        Out-of-roundness is crucial for the proper functioning of individual products or parts in a machine. Mechanical components often consist of circular elements that require precise alignment. These circular parts are used in critical areas of the machine, and the shape characteristics of each component can significantly impact overall performance. In this study, we focus on a specific specimen and use three different methods - the Diameter method, Radius method, and Three-point method - to measure its out-of-roundness. The collected data is then analyzed using one-way ANOVA to propose an effective out-of-roundness measurement technique suitable for industrial settings.

        Tendon-driven mechanisms have gained prominence in a range of applications, including soft robots, exoskeletons, and prosthetic devices. These mechanism use flexible tendons or cables to transmit force and control joint movement. As the popularity of these mechanisms grows, there is an increasing demand for solutions to enhance stability and safety. The use of brakes is a well-known solution, but existing models are difficult to customize for small soft robots. In this paper, we present a one-way shape memory alloy-based compact brake for tendon-driven mechanisms. The proposed soft brake featured a thin design and was tailored for seamless integration within a tendon-driven mechanism. In addition, the use of the one-way shape memory alloys enabled the design of the brakes that are both compact and powerful. This brake is expected to be widely used in miniaturized tendon-driven robots.

        PURPOSES : This study establishes a methodology for evaluating traffic safety in response to the introduction of one-way traffic using surrogate safety measures and analyzes the impact of one-way traffic safety through a case analysis. METHODS : The SSAM(Surrogate Safety Assessment Measure) was used to analyze traffic conflicts (TTC(Time to Collision) and PET(Post Encroachment Time)), which are safety indicators. The SSAM input variable dataset was constructed using a VISSIM(Verkehr In Städten - SIMulationsmodell) simulation. RESULTS : Introducing one-way traffic rather than the pending issue (two-way operation) improved traffic safety as the possibility of TTC or PET was reduced. In addition, the analysis results showed that the average TTC time and average PET time increased with the introduction of the one-way system. It is anticipated that the avoidance action time taken by the driver to avoid dangerous situations will also increase, which will help improve traffic safety. CONCLUSIONS : As an alternative to solving traffic safety and communication problems occurring at the study site, it was determined that a one-way system would be effective. Furthermore, a one-way system that allows two-lane roads on both sides to move one-way and allows parking in pockets on both sides of the road would be appropriate.

        The concept of carsharing involves sharing a small number of reserved cars to be used individually by a larger number of people as required. This study examines the operating parameters of one-way carsharing systems in order to determine the appropriate operating conditions that minimizes the lost sales rate. Five operating parameters are tested in this study: the number of stations, the average number of vehicles per station, the rate of one-way trip, the average number of staffs per station, and the relocation policy. The performance of round-trip carsharing systems is also compared to that of one-way carsharing systems. A simulation model is developed and simulations are performed to determine the appropriate combination of operating parameter and levels. The simulation results show that the average number of vehicles per station is the most critical parameter. Other key findings obtained from this research are as follows. First, applying the appropriate relocation policy to one-way carsharing systems can allow more customers to rent vehicles than the traditional round-trip carsharing systems. Second, the appropriate relocation policy should be selected based on the average number of vehicles per station in order to minimize the lost sales rate. Third, the number of stations does not affect the lost sales rate. This study findings will provide tools to understand impact of the carsharing system parameters on the efficiency of the carsharing operations.

        In this study, the static load test and the load transfer test were carried out to evaluate the structural performance of the circular anchorage proposed by the previous study. Specimens were fabricated according to KCI-PS101 and ETAG 013. As a result of the static load test, it was verified that the displacement of the wedge and the strand was kept constant when the tensile force of 80% of the nominal strength of the strand was applied. In the load transfer test, it was confirmed that all the specimens satisfied the stabilization formula of KCI-PS101 and ETAG 013. Post-tensioned one-way slab with circular anchorage were fabricated to evaluate the flexural behavior. All specimens exhibited the same flexural behavior and maximum load. However, the specimen with circular anchorage were advantageous than the rectangular anchorage one in terms of crack control of the anchorage zone.

        본 연구에서는 가변 통기성 스마트 의류의 제작을 위해 필요한 형상기억합금 액추에이터의 작동 조건을 파악하였다. 의복의 개방, 폐쇄와 같은 양방향 작동 시 형태 변형 시에만 전력을 소모하는 저전력 소모 액추에이터 개발을 위해 복수 채널의 일방향 형상기억합금을 이용하여 스위치로 작동되는 액추에이터를 설계하였으며 가장 효율적으로 작동할 수 있는 와이어의 직경과 전압인가 단위시간을 도출하였다. 선행연구 결과 도출된 양방향 작동이 가능한 일방향 형상기억합금의 직경 범위 내에서 Arduino 스위치를 제작하여 3.7V 전압인가 시 변화량을 분석한 결과 0.4Φ의 액추에이터가 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 0.4Φ 형상기억합금와이어를 사용한 양방향작동 액추에이터의 개방, 폐쇄에 필요한 최적전압인가 시간을 도출하기 위해 액추에이터의 최대개방, 최소폐쇄 도달 전압인가 시간으로부터 50ms씩 감소, 증가 시키며 냉각 후 액추에이터의 내경을 비교하는 방식으로 측정한 결과 개방 동작에 필요한 최적 전압인가 단위시간은 4,100ms로 나타났다. 각 채널간의 발열에 의한 간섭을 최소화하기 위한 양방향간 작동 시 필요 딜레이 분석을 위해 상온에서 형상기억합금에 최적 전압입가 시간인 4.1초 동안 전원을 공급하고 가열 후 냉각까지의 과정을 열화상카메라로 촬영하여 형상기억합금 와이의 온도가 냉각시의 상변태온 이하로 하강하는 시점을 파악한 결과, 액추에이터의 양방향간 작동 딜레이는 1.8초 이상이 확보되어야 함을 파악할 수 있었다.

        Recently, owing to the development of ICT industry and wide spread of smart phone, the number of people who use car sharing service are increased rapidly. Currently two-way car sharing system with same rental and return locations are mainly operated since this system can be easily implemented and maintained. Currently the demand of one-way car sharing service has increase explosively. But this system have several obstacle in operation, especially, vehicle stock imbalance issues which invoke vehicle relocation. Hence in this study, we present an optimization approach to depot location and relocation policy in one-way car sharing systems. At first, we modelled as mixed-integer programming models whose objective is to maximize the profits of a car sharing organization considering all the revenues and costs involved and several constraints of relocation policy. And to solve this problem efficiently, we proposed a new method based on particle swarm optimization, which is one of powerful meta-heuristic method. The practical usefulness of the approach is illustrated with a case study involving satellite cities in Seoul Metrolitan Area including several candidate area where this kind systems have not been installed yet and already operating area. Our proposed approach produced plausible solutions with rapid computational time and a little deviation from optimal solution obtained by CPLEX Optimizer. Also we can find that particle swarm optimization method can be used as efficient method with various constraints. Hence based on this results, we can grasp a clear insight into the impact of depot location and relocation policy schemes on the profitability of such systems.

        본 연구에서는 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 일방향 슬래브의 사용성 평가를 위한 처짐을 분석하기 위하여 유한요소법에 기반한 해석적 연구를 수행하였다. 유한요소 상용 프로그램을 이용한 해석결과와 실험결과를 비교하여 모델링의 타당성을 검증하였으며, 비교적 유사한 결과를 나타내었다. 또한, 콘크리트 압축강도, 편심 거리, 활하중, 그리고 긴장재의 배치형태에 따른 처짐을 분석하여 수계산 결과와 비교하였고, 회귀분석을 통해 변수들과 처짐 사이의 상관관계를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 콘크리트 압축강도가 클수록, 편심 거리가 클수록, 활하중이 작을수록 처짐이 감소하는 것을 확인하였으며, 직선형태의 처짐이 가장 작고 절곡형태의 처짐이 가장 큰 것을 확인하였다. 또한 회귀분석을 통해 콘크리트 압축강도와 편심 거리가 솟음값에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

        The purpose of this study is intended to determine the validity of shear reinforcement by evaluating flexural performance in the hollow slab. The hollow slab is relatively light and second moment of inertia is large. Due to these characteristics, it can be used to slab system efficiently. Therefore the prediction of the structural behaviors is very important because of decrease of shear and flexural strength which is caused by hollow section of slab interior. In this study, the flexural test were performed to analyze the flexural capacity of the hollow slab w/ or w/o shear reinforcement. A total of six full scale specimens were tested. These specimens have three cases of reinforcing bar ratio, 0.009, 0.018 and 0.024. To verify the flexural behavior such as ultimate load, load-deflection and crack pattern, the flexural experiment were tested by using loading frame. Experimental results have shown that the flexural behavior are depend on the reinforcing bar ratio. Also the hollow slab with shear reinforcement have shown flexural behavior. Therefore, it is appropriate that the hollow slab is reinforced by shear reinforcement to improve the flexural performance of the hollow slab.

        The hollow slab has advantages that its self-weight does not greatly increase notwithstanding the increase of its thickness and its flexural performance does not significantly degrade in comparison with general reinforced concrete slab. However, the utilization of the hollow slab is currently being underestimated in spite of structural system that enables economic design of building and construction of eco-friendly structure. the significant reasons for this situation is that the method of structural analysis and design for hollow slab is not generalized. In this study, to consider practical compressive zone of hollow slab, the equation for its flexural strength is proposed by the volume of compressive stress block according to neutral axis location in hollow section assumed. Existing estimation method of flexural strength of hollow slab considering only compressive zone above hollow part is evaluated as the most conservative method and the method estimating flexural strength by two alternative cross-section of hollow slab is evaluated as more practical method.

        중공슬래브 시스템은 슬래브 두께가 증가해도 자중은 크게 증가하지 않으면서 일반슬래브에 비해서 휨강성이 크게 저하 되지 않는 장점이 있다. 그러나 이러한 장스팬 구조의 경우 바닥판 진동의 증가에 의한 사용성 문제가 발생할 수 있고, 특 히 중공슬래브의 경우 기존의 구조시스템과 동적특성이 상이하다. 따라서 진동에 대한 중공슬래브의 안전성 및 사용성 검 토가 요구되고 있으며, 이를 위한 실용적인 정밀해석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 고유치 해석을 위하여 일방향 중공슬래브의 동적특성을 비교적 정확하게 나타낼 수 있는 등가의 플레이트 모델을 사용하였다. 결론적으로 등가플레이트 모델이 일방향 중공슬래브의 동적특정을 비교적 정확하게 나타나는 것으로 나타났다.

        Void slab is a slab with hollow portions in the center of the slab which reduce a self weight of the slab. The flexural capacity of void slab is almost same with a normal slab, but the shear capacity is reduced according to the increasing of hollow portion. One of the solutions to improve shear capacity is using shear reinforcing bars. In this study, the shear capacity of one-way void slabs is evaluated according to an effective cross section and the capacity of shear reinforcing bars is discussed depending on integration method. As a result, it is shown that the shear capacity tends to be reduced from 0% to 34.5% of hollow rate and slightly increased from 34.5% to 40.0%. And the capacity of integrated shear reinforcing bars are better than the one without integrated shear reinforcing bars.

        중공슬래브는 슬래브의 자중을 감소시킴으로써 콘크리트 하중을 제어하여 수직 구조 부재 하중 및 지진 하중의 양을 감소시키는 바닥구조시스템이다. 중공슬래브는 슬래브의 자중을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있지만 슬래브 내부의 중공부로 인하여 휨 및 전단강도가 감소하기 때문에 구조 성능의 예측이 매우 중요하다. 중공슬래브에 관한 국내외의 많은 연구에도 불구하고 일방향 중공슬래브의 전단보강에 따른 전단강도에 관한 연구는 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전단보강 유무에 따른 일방향 중공슬래브의 파괴양상 분석과 산정식의 전단강도와 실험값의 전단강도의 비교를 통하여 일방향 중공슬래브의 전단보강의 필요성에 대해 검증하고자 한다.

        철근콘크리트 구조물의 전단거동은 수년간의 많은 연구에도 불구하고, 이론적으로 명확하게 규명하기에 어려운 문제중에 하나이다. 중공슬래브의 휨강도와 전단강도는 중공부로 인하여 감소되기 때문에, 이에 따른 구조물의 성능을 예측하는 것은 중요한 문제라 할 수 있다.현재 각국의 중공슬래브 전단설계기준은 실험에 의한 기준식을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 철근비에 따른 일방향 중공슬래브 전단강도 산정방법에 관한 연구를 수행하기 위해 실험결과를 분석하고, 전단강도 산정식들을 비교, 분석하였다.

        The shear behavior of reinforced concrete structure is one of the difficult problems that are not identified theoretically clearly yet despite the efforts of researchers for several years. Since bending and shear strength of hollow slab may decrease due to hollow part inside slab, prediction of such structure performance is very important. In this study, the shear behavior of one-way hollow slab were analyzed through experiment to conduct study on estimation of shear strength, and after comparative evaluation of structure performance based on experiment results.
