        본 연구는 중국의 ESG 연구동향, 정부의 제도와 정책, 그리고 시스템과 전략, 성과와 취약점을 분석하 고 이해함으로써 우리나라의 ESG 정책과 전략을 수립하는 데 이론적·정책적 논거로 활용하는 것을 목적으 로 한다. 본 연구는 2015년부터 2022년까지 중국 내 ESG 관련 주요 연구를 수집하여 주제 및 연도별 분류ㆍ검토를 수행했다. 이를 통해 중국 내 시기별 ESG 집중 연구 주제가 변화했고, 중국 정부가 ESG를 국가의 고품질 발전을 위한 중요한 조치로 인식하고 있음을 확인했다. 본 연구는 중국 정부의 ESG 관련 연구 동향과 정책 실시를 고찰한 한국 최초의 연구라고 할 수 있다.

        지리적 위치를 차지한 싱가포르는 외교 정책을 바꾸어 대국 간 의 균형 을 유지 해 왔 고 무역 친중 정치 친미의 '대독 전략'을 채택해왔다. 2016년은 싱가포르 대중 국 정책을 조정 한해였고 중미 무역 충돌과 전염병 상황의 영향을 받아 싱가포르 대중국 정책도 새로운 도전에 직면 했다. 현재의 국제 환경에 빨리 적응하기 위해 싱가포르는 대중국 정책을 점차적으로 조정하고 대중국의 우호를 계속 증진 시킨다. 본고는 싱가포르가 향후 유행기에 중국 외교정책에 대한 변화 추세를 분석하는데 중심을 두고 있다.

        Architecture is the historical record of a society. Residential culture is one of the cultures, and includes all the living and customs of people living in the current society. In particular, the Native residence has the research value of changing the living culture because it contains the lives of farmers. The residential culture of the Korean-chinese people contains the poor, agricultural, and immigrant life that began as a livelihood. Therefore, residential culture is an important part of the Korean-chinese culture. However, due to population movement and urbanization, the deepening and aging of the rural community caused the destruction of the residential culture, and the residentials that had been vacant for many years were destroyed, and a large number of risky residential reconstructions are underway. At the point of progress from a voluntary personal building culture to a public building culture built by the government, a study on Renovation of dilapidated Building and a more reasonable residential reform plan is needed. Our housing culture should not only improve the living environment of current life, but also inherit the housing culture contained in history.

        The purpose of this paper is to summarize research trends and analyze major discussions of previous studies on language policy and planning from a research historical perspective. In order to accomplish this purpose, this paper firstly established a database of related research lists through a complete enumeration survey of research articles by Korean researchers published in Korean academic journals. Then, based on the database, this paper summarized research trends of preceding studies by fields (status, corpus, education, etc.), by topics (language rank/function, orthographic norm, national language education, etc.), by relevant countries/regions (Korea, Asia, Europe, etc.). Finally, dividing the preceding studies into those related to Korea and those related to foreign countries, this paper analyzed major discussions by fields and topics based on representative and recent preceding studies. 'Not only does the aforementioned summary and analysis have research historical significance for preceding studies on language policy and planning, but 'they can also contribute to exploring the tasks and directions of future research.

        The Japanese government, on the basis of the Food, Agriculture and Rural Areas Basic Act, announced the 4th Basic Plan for Food, Agriculture and Rural areas, at the same time the third Basic Plan for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research in March 2015. The Basic Plan is configured as improvement of food self-sufficiency rate, a stable food supply, agricultural maintenance and development, rural promotion. The new target for the calorie-based food self-sufficiency ratio has been lowered from the previous 50 percent by 2020 to 45 percent by 2025. The production target for table rice has been lowered, but production targets for rice for flour and rice for feed have been raised significantly - five times and 10 times the more than current production by 2025, respectively. The 4th Basic Plan included the important measures of 24 and the details practice challenges of 50 should be intensively promoted for the next five years. The new Research Basic Plan set 21 key targets research and development to solve problems promptly faced by producers with the aim of increasing income in agriculture and rural communities and 11 priority targets research and development to be steadily promoted under medium- to long-term strategy. In addition, it announced the necessary measures of 10 at three areas in order to promote more efficiency and effective in the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research. In Korea, it refers to the announcement contents of Japan where there is a need to formulate a development plan for Agriculture, Rural Areas and Food Industry Development Plan that meets the Korean situation.

        This paper reports the application of Wood's national policy framework (Wood, 2002) to the use of computers in Chinese schools in order to evaluate the impact of and reaction to information and communications technology (ICT) policy on the future of schooling and society. With its highly centralized system of schooling, the "centralized regulation of schooling" scenario is considered to be sufficiently close to enable current ICT policy and possible future developments to be examined. The analysis arising/rom Wood's framework has significant implications for developing countries, such as China, which have limited funding and experience to address the range of issues relating to ICT integration. 81

        In this study, we analyze the policy related to building safety diagnosis and maintenance management and suggest improvement direction of system for building diagnosis. The US has various test methods and laws and regulations standardized on wide territory, so it is excellent in responding to changes in regulations. In the UK, the technology of the building diagnosis related field is advanced through systematic efforts of diagnosis and maintenance of the building. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and revitalize regulations related to building diagnosis and maintenance management, to revise the laws and regulations of related institutions, and to systematically cultivate manpower through specialized agencies related to diagnosis and maintenance.

        This study is a basic research for the development of ‘Marginal Village Policy’ in response to the hollowing-out of rural areas. For this purpose, the viewpoint of “Regeneration” & “Reconstruction” of the “Marginal Village Theory” and the recent “Rural Planning Theory of Evacuation” in Japan were reviewed. The background and trends of Marginal Village policy in Japan were also investigated. And based on this, the implications and future tasks for Korea were summarized as follows; ①It is necessary to be interested in the disappearance of villages and marginal villages and to form positive discussions and social consensus. ② Continuous field investigation and management of changes in population and village functions at regional and village level are required. ③In addition to increasing the importance of depopulation problems, it is necessary to establish ‘marginal villages’ as a public policy target. ④It is necessary to review and consider the viewpoint of reconstruction along with regeneration. ⑤It is necessary to pay attention that the software project is expanded, and the regeneration & reconstruction policies of the rural villages are aimed at revitalizing the rural community. ⑥It is necessary to consider the possibility of applying ‘spacial construction’ along with the expansion of the academic debate on the ‘rural planning theory of evacuation’. On the basis of this, in this study, rural villages were classified into ‘continuous villages’, ‘semi-marginal villages’ and ‘marginal villages’ according to the degree of marginalization, and the basic framework of ‘Marginal Village Policy’ was proposed, which is to encourage the differentiated policies of ‘continuous villages’ by ‘rural village policy’, ‘semi-marginal villages’ and ‘marginal villages’ by ‘marginal village policy’.

        본 연구는 지난 8년간의 수석교사제에 학계의 논의와 이슈 동향 등을 파악하여 향후 건설적 인 수석교사제의 추진을 위한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 하는 의도를 가지고 수행되었다. 이를 위해 수석교사제 시범운영을 시작한 2008년도부터 2014년도까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 연구 논문들을 내용분석법을 통하여 분석하였다. 논문의 전문성과 질적 수준을 고려하여 논문 검색 기준을 한국학술지인용색인(KCI) 등재 및 등재후보지로 한정하였으며, 총 42편을 연구대상으 로 선정 하였다. 시기별 분석결과 수석교사제 법제화 후인 2012년 이후 수석교사제와 관련된 연구가 급증하였다. 또한 수석교사제와 관련된 연구들은 다양한 연구 방법들을 활용하였으며, 그 중 양적연구방법(조사연구)이 가장 많은 비중을 차지하였다. 수석교사제에 대한 연구주제는 크게 개인차원, 학교차원, 그리고 정책차원으로 구분 가능하였다. 전반적으로 개인차원의 연구 주제가 수적으로 우세하였으며, 학교차원, 정책차원 순으로 뒤를 이었다. 또한 법제화 이전에 는 주로 개인차원과 학교차원의 연구가 많이 수행되었으나 법제화 이후에는 정책차원의 연구 가 많이 발표되었다. 연구대상으로는 수석교사들에 대한 연구가 과반이었으며, 수석교사와 일 반교원 모두에 대하여 시행한 연구가 그 뒤를 따랐다. 또한 학교급에 따른 연구동향을 분석한 결과 중등학교 단위의 수석교사제와 관련된 연구가 미비하였다.

        Results of reviews on bio-gas production and policy trends in the European Union (EU) are as follows. In the EU,Germany leads in bio-gas production with 29 TWh of energy produced through energy crops as of 2013. This could beachieved through renewable energy laws and increases in feed in tariff (FIT) schemes in Germany. In the EU, bio-gashas been verified to play an important role and contribute to greenhouse gas reduction. However, it is necessary to providea measure to improve sustainability criteria and decrease the consumer's share of expenses. If bio-gas is produced usingorganic wastes instead of energy crops, this problem can be solved. If the bio-gas production policies in the EU are appliedin South Korea, bio-gas market will be promoted and greenhouse gas emission can be reduced in the future.

        In this research, the upgrading technology and policy trends for biogas were examined with a focus on the European Union (EU). Depending on the capacity of the biogas upgrading facility investment costs are different. In addition, biogas upgrading technology-specific energy demand is lowest in the amine scrubber process. Organic waste met the sustainability criteria. Also, the energy content was four times larger, and the results showed that the utilization value was significant. Through cogeneration, and it can secure various markets. Because of these advantages, various policies are being promoted in the EU. In the future, South Korea needs to model its biogas policy after the upgrading technology and policy trends in the EU, and it should strive to create a market for biomethane.
