        바위떡풀의 기내 배양시 MS배지의 농도별로 12주간 배양한 결과 1/2 MS 배지에서 신초길이 1.9 cm, 엽수 24.7매, 뿌리수 8.0개, 신초수 절편당 11.0개로 1 MS나 2 MS 배지에 비해 효과적이었다. 1/2 MS배지를 기본으 로 하여 생장조절제를 첨가하여 8주간 배양한 결과 CPPU 농도처리시 신초길이와 뿌리수는 무처리구에서 많았으나 신초수에 있어서는 농도가 높아질수록 많아져 2.00 mg·L−1농도 처리구에서 8.2개로 가장 많아 증식에 유리한 것으로 나타났으나 TDZ, zeatin과 BA처리는 무처리에 비해 처리효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므 로 바위떡풀을 조직배양 방법을 이용하여 대량증식 시키 고자 할 때에는 생장점을 초대배양(MS배지)한 후 신초를 CPPU 2.00mg·L−1을 첨가한 1/2 MS배지에 치상하여 다 신초를 발생시킨 후 다시 신초를 하나씩 분리하여 1/2 MS 배지에 계대하여 배양한 후 순화하면 다량의 식물을 획득 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

        본 시험은 충남농업기술원에서 개발한 신품종 ‘미소’느타리버섯의 안정적인 생산을 도모하기 위하여 병재배에 적합한 최적배지를 개발할 목적으로 수행되었다. 여기에서 사용된 배지로는 포플러톱밥+비트펄프+면실박(5:3:2), 포플러톱밥+밀기울(8:2), 포플러톱밥+비트펄프+면실박(6:2:2), 포플러톱밥+비트펄프+면실박(4:4:2), 그리고 포플러톱밥+비트펄트+밀기울(7:1:2)을 사용하였다. 배지별 pH는 5~6이었고, C/N율은 19.7~28.3의 범위에 있었다. 초발이 소요일수는 5~6일 이었으며 접종 후부터 자실체 형성까지의 전체생육일수는 29~31일이 소요되었다. 버섯 자실체의 수확량은‘포플러톱밥+비트+밀기울(7:1:2)’배지에서 110.4g/병으로 가장 높은 수량을 나타냈다. 그러므로 ‘포플러톱밥+비트+밀기울(7:1:2)’배지를 이용하면 신품종 미소버섯의 병재배 배지에 적합할 것으로 판단된다.

The learner can learn and use not only simple sentences and everyday expressions, but also understand the german culture. The multimedia language course as blended learning offer is a teaching program with different components: Multimedia. course with CD-ROM, video and DVD, course with various materials, radio course with cassette tapes. With assistance of the learning program we can teach and learn german language and culture. Besides, we can extend and deepen already-existing knowledge about a lot of different subjects.

        Purpose: To study the narrative characteristics and narrative strategies of new media display design. Method: By the way of introducing the related theories and concepts of narratology into the new media display design, combined with actual cases and literature, this paper summarizes the narrative elements, narrative characteristics and narrative structure of new media display design, and then explores the new media display design of new methods, new strategies.         Recently, development of robot technology has been actively investigated that industrial robots are used in various other fields. However, the interface of the industrial robot is limited to the planned and manipulated path according to the target point and reaching time of the robot arm. Thus, it is not easy to create or change the various paths of the robot arm in other applications, and it is not easy to control the robot so that the robot arm passes the specific point precisely at the desired time during the course of the path. In order to overcome these limitations, this paper proposes a new-media content management platform that can manipulate 6 DOF industrial robot arm using 3D game engine. In this platform, the user can directly generate the motion of the robot arm in the UI based on the 3D game engine, and can drive the robot in real time with the generated motion. The proposed platform was verified using 3D game engine Unity3D and KUKA KR-120 robot.
