The purpose of this study was to determine the reliability and validity of the postural balance program which uses the movement accelerating field principles of posture balance training and evaluation equipment and smartphone movement accelerometer program (SMAP) in healthy young adults. A total of 34 people were appointed as the subject among the healthy young adults. By using Biodex stability system (BSS) and SMAP on the subject, the posture balance capability was evaluated. For the test-retest reliability, SMAP showed the intra-class correlation (ICC: .62~.91) and standard error measurement (SEM: .01~.08). BSS showed the moderate to high reliability of ICC (.88~.93) and SEM (.02~.20). In the reliability of inter-rater, ICC (.59~.73) as to SMAP, showed the reliability of moderate in eyes open stability all (EOSA), eyes open stability anterior posterior (EOSAP), eyes open stability medial lateral (EOSML) and eyes open dinamic all (EODA), eyes open danamic anterior posterior (EODAP), and eyes open danamic medial lateral (EODML). However, ICC showed reliability which was as low as .59 less than in other movements. In addition, BSS showed the reliability of high as ICC (.70~.75). It showed reliability which was as low as ICC (.59 less than) in other movements. In correlation to the balance by attitudes between SMAP and BSS, EOSML (r=.62), EODA (r=.75), EODML (r=.72), ECDAP (r=.64), and ECDML (r=.69) shown differ significantly (p<.05). However, the correlation noted in other movements did not differ significantly. Therefore, SMAP and BSS can be usefully used in the posture balance assessment of the static and dynamic condition with eyes opened and closed.

The toxicity of materials derived from the seed of Pongamia pinnata to third instars of insecticide-susceptible Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes aegypti and wild Aedes albopictus was examined using a direct contact bioassay. Results were compared with those of the currently used insecticides fenthion and temephos. The active principles of Pongamia pinnata were identified as the karanjin (1), karanjachromene (2), pongamol (3), pongarotene (4), oleic acid (5), and palmitic acid (6) by spectroscopic analysis. Based on 24 h LC50 values, karanjin (14.61 and 16.13 mg/L) was the most toxic compound, followed by oleic acid (18.07 and 18.45 mg/L) and karanjachromene (18.74 and 20.57 mg/L). These constituents were less toxic than either fenthion (LC50, 0.0031 and 0.0048 mg/L) or temephos (0.021 and 0.050 mg/L) against Ae. aegypti and Cx. p. pallens. Low toxicity was produced by pongamol (LC50, 23.95 and 25.76 mg/L), pongarotene (25.52 and 37.61 mg/L), and palmitic acid (34.50 and 42.96 mg/L). Against A. alpopictus instars, oleic acid (LC50, 18.79 mg/L) was most toxic. Low toxicity was observed with the other five constituents (LC50, 35.26- 85.61 mg/L). P. pinnata seed-derived active principles, particularly karanjin, karanjachromene, and oleic acid, merits further study as potential mosquito larvicides for the control of mosquito populations in light of global efforts to reduce the level of highly toxic synthetic larvicides in the aquatic environment.

뇌과학은 심리학이나 정신과학의 영역을 넘어 신체적 질병과 관련된 임상 영역에서도 중요한 분야가 되었을 뿐 아니라, 이제 심신통합치유의 필요성을 설명하는 이론적 기반으로서 자리잡고 있다. 몸의 질병은 더 이상 몸만의 질병이 아니며, 마음의 질병 또한 마음만의 문제가 아닌 것이 심신의학이나 신경생리학을 통해 설명되고 있으며, 그 중심에는 몸과 마음의 상태를 통합하고 기능을 조절하는 신경계가 있는 것이다. 뉴로아트테라피(neuroart therapy)는 신경과학 이론을 기반으로 하여 심신의학적 개입법들을 포괄적으로 제공하는 전인적 치유기법으로서, 다양한 표현 예술치료 활동과 첨단 뇌기능 훈련을 핵심적 치유 매체로 활용하여 몸과 마음의 질병을 치유하고, 내적 잠재력과 정서를 계발하여 심신의 성장을 도모하기 위해 개발된 새로운 치유 분야이다. 뉴로아트테라피는 인간 개개인의 개별성과 그를 둘러싼 환경과의 역동성, 그리고 심신상관성에 입각하여 개발된 치유적 접근법이다. 또한 내담자의 몸과 마음에 내재된 치유력의 회복과 신경계를 통한 적응적 반응의 생리학적 각인을 치유의 객관적 목표로 삼는다. 뇌의 통합적이고 조화로운 기능이 결국 심신의 건강을 결정한다는 전제에 기초하여, 모든 심신의 증상에 대한 치유에 있어서 뉴로아트테라피의 신경학적 최종 목표는 전뇌의 균형과 조화이다. 뇌의 신경망은 학습, 경험에 의해 지속적으로 새롭게 형성되고 강화 또는 소멸되는데, 그 신경망의 양상이 개인의 성격, 습관, 생리적 특성, 질병에 대한 취약성 등으로 나타나는 것이다. 뉴로아트테라피의 치유 과정은 신경계에서 새로운 신경망을 형성하며 긍정적 경험으로 기억되며, 그 경험들이 반복되면서 새로 형성된 신경망이 기존의 부적응적인 생리과정을 점차로 소거하고 대체하는 신경학적 과정이 수반된다. 뇌는 곧 전신의 생리적 기능과 심신의 상태를 조절하고 마음과 행동을 조형하는 곳이므로, 뇌의 변화를 추구하는 치유의 방식은 영속적이고 포괄적인 전인적 접근이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 과정들은 모두 내담자 자신의 능동적이고 자발적인 참여가 전제된다는 점에서 치료자 중심의 접근 방식들과 다르다. 무엇보다도 스스로의 참여는 새로운 내적 경험을 가능하게 하는데, 이와 같은 효과가 체화되면 약물과 같은 외부의 치료적 개입이 지속하지 않아도 효과가 유지된다. 또한 이러한 치료는 잠재된 능력을 계발하고 삶의 지평을 확장할 수 있도록 하는 전인치유의 기반이 된다.

본 연구는 2000년 이래 영국과 미국의 주요 지도제작사 및 지리교재 제작사가 제작한 지도를 중심으로 동해 해역의 지명표기 형태를 조사하고, 그 원칙을 분석한 것이다. 대부분의 지도 제작사들은 지명표기와 관련하여 자체의 원칙을 가지고 있는데, 동해 해역은 ‘일본해(동해)’의 형태로 병기했지만, 여전히 ‘일본해’로 단독 표기한 경우도 있다. 한편 지리교재 제작사는 지명표기를 저자들의 판단에 맡기고 있다. 그 결과 지리교재에 따라 동해 해역에 대한 지명표기가 다양하게 나타났다. 국제사회에서 동해 지명의 확산을 위해, 영미권의 주요 지도제작사 및 지리교재의 저자들에게 동해 지명의 정당성을 전략적으로 홍보할 필요성이 있다.

Measurement of estrogen concentration in bio-samples are very important for differential diagnosis of various disease or evaluation of health status. However, it is difficult to collect immediate data of estrogen concentration because they are measured by radioimmunoassay or chromatography which need time- and cost-consuming sample pre-treatment. This study was performed for development of new estrogen biosensor employing taste principles, and for evaluation of cross reactivity between various steroid hormones. Gene sequence of ligand binding domain of α-human estrogen receptor (amino acid 302-553; hER-LBD) was cloned from human breast cancer cell line. The proteins of hER-LBD were produced by T7-E.coli expression system, and isolated by chromatography. hER-LBD were coated on the gold plated quartz crystal (AT-cut 9MHz), and resonance frequencies were measured by universal frequency counter. Estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, and aldosterone were used for cross reactivity of the hER-LBD. We also monitored influences of pH change in resonance frequency. The resonance frequencies of hER-LBD coated quartz crystal were decreased during increase of estrogen concentration from 15 μg/mL to 50 μg/mL. However, similar steroid hormones, progesterone and aldosterone, did not elicit the change in resonance frequency. Testosterone evoke weak change in resonance frequency. The new estrogen biosensor was more sensitive in pH 7.2 than in pH 7.6. These results suggest that hER-LBD coated quartz crystal biosensor is a probable estrogen biosensor.

한국은 ICT 활용교육 및 e-러닝 분야에서 개발도상국의 계속적인 관심을 받고있고, 이 분야와 관련하여 국제 사회로부터 적극적인 ODA(Official DevelopmentAssistance, 공적 개발 원조) 참여를 요구받고 있다. 이에 따라 한국의 학자들과연구 기관에서는 ODA에 관한 연구를 진행하여 개선방향을 제시하였다.본 연구는 국제학 및 국제교육협력 분야의 한국 전문가들의 연구보고서들을 분석하여 현재 한국 ODA의 제한점을 다음과 같이 도출하였다: 1) 수혜국에 대한요구분석 미흡, 2) 프로젝트 수행과정의 불명확성, 3) 원조국 및 수혜국의 전문가부족, 4) 프로젝트 수행 후 평가 및 관리 미흡, 5) 지속적인 프로젝트 발굴 결여로 나타났다. 각 제한점에 대해, 한국의 ODA를 개선하기 위한 원리들을 연결하여제시하였다: 1) 교육 분야에 초점을 맞춘다, 2) 컨설팅 과정 모형을 개발한다, 3)사업타당성 연구를 시행한다, 4) 프로젝트 관리체제를 구축한다, 5) ODA 프로젝트 보고서를 저장․관리한다.이러한 일반적인 원리들을 기반으로, ICT활용교육 분야에 초점을 맞춘 국제협력의 이슈를 다음과 같이 제안하였다: 1) 지속가능한 경제성장을 위해서는 인적자원개발에 더욱 집중해야 한다, 2) e-러닝을 통하여 보다 많은 세계의 사람들과조화롭게 살아갈 방법들을 고려해야 한다, 3) 온라인 커뮤니티를 활용하여 보다많은 사람들이 미래교육을 위한 비전을 구성하고 공유해야 한다.

반도체는 현대문명의 쌀과 같다. 우리가 일상생활에서 사용하는 선풍기, 라디오, TV, 전화기, 컴퓨터 등 모든 전지 제품에 반도체가 사용된다. 또한 청정에너지인 태양광 발전도 반도체인 태양전지 판을 이용하여 전기를 생산한다. 바람을 이용한 풍력 발전도 발전된 전기를 제어하는 곳에는 반도체가 쓰인다. 조력, 지열, 화력, 수력 발전의 제어 부분에도 역시 반도체가 사용되며, 결과적으로 우리가 향유하는 현대 문명기기는 반도체의 결정체이다. 본 논문에서는 이처럼 중요한 현대 문명의 근간이 되는 반도체의 원리와 가장 기본적인 반도체인 다이오드에 관하여 고찰 해본다.

목적 : 본 연구는 신경발달치료에 기초한 일상생활활동 훈련이 아동의 작업(occupations) 에 미치는 효과를 알아보 고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 연구대상은 만 2~6세의 뇌성마비 아동 11명이었으며, 단순 맹검(single-blind) 법으로 실험군 5명과 대 조군 6명으로 분류하였다. 연구 설계는 이질성 사전-사후검사 통제집단 설계(nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design)를 사용하였다. 실험군은 신경 발달치료원리에 기초한 일상생활활동 훈련을 주 2회씩 6주간 총12회 실시하였고(30분/1회기), 대조군은 아무런 치료를 하지 않았다. 아동의 작업은 중재 전∙후 목표성취척도 (GAS), 캐나다 작업수행 평가(COPM), 아동용 일상생활활동평가(WeeFIM) 도구로 측정하였다. 결과 분석은 중재 전∙후 두 그룹 간의 비교를 위해 맨-위트니 검정을 사용하였고, 실험군의 중재 전∙후의 변화를 측정하기 위해 윌 콕슨 부호 순위 검정을 사용하였다. 결과 : 실험군과 대조군의 실험 전∙후 비교에서는 목표성취척도(GAS)의 측정결과에서 유의미한 차이가 있었고, 캐나다 작업수행 평가(COPM)의 작업 수행도 측정결과와 일상생활활동측정(WeeFIM)결과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 실험군의 실험 전∙후 비교에서는 목표성취척도(GAS)의 측정결과에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 캐 나다 작업수행 평가(COPM)의 작업 수행도 측정결과와 일상생활활동측정(WeeFIM)결과는 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었지만 긍정적 변화 경향을 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구는 신경발달치료원리에 기초하여 아동에게 일상생활활동 훈련을 적용함으로써 뇌성마비 아동의 작 업수행에 대한 긍정적인 결과 및 가능성을 제시한 것으로 볼 수 있다.

In this era of globally competitive world market, many business firms have been using ISO 9000 quality management system, whose principles are leadership, customer focus, people involvement, etc., which are expected and desired to be attained for the various long/short term goals of the business firms. This paper studies whether and how those principles are implemented in the areas of service, manufacturing, etc., and researches the regression relations between business firm's performance and those principles. Using hypothesis testing, we found and showed results which can be referenced for the higher performance of business firms and those can be added to the pool of knowledge about the ISO principles implementation in service and manufacturing industries.

지도 제작에 대한 공간 사상의 선택, 정의, 표현 등과 관련된 일련의 도식화된 규정을 의미하는 지도도식규정은 시간이 지남에 따라 빠르게 변화하는 사회의 실정을 제대로 반영하지 못하는 경향이 있다. 또한 국토의 중요성과 국가 지도의 효용성에 대한 인식이 점차 증대됨에 따라 국가 지도 제작에 중요한 지침이 되는 지도도식규정에 대한 보다 근본적이고 종합적인 수정‧보완 작업이 시급히 요구되고 있다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 본 연구에서는 기존의 지도도식규정을 재검토하고, 해외 주요 선진국의 지도도식규정을 현황을 분석하고, 지도학적 원리에 근거한 국가 지도도식규정의 종합적인 개선 방안을 마련하였다. 아울러 이를 지속적으로 유지관리하고 발전시키기 위한 장단기적 방안도 함께 제시하고 있다. 본 연구를 통한 성과물은 도식규정 자체의 변화뿐만 아니라, 사용자의 고려가 강화되고, 국가 지도 제작 과정 및 결과에 대한 제고를 가능케 할 것으로 기대된다. 또한 국가 지도 제작기관이나 관련 정책 입안자에 게 보다 실제적인 활용 가치를 가질 것으로 기대된다.

현재 우리나라 지명의 영문 표기에 대한 전체적인 원칙과 규정은 ‘외래어 표기법’을 통해서 제시되고 있지만 세부적으로는 지명에 대한 구체적인 로마자 표기의 기준과 원칙은 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 우리나라 지명의 세부적인 영문 표기 원칙의 내용과 표기법 원칙을 살펴보고 이를 통해 지명의 영문 표기 표준화를 위한 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 세계 지도집과 인터넷 지도를 대상으로 국내외 지명의 영문 표기 상황과 문제점을 살펴보고 지명의 영문 표기의 원칙과 목표를 한국 지명의 음(소리)과 의미(뜻)의 전달을 위한 절충으로 설정하고 관련 내용을 논의하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 지명 표기의 전통적 차자 표기의 변화에 근거한 지명의 음차와 훈차의 절충적 표기법을 살펴보고자 한다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 우리나라 지명의 영문 표기의 세부기준과 원칙에 대한 두 가지 대안과 복수 지명의 표기 원칙을 제시하고자 한다.

The analysis of an art trend in the principle dimension starts by observing the object of work in the perspective of formative composition and recognizing it as a universal system. It can be said that it is consistent with an interpretation method for a form theory of formal history by Heinrich Wölfflin, a leading form critic in art criticism. Hence, the purpose of this study was to find out what are the formative principles in Renaissance Classicism as a design principle to be applicable to modern fashion by reviewing the formative characteristics of Renaissance Classicism Architecture with which Wölfflin directly dealt. As for the theoretical literature review, I used Wölfflin's theoretical framework and looked at the Renaissance Classicism Architecture that he studied and examined the possibility of utilizing his theory as a layout principle and the characteristics. As for analysis of design cases, I applied the aforementioned architecture layout principle to modern fashion and conducted case study analysis to delve into distinctive layout principles found in fashion. The study showed that the Renaissance Classicism Architectural Style is marked by linearity, planarity, closing and multiple unity: linearity was expressed in the observation form in fixed frontal view and an emphasis on a tangible silhouette homeogenous and definite line structures; planarity was achieved in the form of paralleled layers of frontal view element, planarity style, and identical and proportional repetition of various sizes.; closing signified the pursuit of complete and clear regularity, and architecture developed in a constructive phase through organizational inevitability and absolute invariability.; multiple unity was expressed in self-completedness and independent parallel of discrete forms and harmony of emphasized individual elements in a totality. Applying these layout characteristics of the Renaissance Classicism Architectural style and to see their individual expressive features, I found out that in adopting layout principles of the Renaissance Classicism Architecture to modern fashion, it turned out to be an emphasis of individual silhouettes, a flattened space, completed objects, organic harmony among independent parts: the emphasis of individual silhouettes was expressed in individual definitiveness of formative lines of clothes in accordance with body joints and an emphasis on formative lines of clothes; the flattened space was marked by single layer structure, planarity of elements of clothes, and listing arrangement by appropriate proportion.; the completedness of the objects was expressed by the stationary state where overall image is fixed, the construction of homogeneous and complete space, and absolute inevitability of internal layout in proportion; lastly, organic harmony of independent parts was stressed in independent completedness of each detail, and organic harmony of the whole. The expressive features would lead to a unique expression style of linear emphasis, proportion, constructive forms, and two-dimensional arrangement. The meaning of this study is follows: The characteristics of art school of thought are given shape by appling & analysing the architectural layout principles of historical art school of thought to modern fashion in the view point of formal construction dimension. The applied possibility of historical art school of thought as the source of inspiration about the fashion design is extended.

Na+ ion conductivity can be improved by the substitution of an Mg atom for an Al atom to form a nonstoichiometric Na+ β-alumina. We performed a first principles study to investigate the most stable substitution site of an Mg atom and the resulting structural change of the nonstoichiometric Na+ β-alumina. Al atoms were classified as four different layers in the spinel block that are separated by conduction planes in the nonstoichiometric Na+ β-alumina. The substitution of an Mg atom for an Al atom at a tetragonal site was more favorable than that at an octahedral site. The substitution in the spinel block was more favorable than that close to the conduction plane. This result was well explained by the volume changes of the polyhedrons, by the standard deviation of the Mg-O distance, and by the comparison with bulk MgO structure. Our result indicates that the most preferable site for the Mg atom was the tetrahedral site at the spinel block in the nonstoichiometric Na+ β-alumina.

Mysticism was Yeats's lifelong concern and became the center of his work. He believed that mysticism can explain the truth of death, rebirth, the cycle of the universe. By founding his playwriting principles on mysticism, he revived Druidic belief, which had been formed mostly from Irish legends, lore, Celtic mysteries, his reading on Druidism ever since early childhood in Sligo. Yeats thought that a poet must be a mystic and that symbolism is the mystic's aptitude. To treat mystical themes, he needed to make things remote from reality by using symbols, but because of symbolic and mystical content some critics insist he founded his drama based on Noh plays. Even though he thought Noh is an ideal form of drama, it does not mean his drama is an extension of Noh plays. Symbols and the supernatural content were his solid principles long before he saw Noh plays. Furthermore, the similar themes in both Noh plays and Yeats's are something he had already learned from Celtic mysticism. The Shadowy Waters is an extremely mysterious story showing visionary experiences of Druidic otherworldliness. In this play, Forgael is following certain birds which are the souls of the dead in search of love. The ghost lovers in The Dreaming of the Bones have been dreaming of fulfilling their love since they died seven hundred years ago, but they can not achieve their dream because of the sin committed during life. This connotes something about Yeats's belief in purgation. He believed the dead have to live anew until the purgation is finished. He shows the same belief in Purgatory, where the dead can not free themselves from purgation due to the consequences of transgressions. In all of the three plays Yeats demonstrates Druidic doctrine that the dead exist and dream in the eternal cycle of birth.

In this study, we suggest a standardization of the logistics terminologies in Korean Standard to improve its consistency. To support this work, some principles for terminology selection and corrections are studied based on the guideline in international standard. The revised terminologies are summarized in Appendix for 20 logistics-related Korean Standards.

The toxicity of materials derived from root of Asiasarum heterotropoides against early third instar larvae from susceptible Culex pipiens pallens, Aedes aegypti, and Ochlerotatus togoi was examined using direct contact mortality bioassays. Results were compared with those following the treatment with two currently used mosquito larvicides, temephos and fenthion. The bioactive principles of A. heterotropoides root were identified as asarinin, asarone, methyleugenol, pellitorine, and pentadecane by spectroscopic analysis. As judged by 24 h LC50 values, pellitorine (2.08-2.38 ppm) was the most toxic compound, followed by asarinin (10.49-16.49 ppm) and asarone (22.38-26.99 ppm). These compounds were less toxic than either temephos (0.16-0.20) or fenthion (LC50, 0.23-0.29). Weak activity was produced by methyleugenol (53.30-58.52 ppm) and pentadecane (96.71-99.19 ppm). A. heterotropoides root-derived materials, particularly pellitorine, merit further study as potential mosquito larvicides for protection from humans and domestic animals from vector-borne diseases and nuisance caused by mosquitoes.

최근 새롭게 등장하고 있는 구성주의 학습이론들은 기존의 전통적인 학습이론이 제공하지 못하는, 차별화된 학습자 중심 학습을 위한 교수설계적 시사점을 제공하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 구성주의 학습이론들은 현재 정보화 사회의 테크놀로지를 기반으로 하는 학습자 중심 학습에 적절하고 효과적인 실천적 방안을 제시할 수 있다. 특히, 학습자 주도적인 테크놀로지의 활용과 학습자의 자발적 참여를 위한 오락적 요소가 충분히 반영된 환경으로서 교육용 게임은 게임세대라 할 수 있는 지금의 학습 세대에게 적합한 학습자 중심 학습 환경이다. 따라서 교육용 게임의 설계를 위한 관점으로 구성주의적 학습 이론의 특성을 고찰하면서 설계 원리에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 구성주의 학습이론으로서 최근 부각되고 있는 활동이론, 분산인지, 생태심리학의 관점에서 이론적 배경이자 실천적 방안으로 교육용 게임의 설계 원리에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 이것은 향후 학습자 중심 학습을 위한 상황별, 유형별 교육용 게임의 설계 원리를 구체적으로 탐색하는 데에 이론적 기반 및 논의점이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
