적 관심의 대상이 되고 있는 서울시 도시자연공원구역의 방문 잠재력을 실증적으로 평가하였다. 본 연구에 서 제안하는 도시공원 방문 잠재력 지수는 도시공원의 입지적 가치를 다각도에서 포착하고 유연한 평가 방식을 제공함으로써 기존 입지와 신규 후보 입지 모두를 평가하는데 유용하게 쓰일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다

본 연구에서는 스카이브릿지 설치위치 및 연결된 구조물의 고유진동주기 차이에 따른 전체 구조물의 진동제어 효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 스카이브릿지로 연결된 40층과 50층 구조물을 예제 구조물로 사용하였고, 등가모형화기법을 이용하여 예제 모델을 구성하였다. El Centro 및 Taft 지진을 사용하여 경계비선형 시간이력해석을 수행하였고 구조물의 동적거동과 진동제어 효과를 분석하였다. 해석결과 변위응답은 스카이브릿지를 상부층에 설치할수록 더 효과적으로 제어할 수 있었고 가속도응답은 구조물의 중간층부근에 설치할 때 더 효과적으로 저감시킬 수 있었다.

It is judged that it is appropriate to place the strain sensor of the landing pier at the upper part, the middle part and the upper part of the pile at 30% below the pile.

The expansion on the scale of international trade and rapid economic growth in Northeast Asia have caused intense competition among global companies for securing international logistics center in Northeast Asia. Analyzing location competitiveness for international logistics center in Northeast Asia, this paper aims to extract implications for enhancing locational competitiveness. Employing the relative importance among location selection factors extracted from AHP analysis in prior study, we evaluated the major five port-cities in Northeast Asia including Busan, Gwangyang, Shanghai, Qingdao and Tokyo. In the evaluations, Shanghai (3.926) ranked as the first, followed by Busan (3.859), Qingdao (3.555), Tokyo (3.013) and Gwangyang (2.915). Furthermore, the causal relationships between determinants for location choice decision (logistics factor, cost factor, market factor, service factor and environmental factor) and dependent variables (competitiveness of international logistics center, potentiality to growth, present intention to move into and future plan to move into) were analyzed to provide implications. Results provide useful insights for further improvements, and helps strategic agenda for future development of port-cities.
Although the frequency of use for community facilities in rural villages is growing as well as the importance of the facilities for urban-rural exchange is being highlighted, study on spatial location-analysis of the facilities for such multi-purpose is not so much. This study aims to find the spatial distribution forms of community facilities in rural villages such as community center and rural-pocket park through location-analysis, in order to provide available data for selecting location in the future. As the study area, Sojeong-myeon, Sejong Special City was selected. This study conducted GIS analysis for criteria of the location-evaluation model developed in this study. This study introduced the concept of time-distance for accessibility analysis. This paper also used linear-consecutive scoring method(LCSM) as a scoring method of criteria and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method for weighting values of criteria. The application results showed that the new model can generate the intensity of community facilities according to spatial distribution and accessibility from cities to the facilities.

The composition of rural Green Village requires higher utilization of renewable energy in those selected rural villages. The purpose of this study is to select the best results of rural green villages when using photovoltaic power system(PV system). 10 different rural villages in Chubumyeon, Keumsan, Chungnam province, were selected as study villages. This study shows measured solar radiation data, a 20-year time series data, and GIS spatial analysis; and whose were used to predict the photovoltaic power generation. PV system is used as a form with capacity of 3kWp to use for personal and public houses. Generation data was calculated by the town, where the economics of the Green Village location analysis was performed; and the solar radiation's correction factor was calculated by the 20-year time series data and measured data by study villages. By applying to the data of DEM, slope and aspect of the study villages were found, therefore performed. Spatial analysis tools were performed by using solar radiation map's tools. Those data found were used to calculate the average needed energy every months. When used the properly calculated data, towns performed economical energy consumption in rural Green Village. Every study villages have showed very high potential for PV system. Sungdangri ranked at the first (7,401kWp/year), Jangdaeri follows behind to the second (7,203kWp/year) and Yogwangri at third (7,89kWp/year) which shows higher developed energy than other study villages. The areas covered of these three towns are as follows: Sungdangri at 33,300㎡, Jangdaeri covers 18,000㎡ and Yogwangri shows 46,800㎡. With these results, analyzing the potentials using GIS spatial analysis before installation of PV system was possible. Also different villages and topography in study villages have showed various results by the area. For convenience and to shorten research time, it is possible and enough to use solar radiation tools when studying spatial analysis of solar radiation.
Container Freight Station(CFS)은 터미널의 내부 또는 외부에 배치되어 여러 화주의 소량(Less than Container Load ; LCL) 화물을 컨테이너화시키거나, 수입된 컨테이너에서 내품을 인출하여 여러 화주에게 분산시키는 기능을 담당하고 있다. 하지만 CFS가 터미널 내부에 배치될 경우에는 LCL화물을 운송하기 위한 일반차량의 운행이 증가하여 터미널 주변의 교통 혼잡, 높은 사회 비용 및 물류비용의 발생, 장치장의 장치 여건 악화 등과 같은 문제를 초래한다. 본 연구는 현재 개발 중인 부산신항만을 대상으로 CFS를 각 터미널 내부에 개별적으로 배치하는 경우와 북측 컨테이너 부두 배후지에 거점화할 경우에 대해 총 비용 관점(사회적 비용과 물류비용)에서 경제성을 평가하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다.
It is necessary to evaluate the location suitability for protected horticulture to plan new protected horticultural facilities in rural areas. For objective and systematic evaluation of location suitability for protected horticulture, three different evaluation models were constructed based on grading, proportion, and analytic hierarchy process(AHP). The three methods were tested to evaluate the location suitability for protected horticulture in three selected regions; suburban, plain, mountainous. The results indicated that the grading method underestimated the difference of importance among grouping categories, compared to the proportion and AHP methods. Based on the results, the AHP method was founded to be better than the other two methods in terms of evaluation process, reproductivity and reliability of the results.
